View Full Version : The Polarisation issue - where is it going ?

I want to address the polarisation of society with this thread.
I've had conversations recently with people who are fist thumpingly angry. This includes my own family. I'm equally fist thumpingly angry that those people don't see the world the way I do.
Does that sound familiar ?
I don't want to rant here about the way I see the state of things.
I want to talk about the anger and the frustration and the "completely f*****g HAD IT with the world" that so many people with so many different points of view are experiencing. It seems meltdown is within inches of breaking out even in places like America and England. *Balkanisation is only a hair away, given the right trigger.
It dawned on me this morning, after having a sleep on a conversation I had last night, that the internal anger etc in all these different people is identical. It's all the same anger and exasperation, once you go deep and look at it without the mental furniture we express it with.
At that level, I'm sure we are all on the same page. 'Something', is equally driving us all nuts and pushing our buttons. The divisions arise not there but in the space between there and the social surface of our lives. It's our individual interpretations of the deeper feeling that divide us. That is all about the qualities of the information we individually have and the qualities of the processes we use to make sense of that information.
What I see, is a current world where we are clotting into societal lumps within their own echo chambers or feedback loops. It's not hard to see what it does to us, but the question in my mind that prompted this thread is;
Is this a deliberate tactic being used upon us, or is it just an unfortunate byproduct of the process of scaling up village and family socialisation to a global cyber web scale ?
Feel free to expand the questions, observations and, maybe, answers.

*Balkanisation, is a geopolitical term used to describe the process of fragmentation or division of a region or state into smaller regions or states that are often hostile or uncooperative with one another.

I've noticed this for over a decade although then it was called the New Tribalism. Even slight differences can produce very aggravated states of conflict.
But what is it that is dividing us against one another?
Media, politics, economics.....race, gender, class, religion? Each are being more and more fractured into micro tribes.
Recently the feminism movement(9) have now divided themselves not only by class but by race and are on the verge of tearing themselves apart...from within. With a new hierarchy of the "oppressed" being Muslims especially the women.....who must be supported in their desire to wear Hijab. Very odd......considering they are protesting in many Muslim state for the freedom to NOT wear one and to .oh, say drive a car and be allowed out of the house.
Is it something in the water, or the air.....constant media pressure? Too much solar and other radiation?
I'm at a bit of a loss but it certainly seems contrived, directed and controlled.

Divide and conquer. Anger is a destructive force, but if channeled in the right manner it can also be a tool for change. Like a fire which burns away all things useless.
In myself I have noticed disappointment and sadness when it comes to other human beings. So many of them are just not awake and it makes me feel weird. Sometimes I get angry about it, but my anger is more directed towards the system and the powers that be. Although I realize that hate doesn't solve anything, but it's a different thing than a righteous anger. You don't have and need to settle with things as they are, because so many things are terribly wrong with this world. So much injustice, so much corruption. So much evil. But we, as individuals can do good and represent the force of good by not creating more hate and suffering. If enough of us start to do that and start to see that we are being played, we can change the course of humanity.
We need to go beyond political differences. There is no us and them or if there is, the only us and them is we and the elite which are the ruling class. We are not their slaves. Know your power and stand strong. Do not be manipulated emotionally. Change the world by changing yourself.

It's the law of cause and affect working its unstoppable force... Wrong thinking leads to wrong actions... Too many get so consumed the being right and or winning they don't consider the effect on the other person there are trying to engage with... Respect, kindness, temperance, etc , have all gone out the window...

It's leading to conflict , war, and degeneration , and loss of knowledge... History will be distorted to fit the narrative of the survivors... Our world never learns , we just repeat the same song hoping for a different ending... We will live in the reality of our thinking when the dust settles... Even though we are evolving, we are degenerating in our thinking... Long ago we could lift 100 ton stones and align them perfectly with the stars, we can't do that now ... We are going backwards...almost everything we have now , they find buried in the ground , thousands of years old ... Helicopters on the pyramid walls, etc ... Our past is our future unless we change it ...

That's kind of beautiful. I think so too.
The words that come to mind for me are "Enough is Enough"
I haven't gotten real mad in quite a while, but I do remember that was what I was thinking when I was mad

Generally, the more I avoid "the news" the less of this effect I notice, in myself. Now, I'm like you, I see the world with eyes like yours I'd wager. So I can't say for those who wear the other kinds of glasses--those who seem to pick a side and rage at the other side--I'm not sure if avoiding the news altogether would ease their anger or not. I bet it would, but might be a fun experiment for some college professor to try. :-)
P.S. Wasn't there some movie ... was it 1984? ... where citizens were actually forced to watch the news whether they wanted to or not? Kinda makes my point.

...
Everytime I look at this little guy expressions I can't help but chuckle... how serious can one be about anything :)
then, there is this:
Some wise person, way back when, said something like: "Give back to Caesar what belongs to Caesar..."
... in some other words, attribute to "body" what belongs to it... it was built for the survival of itself and its species... same for the "mind" and its malleable programming ability to interact with the environment... and then, same with "YOU" and one's ability to comprehend what's what and what belongs to what and guide what's appropriate to do or not do and correct obsolete perceptions as well as tweak old ones to correspond to current environment.
Acknowledging each for what they are and their purpose without judging seems like a good start, I think.

It's how are so called leaders won't us to be.
Those who religiously listen and watch what our "leaders" condone and print out in the so called "News", have no mind of their own, so they then give their "Emotions" over to the "Leaders" and the "News" printouts. Puppets all.
We witness this with all the "False Flags" we see in these days, many see these "False Flags" as totally real and unquestionable.
Puppets to the "Left" of me, Puppets to the "Right" of me,
Here I am, stuck in the middle with you.
Luckily with you all "Avalonians" :)

Cause I'm stuck in the middle with you.
And I'm wondering what it is I should do.
It's so hard to keep this smile from my face.
Losing control and running all over the place.

We are transitioning into a new cycle.
Alchemy of Humanity.
Paradoxically, there is unity and separation. Purification. Refinement of souls.
Evolution of consciousness forcing us to choose: love or hate; truth or lies; forgiveness or retribution; same ole same ole or something new and better. Personal individual choice--definite. No fence sitting.
We do each have a purpose. What role for each soul? Inside we know.
Anger purpose: Say NO! to harmfulness, deceit, secrecy, slavery, abuse of power, iniquity.
Choice with Power
Choose love -- truth.
Look deeper. See the unity and love emerging.

Another thought: don't get entrained by lower vibrational frequencies. Consciously choose your own frequency. Here is a link to the love frequency 528hz:

I think it’s a natural phenomena more so than deliberately created by the elite. They certainly help fan the flames to steer things towards their own agenda; but even amongst the elite, they’re having their own internal disputes and taking sides, going through their own balkanisations.
Systems theory explains the situation pretty well imo.
The 3 primary drivers in systems theory are ‘Pattern’, ‘Process’ and ‘Structure’. Think of it in terms of classical music. ‘Pattern’ is the full and complete piece of sheet music that’s laid out on the piano waiting to be played. Pressing and holding just 1 key in that piece of music would create a tone, that tone held in cymatics form would create a structure. As you progress through the sheet music, different cymatic structures are created as each new tone is played. How the sand on the cymatics plate shifts from one structure to the next, as each new tone is played, is called the process.
‘Process’ itself is made up of 3 parts—and if you’re familiar with astrology you’ll already know them—‘Cardinal’, ‘Fixed’ and ‘Mutable’.
When we’re in a cardinal phase, lots of energy is introduced, production increases, stuff gets built, new structures are created.
Fixed phases see greater stability and cooperation, the strengthening of bonds to solidify the structure.
When entering the mutable phase however, that’s where most of the emotional turmoil; fear, doubt, worry, anger etc all starts to spill out. Old structures start to collapse as the cardinal energies for new structures create disharmony with conflicting tones.
This is where we get the classic dichotomy between those who lean to the left versus those who lean to the right. The roots of the terms ‘left’ and ‘right’ started during the opening stages of the French Revolution and were tied in with the concept of historical progress. The “left” were progressive and revolutionary forces that sought to march forward, while the right-wing were the “reactionaries” and “conservatives” who sought to preserve or restore the existing power.
These two groups tend to squabble, especially during mutable phases, because people experience a great deal of cognitive dissonance as they get caught between their attachment of how things were, versus the confusion of what’s to come and how things will be.
In today’s western society you’ve got the conservative, protectionist elite, who want to keep people subjugated to prevent them losing their established order; and you’ve got a progressive, liberal left, who are completely confused and disorientated, and feel as though progress should be made, except they’re all infighting as to what ‘progress’ means and in which direction to march, there’s no cohesion. In mutable phases, it’s typical to see the infighting get worse, until society grinds to a halt or old social structures collapse as cohesion dissipates.
Meanwhile, countries like China and Russia are already a step ahead of the West in terms of pattern. Russia and China are in the cardinal phase of building a multipolar world. They’re building new structures that are making the existing unipolar order obsolete. The fact that the rest of the world is already moving on from the old unipolar structure (China’s petroyuan futures trading goes live on 26th March), is only heaping pressure on the Western world—who are still dazed, confused and attached to a structure that’s losing cohesion day after day.
The more people cling to their subjective worldview—of how the world “should be” in their idealistic notions of utopia—the more blind they’ll be to how the organisational structures of the world are genuinely unfolding; and the more irate, upset and emotional they’ll become as the world continues to unfold in a way that’s different to how they envisioned it to be.
My conclusion then, it’s an unfortunate (albeit necessary) part of the process for the upscaling of humanity. It’s classic psychology, as described and made popular by Piaget in his models of cognitive development and applied to epistemology and chaos theory. Tumultuous and frustrating times for sure, the ending of empires and creating of new ones, but onwards the pattern plays as humanity enters a new and different sonata.
