To save anyone else spending as much time on this as I did!
I could barely read the text on the screen, even when I paused the video to try pretty hard to decode it at 480p resolution. So don't worry... it's not your eyes!
The mountain where the strange beads were found (see the link below for the interesting account) has the name 'Height 611' or 'Hill 611', overlooking the town of Dalnegorsk. It's also known as Mount Izvestkovaya. (What 'Height 611' means isn't made clear in the video. It's just the name of a mountain.)
The beads are on display at the National Atomic Testing Museum, in Las Vegas. There's zero indication that anything's gone missing from there.
See this article for more of the Dalnegorsk - Las Vegas story: https://huffingtonpost.com/2012/03/22/area-51-russian-roswell-ufo_n_1373352.html
The museum is 3 miles from the Mandalay Bay Hotel.

The Las Vegas shooting has been very extensively researched.
I expected to find helpful, explanatory links in the video text, but there are none. So I had to look all this up myself.
Not going 'off the handle' here :) — but this is a poor video, telling the viewer almost nothing, and the premise is a dozen magnitudes more than ridiculous.

Thank you so much, Bill. I had to stifle my desire to launch an assault on the OP and video. You were much more patient and diplomatic than I would have been.
