Police Officer Dead as a result of Hoax 911 Call

I made the subject of the posting different from the article subject for a reason. The actual subject is "Live: Fallen officer gets police escort as body is taken from medical examiner to Clinton", but the part I want to draw attention to is that it sounds like the poor man was led right into a trap.



Officer Morton was killed Tuesday night when he and two other officers responded to a 911 call at a house in Clinton. Turned out, no one at the house called police but when they went inside to ensure everything was okay, a man inside opened fire.

Like many comment on news comment boards throughout the internet I read allude to, we are only get the tip of the iceberg. Even when some of the questions get answered, many never get answered or incompletely answered.

The MSM news is like a drip from a faucet in the desert.

Ever notice how information often comes out years or decades later after it's no longer as useful except to satisfy a curiosity?

The allusions are what kick me in the guts.

Even if the full story did come out, I'd be hesitant to believe any of it anyway.

Either way, I'm still left rattled with the idea of a 911 hoax in the first place. What a stomach turning thought to even have - abuse of our emergency system.
