A UFO or jet/plane?

The video quality does not provide enough definition yet the speed and lack of any FAA lighting requirements make this object more than unusual... At first reminded of a jet dropping in altitude and the lights reflecting off the fuselage by the city lights but pilots might say that speed is debatable for it to be landing.

Well if that was a normal plane, not, the pilot was very skilled and or reckless.
That was a rapid and acute angled landing.

It has to be a small object. Look at far below the horizon it goes, pretty much right into the freeway. Was this UFO really right above or next to a major freeway without anyone driving noticing? If it was large like a space ship, or military secret craft it woulve crashed and burned before it got to that point in the video. No dash cam footage? No other reports from drivers? Maybe it wasn't even close to the highway ... What are our options ... ? Maybe it's not right above or beside the highway at all, maybe, its a much smaller object that is actually very close to the camera. Large flying insect, night bird, etc. Doesn't look like a bat - bats don't fly that straight or that fast.

It is a bit odd - I'd first guess, a bird (but oddly very straight flying), and I'm confident it is a smaller object flying relatively close to the camera - whatever it is.

The way it seems to skip (like a stone skimming across water) in the footage is interesting to note. I once read that is the way advanced crafts look like from down here, as they pull back the space and time continuum.
