German court allows spy agency to keep tabs on internet hubs

This report is about the world's largest internet exchange challenging intelligence agencies that are ALREADY capturing all traffic, in a bid to kick them out via court order. That bid failed. This PressTV (http://www.presstv.com/Detail/2018/05/31/563459/Germany-spy-agency-internet-hubs-court) report has a "reporting glitch" (probably because it is Iranian) which confirms intelligence agencies are capturing EVERYTHING by default. This would never be allowed to be published in an American paper. Here is the key quote:

Ok, so there it is. They are capturing EVERYTHING, and it is not only the NSA doing it.

Germany's spy agency can monitor major internet hubs if Berlin deems it necessary for strategic security interests, a federal court has ruled. My comment: That's the soft ball lead in, because the court case was to stop the intelligence agencies who are already there, fully in place, from continuing - the internet exchange was trying to kick them out.

In a ruling late on Wednesday, the Federal Administrative Court threw out a challenge by the world's largest internet hub, the De-Cix exchange, against the tapping of its data flows by the BND foreign intelligence service.

The operator had argued the agency was breaking the law by capturing German domestic communications along with international data.

However, the court in the eastern city of Leipzig ruled that internet hubs "can be required by the federal interior ministry to assist with strategic communications surveillance by the BND."

De-Cix says its Frankfurt hub is the world's biggest internet exchange, bundling data flows from as far as China, Russia, the Middle East and Africa, which handles more than six terabytes per second at peak traffic.

It said the BND, a partner of the US National Security Agency (NSA), has placed so-called Y-piece prisms into its data-carrying fibre optic cables that give it an unfiltered and complete copy of the data flow.

Given the mass of daily phone calls, emails, chats, internet searches, streamed videos and other online communications, an effective fire-walling of purely German communications is unrealistic, activists argue. Germany had reacted with outrage when information leaked by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden revealed in 2013 that US agents were carrying out widespread tapping worldwide, including of Chancellor Angela Merkel's mobile phone. Merkel, who grew up in communist East Germany where state spying on citizens was rampant, declared repeatedly that "spying among friends is not on" while acknowledging Germany's reliance on the US in security matters.

But to the great embarrassment of Germany, it later emerged that the BND helped the NSA spy on European allies.

And what about all the dark elements on this earth, do they have a personal monitor for each entity? I submit to you this is why they abolished lead based paint, couldn't hear thru it or see thru it.

If you have a sufficiently advanced AI, with a sufficient amount of computing power and memory storage, the AI could build profiles and activity histories on all people. This could be used for tracking individuals, used to build commercial profile for everyone (for businesses to purchase) and for social engineering projections. The use of this data by intelligence agencies has little to do with security or defence, and everything to do with control and profit. Otherwise, the alphabet agencies could virtually stop all crime and terrorism (which hasnt nor wont happen).

I would suppose that

much of what is recorded is indexed and stored ... so that it is available for later use as needed to deal with individuals,
a lot of data mining is done, in order to monitor and manipulate the population at large, and
future AI and other "intelligent electronic devices" are trained on the stored data.

I am convinced they did this with me in a very obvious way and it may be a core part of what is considered targeting. I believe now it is how certain events were orchestrated in my own life and also how they tried to derail me from waking up. Somehow, they know inexplicable things that you have never said out loud. How does that happen?

Sometimes I think it is not exactly important to know HOW they do this, as it is important to just KNOW they do this.

There is a line in a song on the soundtrack to the movie "Until the End of the World". It is "Dreams seen by man-made machines; how do we see each other's dreams?" That is paraphrased, but basically accurate. That movie was back from the mid nineties.

Also, I use imagination to close my aura, shield my energy, and radiate powerful light at higher frequencies.

Never in the fear frequency! It takes practice and life gives us plenty of that.

I've had some energy attacks that I was not expecting. I'm just learning more because of those experiences. I'm sure my intuition has cautioned me away from lower frequencies and traps such as TV, social media, certain places, certain people, etc. I avoid electronic records such as texting, rewards programs, medical doctors, credit cards, debit cards, etc.

The little that is available doesn't amount to much. We just need some intentions that apply, and imagine the solutions. I'm convinced this works. :)

The NSA has been a focus behind the scenes for the shadow government. There are NSA higher ups willing to stop doing the shadow government agenda, as always the shadow government retaliates to those that contravene them. First it was the Russian military (then you see the Russian psyop to impeach Trump and go to war with Russia), now this same shadow government threat recently happened with the NSA. So you will probably see the NSA hit with things you may think are righteous, however are still shadow government agenda.

I am predicting we will see many more 'outings' of the NSA while alt media glares at the shadow government's offering with pitchforks and torches.

in the town in which I live in SW Germany near Freiburg they are digging up sidewalks/parts of street lanes (seems to be everywhere in my area, regardless where one goes- same in rest of Germany?- most probably) to lay/replace electrical cables- we've not been told what the reason for this is- the work in my town will take a week and will cause a traffic chaos-

I think that a person's thoughts are always broadcast as energy and that we are beginning to think of energy as "things". I suspect that our thoughts radiate in a non-verbal way - not as 1's and 0's. They must be interpreted, but many humans are good at doing that. I experimented with sending detailed mental telepathy messages in my teenage years with great success. I also suppose that there might be machines that can do even it better, but I have some difficulty believing such. I suspect that such a mind-reading machine might require an embedded human brain!

But, when your thoughts are read regarding specifics, I really have a problem with the interference by nefarious agendas. I've experienced it first hand and it's very unnerving. Well, not anymore because once you are aware that someone or something has this ability, their ability to affect you becomes negligible.

My thoughts on it are for "them" to get their own life. I have mine.

I can't locate it right now, but a while back I posted a reference to a conference presentation featuring PUBLIC SECTOR research in brain-thought interfaces.

The clip showed a cat, with its head wired up to a device. The device was connected to a monitor — where you could see, a little fuzzily but quite identifiably, what the cat was looking at through its eyes.

This was over 12 years ago: 2006 or earlier. One might assume that DARPA is well ahead of this by some 30-40 years. Maybe the wires are wireless now, the distances are greater, humans are the new subject, and rather more is being transmitted than just images from the visual cortex.
