Dr. Manfred Doepp demonstrates a technique to "de-switch" your brain.
It's hard to describe what happens, but I feel good after I do this and wanted to share it. It focuses on areas where acupunture points are abundant and only takes one minute to do.
Learn to "de-switch" your brain and teach others - thank you!

Super super super cool!!!! Thank you so much for sharing, Tea.
I'd love to know 'all' the secret hidden things about the brain and body.

Interesting. When I tried it, a lot of wax fell out of one ear and I found I could hear better instantly. Massaging the upper lip wasn't quite as successful as my upper denture kept falling out.
It was difficult to cross my arms for these exercises without drawing attention to myself in the train, but at least they left me alone after that.
I would like to believe that there is some clinically proven scientific basis for all this but since Doepp doesn't even explain switching, let alone de-switching, I must remain unconvinced.

My ears popped when I did it, and I can definitely say I felt energised and centered afterward.
Thank you so much for sharing!!

There is another technique to gain additional clarity and alertness. Take your right hand and pinch the left ear lobe. The left hand pinches the right lobe. Hold on to both lobes and squat down and up about 10 times.

It seems to help - took ages though due to the fact I couldn't stop laughing. Not actually sure what helped me more, massage or laughing. :)

Hmm... interesting.
I'm usually sceptical of such claims as presented by the good doctor in this video.
But hey, nothing to lose right?
So I did the exercise (yes, I was alone!).
It cured my headache instantly.
Thank you Tea, for posting this.... I think I'm a convert. :becky:

I think you're talking about brain yoga? You should also put the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth while you do it and it's actually 15 times. ;)
They've had non-speaking autistic children learn to talk after doing it daily. On days I actually do it, I'm far more clearheaded.

Yes, yes. Thank you, I was pulling that from memory.
