YouTube operates a three strikes and you are out policy. Content creators are told
that if they violate community standards three times, their channel and all its content
will be deleted. Two weeks ago The Richie Allen Show received a strike. Incredibly,
I was informed that I had violated the bullying and harassment guidelines. The video
in question was of an interview I conducted with Wolfgang Halbig over two years ago
about The Sandy Hook school shooting. There was nothing harassing about it, there
was certainly no bullying. I repeatedly challenged Wolfgang in the interview and
pressed him for evidence to support his theory. Nevertheless that was strike one.
YouTube said that as punishment, I couldn't live stream for three months. I don't
live stream anyway. But of course I was worried. I had been warned repeatedly,
by commercial presenters and producers and former colleagues of mine, that the
show would be targeted.

Timing in everything in these events.....

The Florida shooting seems to be a catalyst for all this....The shooter is real and the

Set up (or take advantage of) a situation, with certain people reporting certain interesting and controversial things apparently on the public record, likely to be widely posted and re-posted on numerous 'problematic' channels.

Then, with all the videos in place, those channels can be picked off one by one...
.. just as they have been.

But it won't be a joke, if much the same thing happens again in a few months after a different incident, with the same channels... those that still exist.

I mean, think about it. How easy would it be for YouTube to PREVENT upsetting or offending any sensitive viewers by e-mailing all channel owners (or all channel owners likely to post such a video), informing them BEFOREHAND that if such-and-such a video is reuploaded, then that'll result in a strike.

Clearly, they do NOT want to warn or reasonably assist any channel owner. They WANT to use the opportunity to take the 'problematic' channels down. And it's not THAT much of a Tom Clancy stretch to consider that those opportunities might be designed and created.

Apple moves to store iCloud keys in China, raising human rights fears

SAN FRANCISCO/BEIJING (Reuters) - When Apple Inc begins hosting Chinese users’ iCloud accounts in a new Chinese data center at the end of this month to comply with new laws there, Chinese authorities will have far easier access to text messages, email and other data stored in the cloud.

That’s because of a change to how the company handles the cryptographic keys needed to unlock an iCloud account. Until now, such keys have always been stored in the United States, meaning that any government or law enforcement authority seeking access to a Chinese iCloud account needed to go through the U.S. legal system.

Now, according to Apple, for the first time the company will store the keys for Chinese iCloud accounts in China itself. That means Chinese authorities will no longer have to use the U.S. courts to seek information on iCloud users and can instead use their own legal system to ask Apple to hand over iCloud data for Chinese users, legal experts said.

Human rights activists say they fear the authorities could use that power to track down dissidents, citing cases from more than a decade ago in which Yahoo Inc handed over user data that led to arrests and prison sentences for two democracy advocates. Jing Zhao, a human rights activist and Apple shareholder, said he could envisage worse human rights issues arising from Apple handing over iCloud data than occurred in the Yahoo case.

In a statement, Apple said it had to comply with recently introduced Chinese laws that require cloud services offered to Chinese citizens be operated by Chinese companies and that the data be stored in China. It said that while the company’s values don’t change in different parts of the world, it is subject to each country’s laws.

“While we advocated against iCloud being subject to these laws, we were ultimately unsuccessful,” it said. Apple said it decided it was better to offer iCloud under the new system because discontinuing it would lead to a bad user experience and actually lead to less data privacy and security for its Chinese customers.

As a result, Apple has established a data center for Chinese users in a contractual arrangement with state-owned firm Guizhou - Cloud Big Data Industry Co Ltd. The firm was set up and funded by the provincial government in the relatively poor southwestern Chinese province of Guizhou in 2014. The Guizhou company has close ties to the Chinese government and the Chinese Communist Party.

The Apple decision highlights a difficult reality for many U.S. technology companies operating in China. If they don’t accept demands to partner with Chinese companies and store data in China then they risk losing access to the lucrative Chinese market, despite fears about trade secret theft and the rights of Chinese customers.

Big data meets Big Brother as China moves to rate its citizens


The Chinese government plans to launch its Social Credit System in 2020. The aim? To judge the trustworthiness – or otherwise – of its 1.3 billion residents

Imagine a world where many of your daily activities were constantly monitored and evaluated: what you buy at the shops and online; where you are at any given time; who your friends are and how you interact with them; how many hours you spend watching content or playing video games; and what bills and taxes you pay (or not). It's not hard to picture, because most of that already happens, thanks to all those data-collecting behemoths like Google, Facebook and Instagram or health-tracking apps such as Fitbit. But now imagine a system where all these behaviours are rated as either positive or negative and distilled into a single number, according to rules set by the government. That would create your Citizen Score and it would tell everyone whether or not you were trustworthy. Plus, your rating would be publicly ranked against that of the entire population and used to determine your eligibility for a mortgage or a job, where your children can go to school - or even just your chances of getting a date.

For now, technically, participating in China's Citizen Scores is voluntary. But by 2020 it will be mandatory. The behaviour of every single citizen and legal person (which includes every company or other entity)in China will be rated and ranked, whether they like it or not.

"It is very ambitious in both depth and scope, including scrutinising individual behaviour and what books people are reading. It's Amazon's consumer tracking with an Orwellian political twist," is how Johan Lagerkvist, a Chinese internet specialist at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs, described the social credit system. Rogier Creemers, a post-doctoral scholar specialising in Chinese law and governance at the Van Vollenhoven Institute at Leiden University, who published a comprehensive translation of the plan, compared it to "Yelp reviews with the nanny state watching over your shoulder".

Prior to its national roll-out in 2020, the Chinese government is taking a watch-and-learn approach. In this marriage between communist oversight and capitalist can-do, the government has given a licence to eight private companies to come up with systems and algorithms for social credit scores.

So just how are people rated? Individuals on Sesame Credit are measured by a score ranging between 350 and 950 points. Alibaba does not divulge the "complex algorithm" it uses to calculate the number but they do reveal the five factors taken into account. The first is credit history. For example, does the citizen pay their electricity or phone bill on time? Next is fulfilment capacity, which it defines in its guidelines as "a user's ability to fulfil his/her contract obligations". The third factor is personal characteristics, verifying personal information such as someone's mobile phone number and address. But the fourth category, behaviour and preference, is where it gets interesting.

Under this system, something as innocuous as a person's shopping habits become a measure of character. Alibaba admits it judges people by the types of products they buy. "Someone who plays video games for ten hours a day, for example, would be considered an idle person," says Li Yingyun, Sesame's Technology Director. "Someone who frequently buys diapers would be considered as probably a parent, who on balance is more likely to have a sense of responsibility." The RICO Act and even the so-called PATRIOT Act are, arguably, worded broadly enough, and have adequate language that prosecutors and judges could employ to expose and stop the conspiracies and calls to commit acts of terrorism, which are often at the heart of much of the MSM propaganda. In doing this, Google emerges as the single most evil entity in our modern world, and all those individuals who work for Google are complicit in these heinous crimes against liberty and the First Amendment. In pursuing this mass silencing of political speech they don’t like, however, Google has also opened up a huge opportunity for independent video sites to rise up and gain an enormous following of content creators.

That’s why I’m reminding all patriots across America to save your video files and get ready to upload them to our new video site that’s launching this year. This new video site — the name isn’t ready to be released yet — welcomes all those voices of liberty and reason that are being blacklisted by YouTube.

This new pro-liberty video site features the following overall structure:

Do they have a proven track record of fighting for liberty? Are they pro-Second Amendment? Have they already survived many attacks and censorship attempts by Google and other nefarious, tyrannical tech companies? Are they mature enough and proven enough to resist efforts to buy them off or threaten them into silence? Are they willing to literally DIE to protect America’s Constitutional Republic?

My advice is: Don’t promote a video site unless the people behind it are proven survivors and proven patriots. I can assure everyone that my video site will defend your free speech rights against tyranny and censorship, and my site will never be for sale to the highest bidder. I will fight for your right to speak, your right to challenge the status quo and your right to criticize the deranged lunatics of the left-wing CULT that has now infected Google, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
The tech giants in America today are populated by deranged, mentally ill lunatics who despise America and are willing to destroy your free speech rights in order to silence your views. We probably can’t force them to be reasonable, since the Left is now rooted in mass mental illness and seething, irrational hatred for everything America stands for. Here's my, what some people may consider overly simplistic view on this: Because large corporations such as Microsoft want globalization and reap huge rewards from globalization, they should not be permitted to globalize, and then claim that something they "parked" in another country, for their convenience and profit, is not subject to legal processes occurring in another country, here the USA, especially when such country is their country of origin.

In short, setting aside the important question of what was "parked", as in this case that implicates privacy rights etc..., no supra-national corporation should be able to avoid providing discoverable information to persons and agencies entitled to it by the expedient of having an office, files or servers etc... in another country.

But, to the extent the information that is being sought is private, confidential, and privileged from disclosure, etc..., I oppose it being produced. But the basis of the opposition is not the procedure being used to get it, but the right of people to have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their personal affairs, that is free from any procedure being used to get it. 1st and 14th amendment and the like.

Add: I am among Lionel's fans. He's sharp as a tack. He puts me in mind of George Carlin sometimes.

But, to the extent the information that is being sought is private, confidential, and privileged from disclosure, etc..., I oppose it being produced. If it's any government, whatever government that's asking, then whichever government has the lowest standards of privacy gets to ask for, and expect to receive, the most stuff.

If it's only some government that holds jurisdiction over the individual whose data is sought, then at least in theory (but usually not easily in practice) any given individual could choose to live in an area where the government sufficiently, in their view, respected their privacy.

But either way if it's this, that, or some other government(s), then websites that collect confidential data (for example, as an administrator of ProjectAvalon.net, I can see the email address and IP address history of every member) about visitors or members could face having to comply with the expectations and requests of any government, local, national, or supra-national, on this planet. That could potentially be a burden that the ProjectAvalon.net administrative staff could not competently bear.

P.S. ... Perhaps best, and perhaps what you had in mind, Satori, is that each website corporate or organization gets to state, a priori and publicly, which government(s) it accepts as having jurisdiction over its operations.

The attack is still ongoing. Our team is now manning defensive stations on 24 hour shift to mitigate the attack's effects until it stops. I've seen a lot of DDOS attacks before, but this one was different from the others.

If you are a netsec guy, the attack is essentially a fuzz attempt on our posting systems. Someone is looking for a vulnerability in 8chan. Usually fuzz attempts are slow and come in at a trickle to avoid detection. Today's attack strangely was a fuzz attempt in huge numbers and very rapid almost like a tsunami. I've never heard of a fuzz attack on a public service in such huge numbers. It just means that whoever is attacking is either desperate, or a child who doesn't know better. Children dont usually have access to hundreds of thousands of botnet computers though.

We will continue holding down the fort and maintaining defensive positions to respond to any changes in the attacker's patterns. If the attack manages to take the site down again, please know that we have a team of about half a dozen people working tirelessly to get everything back online so everybody can continue posting.

YouTube has blamed "newer members" of it's 10,000 person fleet of content moderators for a virtual bloodbath of video takedowns, strikes, and account restrictions taking place across a large cross-section of conservative channels.

The Google division announced the new moderators in December, tasked with spotting said fake news, along with misleading or extreme content in the wake of a raging debate over the effect of propaganda and inaccurate reporting after Hillary Clinton's 2016 election loss.

Google essentially responded to the crackdown on conservatives with "our bad," after news of the mass censorship began to spread.
"As we work to hire rapidly and ramp up our policy enforcement teams throughout 2018, newer members may misapply some of our policies resulting in mistaken removals," wrote a YouTube spokesman in an email. "We’re continuing to enforce our existing policies regarding harmful and dangerous content, they have not changed. We’ll reinstate any videos that were removed in error."

Considering that there probably aren't a ton of red MAGA hats proudly displayed on top of cubicle cabinets in YouTube's San Bruno, CA headquarters or wherever their moderators decide the fate of content producers, it stands to reason that their fleet of eager new morality police - perhaps some of them having emitted primal screams upon Hillary's loss, simply went on a rampage against mean words and scary guns.

YouTube says the trusted flaggers are equipped with digital tools which allow for the mass flagging of content for review by YouTube personnel. Moreover, the partner groups "act as guides to YouTube's content monitors," and engineers who develop algorithms to police more efficiently.

“We work with over 100 organizations as part of our Trusted Flagger program and we value the expertise these organizations bring to flagging content for review. All trusted flaggers attend a YouTube training to learn about our policies and enforcement processes. Videos flagged by trusted flaggers are reviewed by YouTube content moderators according to YouTube’s Community Guidelines. Content flagged by trusted flaggers is not automatically removed or subject to any differential policies than content flagged from other users,” said a YouTube spokesperson.

Another "trusted flagger" partner is the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). The alternative community has such a great opportunity in the midst of all this censorship to become stronger. I sense YouTube may take a few steps back because they see the opportunity for the liberty community (prefer that moniker to conservative) where the alt community may not. YouTube is afraid we will strengthen the other alternative sites or more people will just put more effort into creating their own websites. They are apparently thinking this through and that is why they sound like they may reinstate some. Alternative channels that were banned should think twice before running right back for more games.

Will we begin to deal with our dependency on one-world-government monopolies like Goog and youtube and start strengthening the alternative sites? Will Alt show hosts stop back biting eachother like some do and start forming more of a friendly work relationship. i agree with most of what Colonel Potter says but, he talks about Roch Theriault who was a Quebec illimunated in the most crazy way, being the head of a tiny church and having brainwashed 4 women who were his wifes, had beaten them, cut their arm without anything to diminish the pain, name it, when you think of torture. The guy was obviously sick. The women were so scared that they would not leave. Of course Col Potter is not guilty by association, but I think he should mention how gruesome torture Thériault has used on these women and the children.

And no, Thériault was not falsely accused and pursued by politicians, what he was accused of, he did - in this Potter is wrong (I personally met one of the women after the case was heard).

To tell the truth, I am always disappointed by animators in alt media, telling half truth or not telling the center of the stories. Just one little misjudgment like this from Potter make me doubt the rest of his words.

YouTube plans to employ 10,000 more moderators to address violent and unsuitable content

Workers employed to sift through and remove disturbing content on YouTube
will be limited to doing so for four hours per day.YouTube had made the change
to protect their mental health, chief executive Susan Wojcicki told the South by
Southwest conference in Austin, Texas.

It comes as the video-sharing platform faces scrutiny over how it deals with
unsuitable and violent content.

It has pledged to hire 10,000 extra people to address the issue.

Ms Wojcicki said: "This is a real issue, and I myself have spent a lot of time
looking at this content over the past year. It is really hard."

The workers would also receive "wellness benefits", she said.

Ms Wojcicki also announced YouTube would introduce "information cues" to debunk
videos promoting conspiracy theories, with links to fact-based articles on Wikipedia.

It comes in the wake of criticism levelled at YouTube for showing a hoax video about
David Hogg, one of the pupils who survived the Parkland school shooting in Florida.

Nasim Aghdam railed against YouTube on her personal website

YouTube terminated her account following the shooting. Her Instagram and
Facebook accounts have also been removed.On her personal website she accused
YouTube of taking steps to prevent her videos from getting views.

"There is no equal growth opportunity on YouTube or any other video sharing site.
Your channel will grow if they want to!" she wrote.

There had been earlier media reports that the man shot was her boyfriend, but
police later said; "At this time there is no evidence that the shooter knew the

That is huge. YouTube “click revenue” or ad revenue is dreadful for starters- the amount of months and clicks it takes to earn $1.00 per video is laughable. The removal of her livestream ability not only cuts her off from superchat revenue, but also causes the YouTube algorithm to rank her entire channel lower—- meaning that 40-60% of her videos will no longer show up as “suggested” for non-subscribers.

What was it that I heard once upon a time - that motto of the Mossad - "By way of deception thou shalt do war"? We have seen it. We have seen it as the media lies about Trump, as Twitter lies about Trump (by blocking positive comments) and as Faceplant lies about Trump via rigging of feeds and Google lies about Trump by blocking everything positive and only allowing a negative view - doing so is not honest, it is WAR BY WAY OF DECEPTION. If that is the motto of the most prized agency the Khazars can muster, and that motto is failing it's end objective - to get rid of Trump - despite all efforts to make it come alive, what does that mean? What does it mean, while Trump remains the bull in the china closet despite their full application of that motto?

The big corporate giants are aligning more closely every day from various industries, such as the recent Bayer buying of Monsanto.

Like there are only a few media companies, the drug and oil companies are getting fewer every day, and soon just like the giant tech monopolies, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, there will be only a few super corporations ruling our lives.

They along with the deep state will then be crowned King of the world

I'm afraid this will always be a problem because it comes down to trying to govern corporate morality. If the impacted society doesn't have a firm reference for morality to begin with (and I don't mean the subjective Hollywood-type "morality" that actually becomes more and more degenerate with each generation), there is hardly even a starting point from which we can agree to do something, because our society doesn't even share common values anymore.

And this is without even going into the nightmare which is public ignorance of basic economic principles, like ECON 101 type stuff, even how a supply and demand curve works. If people only educated themselves on the supply and demand curve, and why price controls produce shortages and black markets, we wouldn't have nearly as many socialists walking around in our country today.

Whats scarier than whose being banned is the very power of the platform Youtube.

Don't we see that's proof the little rebellion or alt media is a scratch on their behind's at best.

This might be true, to an extent, but consider that huge changes and major transitions are made up of lots of small measures, the rain drops can make a tsunami when collected all together.
YouTube might be turning into T.V version 2.0 - but it displays something very interesting, we can build alternatives, we just need a few more people to understand that the internet is an open source medium, we do not have to be passive consumers all our lives, we can actually build our own media. If you really are wanting to avoid alot of the scrutiny on YouTube etc. Here's a hint. Don't monitorise you channel. Simple. There is a lot less scrutiny if you do.

If you think places like Youtube, Facebook etc were by products of our awakening etc. And, not a corralling of those out there bubbling up to the surface from enormous levels of planning over large volumes of time...

If you as an individual have an issue of censorship etc. You assume it was never going to happen etc. Or, maybe some of the 'teachers' out there weren't going to self destruct to create outcome plays. Buy a large hard disk and search for things like 'Download Youtube Videos'......keep a backup of everything. Be disciplined and vigilant. If you assume the Internet is a stable environment and not fluidic. What assumptions are you setting yourself up in that and potentially other things? Are there some things in your life that also are created by similar assumptions etc. Because, it is very simple. Keep a copy of what resonates with you. Revisit teachings and teachers at time is a powerful development too. You can measure your growth. Get new layers all the time. Actually understand what people are saying. Maybe create your own channel and re-share or look for alternative sites if they are lost in circumstances of censorship. I came across this one recently -- https://www.real.video/ . The main players are incredible platforms however and are where they are in our awareness because of that.

Here is another big tip. This is a bit of a heads up out there also..Keep an eye out for people who deploy victim-hood as another lure. I will be vague here deliberately. But, say if your source of income is taken away and then all of a sudden that source of former income is suddenly something of the worst of the worst...Why did you align with that aspect to begin with but now their bad? Shouldn't that question be asked? If you have been really hit hard by stuff in this reality. Our emotional stability is an aspect of psychic defense or a doorway into our inner layers. You know to never give power to that aspect after the fact. Walk away honouring that past experience and learn from your mistakes. Of why you missed angles to contribute to what has occurred. Trust the audience that really matters to you has the perception to perceive what was going on. And gravitate to you as a teacher because the feel your truth and service to all now. Because that awakening masses many elude...which is still unfortunately an actual minute minority and being challenged massively, will perceive your truth in things like the frequency of your voice, linguistics etc. Because the quality audience out there you seek will be the most perceptive there are amongst them and be able to discern you.

I also want to state this relative to me. I have no problem with people making money, earning a living or even thriving in these fields. The attitude that making money aligned with truth, authenticity etc is a bad thing. Is a very massive program running that really. Many get imprinted this into them by the nature of how challenging life can be and our situations in life. Upbringing etc. To me the people willing to speak their truth, teach teachings that go against certain massive vested interests causing harm, having massive negative consequence to humanity, Earth etc. To me that is so precious no amount of money can equate to anyone operating that way. They deserve the resources to do so the best they can. Anyone who has the courage to live this way also. If you have not put yourself out there to be judged, scrutinised etc maybe it is time to explore and get an appreciation. I know Earth is entangling with the Money System and is well aware of this, you etc. She is taking the 'Energy Exchange' system back. But it is an important program many run that can actually block resources coming to them or you yourself. This goes to all you here. It is extremely valuable (operating authentically and being courageous to live, speak your truth). So just really identify this in you and don't see it as black or white. Some players out there have motive for sure so discern everything and everyone. I really see Project Avalon raising its bar of late in many respects from alot of investment by many. So, keep it up guys. I have just offered some angles in what i have said here though to see some angles of 'Lack of Self Worth'...because they are the states that drive certain behaviors that occur out there. Especially the worst out there. In their tantrums lol.

What’s of interest is the reality that although platform content producers like YouTube and Facebook can garner useful input material towards the truth movement, we must never forget the fact that there is always a negative ratio of these platforms towards any positive one they have. In other words, there is an empirical-known negative affect these platforms have on the social milieu that we always have to keep in mind.

Is that negative impact actually worst than the positive impact? Naturally, since we are basically powerless (due to our massive disunity) we have to accept anything we can get so the question from our perspective is superfluous, actually.

One can be rest assured, though, that the Deep state is knowledgeable about the negative impact and always will be ready to counter any positives that come out of these platforms that negatively affect their program of control on us. The default benefit to the PTB is always that these content platforms sow division, therefore they will allow the potential positives in light of this vastly useful negative.

This is the case because when you have such a position of power (as the deep state has) one can exercise more control versus the people who don’t have much power.

Parenthetically, we don’t have power precisely because they have disunified us so entirely, over basically, nonsense issues that many of us get so riled up over this serves to feed the disunity.
