Where I live there's a strict 50USD import limit on overseas vitamins. This is annoying, because I have to split shipments up to get all the vits I want to order.
Recently I found a lot of companies selling trial size nutraceuticals. Price tags are 2-10 dollars, sometimes less. I figure it's a good way to try out vitamins you're not sure about, so this thread may be of service to Avalonians on a budget.
I'll mainly be linking to iherb because I don't like Amazon. If you know any other sellers that ship internationally, please link them here.
Note I can't vouch for the quality of any brands here. I'm not sponsored by any of these companies. If you know a better brand, please say. It's better to buy in bulk, of course... but trial sizes are useful sometimes.
