The Macron leaks contain secret proposals that would lead to the islamisation of France and Europe. These are shown in a Powerpoint presentation which appears to have come from the Institut Montaigne. Harmonising education between countries on different sides of the Mediterranean is one of the key objectives.
Create a common history textbook with Italy, Spain, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia (3) in order to put in historical perspective the mutual contributions and religious convergences between the two shores of the Mediterranean.

Within the 3+3 framework, we recommend the creation of a commission of historians responsible for drawing up a common history textbook. The aim of this work will be:

to create a common base of objective historical knowledge founded on the logic of a historical "draw" [stalemate]
to develop a sense of belonging to a common history
to reduce the fantasies of victimisation on one side as well as civilisational superiority on the other

The document also recommends the introduction of Arabic teaching to French schools, including bi-lingual classes. This is justified by with the claim that Muslims are currently getting their "Arabic fix" from mosques, where they risk being radicalised. I previously noted (http://diversitymachtfrei.blogspot.com/2016/05/the-islamisation-of-europe-is-being.html) that "soft islamisation" is being advocated as the remedy for "hard islamisation" and that this represents a kind of de facto reward being offered to jihad violence. Jihad gets results. It leads to societies being islamised, one way or the other.

(see all slides here (http://diversitymachtfrei.blogspot.fr/2017/05/macron-leaks-contain-secret-plans-for.html))

Other plans for measures to islamise France include facilitating mosque construction by making it easier to arrange finance for it and providing reserved Muslim areas in municipal cemeteries. Again this is justified by claiming that it will lead to the emergence of a "French Islam".

There is also a proposal, unfortunately not specified in detail, to finance Islam by taxing halal consumption.

UPDATE I:
For those expressing scepticism about this, here is more information. The exact email is called "Fwd: Notes à date (1) : REGALIEN", sent by quentin.lafay@gmail.com to sarah.gallitre@gmail.com and amiel.dvd@gmail.com on 31 August 2016. It can be found in the quentin.lafay archive within the set of Macron Leaks files. Here is a magnet link if you want to download it and have a torrent client installed (link (magnet:?xt=urn:btih:32a006669f165981cb86ffecaf60a73ea5cc40bd&dn=quentin.lafay&tr=http%3A%2F%2Fbt1.archive.org%3A6969%2Fannounce&tr=http%3A%2F%2Fbt2.archive.org%3A6969%2Fannounce&ws=http%3A%2F%2Fia601502.us.archive.org%2F19%2Fitems%2F&ws=http%3A%2F%2Fia801502.us.archive.org%2F19%2Fitems%2F&ws=https%3A%2F%2Farchive.org%2Fdownload%2F)).

As this Figaro article (link (http://www.lefigaro.fr/actualite-france/2016/09/19/01016-20160919ARTFIG00232-les-recommandations-de-l-institut-montaigne-pour-un-islam-francais.php)) shows, some references to these proposals have already been made in the mainstream press so it is not even that far-out in terms of the thinking of the left-wing intelligentsia in France. What wasn't known was that Macron's people were on board with it.

Update II: Diversity Macht Frei followed up with another post (http://diversitymachtfrei.blogspot.fr/2017/05/the-great-replacement-macron-leaks-show.html):
The same presentation that I discussed yesterday (link (http://diversitymachtfrei.blogspot.com/2017/05/macron-leaks-contain-secret-plans-for.html)) proposes that the French government collect statistics about the ethnic and religious make-up of its population. Currently, this is prohibited in France, where all "citoyens" are presumed to be equal. No doubt this is, in part, an ethnic power-play. Armed with their statistics, Muslims will be able to say, "Look, we're XX per cent of the population, we should get more cash!". The PowerPoint puts it more formally:
To improve knowledge of the sociology of religious practices in order to better respond to their needs The second justification for the plan cited, however, is very interesting.
To deconstruct the myths of the "Great Replacement" Coined by the French writer Renaud Camus (a reputable novelist whose publishing contract was cancelled due to his politically incorrect views), this phrase "Grand Replacement" [Great Replacement] has come to have the same totemic significance in continental Europe that "White Genocide" does in English-language discourse. It refers to the replacement of the indigenous peoples of Europe by non-Europeans; or, to put it another way, the phenomenon of ethnic Europeans being turned into ethnic minorities. This phrase has almost entered the mainstream in France, although I have seen it used by Alt-Right patriot movements in German and Italian too, so it has spread more broadly. Generation Identity makes frequent use of it, for example.

But here we have a clear indication the left-wing intelligentsia concerned about the spread of this meme and the patriotic resistance it inspires. The irony is that they plan to counter it by collecting and publishing accurate demographic statistics. Of course, if we are right - and we are - the statistics will not counter the "Great Replacement" concept at all; they will confirm it. So bring on the statistics, lefties. That might be one good thing to emerge from this, if Macron wins.

As Charles Martel probably said, on the eve of battle: "First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they generate statistics to try and thwart you. Then you win."

More generally, this presentation focuses on the idea of nationalising Islam in France. It argues that the French government should grant certain privileges and public recognition to Islam and establish formal structures for its expression, so it can thereby acquire some control over it and prevent it going in wayward directions. This is the basic approach adopted in much of the Middle East, where governments control or monitor the training of imams, and sometimes write their sermons for them, and so on. As I put it before, it proposes soft public islamisation as the remedy for hard private islamisation.

NOTE: The post I made yesterday about this presentation went viral. I saw it referenced on many other sites. In some of the comments on these sites, people were still retardedly claiming it was a fake, even though I specified where exactly the email in question could be found.

For the sake of these doubters, here are direct links to the specific files referenced. One is an email. The other is the Powerpoint presentation within the email. No doubt some will now claim that I faked the entire Powerpoint presentation and email.

The French Minister of Culture Françoise Nyssen said that a judicial procedure would be established to stop the dissemination of fake news (http://www.france24.com/fr/tag/fake-news/), as she introduced the anti-fake news law.

"The measures that we will be working on from now until March are to create a law about 'confidence in information' that will permit us to act very quickly when a fake news story goes viral, particularly during an election period," said Nyssen in an interview with Journal du Dimanche (http://www.lejdd.fr/medias/francoise-nyssen-sur-mathieu-gallet-le-csa-a-tranche-en-toute-independance-3564446) on February 4.

"This new law will establish new responsibilities for the different media platforms, which will have to cooperate with the state and be transparent about their sponsored content. A judicial procedure will be put in place to allow rapid blocking of the dissemination of fake news once it has become manifest."

French President Emmanuel Macron (http://www.france24.com/en/20180127-france-emmanuel-macron-business-friendly-pay-off) first proposed a law to counter fake news in his 2018 New Year's speech to the press. This was seen as a veiled reference to Moscow-backed RT and Sputnik.

RT and Sputnik both have French-language websites and, during a joint press conference with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in May, Macron accused them of publishing "defamatory untruths" and "deceitful propaganda".

RT launched in France
Since then, RT - formerly known as Russia Today - has launched a French-language TV channel, putting regulators on their guard.

Macron saw thousands of internal documents leaked online (http://www.france24.com/en/20170508-french-media-blackout-bots-far-right-activists-wikileaks-pushed-macronleaks) while running for president, which he blasted as an attempt at "democratic destabilisation like that already seen in the United States during the last presidential campaign".

France's government will not be the first to attempt to fight fake news through the law.

In Germany, recent legislation puts social networks at risk of fines of up to €50 million if they do not remove fake news and hateful posts promptly.

Speaking on Sunday, Nyssen confirmed that there will be strong sanctions if there is an unwillingness to comply with the obligations of cooperation and transparency imposed by the law. And she wanted to reassure that she respects the freedom of the press.
"There is no freedom of the press, though, when there is bad money chasing good, that's to say when fake news chases true information."
"This new text will protect against the risk of private censorship if the platforms act according to the correct rules. In addition, we will act strongly in the area of media education," she said without giving specific details.
