I watched this vid over on Netflix last night, excellent program.

Todd Standing and his accumulated evidence that seems very legit to me, his technique of tracking and bravery to be out there are great.

If you haven't seen this I recommend it.

The netflix link you included does not work - at least not in South America where much of netflix is restricted. I watched the first two youtube links you posted, but the short clips of sasquatch in those videos were so short that I could imagine them being photoshop creations. Sorry.

The failure of the netflix link is in line with most "Bigfoot Revealed" films that contain a lot of hype, people running around, someone throwing some rocks in the night, and some eerie noises in the dark. Not very convincing.

I try to keep an open mind on the subject, but am waiting for some extraordinary evidence to back these extraordinary claims.

Mike Patterson of Sasquatch Ontario channel is the most definitive SAS contact imho. A Todd Standing and Mike Patterson discussion would be a good way to determine validity of either case but Todd case carries more baggage and is questionable so it would help to hear what Mike would say about him.

Evidence is so scarce of this phenomenon however it's still out there. When you listen to real people talk about what they saw you can feel the trauma in their voices. Grown men becoming like a child reliving these experiences. Reluctantly sharing what they experienced. Then the harassment starts. Pretty soon these witnesses are told sometimes indirectly to never speak of what they saw. Intimidated if need be.

If this phenomena is looked at openly and objectively it is clear it is as real as it gets.

A lot of people report an overwhelming sickening stench.....I believe they are referred to as skunk apes and stink apes in some parts of N. America.
If they can make people sick at a distance...wouldn't take much to assume one would pass out if they were in very close proximity?

What I like about Todd Standing so far is his getting the academics involved but most of all, is his trying to get these creatures/beings recognised and protected, which is a good cause, yes.

Of all the eyewitness testimonies I've listened to the common thread with that is people get an extreme sense of foreboding when they get "too close". Sometimes accompanied by a putrid smell of nasty often described as hitting g them like a wall. Like a switch is turned almost. Or its the feeling of dread that'd enough for most people to get the hint and turn around. I mean it makes perfect sense if they're basically an ancient race of human type that their survival abilities are almost unimaginable.
Other reports people describe a feeling of dizziness or nausea suddenly hit them combined with the smell or what not.
That game warden ghostrider mentioned sure got it. These are real people wit families and jobs seeing them. And the ptb have got it down pat how to "deal" with people who've experienced.

An old supervisor I had years ago heard a scream while docking their house boat at a remote area of shuswap lake in British Columbia. He said the lung capacity was just enormous. As they were leaving (of course) he tried seeing what it was with a flashlight but couldn't see through the trees. Ever since he's been fascinated with the subject. Naturally all the guys would laugh it up as he told the story. He didn't care though. He knew what he heard and just knew it was no known animal that could have done that.
