CORRECTION - the Dolphins are equipped with Popeye (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Popeye_(missile)) stand-off cruise missiles (launched via torpedo tubes) per Wikileaks. How sure are we that it was a Ballistic Missile rather than a cruise missile? If it was a cruise, are there ways of identifying them. They fly low and slow and have been photographed, so possibly identifiable.

At this time the instant reaction to her work was, "she is b@tsh!t crazy!". But time has shown she was not.

She states that the CIA builds orphanages in a country before the US millitary actually attacks that country.

but I still have problems with the so-called validity of Julian Assange/Wikileaks; if my read sources are correct both Assange/Wikileaks are a collective CIA operative; the minute something is about to be exposed Wikileaks is sent in to discover what is about to be exposed then subsequently reports to the CIA so the CIA can spin the 'new' info-

Same as I've read, but who knows? ;)... EVERY country has its swamp (and they ALL need a heavy dose of DRAINO! :))

In Star Trek all ships have "command codes" that allow their control to be over ridden by fleet command. I would expect something similar is installed in warships. Can't have a captain suddenly developing an independent streak.

Is it possible those types of over rides could be hacked or hijacked and put to nefarious use?
Operators may not even know they are off course....who controls GPS satellites anyway? ANY ship on Autopilot could be at risk.
