Nice sighting in Basingstoke - 2018

The phone is turned horizontal at first but watch the second part of it as it really looks like a larger craft connected to the lights and very similar to the Phoenix lights sighting.

I love the guys reaction. I'm trying to think if it could be light projected onto the clouds from a portable construction light tower pointing the wrong way. Or if it's any kind of light projection onto the clouds. But I'm not convinced of my own argument. A friend just reminded me there are Royal Air Force bases round there

Know what you mean, I often see lights projected into the sky/clouds around my way but you nearly always see a beam leading to them from the ground, more so when misty.

The more I watch the vid though the less solid it seem's, wonder what it is/caused it?
