This year the 7th International Ufology Congress "City of Rome", which will be held Saturday, October 27, 2018, will be a very special event. In this year full of important Ufological anniversaries such as the 80th anniversary of Orson Welles’ radio broadcast, the great wave of 1978 and the proposal to the United Nations to establish a research commission on UFOs, the conference will be attended as speakers by Luis Elizondo, former director of the Advanced Aerospace Threats Identification Project (AATIP) of the Pentagon, and Tom DeLonge, founder of the To The Stars Academy of Art and Sciences. Preceded by a Press Conference that will be held on 27th October, it will be the only event in which the two US guests will participate in Europe.

Given the importance of the event, which at the moment is the only one in which the two U.S. protagonists participate in Europe. The organisers have decided to inform the most qualified ufologists/scientists so that, if they so wish, they can attend this important event in person. Although I was invited to meet the two US gentlemen, unfortunately I had other appointments during that period.

I will be meeting the organizers in Bulgaria on 5th November and I hope to have a debrief from the Rome meeting.

Here are some questions I'd like someone to put to Elizondo if he were strapped to a chair, had no time limits, no script and no-one to help him, and ideally was also hooked up to a polygraph. They're not in any special order.

I'd ignore the obvious ones for the moment, like who his current handlers are now.

Why does he evade the Roswell question? (And that of other crash retrievals, of which there are many?) Does AATIP have access to military-intel files of those events? If not, why not?



What does he have to say about the many unquestionably authentic FOIA-released documents that prove without any doubt (a) the seriousness with which the US military has taken the UFO phenomenon, and that (b) many investigations and groups were actively working on this as early as 1947?



He has to be aware of Bob Bigelow's strong interest in and extensive funding of research on the Skinwalker Ranch (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?32625-The-Skinwalker-Ranch) (Jeremy Corbell has stated (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KqSGmMP0b8k) that TTSA are actively interested) and that the DIA has now purchased the ranch, where it's now doing its own Pentagon-funded research. Are the Skinwalker phenomena (and other similar events well documented elsewhere) considered 'threats'?



What is AATIP's research into, knowledge of, and conclusions reached about the very well-documented shut-down of military missile sites, such as were reported in detail by Robert Salas and others? Without breaching national security, how much work has been done by Lockheed, and with how much success, in advanced propulsion systems?
