Scientists helping NASA put a rover on the moon are scratching their heads about why the mission was canceled and why they were told to end their operations within the next month.

India is planning to go there as well. Do you have any speculation as to why they cancelled? Could it be due to an issue that came up in the spending bill that was recently signed (that no one read, but voted for)?
Also- India’s mission is a small rover that will be looking for a bunch of stuff. Maybe they figured they would just learn at India’s expense?

hi Joe, that question as to why relates mostly about the rumors of being warned off. The moon structures and astronaut claims of craft on the crater rim and many photo blurs and enhancements to show odd things all are starting to weigh in favor on the side of something or someone else being on the moon. There are so many questions to ask that going back to the moon is almost required of us yet we haven't in how many years now? Ultimately if we travel off earth a station nearby like the moon is another consideration. I've come to the conclusion that TPTB don't want to be looked at as not having control and decided not to tell us there are smarter intelligences out there.
