Well, it's not 'millions'. It's 1.5 million for the entire state. Unless every island was somehow going to sink or explode, it might only be necessary to evacuate a small proportion of those if there were very serious conditions there.

I very much doubt the government would use prison barges for that kind of relief from a disaster zone, where good people, including many children and babies, would have to be traumatically housed in bleak, cramped cells.

Just let's think for a moment. It'd be far more likely that navy troop ships would be used, or, if really needed, cruise liners or other passenger vessels could be sequestered for a week or two.

In my fairly strong opinion: this really does have to be sensational alt media 'fake news', unless shown otherwise.

It's interesting what I've learned about Serco and the patents being controlled from there, their relationship and financial ties to disaster relief, and their ties to the for-profit prison systems. Also, that they have received FEMA contracts.

The American Intelligence Media has unearthed a lot about them and new information keeps coming to the surface. They also mentioned the FEMA contracts that Serco received.

The business contracts and patents lead into pieces of evidence that are tying things together. And, dutchsense does mention fracking in relationship to volcanoes. MM, I'm listening to the above video. The lawlessness he discusses reminded me of Katrina, which I lived through.

There were roving gangs of thugs who had stolen postal trucks and were riding around with the backs open, with machine guns in their hands.

But, I will never forget there was one report on t.v., which I heard (getting reception was spotty; this was pre-digital) where there was a group of cops holed up in a hotel room, with cocaine and guns. I heard it once and then never heard it again. The whole thing was chilling.

Scanning the net for information on Hantavirus throws up page after page of reports from the CDC and other 'official' agencies, not many independent reports and certainly nothing about a pandemic.

With zero verification from any other source about this 'news', I'd bet it's safe to call it b******t.

To try and verify the above took all of about 1 minute, surely time better spent than posting doom-gossip.

Yes, I'm glad I listened to it again. Comparing reports from people who were actually there and reporting what they saw and experienced exposes truth that will never come out in the media.

I've been in situations before (one that comes to mind is negotiations around a contract at a school district and the subsequent strike) where what actually happened was quite different than what was presented in the news. Some things were not reported at all, of course.

Very different.

Also, we had a "regime change" when we got a new superintendent. That's when the globalists, or cabal, or whatever you want to call them came in with this "take over" energy. It became "their way or the highway". I saw over and over how they would say one thing (for "appearance"), and do another. They cleared out anyone that questioned them.

By the time I left for good, they were giving kids psychotropic drugs, doing heavy military conditioning and recruitment at school, and doing those "active shooter" drills.

It was my developed intuition and strong conscience that lead me to know something nefarious was going on and made me quit. I did not want to take any part of it.

I do believe the more we sift through information, the more we can glean clues that end up fitting into the bigger picture.

This is a process of collecting and sorting information. It may or may not be relevant later. Your opinions have no effect on this objective process.

The truth is, what we find out can, and does, prevent some nefarious things from coming to fruition. For example, when Jane Burgermeister had the courage to expose the live virus that was put in vaccines and sent to 18 different countries and exposed that, it prevented a pandemic. The only thing that went viral was the information.

It does no harm to search. And you have free will choice as to what you want to pay attention to. Just ignore things that don't interest you. Asking questions is not telling people what to believe. And according to our free will choice universal law, we can search for clues that may lead to truth. Sometimes when people try to lie or present some untruth, there is something hidden beneath that that can be uncovered. In other words, why are they lying, and what are they trying to cover up?

Yes, you could tell he was real. He was sincere. He was doing his best to help people. He was strong and did not let them disarm him. He stood up to them. Things could have been a lot worse if he and the people who helped him had not been there and took the action they did.

I can't speak for FEMA forcing people into camps as depicted above, I have heard nothing that would suggest it but I'm not involved in local govt.

I can say that I have seen a small site in Pahoa near the Tin Shack Bakery where a number of Tiny Homes have been built. It's an area that was designated for just this years ago but was never completed. It's almost ready to accept residents from the nearby temp shelter. She knows of nothing like this or the FEMA barges and she would not keep quiet if she did. Commercial fishermen don't talk about these barges either.

I think the main part of that story was the bait and switch. By looking at the credible stories about FEMA and Serco from Aim for Truth, I would not put angel wings on them and say they were truly benevolent.

And from personal experience with militant rather than community-oriented law enforcement who violate rights rather than operating within the law, I'm going to be a lot more cautious around official bullies than I would have been before.

I can't speak for FEMA forcing people into camps as depicted above, I have heard nothing that would suggest it but I'm not involved in local govt.

I can say that I have seen a small site in Pahoa near the Tin Shack Bakery where a number of Tiny Homes have been built. It's an area that was designated for just this years ago but was never completed. It's almost ready to accept residents from the nearby temp shelter. There are several other shelters further away in Kea'au where FEMA has located.

This is our local Senator Ruderman about 3 weeks ago on his observations and his ideas for solutions. He owns the local health food store which gets a fair portion of my food budget :) :

I should have added that I know 2 people from Leilani. One is in a shelter in Pahoa and the other does not live close enough to the Fissure 8 cone (now over 180 feet) to have been evacuated...yet anyway.

Hawaii imports about 90% of it's food and exports about the 90% of what it grows! A solution to that is very much needed and I have spoken to him and the Hawaiian woman I mentioned above. I am hoping his suggestion could be a part of starting to meet the food needs here. I need to approach him again.

Lots still happening at the volcano, hwy 11, one of the main roads just collapsed a few days ago, most locals stay away, heard reports of some arrests of people trying to sneak into the park to try to see lava.

My family and I have taken part in two food drives and goods gathering that were delivered right to the shelters. The big island community is strong and helping those displaced a lot. Civil defense has hourly updates on happenings on some of the local radio stations.
The geothermal plant had two or three wells that were covered, but is still operational.

Any yes, there were cattle trailers, not for people though lol. Lots of livestock and horses had to be relocated too.
Any reports you guys hear of the islands needing to be evacuated are totally false.

Officials Create Housing Solutions for Displaced Residents

As hundreds of residents in the East Rift Zone lose their homes to the current lava flows, and with no end in sight, county and state officials are scrambling for ideas.
They are working with FEMA and other entities to assist evacuees into new housing situations as evacuation centers near capacity.

One-Way Flights
In another effort to help the Big Island’s displaced families, Child and Family Service announced that a limited number of one-way flights are available to residents who are evacuees from areas that are under immediate evacuation order. Currently, these areas include Lanipuna Gardens and parts of Leilani Estates.

Hawaiian Airlines is donating miles to help families in need. Evacuees will need to coordinate through Child and Family Service and are asked not to try and arrange flights directly with Hawaiian Airlines.
The one-way only tickets are for flights to the Mainland or other islands in Hawai‘i.
Evacuees have to show proof proper identification, proof of residency and contact information of the person they will be staying with at their intended destination.

No animals will be relocated and residents will have to find alternative modes to ship their vehicles.
Applications can be picked-up Mondays through Fridays at the Pāhoa Community Center.
Residents in the mandated areas of evacuation can call (808) 961-5166 or (808) 965-9771 for further information.

Child and Family Service

The County of Hawai‘i is also assisting Child and Family Service with relocation efforts.
Child and Family Service Chief Program Officer Joey Keahiolalo said they have assisted 11 individuals with relocation flights and some of those were families.
Currently, the organization is sifting through 180 applications who have come in and are prioritizing applicants based on immediate needs.
Applications will continue to be accepted; however, resources may be depleted within the next couple weeks.

Child and Family Service is also providing counseling, rental assistance, deposits, gas and other needs to many residents in need.

Kaiko‘o Project

In a media briefing on Friday morning, June 1, 2018, Mayor Harry Kim’s spokeswoman, Janet Snyder, said that in 1960, the county created the “Kaiko‘o Project.” The project cleared hundreds of acres of land and created new housing within six months in Waiakea, above the tsunami inundation zone.
“Harry says he’s going to make a whole new community for the people of Puna to give them hope that there’s a better tomorrow,” Snyder said.
According to Snyder, Mayor Kim said, “If they could create a plan in six months, so can we.”

Second Emergency Proclamation

Gov. David Ige today signed a second supplemental emergency proclamation, adding housing and law-enforcement provisions to ensure the health and safety of the people who have been most affected by the ongoing Kīlauea eruption.

“The lava flow has expanded and overrun more communities as it’s advanced, and earthquakes continue to rock the area,” said Gov. Ige. “Hundreds of structures have been destroyed, including residential homes. I’m working closely with Mayor Kim and FEMA to develop a housing plan, and this supplemental proclamation gives the county more options for suitable shelters and rapid rehousing efforts.”

The second supplemental proclamation permits the governor and/or mayor to take the following actions with respect to housing:
• Establish guidelines for providing accommodations and shelter
• Identify county, state and private locations and facilities suitable for use as shelters
• Provide for relocation and rehabilitation for disaster victims
• Make state lands available for housing

“As the size of the affected area has grown, so have the challenges of keeping the residents and their property safe,” Gov. Ige said. “We’ve had people who refuse to comply with officials who are trying to control access into extremely hazardous areas, putting themselves and our first responders at risk. The combined federal, state and county efforts are focused on the health and safety of our community. The emergency rules we are adopting will increase criminal penalties for those who do not obey emergency officials.”

The second supplemental proclamation sets criminal penalties for those violating emergency rules, including:
Interfering with emergency personnel
Failing to comply with reasonable directions of emergency personnel
Failing to evacuate
Violating curfew
The emergency rules also prohibit the operation of drones in the incident area.

Housing and Sanitation Solutions

Rep. Joy. A. San Buenaventura said housing and basic sanitation are the most pressing problems for hundreds of Puna residents forced from the homes by the continuing lava flow through the Hawaii Island community.

She said she is happy that Gov. Ige has helped fast-track repairs to 14 vacant housing units, which will provide shelter and showers for some residents and believes much more is needed.
“Our neighbors are suffering and it is up to us to do everything we can to help,” said Rep. San Buenaventura (Puna). “I’m asking everyone to keep their eyes and ears open to any possible housing solutions for those in need. We have to be creative and we have to act quickly.”

The day after the 2018 legislative session ended, Rep. San Buenaventura flew home to Puna to check on Leilani Estates residents staying at evacuation centers. While at the Kea‘au Community Center, she found out there were no showers on-site and no transportation to the nearest public showers in Hilo, eight miles away.

She spoke with the manager at Hale O Puna, (a federally funded senior housing facility) across the street about any vacant apartment showers that could be used for the senior or disabled evacuees.

“I found out there were 14 vacant units, but they were in disrepair for more than a year and six would require major construction to be used,” San Buenaventura said.
During a House leadership visit on May 10, the units were inspected and found to be built of concrete hollow-block materials and were structurally sound, even if the cabinets were termite-damaged.

Rep. San Buenaventura said she is pleased that Gov. Ige and the Hawai‘i Public Housing Authority recently announced that the 14 units have been fast-tracked for seniors.
“This is just the start toward more permanent housing relocation for those whose homes were destroyed,” she said.

Rep. San Buenaventura and a group of government, nonprofit organizations and volunteers called DART: Disaster Assistance and Recovery Team have been meeting weekly to proactively look for housing solutions.

Rep. San Buenaventura last month asked Gov. Ige to issue two executive orders to provide:
1. A waiver of the Transient Accommodations Tax for a period from now until one month after the emergency declaration has ended for rentals of less than 180 days for those who live in the evacuated zones; and
2. Allow tenants to waive the landlord-tenant code (HRS Chapter 521) such as deposit, notice, termination, and covenants of habitability to streamline the rental process.
She also requested that Gov. Ige quickly sign into law Senate Bill 2401 to build Ohana Zones for homeless residents and free up much-needed housing.
At a press briefing on Tuesday, June 4, 2018, Civil Defense Administrator Talmadge Magno discussed some of the options the county was considering for housing people who have been dislocated.

He mentions "evacuation efforts" and the reports of arrests sneaking in to see lava appears by this mandate as not the only reason for arrests. In part 2 of this Exonews TV interview series, Aurora Garcia discusses events she witnessed during the 24 years she lived adjacent to the Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV) in the lower Puna region of the Big Island of Hawaii.

She discusses highly suspicious helicopter flights into the old volcano crater (Pu’u in Hawaiian) on the PGV property; strange sounds coming from the crater; weird temporal anomalies and orbs near the crater; U.S. Department of the Interior visits to the crater; an unexplained U.S. military presence, and a mysterious second generating plant which was built without the knowledge of Hawaii County officials.


All these strange events, along with what Aurora was confidentially told by workers at the geothermal plant, led her to conclude that earth penetrating experiments were being secretly conducted at PGV.

The synchronicity of some of these events with the Fukushima 2011 earthquake and tsunami led her to suspect that some kind of scalar weapons technology had been secretly built in the old volcano crater, and it was sending scalar waves deep into the Earth’s core.



Aurora asserts that the electrical production goals of the geothermal plant was a cover for what the Israeli owners of PGV, Ormat Technologies were really up to – testing scalar technology.

She believes that the May 2018 lava outbreak caused by 23 fissures appearing in a six kilometer radius of PGV may be connected to the scalar technology experiments being secretly conducted at PGV, as well as the drilling practices she discussed in part one.

Aurora’s view is that geothermal energy was chosen to be developed on the Big Island of Hawaii for a sinister purpose by Israeli and global interests interested in the development and use of scalar weapons. Geothermal energy production was used as a cover to conduct these experiments, which required a location that provided direct access to the Earth’s molten core.

The Hawaiian Hotspot under the Kilauea volcano provided such access to the owners of PGV. The possibility that an old crater located on the 500 acre PGV property had become the site of a scalar weapons facility, and that scalar waves were being sent down the Hotspot that had created the Hawaiian Islands, deep into the Earth’s core for weapons development is very important to investigate.


It’s worth pointing out that as an eyewitness to events that occurred at PGV from 1989 to 2012, Aurora’s testimony is admissible in a court of law or Congressional Inquiry. Consequently, further investigation is needed to determine whether such weapons development was secretly occurring in the lower Puna region of Hawaii, in contravention of local, state and federal laws, and whether it contributed to the May 2018 lava outbreaks that has severely impacted the lower Puna region.
