Looking for some resources to be able to speak with more authority on these matters:
a) Are there any precedents or rulings that say that the US National Security Act of 1947 is or isn't constitutional?
b) Is there an exemption from the Uniform Code of Military Justice that would allow military personnel to disobey a direct command and/or go public with an order or operation that is unconstitutional? same question concerning everyone under the authority or the US National Security Council
c) Is there an article within the US National Security Act (or elsewhere) that grants a "Need To Know" clearance above the Commander-In-Chief?
*please add to this list any questions that you feel are relevant that I may be overlooking
