I stumbled across the following three videos by Adam Schneider about 15 months ago, and found them interesting enough that I bought the associated book (three times now, since I seem to keep saturating them with spilled coffee). Maybe people here will find them interesting too.

The videos (total time 43:35) claim to prove that a number of North American landmarks such as Fred Nolan's Cross on Oak Island in Nova Scotia, the Newport Tower in Rhode Island, the George Washington Masonic Memorial in Alexandria, Virginia, three obelisks in Manhattan (Cleopatra's Needle, Worth Monument, Emmet Obelisk), the Statue of Liberty, other landmarks, and several places named Cedar Point, together form patterns and that these patterns were designed by "the original freemasons", as Adam Schneider calls them, no later than 1713. I think Adam's videos and book do prove this.

Hey Gord, I came over from the BREAKEr thread, as I find the topic of real life cryptography fascinating.

The video below deals with theories surrounding the Newport tower, it would be interesting if they somehow tie in with the theories presented by Adam Schneider.

Thanks wegge.

Dan Winter's material is very interesting, and I've archived hundreds of his videos over the years.

I was going to visit Newport Tower and The Newport Tower Museum (http://www.newporttowermuseum.com/index.html) in August, since I was to be participating in an event at Fort Adams about 3.5 miles away, but it didn't work out.

Jim Egan is the curator of The Newport Tower Museum:

[not sure why the 6 minute vimeo video isn't embedding]

It's weird how so many of these things somehow seem to tie together.

Thank you Gord for linking the video. If my memory serves me, there is another tower in Newport that is very similar. I spent many a weekend in Newport (my Girlfriend went to Salve Regina College) and we not only visited the Newport Tower but we also climbed a similar one that was on the cliff walk at one end near the sea shore.

Another tidbit... My girlfriend's dormitory was in the mansion where they filmed the Dark Shadows TV series. That place was creepy. There was also a privately owned mansion right next door to the college (a Catholic institution) that was rumored to be a place where people worshiped Satan.

As Adam's book revolves around the Tree of Life AND I was wondering about the Tree of Life's importance (when comparing it to Sacred Geometry) Dan Winter helped me out with his understanding --> how the tree of life is several platonic solids, nested/stacked together ---- and voilá, you get a 3D Tree of Life.

I feel this could also be important for Adam's quest, since the book didn't lead to a very satisfying conclusion (at least in my opinion).
