Man crashes car into Connecticut hospital before setting himself on fire

This happened a few hours ago, only blocks from where i live.
Same hospital my dad died in a few weeks ago.
This is why folks call it mental town.
Oh I got to see how this unfolds, considering that this guy had issues with the cops, no doubt this whole thing could have been prevented.
And whats with the long lost of professionals, something was brewing.

Police, fire crews, the FBI, the State Fire Marshall, ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) and the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection are all on the scene at Middlesex Hospital at 28 Crescent Street, where a man crashed his Chevy into the emergency room entrance of the building, just before 10 a.m. According to witnesses on scene, the driver then set himself on fire.

Sounds like the guy was on meth, my buddy was just telling me a story how this guy broke into his house a few years back, high on meth he didn,t use the door, this guy jumped thru the double plated window to get in, then bled all thru the house everywhere, when the cops arrived the guy was outside in his underwear with 2 ft of snow jumping up and down on top of the basketball hoop. The guy kept yelling there were snakes everywhere.

They showed a clip of him live streaming thru facebook to his friends and he kept talking about Donald Trump and the ONE percent
Cant seem to find it anywhere on youtube

This is just nuts, I saw a short clip on Global TV but they barely said anything before moving along to the next horrible thing.

Steven Ellam, the Middletown man who crashed his car into the entrance at Middlesex Hospital Thursday morning, recorded the incident on Facebook Live. Ellam ranted about President Donald Trump and one percenters, shouting, “Death to the world order,” before setting himself on fire.
