Ok, I thought I would bring this out into the open again as I believe this is the most important topic we can focus on and changing the 'play'.

Also I wanted some feedback with regard to how we can change the present format??

We are all at a turning point here and with a push we can all change the reality that presented to us every day.

This is such a complex topic and in my opinion needs to be explored further to realize the significance of this. A few scientists have touched on this area and labeled it 'Quantom Physics' this label tends to shy people away as it sounds far to complicated to go into and research, but it is not, it is VERY simple as long as we understand the rules.

To those who haven't read this please read here...otherwise skip this part...

WE ARE THE CHANGE

First of all we need to understand the power of the consciousness and how it moulds our reality. This is the first lesson of understanding how we can change the present cycle we are living in.

Most people are beginning to realise the power of the mind and how easy it is to control situations and our environments and ultimately the outcome of life itself.

Scientists today are starting to learn that our consciousness creates matter. So in effect we create our own reality. We are all controlled much more than we think and if only we knew the rules of our consciousness and how we have come by the life we lead, we would be more in control of the world and it would be a happier place to live. We would have far more abundance, there would be no starvation, and no wars, religions would unite. We would understand that we are not alone and never have been.

You see we have only ourselves to blame for the way our lives and planet have turned out. We have bought into everything that is offered. We have all contributed to everything around us. And I mean everything. I mean the wars. The starving millions. The suffering of nations. Even natural disasters. Everything bad on this planet has been created by our thought processes. In other words we can say that our collective consciousness has created the reality we live in. Now whether there our groups at the top of society with the understanding and knowledge of how to control the masses of people ,or whether everything that has happened on this planet is a direct result of our collective consciousness, it doesn’t really matter. What does matter is we how understand this works, and how we can take up the challenge of change.

What we all need to do is change our thought patterns and not be dictated by our environments and ignore what we digest daily from the mainstream newspapers, daily news articles and magazines and anything else we might read. Don’t get me wrong its ok reading, but remember do not let the imaging of what you have read control your consciousness, don‘t dwell. Whatever thought process you adopt and you keep that thought within your mindset, you will turn the thought into reality. As a species we all need to grow up and realize that we have made this mess and we alone can only put it right. So we have to raise our thinking patterns to a higher frequency and not be dictated with all that is around us.

Now picture different groups of people around the world. Picture different countries and cultures and even the people in lands that have not the resources to feed themselves. Do you ask why they just keep going around in a constant cycle and never getting anywhere. How is it that certain groups are ok but other have not got the surroundings to support them or feed them. Think of all the wars around the planet that have been ongoing for decades and decades. Perhaps some of the wars have been orchestrated or manipulated for greed and for support of the war machine. But again we have only ourselves to blame for letting our minds accept this way of thinking and buying into this negative projection of energy.

Our thoughts create the reality we live in. So therefore we have created our planet and the way it has been shaped over the past 1000 years. If we have had civilisations before, and my research has informed me we have. Then we have gone through the same old mistakes as usual. We have destroyed past civilisations by the same process. THOUGHT CREATES MATTER. Remember that. Embed those words into your minds and think about before you go to sleep. Remind yourself that whatever is on your minds the possibility is that your consciousness will create the matter and turn it into reality.

You can now see why we are all living the way we are. With all the papers we are reading and different types of TV programs. This is all moulding the life we live.

Think. Imagine you are living in a very small village that offers only a very limited choice of luxuries. You struggle every day to make ends meet. You live in a ramshackle of hut. You only just get by each day. You live in the absolute bare minimum. With this in mind what are your thoughts each and every day. You are feeding your consciousness with the ongoing cycle and the life you have manifested just goes around in the same old cycles. With the knowledge of how our thoughts create our reality we could change the outcome. It doesn’t’t really matter how scarce the surroundings are, the trick is to continually feed your consciousness with a different picture so the outcome is not the same. We can all change the current paradigm but we need to know the rules and how to change it.

Our thought processes have a lot to answer for and create more than we can imagine! We all have this gift and if only we all knew how to use this we would all be in abundance. However the way things have taken course has led us into this reality and we all need to awaken from this slumber. If we carry on with this current paradigm the planet will not be able to support us and nature will take its course. You cannot carry on indefinitely with all this negative energy sapping up emotional pockets of consciousness which in return create negative manifestation of matter. The law of karma will intervene as has also happened in the past and mother nature decides herself how to correct the energy flow.

Lets think of another example of human consciousness in work. Just imagine a normal day in UK or US. It does not matter where because the outcome will be the same. First thing in the morning your thoughts are processing what you will be doing for the rest of the day. Your mind reminds you of the chores you need to do to get by the end of the day. Whether it is stressful or not you are already conditioning your consciousness and creating your reality for the day. And also last thing at night you do the same, in fact any negative scenes you may have bumped into during the course of the day your mind is working overload and again you are structuring your mind with brain conditioning. This is typical consciousness working against us. We have been conditioning ourselves like this for thousands of years. We need to make a break from this cycle and create a New Paradigm.

Let me give you another example of the consciousness working on a smaller time scale. Ok lets say we are watching the news and they are reporting about a war going in somewhere in the world (at this time there are 47 wars on going in this moment in time). The reporter shows us images of a war strewn landscape with trees obliterated, houses blown apart, looking like old ruins, children running scared and crying, hunger setting in and food shortages everywhere, food aid not getting to the points, smoke bellowing from various buildings, cars ablaze and people cowering on every corner. I am sure you get the picture. So anyway where do you think our thought processes will take us. Shortly afterwards you would be thinking about this and more than likely a few thoughts of the graphicness would filter through during the course of the day and further conditioning our minds to create a reality out of yet another negative thought process. You can see why this particular vision has been created time and time again by embedding in our consciousness. THOUGHT CREATES MATTER. We are shaping our lives every day. Day in day out. How many times have we seen these images streaming through the TV. How many times have you contributed without knowing what you are doing. The subconcious is all powerful. Nourish it with the right food!!

With all these examples its pretty easy to imagine why we are going through these continuous cycle of living. We just go around and around. The cogs are turning around each day and nothing changes, it’s the same old cyclical event time after time. All around the world whether its wars, starvation, working, living it’s the same old.

So what can we do?

First of all we need to combat any negative thoughts that seep into our consciousness. For every negative image you see on TV, in magazines, newspapers and various other sources of information you need to replace that image within your consciousness, with a reversal of what you have just watched or seen. So in other words if you have just seen the news with the graphic scenery as I explained earlier here “images of a war strewn landscape with trees obliterated, houses blown apart, looking like old ruins, children running scared and crying, hunger setting in and food shortages everywhere, food aid not getting to the points, smoke bellowing from various buildings, cars ablaze and people cowering on every corner!”.
Get to work on your mindset and reverse the image, picture in your mind beautiful landscapes with trees full of bright coloured leaves, houses with bright colours, children playing, beautiful clear flowing rivers, people talking being happy, just imagine everything in abundance. Your consciousness will soon take over with these positive images and create a better reality than the other thought process you would normally adopt. This small act of thinking and transference of positive energies works every time. The stronger the intent the more of a reality you will create from thought. So try to visualize these images as clear as you can. Now sometimes it is very difficult to train your thoughts in a different route whilst taking in disruptive and negative images. But trust me, practice makes perfect. Do this also last thing at night and first thing in the morning. THOUGHT CREATES MATTER.

I remember reading a good few years back about a man who was a small time thief. He was just a petty thief who spent most of his time in jail. Now every time he got caught, the judge would sentence him to a few months in prison. Shortly after his release he would go back to stealing again and get caught almost immediately. Now this chap went to all sorts of help with various groups to break out of the habit, but kept finding himself back to square one. Back again. He was asked why he kept stealing, but couldn’t answer as to why he kept doing this time and time again. He knew it was wrong but something took over in the act of stealing. What he did say was that in prison he finds it comfortable and free of any hassle. And that when he was released he would often think about the hassle free world of being in prison. Now what this man was doing was conditioning his ‘mind set’ with his consciousness of being in prison. Whilst he was out of prison, his consciousness took over in order to get him back where his sub-conscious mind wanted him to go. So unbeknown to him he was being steered towards what he had fed his mind with. He conditioned his mind to go back to prison with these daily thought patterns thus creating what he thought into his reality. He could not break the cycle no matter what he did.

This is a perfect example of how we become trapped into our own reality. Our thought processes are continually repeating themselves again and again. We create what we have been doing for years and years. Yes it is difficult to get out of the cycle. But we must change the cycle in order to evolve as humans and not be dictated to by what is presented to us each and every day.

We will reach bifurcation which ever way you look at it. The current system cannot sustain itself much longer. If we carry on with the wars as they are, we will ultimately run out of money and we will have global collapse. Already US are trillions of dollars in debt, which is mathematically impossible to pay off the debt. So at what time do we say enough is enough, we need to change the Paradigm. Our thought patterns will change this. As I am writing this article the US has doubled its military expenditure in just one decade!! What are we going to do with all these machines. All we are doing is feeding the war machine. The war machine is the biggest racket on this planet. This is typical of what we are all engineering with our minds with the War Machine. We see negative images on TV and various news articles, we in return instil fear into our consciousness and we subconsciously buy into the war machine without realising what we are doing. We feed the machine day in day out. Take note of the previous examples of what happens when we watch images of negative content. Use the tools that I have suggested to switch your ‘mind set’ into positive vibrations.

To say the world is our oyster is an understatement. The universe is diverse with all different types of life, it is unimaginable. We must adopt the rules and know how to use them before we can be invited to the world above. With our current thought patterns we will always be suppressing ourselves from further knowledge of what other secrets we have in the Universe. Yes our thoughts have kept us out of reach of many things that we could have been privy to. We have suppressed ourselves to the extent that we are acting with robotic minds. We have become controlled robots in our own little world which is neither reality or fiction. It is sort of a play, and we are dictating how the play unfolds, but with the wrong mind set. We need to change our thought patterns towards a positive outcome. And we will.
We must all move into a creative stance, not a permissive posture. I know its very difficult to do with our past life experiences, but it can be done. We have to develop a much bigger creative imagination to win over what we have created in front of us. If we sit on our laurels and wait for the times too change, it will be a disaster waiting to happen. We have got to change pattern of thought NOW. Ask yourself what sort of life would you want your children to have? Look at what we have now, and imagine if we carry on with the present cycle, what will it be like in 20 or so years time. Don’t choose victim hood. Make your stand and make a better humanity. Take your thoughts to where you want to go. Your limitations are only within your mind set. The only thing that will be lacking is the ability to trust that this process indeed can reach a positive outcome. Thought released will return in manifestation in a reality more magnificent than we can all imagine. Please understand that THOUGHT CREATES MATTER. Its up to us what type of ‘matter’ we want and deliver.

Don’t allow yourself to dwell on what we see everyday on TV and the other sources of information, but turn your thought towards what you would like to experience. We have built a fantasy land around us and seems almost impossible to break the mould, but break the mould we will. We watch TV play with computers listen to radios and all other types musical gadgets, that we have no time to really think about why we are here and where we are heading. Just sit down for a few minutes and think of all the distraction we have created here on planet earth. We need to feed ourselves with some other source of food for nourishing our consciousness. At the moment the type of food we are taking in daily is not what it should be. Do we want to become robots adopting a 9-5 routine living each day as we pretend this is how it should be. Don’t kid yourself . There is so much more than we have given ourselves, but only we can awaken the our thought processes in order to awaken us. Lets not become the laughing stock of the galactic family. They know we can do this and have handed down clues for all of us to see. Just ask your thoughts to take you where we should be.

Yes I know with the realisation of we got here and where we could go is a big shock to the system or even ego. But what I tell you here I believe is true and can be researched within the confines of your own home. With the way the internet is used, it is one of the biggest libraries we can ever explore. The truth is out there and ‘the truth will set you free’. Remember this is our reality. We created it. We can change it. We alone can alter the course of our lives. Don’t be lazily caught up in what is presented by outlets, which are beyond our control. Yes some have been presented in a way that we have no control over what we witness. But it doesn’t mean we have to buy into what is on offer. You can visit a shop with all sorts of goodies that tempt us into buying. If you don’t like the sound of it. DON’T BUY INTO IT. Take your thoughts elsewhere. Only you are in charge of your thoughts. Don’t let the negative side hi-jack them again. It is your choice, as I have said you can create your reality just like you create your dreams most nights, but if you do not realize your power and how you can change the ‘play’ then your life will become like a flag blowing in the wind…just like a passenger on a train going around in circles. So visualize the world you want to be in and take control of your destiny. Anything you can think of becomes a possibility.

1. Do we all agree that with the right imaging process we can alter our reality and if so how many of us would we need to turn our thoughts into reality?

2. What images would change the cycle? Would we all need to focus firstly on a unified vision on one type of visualisation, and then build upward as time goes on...or could we adopt a universal image that would change the cycle in one hit??

3. Some examples

If we all visualize these types of images, will be be manifesting further protests...How would you visualize 'the end of wars' . The image is very important and needs alot of thought as to the outcome!

Some thoughts for starters...

You're proposing a collective effort to consciously alter "reality." I see a couple obstacles to this.

1) If reality is the result of conscious desire then the number of people here and elsewhere in the alternatives add up to a small fraction of a fraction of a fraction of the nearly 7 billion people on the planet. Any conscious thought we collectively muster must be strong enough to override the other 6 billion+ unenlightened who as Taurean I think correctly observes, are too busy swatting alligators to do anything else. Maybe that's why the alligator population is increasing (just kidding).

2) I think the images you suggest are to generic. If we want to bring an end to war we need to focus on the causes of war. If we want to focus on clean water we need to focus on alternatives to the technologies that now pollute it, though much progress has already been made in this direction in the last 30 years.

So to address these concerns I propose starting small. Choose something specific that there will be collective agreement for about both the desired outcome and the way to achieve it. Make it something that couldn't happen on its own to confirm that it is the power of our collective efforts that achieved the result. Then expand from that.

For instance, instead of focusing on an end to war, choose a specific conflict. Learn what factors lead to it and focus on a solution to it. I don't recommend the Israeli/Palestinian ordeal as a starting point. Instead of focusing on clean water, choose a specific source of pollution, what the alternatives would be, how to achieve that and focus on that step by step.

Or something even simpler. For starters I think it's more important to choose something simple that we can confirm was effected than it is to have any kind of major impact on current reality.

This accomplishes two things.

1) It reinforces for us that we can have an impact.

2) More importantly, it provides the beginning of a track record that can be cited to recruit others to the effort.

I have one suggestion on something we can focus on to get started. If anyone has (or knows anyone who has) a chronic illness, we can focus on eliminating it. Just a thought...

But I do believe we should start small, learn the ropes, document succes, recruit, expand.

Hmm a very interesting question viking dear heart. I dont think we agree (as in we humanity) on this subject. But if you mean "we", you and I.... Yes . We need only One.

Good Idea. Shared Imagery definetly would be a faster way to change.

3. Some examples : Water has always been a very powerful imagery for me. Start with a drop..and we can fill a bucket

Feel the touch of water on your skin...fill your senses with the scent of water....

I have had very powerful experiences exchanging thoughts and feelings using water.

How can we achieve this?? By asking great questions

How do we all achieve these with our conciousness?
By answering the questions with our hearts

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to storm the proverbial Bastille, indeed, would feel right amiss not to lead the riff and the raff - and the quick-dealing rash - into a cataclysmic clash between good shoes and jackboots ... you know I would! Still, my symbolic sword hasn't been wielded in a while - quite a while (can't think of when, offhand) - and is mostly collecting metaphorical rust in the damp airs of the stable. Fear not! I've got my Rocinante well-rested for a bray ... um ... a neigh and a battle. Won't take but an hour to tie the silver saddle on for a trot ... er ... for the charge into the valley of death! And you try and stop me, friend (you will, won't you?)! Still, I'll need to drop by the local Canadian Tire to fetch a bottle of DW-40. Decades of rust cannot be adjusted by a simple tug, you know. Might cause some delay. Fear not, ye of Taurean grade! There exists between the charging sword and the planning blade, the pontificating pluck of the typing trade!

Dear Viking ---

Oh, My God!! What a powerful post!

Thank you for painting a very graphic picture of
what our thoughts produce.

For maybe a year (or less) I've been aware of the influence
my thoughts (created vibrations) are having as a contribution
to the health of the world. But not to the extent you have
painted.

And where do these negative thoughts come from? I
suspect from images held, so many of negative.Images
instilled in us from the cradle. Our ability to hold negative
energy has been encouraged by our religions. For example,
Stations of the Cross where one mediates upon the
sufferings of Christ (Catholic). From paintings like those of
Dante where he depicts people eternally suffering in snake pits
or in firery brimstone.

We were/and are encouraged to have "righteous" anger.
Encouraged to judge our neighbors. Encouraged to believe
that there are "good" wars. Movies in my youth depicted the
"Injuns" to be savages, the "Krauts" and "Japs" were evil.
I remember trying to figure out where I would be safe from
the Germans if they were to invade my town. Send
Blessings to the youth of today that witnessed 9/11 over
and over for weeks. At least I got my scare, maybe,
once a month.

The energies of fear (negative thoughts) are deep
within our psyche, IMHO.

If I understand Charles, he has control over the feelings he
emotes. I, in a way, envy him this ability, because if I see a
"war" related picture all kinds of feelings are immediately felt.
Most of which will contribute more energy to the war.

And Santa Claus? The beginning of "some one,
some thing will save us" syndrome..
And may I add, adding more fear.

The overall picture of empowerment is getting a bit
clearer. Our thoughts (Lipton) and intentions (Tilden?)
create energy which in turn create material or events.
Man!!! This is an exciting time to be alive!!

While his touch acupuncture looks silly in action, it
does work. For an idea of what it can do, see the

Robert Smith, fast EFT, initially came across as a used car
salesman. The man has heart and wisdom. He's an Okie,
(used with affection) with small town type humor. He has

During those times that I work at centering myself in Love,
I use an earth/heart image from James (Wing Maker) .
Starting with appreciation (gratitude is better). End the
session with sending Love or Blessings, sometimes to the
world in general, sometimes to a grouchy neighbor who
complains a lot.

ferret out our long-held negative beliefs which
contribute to our negative thinking. We might start
sending Blessings to everyone, and that includes
our leaders and the PTB (*Quoting James: "If we
bless people instead of judging them, we operate
more genuinely from our hearts, and untether

We might also think about the kind of world we
want to live in, and in our imaginations, try it
on for size and comfort.

I just pray that folk are learning the lessons of 'conciousness' and using their 'thoughts' to take them where they would like to go...I know most folk here know exactly how this works...but the other 90%, I'm not sure...

Its always been a concern of mine :) .. Not the overloaded server (sorry!) but the reality that this forum is helping to perpetuate and create. More discussions about the great things the human form is capable of , such as telekenisis, levitation, teleportation.. would probably make this world quite a bit more interesting a place to live.

Hi Jack, yes I hear you...

At times I dont think they will notice...I think its too deep, folk are just soooo brainwashed into the reality that is presented...but try we must...but then the more I talk to folk(in my circle) they feel as though something is not quite right. But the masses need a BIG SHAKING!!!

I think I read somewhere that a hundred positive thoughts would overcome a far bigger number(negative thoughts) than what we are facing. So bearing that in mind, as long as we are all tuned into the same frequency then the outcome would be good.

We just need to get past the tipping point... and don't ask me how far we are as of now, because I haven't got a clue!!

But yes I agree with what you are saying. We are few with this mindset. I sometimes think that the only way would be to have a huge CME to wipe out all communicative conditioning...

That would re-set the 'button' surely.

I agree. Yogis have been saying for at least 4000 years that reality is first imagined in higher dimensions (astral, causal, etc.). At these higher levels we have the ability to modify and even change what eventually manifests in physical reality.

This is why when you have a negative dream (astral plane), which may be precognitive, you should attempt to reenter the dream and change the outcome.

The Avalonian Dream should be of a Planetary Renaissance. What can human beings be; what can Gaia become?

This is not love and light nonsense. It is metaphysical reality.

Perhaps imaging might create change because it will put us closer toward the vibrational energy state we need to be in order to create that change. Practicing imaging might be a very useful tool to achieve that state more easily.

Your a pretty awesome bunch of people :) To be thinking those thoughts.. and understanding the logic behind them, even though its something so far removed from what we have been raised to believe is the truth. Its true that what we focus on we perpetuate and create. Ive known this all of my life, so long enough to see more then enough evidence in the events that have unfolded. It can be difficult to stay in the zen mindset for very long, as the world around us is so terribly interesting.

Hmm whats that.. a chemtrail. Ohhhh. .. must research.

A week later.. gosh, whats that sparkly stuff on the ground.. i must analyse this.

Ohh dear me... its alive. Its some kind of nanotechnology... A week later, Now theres 5 planes drawing lines in the sky.

Were living in a time where whatever we focus on is becoming our reality in super quick time. Time is compressing, coming to an end. "Time" is really only what seperates our imagination and beliefs from reality. I'm going to be very careful from now on, as ive become sucked into a lot of stuff that normally i avoid since coming to visit the avalon forum. I'm seeing more and more evidence of terrible things where before i was seeing more and more evidence of a beautiful world. My suggestion would be to visualize on a 'weekly image' that would benefit the planet/mankind ... lets say monday to monday each and every week...it really is that simple.

Millicent Gaika was bound, strangled, tortured and raped for five hours by a man who crowed that he was ‘curing’ her of her lesbianism.She barely survived, but she is not alone -- this vicious crime is recurrent in South Africa, where lesbians live in terror of attack. But no one has ever been convicted of 'corrective rape'.Amazingly, from a tiny Cape Town safehouse a few brave activists are risking their lives to ensure that Millicent’s case sparks change. Their appeal to the Minister of Justice has exploded to over 140,000 signatures, forcing him to respond on national television. But the Minister has not yet answered their demands for action.

South Africa, often called the Rainbow Nation, is revered globally for its post-apartheid efforts to protect against discrimination. It was the first country to constitutionally protect citizens from discrimination based on sexuality. But in Cape Town alone, the local organization Luleki Sizwe has recorded more than one 'corrective rape' per day, and impunity reigns. 'Corrective rape' is based on the outrageous and utterly false notion that a lesbian woman can be raped to 'make her straight', but this heinous act is not even classified as a hate crime in South Africa. The victims are often black, poor, lesbian women, and profoundly marginalised. But even the 2008 gang rape and murder of Eudy Simelane, the national hero and former star of the South Africa women's national football team, did not turn the tide. And just last week Minister Radebe insisted that motive is irrelevant in crimes like 'corrective rape.'

South Africa is the rape capital of the world. A South African girl born today is more likely to be raped than she is to learn to read. Astoundingly, one quarter of South African girls are raped before turning 16. This has many roots: masculine entitlement (62 per cent of boys over 11 believe that forcing someone to have sex is not an act of violence), poverty, crammed settlements, unemployed and disenfranchised men, community acceptance -- and, for the few cases that are courageously reported to authorities, a dismal police response and lax sentencing.

This is a human catastrophe. But Luleki Sizwe and partners at Change.org have opened a small window of hope in the fight against it. If the whole world weighs in now, we could get justice for Millicent and national action to end 'corrective rape'

Let's shine a light on this horror from all corners of the world -- if enough of us join in to amplify and escalate this campaign, we can reach President Zuma, who is ultimately responsible to uphold constitutional rights. Let’s call on Zuma and the Minister of Justice to publicly condemn ‘corrective rape’, criminalise hate crimes, and ensure immediate enforcement, public education and protection for survivors. Hi Rien...might be a good idea to start a new thread with this thread added as a link, so people will know how 'concsiousness' works and how it manifests ... THOUGHT=REALITY ...

Once you've done this you need to give it a catchy title, to attract as many as possible...then all we need to do is let the thread run...see where it goes...change the theme every week so all who read the thread/link will mirror the 'thought patterns'...once this is done you can pass the link on facebook/my space ect etc ... SPREAD IT FAR AND WIDE...

The name of the game is to get as many people as possible focusing on one 'visualisation' , thus reducing whatever the plans of the PTB might be planning, and also changing the shape of the 'Play' for the best of mankind!! ....

My thoughts on this would be to support our local military, not in the sense of what they are doing but in the sense of showing them their is a better way. Honestly if we can get to the soldiers that actually do the fighting and have them change their view, then who would actually fight these wars, the global elites? I seriously doubt that, so my best solution would be to disarm the military in their view of war. Let me know what you think.

viking----------i see u have delivered channeled material, i'm of the school, that it hasn't given me anything i did not already have (plus it interfers with my soveriengnity in a way)...if the channelers want a future from my world view, they actually have to tell me that they a political player tangling with the big boys causing the current mess.
the one-------- i saw jack trying to get to this, but u convinced me {it may be very funny for others to see country specific info in an international forum}

okay, we have thoughts, that is going to change the world
(in Kabala, specifically the Bnei Burush mainstream standardized variety, they also say that if a amount of people change, then at a certain critical point, all will change... but i'm not sure if its a secular teaching, or confirmed by the "kabalic mini-script"-so to speak)

Hi Sirac ... The way I see it is that the more people that awaken to whats what will eventually tip the scales of consciuosness leading to humanity to the new paradigm ... I suppose its the 100th monkey effect...I know its a huge hill to climb, but surely the more that awaken helps the tipping point.

I confess I haven't read all of the posts ( I seem to be spending all of my free time on this forum), but may I please make one observation :
The problem with imagining "a world without war" is that by doing so you predicate the existence of war. Similarly, if you wish for "pure water for everyone", you predicate impure water. (See Dao De Jing chapter 2).
So, we need to imagine, for example "a world where people live in harmony with one another and their environment" and to acknowledge that "harmony" also includes periods of disquiet, balanced with periods of serenity. Whatever we choose to co-create, we cannot go against the fundamental laws of nature or, in the words of LaoZi, against Dao. In simple English - life and its' processes flow in cycles, day becomes night becomes day etc. etc. We cannot mainfest one pole (goodness, peace, health) in isolation. If we want heaven we have to accept hell as part of the deal, they are different sides of the same coin.

The Thought Bomb...

You've heard of the Ron Paul money bombs and probably have heard of the Alex Jones info bombs. Now, the thought bomb comes into play.

The good news is, individuals all around the world, that have spiritual discernment, already sense that things are going to change for the better. Besides that, people all over the world are waking up and taking action and resisting the scams and frauds of the New World Order, as they become more aware and realize that they themselves really have the most power and are the strongest force.

On the other hand, the corrupt politicians and the hocus-pocus brotherhood of evil occultists that make up the New World Order are frightened by other people waking up and resisting them. They are afraid because they have committed so many crimes against humanity and sins against mankind, in the past, and have an enormous amount of negative energy (bad karma) working against them. So what they do is manipulate and cheat, as they try to overcome that negative energy, by using fraud and their created conspiracies to fool people into believing in contrived realities and to get them caught up in evil schemes and dreams. That's why we see negative manifestations such as, indentured debt slaves being created, a surveillance state being erected, the phony war against terror being staged, manufactured fake news being disseminated through a controlled press, and politicians that continually lie and trash the constitution, etc., etc. All those things are scams and frauds of one kind or another. All those things are negative energy concocted up by a group of madmen, psychopaths, and evil occultists, to trick, deceive, manipulate and enslave unsuspecting good people that don't know any better. The evil occultists attempt to scientifically control and manipulate society, as they lust for power.

Thankfully, there are already intelligent people working to create a world in which her people have freedom, liberty, prosperity, peace, knowledge, wisdom and good-honest-benevolent governments. As more people join in the world will change for the better more quickly. Here's one of the reasons why:

When a thought bomb that exists on the mental plane of existence gets filled up it bursts, (like an over filled balloon will pop) at some point in time, it then materializes on the physical plane of existence. As you never know exactly when that thought bomb will explode, it's the best reason why you should never, ever, give up believing that the forces of good will overcome the forces of evil, no matter what you see happening on the physical plane. Because when that thought bomb does finally burst, and it will, it will come like a thief in the night and come crashing down on the heads of those entities (negative forces) that chose evil.

If your so inclined, please join the revolution and contribute several minutes a day to feeding the thought bomb, not by seeing the world as how the evil magicians want you to see it, but by seeing the world as the best your mind can imagine it to be, as you realize that the choice is really yours.

In summary: creating a good thought bomb as described here, is working with the positive forces that flow in nature. The thought bomb is in harmony with the universe, God, and nature.

All I'm saying is, there seems to be a missing piece of the puzzle in successfully dealing with and overcoming the negative forces that are causing the upheavals and the real problems that are happening in the world today and there are more ways to peacefully resist and win this battle than most people admit or realize. And as the war of good vs. evil rages on all planes of existence, (the physical-the mental-the spiritual) the evil forces (negative energy) must be confronted and dealt with, on all planes of existence.

Personally, I think the thought bomb should be in the toolbox of every freedom lover, patriot and those wanting to create good, worldwide.

These methods and ideas are not just ramblings of a madman or something I dreamed up, but are based on ancient teachings and principles as any one familiar with the subject knows. I'm just bringing it to the attention of other people that have not come across the information before.

By its own definition it is media’s job to tell us about ourselves and the world around us, to enable us to make informed decisions in a democratic society. That’s the theory.

Now, let’s look at reality:

Media has become a mirror of the disconnected state that humanity finds itself in. News, current affairs, even the dramas and reality TV shows that entertain us serve to exacerbate the religion of polarity being reflected back to us in all its forms – materialism, hatred, killing, idolization and separation. Almost all television, be it sagas and melodramas or daily news, is as addictive as any drug. This single dimensional ‘pulpit’ from which media preaches to us (often in the centre of our living rooms) actually seeds many of our negative behavior patterns in day-to-day life.

Dramas and melodramas aside, we have been led to believe that the news and current affairs programs we watch are true, unbiased, fair. Often this is anything but the case. News is provided, increasingly, by a select few. Those who have views outside what the owners of global media want us to hear and see have found themselves without a platform from which to present their knowledge and opinions.

Governments ensure that only the very powerful are able to access our living rooms by staking ownership and guardianship of the airwaves through licensing priced well outside the reach of ordinary people. As a result the news we see in all developed countries, particularly those of Anglo-Saxon ethnicity, is exactly the same, word for word, picture for picture. There is purpose behind this; it ensures that the now global corporate empires of media become bigger and more powerful, gobbling up any small players along the way. A select few controlling interests effectively distort democracy by shaping public opinion through deception on a grand scale.

The news we watch steers our attention in the direction needed to affect the outcome desired by this greedy, inhumane elite. It perpetuates polarity and provides the momentum necessary for its growth. Our feelings of vengeance and self-righteousness, seeded by lack of balance and distortion of truth reported to us in our news, is the fuel needed for us to supply ‘boy-power’ for the wars we are about to wage (or are already waging). In the few years since television made its debut into society, people who would be dictators have found the perfect uninterrupted medium through which to shape opinion every night of the week – they do it from behind the scenes by filtering the news and programming we watch. It is interesting that the first ever public television broadcast was of Adolph Hitler opening the Olympic games in Munich – he understood the immense potential of this new communication medium. Media can be the most powerful tool of freedom for a people but it can also be the most powerful instrument of propaganda.

It is considered good reporting to present a news story that shows as much violence as can be tolerated by the average family during or shortly after dinner time. Almost always this violence is aimed at promoting law and order, or steering our opinion regarding some conflict abroad. If we were shown the degree of violence which our nations have unleashed on millions of people the world over, on our behalf, we would be horrified and would quickly rise up against those governing us. But, alas, we are not shown these revealing images. Propaganda steers our opinion exactly where it is intended to go. Disturbing, angry, fear-invoking images are the norm, always biased to keep us on side.

It is our spiritual starvation, our endless wanting, that has grown media into what it has become. For many of us the most exciting dreams we have are to possess whatever product we have seen that we most want. For some of us the most exciting event of the day is the color brochure that arrives in our mail, full of dreams in the form of things we can purchase. Whole programs are presented where we watch the best ads. Whole channels exist where all programming is advertising. Media is actually supplying the information that sells and is in demand. As ego-selves in denial of the common thread linking each of us through creator-self, we do not realize the true implications of this demand. We have not yet come to understand the impact it has upon our world. Media is much more than a vehicle for supplying us with information to make decisions – it gives us the very raw materials with which we create even more misery.

One of the most basic factors determining whether or not a story is newsworthy is the level of interest the story will generate. The more interesting the story, the more people tune in, the greater the advertising revenue for the television station. Because we are raised to believe almost exclusively in competition, excitement is generated by seeing the suffering of another individual – by taking a side and watching our side win. Stories of co-operation are rare and much less popular than those showing competition. When co-operation is shown it is usually in the form of one team against another, one army against another, etc. This is not co-operation in the true sense. True co-operation would mean one team, one humanity, one earth – why would any aspect of the whole wish to attack one of its parts?

Even our nature shows teach us that co-operation in the natural world is all but non-existent and that animals are just like we should be – in a perpetual state of war, heterosexual, and in many cases mating (‘married’) for life. We have imposed our subjective evaluation on them, turning a blind eye to the reality of the animal kingdom. When we see a nature program showing animals in the wild, we are led to believe that life is war – a perpetual state of hunting and being hunted. Those who have actually experienced the real natural world, now a minority of humans, know this is clearly a deception. Film crews spend months, sometimes years waiting patiently for these exciting scenes. While on the lookout for their safety, animals generally enjoy freedom and peace the likes of which we have forgotten to even dream about. Predators only hunt what they need, usually taking out the weak or the excess. Furthermore, sexuality and its expression in the animal kingdom is anything but what we have been led to believe. It is colorful, diverse and natural. While well meaning, those who interpret animal behavior for us are often biased by their societal belief systems, subjectivity seeded by religion – all too often Christianity and Judaism.

Most media outlets are commercial ventures designed primarily for the purposes of creating wealth. They need to sell program content (product) that is desirable, their commercial interests paramount at all times. Of the few media outlets that are not constrained in this way, most are government funded. These outlets, contrary to what we would like to believe, also have to satisfy their funders. This media sector tends to attract players of a particular political bent whose self-preservation (job, financial future and retirement benefits) rely on the illusion that we need more and more governing; more controls and restrictions placed on us.

We have a politically left-leaning bias in the publicly owned media and a right-leaning bias in the privately owned media. Polarity, once again. It is not the direction of leaning that matters but the leaning itself. This leaning results in people being pitted against one another. (Needless to say, the bias of religiously sponsored media speaks for itself and we need hardly waste our time re-iterating its methods.)

Media does report on the problems and challenges of our world, but in a way that is largely superficial. All too often media actually misinforms us by providing the illusion that we are being properly informed. We hear stories about terrorism, earthquakes, floods and famines. We hear of our frailty against an ever-increasing array of attacks commissioned by the invisible world of bacteria and viruses, frailty that can be counterattacked by mega-corporations behind the medical industry. With only ego, without spiritual grounding in and through ourselves, these reports succeed in invoking even more fear.

It is all about us and them, whether they are another tribe, another religion, another country, another animal, another ‘dumb’ piece of rock crumbling into the ocean, or a disease that we should all fear. All they have to do is tell us something is bad for us and we believe them. ‘They’ have become our father-figure who we trust and look to for guidance. This is a grave error on our behalf because many of these people are completely irresponsible and utterly selfish. We have allowed ourselves to become disempowered, cowering and fearful, ready to be herded through any gate and into any trap. Nothing is our enemy if and when we decide to believe in ourselves. Believing in ourselves awakens us to the reality that our earth is alive, intelligent. As with our bodies, earth ‘speaks’ to us, not in words but in feelings – feelings we should be listening to.

Our current paradigm is primitive, patriotic, and dangerous. Our respective countries’ national sport is a case in point. It all seems like a load of fun – beer swilling, flag waving, drunken crowds, rowdy cheering in grandstands and dingy bars, fights and riots after the game. A national sport is designed to promote patriotism; it is an extended and continuous war game in which many of us are unwitting contributors. Through competitive spectator sport we have created an activity that is the domain of a minority of physically-suited individuals. For the majority of people who are either unable to achieve such high standards of performance or simply don’t desire the activity enough to partake, participation is reduced to that of mere spectator. We are entertained just like the ancient crowds watching gladiators in the Roman coliseum; the only thing that pulls a crowd to its feet faster than a goal is a fight. The result is that the overall fitness level of our media-orientated society continues to reach new lows.

It is during commercial breaks that we are targeted on an even more personal level. The best way to sell something to an unconscious self is to tap into one of the many fears associated with that disconnection. We are promised extended youth, greater beauty, power, success – all these can be ours for the right price. The only effort required is a little shopping. The need for more stuff is never-ending. We experience a short term high when we bag the latest product on the shelf, but the unwritten guarantee is that, if we follow the rules of this game, we will come to the same end as everyone else. That is, we will eventually become old, diseased, and finally die. Why, advertisements even allow us to pre-pay for our own funeral!

If this is not a dark enough picture, there is another side to it – one that is almost completely hidden from us. Our ever-increasing need to consume more is the fuel that feeds the global engine churning greater material imbalance and misery by the day. You may already know this, but if you are able to afford power, television, even this book, you are part of a privileged minority of humanity at this time. Most inhabitants of the earth have no such luxury; many cannot even read (not because they are stupid, but because they did not have the opportunity of learning to read). The greater percentage of humans has only one concern and that is whether they are going to be able to eat today. For many this dire situation is directly related to our imperialism, our greed, our soullessness. Each of us in the richest nations is destined to consume 15 to 150 times what one of these people consumes in a lifetime! If we in the west have just two children, it is equivalent to giving birth to a small to medium sized village in many parts of the Third World!

Our cheap luxuries more often than not come from the places where this ‘other half’ lives. To produce our cheap products, not just Nike and The Gap, but almost all our products, many people work an entire month for a wage that is less than what the average Westerner earns in a day. This is the only way they can put food on their tables. The profits for our cheap products stay in the hands of greedy Westerners and oligarchs.

Maybe, instead of merely pointing our soiled fingers at pariah companies brought to our attention by sensational programs targeting just a handful, we should look at what we really need as individuals. Instead of feeling guilty about what we buy, maybe we should look after what we own instead of throwing it out when the look changes. Maybe we should learn to maintain and fix things with our own hands, or be prepared to pay others who have taken the time to learn these valuable skills fairly and proportionately for their time. We have lost respect for some of the most important people in society and it is at our peril because young people are not being encouraged to learn practical, hands-on vocations. A kitchen full of managers cannot cook a meal. A community full of government workers, councilors and inspectors, inventing and enforcing more and more regulations, cannot make for a functional, creative, productive or self-sustaining society. Practical skills will become invaluable in a real-world sustainable situation.

As individuals we certainly have enough challenges to deal with ourselves. Most of us feel that we have little or no control over what happens on the other side, in the so-called ‘Third World.’ By stepping one by one off the treadmill we actually provide the only real opportunity for these people to begin reassessing their needs. Because we cannot know anyone else’s plight we are wise indeed to allow them to proceed without hindrance. Social revolution is beginning to take place in many significant parts of the developing world, most notably South America. It is in our best interests to allow and observe these revolutions, not judge or interfere with them.

Although we are economically better off than many in the world today, we are not in any way more independent than the poverty-stricken masses in developing nations. Most of us do not even know where our food comes from or how it is grown. If we were to lose our infrastructure for more than a few days we would be in far worse shape than many people in the Third World. Our infrastructure, contrary to what we might like to believe, is weak and fragile. It needs constant maintenance and repair to keep it running. The day will come when we will once again need to face the reality that co-operation with the natural world is the only way to put food on our tables. Cell phones, high tech devices, flashy vehicles and silk suits are quite inedible.

Time and again we become convinced of the benefits of buying some product, only to find out later that the same product invokes disease. ‘Smoke these cigarettes for vitality,’ ‘Pay for that tanning session so that you may have a younger, healthier look’ – just a few short years ago these were our mantras. Now that statistics have been gathered to tell us that smoking is bad, that tanning chambers can damage our skin, the loop of disconnection is complete – we buy into what they say.

Lack of self-esteem, desire to conform; these are the true reasons we took up our habits in the first place. The addictions mask our fears. Our creator-self tries but ego wins. Tobacco, like sun, can be medicine. It is us that have turned dis-ease into disease. Knowing our guilt, governments are now free to tax us whatever they like; smokers are reminded every time they light up how bad they are. Others, piously confronting them for their bad habits, accusing smokers of affecting their health, fly to far away places, use the same environmentally harmful products (including a plethora of pharmaceutical drugs that end up in the water system), drive their cars and generate dangerous microwave fields with their cell-phones, not to mention wobbling around with tens, sometimes hundreds of pounds of extra fat. We dare not point out the oxymoron – they have the weight of current public phobia on their side. But this is just the beginning. A new doorway into judging and mistreating others has been opened and tested. A whole sector of society has been openly branded as inconsiderate, unhealthy, stupid – a burden. Who, we should ask, might be next?

Media at our collective behest is the tool that is used to spread so many false ideologies into our culture. We have been lulled into believing exactly what media wants us to believe. Allowing media into our homes and heads is a privilege, not for us, but for them. We, once fully conscious, will filter out the polarity being channeled to us. Self-empowered, we will observe and steer ourselves on our individual journey towards full awakening. Using the most powerful tool we have, our contemplative minds, we will once again have time to think for ourselves.

Media and its message can be our ally, confirming the insights that come from assimilation with our creator-selves. It need not serve as a torturous guide into the world of fear and loss, victims and martyrs, hatred and blame, servitude and slavery. From a newly empowered position outside the pendulum of polarity, media can provide stark evidence of the intensifying circle that has been cast, one from which there is no way out except recognition of the obvious. It cannot be squashed, fought to death, protested into oblivion – no action taken from within the circle will bring it down. Taking sides will always set into motion some form of opposition, thereby granting the quandary a life of its own. One last climactic time, this time involving all humanity, history seems destined to repeat. Afterwards, the survivors will have no choice but to address the fundamental question, using logic to proceed on a sustainable path of evolution with each other and all other life – with cooperation, compassion and honesty.

Visioning/imagining...it works!! I've done it successfully many times by myself, and by faciliating group consciousness visioning classes and groups. It is the way to go to manifest world solutions. I'm so into using group consciousness for manifesting world solutions, I created a non-profit called Visionary Solutions. This next Sunday, we are hosting an Om Circle for world peace and enlightenment. Join us virtually June 26 7:30 p.m. Pacific Time. If you can't make that time, imagine you have time-traveled and join us in spirit anyway.

Group consciousness works exponentially. If there are 5 participants the energy is raised to 25 (5 X 5). If there are 10, then 100, and so on.

I know that many people are doing this. Whether we know it or not, we are cooperating to bring in a new world of love, peace, abundance, freedom even if we don't coordinate and do it together in real time. I focus my attention on the world I wish to live in every day during my meditation period. I just know others are doing the same. I see the world as clean, pristine, and lusciously green. I see all people experiencing abundance in the form of community celebrations with lots of food.

The more we all do this, the better. It is very powerful to coordinate and imagine solutions in real time. If anyone throws in a positive solution-oriented vision, I'll match it. This will be fun!!!

If we share visualization/imagination manifestation success stories, that will help our subconscious to activate our latent abilities to consciously create. We need reminders that we ARE creating with our imagination, and we need to stay VIGILANT. Sharing success stories helps to transform our consciousness.

Thanks for this thread, Viking!

Well, first of all, all of us should definitely ban television from our homes, or at least, stop watching it.

If there was a filter, to filter all the bad influence on the television, maybe all that will be left is a blank screen.

Most of us have nice internet connections, so if you want to watch a documentary or movie, go on and download them, or get a dvd, so you can watch whatever you want without the intervention of commercials and subliminal messages.

Believe me, I´ve done that, and I feel so much better now!

I just can´t believe that THOSE guys managed to put that little box inside everybody´s home, and people still believe it´s good somehow!

However, something is changing indeed. Whenever I go and talk about it, people are tired of watching TV! The TV News are always that same, the TV Shows are getting more ridiculous everyday and some people are realizing that!

Unfortunately, ridiculous "reality" shows, like BBB (Big Brother Brasil) are being broadcast here for 12 years, and still are a massive audience success! Also, the famous brazilian soap operas are a huge success here and they even created a new space for another one (23:00 soap opera).

Brazilian TV companies are investing billions to make their signal reach even the most remote indigenous small communities in the Amazon. Now, communities that once were safe from it all, are watching war news from countries that they didn´t even know about their existence.

They KNOW we are fighting, and they will try (are already trying) to fight back.

That´s why I really think that humanity needs a break from it all, including the internet, which most of the people use only to watch celebrity news and to share ordinary things on social networks.

I guess a relatively small solar storm wouldn´t be that bad at all, to disrupt communication and give us a break from it all.

I also have a huge hope for hacking groups such as anonymous. These guys have the knowledge to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN, and they are scaring the s**t out of the PTB.

Meditation, at another instance, is another great resource we all have access. If any of you don´t know how to start meditating, do a search on the web and start right now! It´s a wonderful experience that will make us even more connected to each other!

Whether you have been reading alternative news sites for years or if you’ve just started there’s one question that weighs on your mind. How am I able to discern what is real and what is illusion? It can be argued that there are certain organizations in the world that would benefit from misleading people. These organizations deliberately try to keep the public disillusioned. They benefit from this because as long as the public is kept in fear, they will continue to have control. This concept is referred to as consciousness science or the science of consciousness. Everything that exists is vibration at its most basic level. Everything vibrates within a range of octaves. Which ever octave the object or being is vibrating in determines its dimension. The same concept applies to our thoughts and as a result our consciousness.

When a person experiences an awakening they begin to question the world around them. This is why many of us have begun to question the mainstream media and ultimately have begun getting our information from alternative news sites. The members of the elite power structure that has had control over the world for many years are aware of this. They have a deep understanding of the science of consciousness and how the group consciousness works. They understand that if they can keep people confused and in fear, they will ultimately continue to have control. This organization has the resources to influence a large number of people. They are able to achieve this through means of the mainstream media.

During the last two decades though, something has changed. The vibration of the planet has begun to increase and as a result the group consciousness of the planet has begun to increase. Because of this people have begun to awaken at an alarming rate. This is happening because of a natural cycle that occurs because of our revolution around the galaxy. This cycle is no different in concept than the natural cycle of seasons we experience every year. The difference is this is a cycle of energy. Our entire solar system is being exposed to higher-dimensional energy. This is ultimately causing the group consciousness of the planet to ascend into the 4th dimension and eventually into the 5th dimension. This also explains the erratic weather patterns and earthquakes we have been experiencing. The Earth is releasing negativity as she begins her ascension back into the higher dimensions. Unfortunately because of the actions of an elite power structure that holds the belief that they have the right to control the Earth and all of her residents this cycle is happening at a slower pace.

These organizations are having a harder time of controlling the group consciousness. There are thousands of lightworkers on this planet that are beginning to experience the energies of the higher dimensions. Because of these people have taken the time to increase their vibration, they have guaranteed that the planet and all of her residents will ascend. Evidence of this occurrence is everywhere. There’s a lot of unrest in the world occurring right now. Everywhere people are beginning to question their reality and as a result starting to demand their basic rights. More and more truth is beginning to seep into the mainstream. Not to mention, every couple of days there seems to be a major UFO sighting. Is it really a coincidence that all of this is happening now?

When discerning an article think about the overall message of the article, is the author trying to make you afraid? Remember that our emotions are just energy. When you are afraid you’re in a state of dis-empowerment. Just by thinking about a creating a new world full of peace and happiness you’re adding to the vibration of the group consciousness, and as a result quickening the manifestation of it. We have the power to create whatever we want. Do not let these people keep you in fear. The energy is now present on Earth for us to quickly transform our lives. Use it!

I am Men 3 and I welcome you to this time that we are now sharing together.
Please take a moment to quiet your outer world. It is a wise practice before you
read anything that you feel may be of importance in your life that you first take a
few moments to set aside the busy-ness of the day. You will then allow yourself to
be fully in the moment and your ability to integrate the information will be greatly
enhanced.
We begin now by saying that you are loved beyond all measure. If you have not
experienced your Angels, Spirit Guides or your concept of God, we ask that you
trust that they do exist. They are ever-present to fulfill your highest dreams. You
need simply ask for their help. When you pray, focus your intention on what you
would like to see accomplished. Even though you may not fully understand the
dynamics of how your prayers will be set into motion, pray anyway. Trust that your
prayers will be heard.
The more focused your prayers are, the more able we are to set into motion the
events that will lead to your desired outcome. Wavering back and forth
tremendously slows down the process while fears and doubts can fully block
progression towards your goals. Perhaps there is something you wish for. If you
continually hold the belief, “I really want that, but I know I can’t have it” you will
have effectively created a mute point and we cannot move forward in fulfilling your
initial dream. When you have thoughts such as, “I can’t have it. That is impossible!”
the universe sees these as your truth and will not try to convince you otherwise.
If we were in a social setting and I offered you a piece of cake and you said to me,
“No, thank you. It looks lovely, but I can’t have it because it makes me ill.” I would
respect your wish and not entice you with the cake. That is what your thoughts of,
“I can’t have it. That is impossible.” does to your prayers. Your Angels and Spirit
Guides know that nothing is impossible and that you can have anything you desire.
However, they cannot and will not impose anything on you that goes against your
free will or is not in alignment with your belief codes.
This is why so many of our messages suggest that you look at your belief codes.
Take them apart, brick by brick and examine them to see which ones are not
structurally sound. When you enter this world and as you mature into adulthood,
you will pick up other people’s fears and belief codes. Humans tend to mold their
self-concept around the way they think others view them.
It is time to grow beyond those limiting beliefs. Take time each day to quiet yourself
and examine these codes. During your daily activities, be mindful of your thoughts,
your words and the judgments you place on yourself and project onto others.
Where did the initial thought come from? Is it still relevant or do you believe
differently now?
Pay attention to your behaviors. You will discover that when you change a belief
code, the behaviors that accompanied them will remain unless you consciously
change them, for they have become habits. Know that at any time, you can drop a
belief code and stop an unnecessary habit. This can be done by switching your
thoughts. If you find yourself thinking thoughts that you don’t want to have
anymore, switch your attention to something else. Watch in amazement as you
switch your attention to new things. A whole new world will open to you. You will
notice things and wonder, “How could I have not seen that before?” You will begin
to look at events through different eyes.
Like any skill or habit that you took time to incorporate into your daily life, it will take
time to undo beliefs and habits that hinder you from moving into the world of your
highest dreams. As you face your fears and undo habits that no longer serve you,
a huge amount of energy will be freed up for you to use as you like.
It is similar to a computer. When you load several software programs, hundreds of
photographs and dozens of videos, at some point the computer cannot handle any
more data. If you have not been paying attention to the little signs: the programs
getting slower, you ignore popup warnings, you don’t protect against viruses and
such, at some point the computer will crash and simply stop functioning.
The human body is wired in a similar fashion. If you keep pushing yourself and
doing things that do not make your life joyous, when you add beliefs that are not
your own without cleaning out your files, you are destined to catch viruses, get
overloaded and crash. This need never happen if you pay attention to your body,
mind and spiritual needs.
To avoid a crash, take time each day to do a scan and note areas of discomfort,
including your thoughts, words and actions. Are you enjoying the daily work you
do, the people around you and your free time? How do you feel most days, do you
feel uplifted or downtrodden?
We encourage you to pay attention to every word you utter and every thought you
think. Be especially mindful of gossip, whether it is about people within your circles
or whether it comes from media sources. Your thoughts, words and emotions are
more powerful than even the wisest among you can imagine. Many of you are
engaged in one specific habit that unknown to you is extremely detrimental to the
utopian society you spend so much time attempting to create. That is the habit of
talking about the doom and gloom of the “End Times.” Much of this comes from the
news media and channelings from people who claim to be of the Light.
What we witness over and over are people in conversations such as, “Did you hear
that this catastrophic event is going to occur on such and such a date? This part of
the Earth is going to be destroyed by this or that event. The dark government is
plotting to do this or that.” We could go on and on with the list, but hope that you
get enough of the idea to understand what we are trying to impart to you.
Can you see that when you share this knowledge, you are helping to energize it?
Not only are you focusing your attention on it, you are now bringing it to the
attention of others. Whatever you are focusing on becomes your reality in that
moment. If you are feeling emotional about it, such as fear or anger, you have
energized it. If the person you are talking to puts their emotion into it, you have
exponentially energized it. What tends to happen when you are emotional about an
issue? You want to share it with others and before long, everyone in your circle is
giving it attention and begin spreading the word within their circles and so on.
We understand that in order to make changes, things must be brought into one’s
consciousness. There are appropriate times and ways to do this. If you are an
activist, the best way to do this is to present the problem along with some solutions
or for the purpose of finding solutions. These problems should only be brought up
with people that you feel will be part of the solution and not the problem. That is the
way you create change, through group effort. However, when you read and share
about these same experiences for the purpose of small talk, to share your fears or
for egotistical purposes such as wanting others to know how informed you are, it is
the problem, not the solution that is being energized.
There has not been peace on Earth because most of your peace rallies are
focused on war. There is still hunger in your world because so much focus has
been spent on researching the problem and building institutions instead of showing
hungry people how to feed themselves. There is a huge imbalance within all of
your major governmental systems because you have handed over your power to
others with the attitude of “Big Brother knows best.” or “I don’t want to be
bothered.”
If you truly want a utopian society that is full of love, grace and joy, then speak and
think of nothing else. Take the steps necessary in your personal life to manifest
these ideals. Share the good that has come of it with all who are interested in
listening. Walk away from conversations that focus attention on problems rather
than solutions. Let those involved know how their words are energizing the
negative aspect. Have courage to teach others how powerful their thoughts, words
and emotions are.
Be a problem-solver and surround yourself with activists that are focusing attention
on the positive end of what you desire and watch the magic unfold. You are all
powerful manifestors. With the added support from your Spirit Guides, miracles
happen every day. Know that in one sense, we act as computers; we do as you
command. We work from the energies you project, more than your words. If fear is
the strongest emotion you are emitting, you will block your own progress. It is
imperative that you discover fears and belief codes that are inhibiting your ability to
create your desires.
Most of you are blind to your darkest fears because you have buried them so
deeply. Have courage and bring your fears to the light. Bless them for helping you
through previous situations. Know they served a purpose at one time. Let them
know they are no longer needed. Feel gratitude for their assistance in bringing you
to this moment in time. Replace them with your highest ideals. Each of you has
created the reality base from which you perform your daily operations. Although
most of you are unconsciously choosing your belief codes, your life will
dramatically change when you become aware and begin to choose your beliefs
from a more enlightened space.
We encourage you to make it a part of your daily practice to go within and seek out
the dark glops of energized thoughts that no longer serve you and to replace them
with the higher frequencies of love and gratitude. This was the initial purpose for
setting up the Tzolkin calendar eons ago and it is still a valid application for your
life today.

Some wise words from some wise men...

Do you hear the alarm clock ringing? It is calling you to the State of Awakening, for the time has come that you exit the time of your dream world and step into the true reality. Yes, you have been living in a virtual state of dreaming, and now that time of dreaming is ending. It is time that you open your eyes, sit up, and examine the world in which you TRULY exist! Good evening.

Germain here, along with my brother, Esu. We come this day to tell you that the time is over for the dream world you have been living in. We come unto you this day, in and of The One Light of Creator Source. We bring unto you only The Light and The Truth. We are of and in service unto The One Creator Source. We would ask that you FEAR NOT, for this is the time you have been awaiting.

It is not time for you to run and bury your heads in the sand. You ones have known that this time would soon be upon you, and we are come this day to tell that this time has now arrived. Your TRUE work shall begin very shortly; the time of informing the masses and sharing with them all that we have spoken is drawing to a close. We are come to tell you that you must begin your own creating and manifesting—and you DO know how.

So, let the shackles fall from your feet, let the blinders fall from your eyes, and open yourselves unto your true nature. You say that you feel as though you do not belong on the planet where you are, and I tell you a truth about that:

You do not belong in the REALITY you have accepted, and have created for selves. So, it is your obligation unto yourselves that you re-create your reality and make your reality such that you DO feel as though you belong. That which you perceive to be your reality, is really the dream state, and from that state you must awaken. You must actually see the world, the universe, and selves without the influence of what you perceive as reality, which in fact, is but the dream world.

So, that which you do not like, you must change it and re-create it, for it is your duty and your free-will to do so. Each of you reading this message have been, whether you realize it or not, creating a n d m a n i f e s t i n g your own reality for quite some t i m e — o n l y you have just now realized such. But, stop and begin to pay attention, for you will find, in so doing, that nearly everything you have been able to perceive as a reality has become a reality. Now you must stretch the limits of that which you perceive as possible, and include anything that you can think, and you shall be able to manifest even that which you, until now, have not been able to conceive as possible for your existence.

Your existence is not limited to that third- dimensional, heavy body that you perceive to be self. YOU HAVE, IN ACTUALITY, NO SUCH THING AS LIMITATIONS! You are not bound by the physical limitations, for you are more than a physical being. You are bound only by your own limited thinking and perceptions.

You must step outside the box; think outside the box; and begin to exist outside that box. The box has walls of limitation— ah—but those limitations are only in your own mind’s perception.

Change the perception, and you change your reality. “All hocus pocus!” you say? Well, I beg to differ with you. Again, that comes from your limited thinking and limited perceptions. That which you deem impossible, yet exists, you call magic or hocus pocus. It is neither, I assure you. You are not bound by either time or space, and you must begin to understand that you exist in all times and in all places, for you are but a holographic bit of the entire Whole of Creation.

And, as one holographic bit, you contain ALL the information of the Whole. Yet, because you are perceiving through such small vision, you cannot see past that which is in front of your physical eyes. You have been looking through eyes that have a film over them.

Remove the film and see clearly that which has been in front of you the whole time, for there are many, many things which exist with you that you have never been aware of before now. You think we exist in a higher dimension, and that is true. But the higher dimension is only limiting to your physical being, as you have perceived it to be.

Your physical body can also elevate in frequency now, which will allow you to be bound not by any so-called “laws of physics”, but only by the limits in your own mind. It must always begin in your mind, for your mind has such control over your physical bodies that, unless the mind is first changed, no outward change will take place. That is the why for all these years of flow—to reprogram the mind, because of the inherited limited thinkingness. In reality, the only laws of physics are those which you have accepted.

In reality, there are no such things as limitations in the laws of physics, for even in what you call the physical universe, only that which you perceive to be limitations are in fact limitations.

Change the perception, and you change the limitations. Do you see the truth of this? There is so much more under both Heaven and Earth that you are unaware of, due to your self-inflicted limitations, and only YOU can remove those limitations.

But in order to do so, you must first reject the lie you have been taught—and that lie is that there are limitations. You are bound by your own fears of the unknown, and afraid to walk where no man has already been. AND THAT, DEAR ONES, IS YOUR GREATEST LIMITATION! Fear is a negation, and in all the Omniverse of universes, that is known.

Fear only holds you back, limits you. So, remove ALL of your fears—those you are clearly aware of and those which you may only suspect, and you will have removed your limitations. YOU MUST COME TO KNOW THAT ALL IS POSSIBLE!

The only way you can come to that point is to begin to reject those things of the lie, which are known unto you as your own fears. If you are afraid to walk in the darkness, then you shall never find the Light switch, and you shall remain in the darkness. You must, therefore, have the KNOWING that the Light switch exists, and if that switch is thrown, then darkness will disappear and the Light shall prevail. It is the same with your own limitations. You do not expand and stretch yourselves because you fear that you may be wrong. Well, those fears are keeping you from turning on the Light, and the lies of those fears have worked very well for many eons of time. WE ARE HERE TO TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR!

The only thing which can keep you from the Light is your own self-imposed limitations, brought unto selves by your own inbred fears. Throw off the shackles of your fears, and remove the blinders of lies from your eyes. See that darkness is but the illusion, and is your dream state.

For once the Light is turned on, darkness does not exist. But, conversely, how do you turn on darkness? It cannot be done, can it? You see? Darkness is a lie! In order for darkness to be, the Light must be extinguished. Have you ever known to turn on darkness? No, you only know to turn on Light! See the riddle?

Know the answer. Darkness can only exist where there is absence of Light. In all of Creation—and that includes ALL universes and ALL dimensions and ALL planes of reality—the Law of Light is universal, and in fact is the only Law there is. How could it be otherwise, as The One Light IS Creator Source of All That Is?

You come out of the darkness only by bringing forward the Light, and when the Light is brought forward (radiated outward from your knowing within), you will understand and KNOW that darkness is the illusion. Only YOU can cause yourself to stop living in the illusion of darkness. Only you can bring yourself into the Light by taking down the walls of the boxes in which you have imprisoned yourself and limited self.

You will then find that you are limitless, and that you have at last awakened from your dark dream world. So, again, we say unto you that the morning of your reality has dawned, and you must awaken! You and only you can cause yourself to open your eyes and begin to live in the world you are responsible for by your own manifested creation.

Think upon this, for in so doing, you will understand that it is, in fact, Truth. We are Germain and Esu, and we leave you now, with your new world.

We leave as we came—in and of The Light of the One Creator Source. Bless you. Go forth from your dreams of darkness and ignorance, and on into the Radiant Light of Truth and Understanding. Salu.

You project (usually in a passive, scattered manner) your consciousness into whatever your thoughts are focused upon from moment to moment. These thoughts and ideas usually will cause an emotional response within you, proportional to the emotional charge associated with the thought. For many, the idea of watching two puppies playing will give a sensation of amusement and bring a smile to your face. Likewise, the thought of cattle in a slaughterhouse will usually sir-up emotional sensations closer to sadness or outrage or even physical nausea for some.

When you are thinking thoughts which resonate with the core (non-physical) essence of your being—that is, with your Higher Self—you are literally unstoppable! By contrast, when you dwell on those thoughts which cause you great inner frustration or turmoil, thus lowering your frequency, you will head down a path of diminishing returns. And if such thoughts become a habit, you will begin to diminish in both physical strength and mental clarity.

At this point I wish to address a related matter which is an aside to the main discussion of this Writing. This matter has to do with those who have a Higher Purpose at this time as public receivers. The greatest problem we have with our public receivers at this time is in the form of distraction. Many of you ones place great faith in these ones to bring forth My Messages in an accurate and uncompromised manner. These ones intrinsically know the level of responsibility it takes in order to insure an accurate Message be penned.

These ones also know that they are not perfect, despite what many of you want to believe or place upon their shoulders. Just because a receiver is accurate today, does not necessarily mean they will be accurate tomorrow or at all times. Inner emotional turmoil is that which most frequently gets in the way of clear receiving, and can cause sometimes quite extreme “coloration” of a message we wish to transmit.

NEVER BLINDLY ACCEPT ANY RECEIVED INFORMATION WITHOUT QUESTION!

When some (the most conscientious) public receivers perceive that they have made a mistake, whether they actually have or not, they will often withdraw from the responsible task of writing. Others, from a position of ego gratification, will deny their fallibility and begin to compound their error. Both of these will result in a lowered frequency state—one from withdrawal from (avoidance of) Higher Purpose, the other from compounding error with more error. This is where the Adversary jumps in and begins to push all of the “buttons” he can, while he can.

My current receiver wishes to withdraw from this sort of work, for this one feels a tremendous pressure associated with bringing through as accurate a message as possible—so much so that this one feels it is easier to simply avoid the task. So, on behalf of all My scribes, everywhere (of which there are MANY), please read every word of such Messages with a questioning and reasoning mind. Know that the ones who sit and write are NOT any different from you in terms of wanting answers—and having questions, doubts, fears, and inner turmoil. And most of all, they make mistakes and are NOT perfect!

All of you must discern every word you hear or read if you are to objectively find your own way. You should all be moving toward weaning yourselves from relying solely upon the words of another, and becoming more aware of your own Inner Connection.

Any excuse you offer has been used, till threadbare, by every one of My scribes, and will do nothing except slow you down and get in your way.

Many of you are looking for answers to such questions as: “When will all of this great change take place?”

The answer is: You are in it—NOW!

Cycles of change begin first on non-physical (mental) planes of experience. Then this higher-dimensional energy filters down and begins to manifest in the physical consciousness associated with the planetary consciousness as a whole (which is connected to the Universal Consciousness of all sentient life-forms everywhere).

The emotional frequencies associated with your individual thoughts summon forth nonphysical energies which synchronize with the vibrational frequencies of these emotions. (Keep in mind that the universal language is EMOTION.) These energies are then focused through the mind-brain interface at levels both within and beyond the consciousness of the average person on your planet at this time.

These energies then begin to interact in very orchestrated manners so as to, for example, bring people together at the “right” time so that there can be the fulfillment of an overall desire. What you ones often call “coincidences” and “good luck” (or “bad luck”) are some of the recognized ways in which these energies operate.

There are an infinite number of variables in the equation which impact and affect the final physical “drama” from moment to moment. The orchestration of this drama is of a nature so as to keep the planetary consciousness heading in a general direction of purposeful growth.

You will always have ones who seem to be operating outside such orchestration, for the general drama-equation allows for a “long shot” to “play through”. It is for this reason that exact times and dates are neither practical nor reasonable.

Just the act of stating such a date introduces a variable that changes the equation. This is why My messengers suggest that you look at sequences of events, rather than at the clock or the calendar.

When you see a great force rise up against your United Nations, and tear it down, you will know the ENDING of the so-called “Tribulation” is near. YOU ARE IN IT NOW! So don’t ask Me when it will start.

Look to whatever prophecies you care to place your beliefs in, and re-read them with discernment and what little knowledge you have concerning “super-secret” technologies, such as holographic projection, genetic engineering, electromagnetic propulsion craft (UFOs), and electromagnetic mind-control. Then formulate your OWN personal meaning about what you are reading.

Perhaps the answers you are looking for are right there in front of you, awaiting you to take notice. This cycle in which you are now experiencing is one of cleansing—a purification of sorts. Your planet is entering a high-frequency region wherein the inhabitants will need to match and maintain at least a minimum vibrational state (emotional and mental) that is quite high by your current standards.

Along with this increased frequency will come a greater mental and emotional clarity. Ones will be able to literally observe when someone is in a lower-frequency state. Someone who is intentionally trying to deceive another, such as through lying or cheating, will stand out as a flashing red (warning) light to those they are trying to manipulate.

This will be an Age of Peace and an Age of Truth. The process of cleansing is perhaps the single most liberating experience one can have while in the physical. The negativity will literally be burned out of those of you who persist through these times. Your innate will to survive will be what guides you and allows you to make the necessary internal adjustments to the ever increasing frequency shifts.

Those who will not allow for the release of the negativity will simply transition (die) as the physical body is consumed with harsh emotional energy surges from within. It will be as if they are burned out from within.

Monitor closely your thoughts and subsequent emotions, and how it is you are flowing your energy from moment to moment. Developing this awareness now will greatly aid you in the coming years as things “heat-up” (increase in vibrational frequency).

"There is much energy “churning” in the aethers as this message is being penned. Let me remind you ones briefly of lessons offered in years past:

Prior to any physical manifestation, there is first formed an idea. This focus exists in what might be termed “mental-energy space”. As more and more emotional energy (desire) is added to the mental idea, a perturbation in the aethers occurs that begins to summon forth the means by which to coalesce and precipitate the final results in the physical realm.

Let us take, for example, an inventor who sees a need for a non-polluting form of renewable energy, and who is by background an engineer with a broad understanding of physics and chemistry. As such an individual focuses his desire to find such a source of energy (his idea), a vibrational signal is sent out, from within his being, into the aethers—in a manner not too different in concept from the Internet.

This request begins to elicit responses immediately in the form of solution ideas. The rate and clarity of the solutions is directly proportional to the amount of emotional energy (desire) behind his original idea. The longer one is focusing on any particular idea with desire, the more the Universe begins to coordinate so that events begin to unfold—such as “chance” meetings with others who are working on the same or similar projects, or funding for research seems to appear just when one needs it, or any number of “coincidental” happenings that would allow for the manifesting of the highly desired idea.

You each create in this manner, some more deliberately than others. But such is the basic method by which your perceived physical reality is fundamentally constructed.

When I say that there is a “churning” in the aethers, I am referring to what can only be described as a diverging duality in mass consciousness. It is as if “heaven” and “hell” are both trying to manifest simultaneously.

As the frequency of your planet speeds up, those who are on a path of enlightenment are racing toward an ideal world of peace, while at the same time those who are single-mindedly trying to bring about complete world domination and control are racing toward a very “dark” outcome. In short—the dark, narrow-minded ones are getting “darker”, and the enlightened humanitarian ones are getting “lighter”.

This dichotomy is causing the “churning” in the aethers wherein time itself is beginning to distort in order to accommodate the opposing energies. It is quite interesting from the point of view of the observer, as predictable outcomes continually shift as the masses, as a whole, continue to wrestle with the inner uncertainty of what exactly is taking place. The larger majority of your world sense that time is speeding up, and that there is “something” inside themselves that is not quite the same.

We of the Lighted Realms continually stand ready to answer the many calls from the hearts of these ones when their desire is clarified within their mind. Meanwhile, the Master Trickster will undoubtedly use more “shock therapy”—such as happened on September 11, 2001—in order to keep ones focused on the lower-vibrational emotional energies of grief, fear, and anger. This tactic in general keeps ones externally focused (distracted), and thus diverts ones’ attention away from what is awakening within as their consciousness continues to expand (move upward in frequency).

This sort of “shock therapy” also buys time for the Dark Manipulators, as they can ONLY function within the “shadows of consciousness” wherein conscious awareness is low. Their influence is much like the subliminal mind-control that permeates your movies, television, music, and advertisements. Likewise, they know that their time is indeed quite short, and thus they will become more and more erratic in their attempts to control from behind the scenes. In the light of exposure, these dark entities become quite ineffective, and thus go elsewhere where they can continue their chosen journey of exploring Creation.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the energies being summoned into your world, you are creating, as a planetary whole, a unique situation that warrants great study and monitoring by the many advanced beings who watch over your planet and its many inhabitants. Great care is taken on both individual levels and planetary levels to ensure that each being is given the maximum possible opportunity to grow. This unique unfolding of events also provides many an advanced being with great challenges that will inevitably cause them to stretch and grow. This cycle of expansion and growth is limitless, and each of you play a role in making it all possible. None are insignificant or without purpose.

If you are uncertain as to what your purpose is in all of this, you may find comfort in knowing that you are not alone. Even some of the ones who pen these messages for we of the Lighted Realms are uncertain of their “purpose”!

Your purpose, in a very general way, is to experience and grow. These days I am the master of what I want and where I want to go...I have become trigger happy. But in a good way.

Just remember, think and think again before you decide what you ultimately want...the power is beyond many that can comprehend.

Powerful thread Viking! Wonderful words of wisdom and freedom. I'm in agreement and am so grateful to have found this thread. The time is now, as you said, "we are the power of change".

As I observe our world I know we are desperate for relief. The more the PTB manipulate and control us, the more we feel powerless and anger.

For myself, something that has transformed my life is the inspiration from these words of wisdom from Eckhart Tolle. "Can I be the space for this"? Also the teaching of the "inner no". In my opinion these two things are keeping us held in the space of resistance. Words of wisdom, "what we resist persists" becomes a living reality. I have seen this in my own life. I have had so many inner (thought) no's.
No, my husband shouldn't drink so much.
No, my in-laws shouldn't take advantage of me.
No, life shouldn't be this hard.
No, we shouldn't be at war.
No, we are killing our world!
No, no, no.....

What I found was my inner struggle and attention to what was taking place in my life and all my resistance to what is, is what was holding it firmly in place.

As we stop the inner turmoil against the things that are wrong in our world, life, relationships, we can become the space where we observe, but the inner NO, resistance, is calm. What is happening around me doesn't effect me. I am the creator of my reality.

In my opinion we live in the world where the controllers understand how reality is created and they have been and continue to throw everything they can at us to keep us in resistance to what is. The way out of this is, when we are faced with negativity in our world, go within. Allowing what is, seeing it, but not reacting to it takes away it's power over us. We then can find our inner peace. It is there awaiting our attention to it.

We become the change we wish to see in the world. We then change the world.

Some say this is lightworker fluff, butterflies and rainbows crap... No, this is our answer to freedom from our self imposed pain! (Try it yourself and see).

If we can picture a tennis match where it's you against your opponent. Your opponent never gets tired, and is desperate to keep your attention on the game so he/she is firing everything at you. What happens when we drop our tennis racket and quit hitting the ball back to them. That is when the game ends and we can decide what we do next.

Viking, this video is so powerful! The science behind the power of consciousness and the understanding that consciousness creates, can not be heard enough!

In our world and in this forum we are bombarded with fear scenarios, where we attach the power of our consciousness. Therefore, we are contributing to its manifestation through the power of our attention, (where attention goes, energy flows).

I have found in myself almost an addiction to exploring the rabbit hole. I am so grateful for all that I have come to understand because of Project Avalon, Camelot and many other sites. However, my commitment now is to use the power of my consciousness to focus on the world I wish to see. Focusing my attention on fearful, negative and divisive topics has the potential to contribute my energy of creation.

Thank you again for this powerful video, and thread. Just imagine if the members and visitors of Avalon chose to use the power of their mind to focus on the world they wish to see.

In your thoughts have you not traveled many times to your Shangri-la and imagined living in a world of perfection?  To live in a perfect world is impossible.  Right?  Such a world would be Utopia.  Why, that would be Heaven on Earth, and that could never be.

Did you know that everything begins with a thought?  Everything that you see around you, every tree, every rock, every insect, every flower, every blade of grass, every cloud, every snow-flake began with a thought, an idea of Creator God.  Every bird, every berry, every bear, every fish and every human began as an idea, and through the energy of Creation, the power of Light of Creator God, they each became real. As human beings we walk this earth with that same creative Light stored within each one of us.  Creator has given us that Light energy as our God Spirit within, and with that Light energy we, too, can create.  It all begins with a thought, an idea.  It is possible for us to create our own Heaven on Earth because we possess the Creative Light within.  We are co-creators with Creator God.  When we utilize the Creative Light energy of the universe, all things are possible.

You turn out the bedside lamp. It gets dark. Your day is through. Nothing you can do at this point is going to make your life better. Right? I believe that would be an incorrect assumption.

If you fall asleep reliving what went wrong during the day, you are setting yourself up for more of the same tomorrow.

Until we recognize that we create our reality with our thoughts, we will continue to reap a life that is less than charitable to ourselves. The fact is the subconscious mind is what creates our reality all life long. However, depending on what source you read and decide to believe, the subconscious mind only opens to suggestions at most, 12% of the time. The most likely time of day that the subconscious is naturally open to take suggestions is that last three minutes before you fall asleep.

The conscious mind during the last three minutes can program the subconscious mind most easily just before sleep. That is when we should spring our deepest desires for our success, impressing our dreams for wealth, our dreams for world peace, healing, or whatever on the subconscious mind. The scientific reason based on research for this is that the there are only two ways to program the subconscious and therefore change what we experience in life. One way is repetition. The other is the relaxation into a near sleep-like state called Theta.

Since we all get sleepy and are near actual unconscious in those last three minutes of the day, the subconscious is open and ready for our input. What we put in during this time sticks and the mystery of how the subconscious actually brings them about after that is not fully known. Only self experience will be able to prove to one's satisfaction that what we think on just before sleep does bring about change.

One thing we know for sure, what ever thought we persist upon, the subconscious begins to assume is true. Therefore, regardless if what we visualize, picture or pretend is true or not in reality, the subconscious acts on it as true. Therefore, it is imperative in those last three minutes we think on what we want our life to be instead of terrorists actions and similar debilitating thoughts.

There is one method that we can use in this last three minutes that has been found to trump all other techniques. Instead of thinking of becoming a millionaire, for example, and all the ways you could raise, invest, create to make that amount of money we should focus on the feeling of being a millionaire. That's right, simply invent a scenario, likely or not, of just being told that a certain amount has been deposited in your bank account. Imagine the sum printed on the deposit slip. How would that feel? Would your life partner be there, jumping up and down in celebration? You write the scenario. You cannot be wrong in what you think as long as it is positive in energy and expectation.

The subconscious does the rest and what circumstances might cause the celebration is unknown, just focus on the feeling of accomplishment. This feeling can be a pronouncement from a doctor that your medical problem has been cured or healed as I like to think of it. The idea, is to use this technique for really large quantum leaps in your life and happiness. Think or live in the end (the moment you know it worked) of your dream scenario. Concentrate on the feeling of completion and celebration. Until...the light in your brain goes out and you are in slumberland.

That will prove to be the best three minutes of your day. Over and over for the rest of your life, you can steer your ship (life experiences) to land at every port of success you can imagine. Literally. It costs nothing to prove this to yourself. If you wait for a study to prove this is correct, that study my never be published. It is up to you to check out the results. However, there is not a better way to end a day than expecting great things tomorrow (or however long it will take to manifest) and celebrating them in advance tonight. What do you have to lose?

These principles are the basis for bringing into existence all that you recognize as manifest reality--whether we are talking about a child's creation of a clay turtle, or Creator's manifestation of an entire universe.We can see that many do not hold long in their consciousness these ideas, for there are great numbers of distractions all about you. These distractions are, for the most part, deliberately calculated and set into motion by those who are efforting at controlling every one and every thing. These ones provide you, who have desire to be free and to grow through your limitations, with a most challenging environment in which to experience!Look not upon these ones with negativity in your heart, but with appreciation for presenting you with such challenges that will bring forth the growth that you desire! Many of you in previous times were in similar capacities as these ones are, and you are now seeing the play from the opposite perspective. This is so that you can appreciate the value of both experiences, so that you can better choose what it is that helps you to grow in a quite responsible manner. Joy comes from allowing the energy to flow naturally and freely. You can know how your energy is flowing simply by how it is that you are feeling at any given moment in time. I do not mean here how you THINK you are feeling (an intellectual focus, often susceptible to lack of honesty with self), but how you actually ARE feeling (an emotional reading of the heart).YOU decide how it is that you are going to focus your energy (thoughts and desires)! Thus, the responsibility of how you are feeling at any given moment in time is up to you, and you alone. If you perceive yourself to be a victim, and you spend any length of time dwelling on this idea, you will surely begin to manifest your desire to be a victim.So then you say, "BUT, I DO NOT WANT TO BE A VICTIM!"I say to you that what you dwell upon, you radiate as a desire, and The Creation responds to you, for you are a CREATOR! What you mouth has very little to do with it! When you entered into your current experience, you knew that there would be the challenges of distractions that the physical expression would provide. You also knew there would be great value in overcoming these distractions, that you would learn from them how to more deliberately focus your thoughts and desires, and ultimately expand and grow as an extension of Creator.Let me give you an insight that may help you to see more clearly the point here. Make a list of all the things that you are wanting. Write out next to your list why you are wanting these things. If you stop now and take the time to do this, prior to reading further, you will recognize a greater impact from the points I have made above. So stop reading, and make a list of everything that you are wanting and why it is that you are wanting them. You can have ANYTHING.Now I am assuming that you made your list. And if you could see from my perspective, you would recognize how basically similar are so many of the wants on your lists.In order to point out how it is that you are focusing your energy, look at what it is you are wanting--and more importantly, WHY.Let's say that you wanted a good, strong, healthy body. Most all of you want that. Now let us look at the reasons for wanting this.Why do you want the good strong healthy body? Is it because you hate feeling bad or sick? Is it because you do not want to be inhibited in any way? Is it because you don't like being a burden to others? Is it because you have things to do and you don't want to be held back in any way? OR--is it because you love to have the energy to do the things that you are wanting to do when you want to do them? You love the adventure of living and the exhilaration of freedom. Is it because you appreciate the balance of well-being that radiates from within?I hear you saying, "Well, all of those are good reasons!" Well, I say to you: let us look at these reasons more carefully and perhaps we can see where it is you are, energy-wise (pun intended) in relation to your desire for a good, strong, healthy body.First, take all of the "don'ts" and "do nots" out of the above reasons, especially before the "OR" in the above example. When you say, "I don't want to be inhibited", you are radiating to the universe and all of Creation INHIBITION!The "don'ts" and "do nots" fail to register an emotional (energy) intent because they are merely "window dressing" words on otherwise worry-laden and fear-laden underlying actions. See this, and more importantly, FEEL this.That is, when you say you "don't" want to be inhibited by a sick body, what are you actually thinking (and emotionally worrying) about? You are thinking about being inhibited by a sick body! You can't help but begin to radiate the thought of inhibition. Likewise, when you "hate feeling bad" this idea will cause you to dwell upon the idea of feeling bad--and you will actually cause yourself to feel bad if you stay with the thought long enough!When you can shift your focus to a vision of a young, strong, healthy body, full of energy and life, eager to explore new and exiting environments, full of joy, without dwelling upon the negative reasons, then you will be radiating with the heart in perfect synchronization with your head-desire, and the energy will begin to manifest quickly and, in many cases, miraculously.Let's make this contrast clearer with another example. Consider the following two statements:(1) I hate to come home to a dirty house.(2) I love to come home to a clean house.At first glance you might say that the statements are saying the same thing. However, the vibration induced by the two positions will cause you to FEEL quite a bit different. Recognize that the two are polar opposites. Would you rather attract into your experience "hate" of dirt or "love" of cleanliness? FEEL the effect of each, even as you read these words!When you can discipline yourselves to use thoughts that cause an UPLIFTMENT WITHIN, rather than a downward negativity, you will have realized a key to synchronizing the head and the heart. Please appreciate the direct "physics" of what I am explaining here: We are talking about consequences of higher - versus lower-frequency energy radiations. There is much more POWER OF MANIFESTATION within the higher-frequency emanation, for such joy-generated energy is DIRECTLY FLOWING from the Infinite Source! The awesome power of this Energy is what the dark ones wish you to remain ignorant about, and thus they do everything within their abilities to subvert or divert it.You ones are being bombarded with negativity that is constantly influencing your thoughts. The "don'ts" and "do nots" are everywhere in your daily doses of mind-control programming.We witness many of you pumping out contrary vibrational frequencies to that of your desires. This is to say that the mental focus is not in harmony with the emotional emanations coming forth from within. Many are wanting from an energy vibration of fear, the fear of the unknown. When the fear of lack wells up within, we see that many are preoccupied with the fear and thus dwell in such an emotional state as to cut-off themselves from the natural energy flows of Creator. In actuality, it is generally a constriction of The Energy moreso than a complete disconnect, else your own physical manifestation could not maintain form and you would die.The point of this exercise is to show you that though you are saying you want one thing, you are often radiating the opposite. Look to your list of reasons and remove all of the "don'ts" and "do nots". Also look for words with a negative feeling to them like "hate". These statements are often reflections of the self-talk or thoughts that go through your mind when you focus upon your desires.Learn to focus your thoughts deliberately and, most importantly, learn to focus your FEELINGS associated with your desires. When you can feel good about the subject of your desires, then you can know that your energy is flowing in a direction that is in alignment with who you really are and why you are there.This is the reason behind the statement we of the Hosts have made so often to you, that if you can't do a thing with love in your heart, it is better to not do the thing at all. And we would also call to your attention the wise words to the older popular song which goes: "Accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative--and look out for Mr. in-between." Consider these ideas from the point of view of energy flow and you are well on your way to a more fulfilling and productive experience--as Creator intended!If, over a period of time, you begin to feel anxiety over a specific desire or subject of focus, then it is because there is always a multiplication of your desire. This is to say that you are projecting that which causes the anxiety to well-up within. This is as it should be, and you can be thankful in knowing that your Inner Guidance system is functioning properly and presenting you with that which requires your attention toward balancing.With simple effort to change your focus toward something that makes you FEEL better, you can take conscious control over your emotional state at any given time. Perhaps the most simple and direct way is to look around you and find something to appreciate.Can you appreciate the Sun that warms your day and gives forth life-producing energy? Can you appreciate the rain that waters the vegetation that gives forth, directly or indirectly to you, energy in the form of nourishment? Can you see how wonderful is the opportunity that you have before you to meet your challenges and thus grow beyond who you are this day? Can you see that the environment in which you find yourself is, in fact, perfect for providing you with these challenges?The excitement of the journey is most often that which you long for, not the destination. You are Infinite, experiencing beings. You are co-creators who are directly expanding the ALL THAT IS. Within you lies Infinite Potential to create. You are molders of this Energy. Your greatest joy comes from flowing this Energy--not bottling it up or hoarding it like your elite, would-be controllers attempt to do.When a goal is reached and the journey is over, you are often left looking for your next challenge. This is to say that you are left looking for another journey of experience. These are the endless cycles of life--both in the physical dimensions and beyond.Money makes a good analogy, for it symbolizes energy and is a commodity you all can easily relate to. Thank you for sitting down and taking the time. I know that your heart is heavy, and that it is difficult for you to separate from your thoughts. However, if you will but allow, the words will come.

It is I, Germain, come to visit with you this morning. As always, I come in Service unto only the Light of Creator Source.

You have heard the phrase “You shall reap what you sow” for most of your lives. But how many of you really understand and practice it?

It may seem the simplest of lessons, yet most of you seem to have trouble with it. Well, we have taught this over and over. Now you ones are experiencing what this can mean, and yet we Guides and Wayshowers from the Higher Realms are bombarded by your cries of “Why are these things happening to us?”

There are very few in your world who are not caught-up in the World Trade Center events of several weeks ago. In fact, most have been whipped into a state of emotional frenzy, demanding some sort of retribution for the presumed attack upon your nation. However, I would caution those of you who are running on emotional auto-pilot, for it is a most slippery path.

Last month we spoke to you regarding the cleaning out of your emotional closets [in a Message on 8/17/01 from Master Hilarion and Esu “Jesus” Sananda], and you were also told at that time that your world was changing very rapidly, and that you needed to get this task done immediately. You were given Guidance at that time to examine your thoughts and your feelings, and to especially be very mindful of the emotion of fear.

You ones are running in high-gear mode at present, and most of you are reacting and responding purely out of fear. Remember that fear is not what you would call “positive” emotional energy, and if you continue to exert this fear energy, you will create for yourselves exactly that which you fear.

You may fear war, but there is a tremendous amount of energy being exerted toward war, and you ones will end up creating a war. Stop and think about this, and unless a war is what you really want, stop putting energy into same.

“You shall reap what you sow.”

You have the ability to change your world for either the better or for the worse. But it is up to EVERY one of you as to how your world shall be in the future.

Oh yes, change is happening! It is happening RIGHT NOW! You have entered a time of higher energy, so your thoughts and your words have much more impact and import than ever before in your existence.

We have told you, for many years now, that this time was coming, and we have attempted to Guide you ones onto a path of creating a better world for yourselves. However, the majority of you have just not gotten it. I am so sorry to have to tell you ones this, but it is the absolute truth.

Now, here you are, standing at the very edge of your tomorrow, and you have the ability to create a whole new world, or one that is exactly what you fear.

“You shall reap what you sow.”

Do you want to live in a world of peace and brotherly love? Would you rather live in a world that has clean air and water? Do you want to live in a world of abundance for all? Do you want to live in a world where diseases no longer exist?

Or, would you rather live in a world where you have wars and destruction? Do you want to have to worry about whether your water is clean enough to consume? Do you want to live in a world where you cannot breathe the air? Or in a world where there is always lack? Do you want diseases to plague you?

Are you satisfied with the way the world is? Or can you envision a much better place?

The choices are completely yours, so—IT IS DECISION-MAKING TIME, CHELAS! [chelas = students]Your time of fence-sitting is over. There is no more time to get prepared, for your days of preparation have long since passed, and it is now time that you APPLY that which you have learned.

“You shall reap what you sow.”

Nothing is as it was, and it shall never be again. You can try to run and hide, but there are no hiding places. You can choose to deny what is happening, but that will not change the truth.

It is time that you act like responsible adults, and you shall be accountable as adults. No, God is not going to judge you. God has no need to judge, as you shall judge yourselves by that which you create for yourselves. You shall live to experience your own creations, and so you shall be responsible for those same creations.

You are in the final days of counting of this age. You cannot take the old with you into the new age, so you must finish what you have started. Why do you think retribution (the experiencing of consequences for one’s actions) is coming around so quickly? Yes, everything has been speeding up for quite some time. But it is necessary, do you not see?

“You shall reap what you sow.”

The Dark Forces are losing their battle, and they are quite aware that their days are numbered. But that fact does not keep them from influencing you ones. In fact, it is just the opposite. They are using every last bit of their energy to turn as many of you to the Darkness as possible. So, it is more important now than ever before that you are on guard to their influences. They will attack you in your most vulnerable place. Right now, for most of you, that is your emotions. So, you must be on guard as never before.

“You shall reap what you sow.”

If you react or respond out of fear or anger, be on guard, for you are going to have experiences that are going to be VERY unpleasant. It is so important that you keep check on your emotional responses. I cannot emphasize this enough.

“You shall reap what you sow.”

You have a golden opportunity to do so much good in your world. And that good begins with one person at a time. I don’t care how small the act of kindness is—just do it!

If you are in line at the grocery store, and someone behind you has just a few items while you have a whole shopping cart full, offer that person to go ahead of you. You don’t know, but it’s possible that your small act of kindness will keep that person from going home and fighting with a spouse or children. It may keep that one from rushing so much that he/she would have caused an accident. And, because you demonstrated such an act of kindness, perhaps that person (and others who witness your action) will, in turn, be kind to someone else.

“You shall reap what you sow.”

Take the time to thank people for the things they do for you. Don’t just expect that it’s the job of the waitress to bring you another cup of coffee. Your act of gratefulness will make her day a little better, and she may be kinder to others in return.

“You shall reap what you sow.”

It doesn’t have to be great and magnificent things—just a smile, or a kind word, or a little selfless act here and there. These are the little things that DO make a difference. These are the things which, when MULTIPLIED BY MILLIONS, will change your world for the better! Don’t be afraid of committing what was made popular some years ago as “random acts of kindness”.

“You shall reap what you sow.”

You ones can be very rude and unkind to one another, and yet you wonder why your lives are so difficult? You are only reaping what you are sowing, chelas. Only YOU can change YOUR lives and YOUR world!

None of you are perfect. None. So stop expecting everyone else around you to be perfect. Each of you have your own faults and weaknesses. It would serve you ones well to examine your own faults more closely, and stop worrying about everybody else’s faults. I guarantee you that such will be a full-time job.

You can try to use excuses such as: “It’s the Dark Forces makingme do thus and so.” But I can tell you this as an absolute fact: Nothing or no one can MAKE you do or think anything you are not willing to do or think!

You have been told how to deal with the Dark Forces. How many lessons have you been through regarding this subject? Can you truthfully stand and say you don’t know how? Once you have been given the information, YOU are responsible for it, and YOU are accountable.

“You will reap what you sow.”

I may sound like a broken record to you, but I am trying to make a point with you ones: You cannot expect a crop of wheat when you plant weed seeds! Likewise, you cannot expect love and kindness when you are continually planting seeds of hatred and cold-heartedness. Yet, you seem to assume that you have little or no responsibility for what you get, and you ones spend an inordinate amount of time and energy blaming someone else for your problems and hardships.

You live in an extremely ABUNDANT universe. But most of you act as if there isn’t enough to go around. So you hoard and guard what you have, like a starving dog. Not only is there enough to go around, but there is more than enough for everyone!

You only PERCEIVE that there is lack, because you are reacting out of fear. You have planted seeds of doubt and fear (of lack), and thus you are reaping a very limited harvest.

Everything that exists is only different forms of Pure Creative Energy. The universe is literally teeming with this Energy. The more Energy that is utilized, the more Energy that is created, so it will never run out. Likewise, YOU have access to this same Energy, and it is YOURS for the taking. Use it! Don’t hoard it! Because the more you use, the more there shall be available to you.

You are so used to thinking in a limited way, with only your conscious mind. So your perceptions are thus that, if you can’t see it, it doesn’t exist. Yet, the only REAL thing is the Energy which creates and sustains ALL things—and which, for the most part, you can’t see!

It is out of this Energy that ALL comes into existence. You ones are made up of this Energy, and everything around you is part of this same Energy. There is no separation between anything, for ALL is connected via this Energy. Once you can come to understand and KNOW this, you shall be creating with an en-Light-ened consciousness, rather than randomly, as so many of you do now, and you will not need to struggle any longer.

Can you imagine a world without money, and without having to get up and go to a job every day to make the money to buy the things you need and want? Well, I tell you that such worlds DO exist, because you have elder brothers and sisters on other worlds who have reached the place of understanding that everything is Energy, and everything is connected and part of this Energy, and that you need not struggle to have; you merely create it out of that Energy. They know there is Abundance all around, and there is no need to hoard, for everyone has everything desired.

Now, with this in mind, what kind of world do YOU want to create? Do you want your world to remain “status quo”? Do you want to continue to struggle every day? Or would you rather create a world in which there is no lack—a world where everyone’s desires are met, and no one lives in need?

Well, chelas, the choice is yours. But, if you want that world of Abundance, then you must change the way you think and do things, because you are not going to get there by keeping the status quo.

As I told you earlier, you are standing at the edge of your tomorrow. YOU must stand up, as responsible adults, and make the choice, keeping in mind that you will be accountable for what you choose.

In memory of a lightworker.

Joyel's Vision in Honor of Earth Day

The images we hold in our minds soon surround us in living reality. These days of great change call for us to envision and hold only that which serves us, only that which we truly desire to experience in our lives. Anything less leads to the continuation of encumbrance and unhappiness. If we are to build a peaceful, joyful world for ourselves, we must begin, now, to set aside all the harmful suggestions and agendas of those who would manipulate us for their own self serving purposes and we must hold fast to the images and visions that lead us to light, to love, to freedom, to peace.

Every town has its lone-wolf lightworkers; those who work behind the scenes on behalf of the Highest Good of All, but seek no recognition or notoriety for it. I met Joyel over ten years ago, back when our little village of Pagosa Springs hadn't been discovered by so many tourists yet. She had an angelic twinkle in her eye, like someone who knew something you didn't. Over time I came to find out that "that something" was the gift of kindness, of gentleness, of helpfulness, of caring for others without thought of reward.

Joyel transitioned out of her body last month - and friends came from out of the hills and from all over the country to be at the celebration of her life. Toward the end of the gathering Joyel's husband, Joseph, touched us all by reading a vision she had written recently. It was her legacy to us, and it is so profound that it is with great honor that I share it with you now. I can think of no better way for us, as a whole, to celebrate Earth Day and to begin to create the world of our choosing than by envisioning the legacy that Joyel left for us.
Let us envision our Earth Mother bathed in golden light
in the eternal embrace of Divine Love -
a beautiful, shimmering blue jewel in the heavens
radiating the truth of the Original Design of the Garden of Eden.
We see and feel her waters - pure and sparkling -
sunlight dancing upon them -
waves ebbing and flowing in joyous abandon.
We visualize her soil - pure and healthy,
supporting endless gardens and farms,
overflowing with fruit and vegetables everywhere,
feeding all of the people -
nourishing their bodies and spirits with the gifts
of good health and contentment.
We see and feel all of her plant life,
trees and flowers, flourishing and expressing vitality and exuberance.
We celebrate all of Her creature beings -
the animals, birds, fish
all living in harmony, in safety, in the joyful expression of life.
We hold sacred
Her meadows and mountain tops,
desert scapes and forests,
canyons and oceans deep.
We witness the grandeur of Her creation -
the utter majesty of sunrise and sunset.
We see Her skies clear and blue,
with pure, billowing clouds... and when it rains,
we feel the cleansing sweetness of it
and experience the breathtaking color
in Her beautiful rainbows.
And finally, we envision all people,
everywhere
truly caring for each other, extending kindness and generosity,
sharing laughter,
freedom and limitless creativity.
Abundance for everyone ...
we feel a sense of wonder and deep gratitude
for all
that the Earth so richly provides.
We see and feel
a healed Earth - a healed humanity
and we rejoice
that it is so.

When you meet pitfalls in life, no matter how awful they are, you have to – absolutely have to - forget about blame.

Blame is not the issue. The issue is to move forward. If you don’t want to stay in a situation, then you have to change your direction. You can blame all you want. You can blame Me, yet where does this get you?

Nor are you to blame yourself. Blame of any kind doesn’t get you where you want to be.

Let’s say you have been sentenced to life in prison, and you are totally innocent. This is so unjust. You are innocent, yet somehow you were found guilty, sometimes, of exactly what, you are not sure. Being found guilty while innocent has happened more than once.

What are you going to spend your energy on? An injustice has been done. You are blamed for something you did not do. You are left holding the bag. Dear One, you absolutely have to get out of the blame game from any direction and on every level.

There are innocent people who have literally been in prison for a crime they did not commit. Some have been vindicated later and freed from prison. Some have come out of prison after forty years.

And, yet, some have not gotten out of prison and have risen above and made something of themselves and their lives in prison. They gained and helped others gain. Hey, what good does bitterness do anyone? What benefit is there for anyone in bitterness? Why would you want to spend your life bitter and be toxic to yourself?

A tsunami that sweeps up many people and sentences them to death is not fair. A tsunami that sweeps up your loved ones and leaves you to mourn is also not fair.

What is better for all the sufferers to do but to get on with their lives as best they can? Surely, no one wants to be eaten alive with bitterness. Certainly bitterness is not a reward. Bitterness rusts your whole life.

For your sake and for the sake of others, start anew. Somehow you are in a place where you do not want to be. If you were on a deserted island, you would look to yourself to make the best life possible. This is always your job – to make the best life you can with what you have. You don’t want the situation you are in – this is no secret. We come again and again to the simple question - what will you do now?

I say to you all the time that you have to let go of the past. You can’t commandeer it. You can’t undo it. Whatever restrictions you must live within, don’t resign yourself to those limits. I ask you to treat yourself in the best way possible. Certainly, you take the steps toward your release, and, meanwhile, you become an asset to yourself and others. We are not talking about your taking the line of least resistance. We’re talking about your taking the high road. This is what you must always do. This is your path. It is open to you.

Do all the caterwauling you want, still, the highest path is always open to you. Everyone can rise despite all the bad luck in the world.

There are plenty of reasons to feel sorry for yourself. Reasons are not the point. For every reason to rebuke life, there are a thousand reasons to bless it. Your thoughts are relevant to your life. What you think dominates your life. What you think of your life now determines your life. Regardless of circumstances, how you think affects the topography of your life. Complain and blame now, and life will be sure to serve you more of the same. Life knows where to find you. Thoughts have energy, and this energy they attract.

What May Be the Biggest Secret of All of Time
Is NOW Out of the Bag!

This subject can be made short but it will be as long as it takes. It may take some reverse empathy on some reader's parts. Mostly however, for those that can think rationally and put themselves in another's place it may not be that difficult at all. Having said that we need to breach a touchy subject. The subject is that not all men are created equal. Why? Because all that we see are not men but only posing as such. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Let me assure you I am no preacher, but somethings stand out as much as an ad banner on the RMN home page. This sentence above is one such red flag and after all these centuries waiting for us to realize, just what the hell it does mean. Time to grow up folks. We are humans of flesh and blood. We were endowed with a very special ability that we are told exists nowhere else in the universe. Whether that is a true statement, we cannot possibly know here on earth. But from the situation we find ourselves in on this planet we might decide that perhaps there IS something special about us. And this seems to be so. Yet, we cannot yet prove it.

What I am referring to is the ability of the homo sapien sapien to be able to create things/reality with his/her own mind. Many will stop reading right there. That is fine with me, yet, even the ones that deny we have that ability will continue to create just the same, day in and day out. What they create however, either good or bad, appears to them more as luck or divine intervention. My motive here is to show a reason to understand how this ability to create is a fact and not a fantasy. All we need do, for most of us, is to look at our foe. The ones the Bible verse above called principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world are what I point to. These entities had a trump card when they came to this planet eons ago. They recognized that homo sapiens, ie. You and I, have an innate, ability to create with their minds.

Most of us do not think in a way that is given to evil. From the start of our arrival on this planet (some say our experience here) we had this ability to create anything and everything simply by thinking. Yet, if we were not just outright taught that and demostrated by a being or our parents we would have no example to follow, or even that we can create. If you will stipulate for the sake of argument that there could be or are other races that are more advanced than us, it will not take much brain power to deduce, such a race could trick us into believing we were lesser beings. In fact, they could trick us into creating a reality for them, that they could never achieve with brute force or technology. Some, in this day and age, would call this black magic.

For argument sake, let's stipulate that the dark side knows and we do not know that we can create with our minds. If they could cause misinformation to flow to us via speech (in the earliest of times), then written word, then printed word, then radio, then movies, then television and whatever comes/came next, the thinking of the human race could be influenced to an extent to create by those vehicles. The dark side, postulates(d) that if we keep them in fear, they will see us as their saviours. When this happens we can manipulate them to pay homage to our rulers by sending their young to fight wars and capture a nation's treasure for us. Or we can create a type of bondage that will cause them to toil untold hours creating things with their hands as well as their minds for which they will pay taxes or we can even outright take from them by overwhelming force either in war or police action on their streets. Yes, it was a good plan. And the homo sapien sapien was manipulated into constant fear of the next war, the next economic collapse and the next plague. All the while we created these with our belief in them brought onto us by the media owned solely by our captors. Zika Virus ring any bells?

It sounds like the saddest, most evil of movie plots. While it is in fact our current nightmare and reality. For those that can read or hear, let them hear. With those with eyes let them see. Many, perhaps even a majority have been able to see what I am saying is as close to facts as one can get without total proof. By inference alone, we have come to realize what TV 'programming' really means.

The hero/heroine of the movie would be wondering at this juncture what can be done? Is there anyway to save mankind? And of course many of us know there is, yet some in high places are good at heart but still fail to see the pattern. Fail to see the manipulation even in their own careers. Or worse, take money to continue to deceive their kind, homo sapien sapiens. For those of us that have awakened there is something we can easily and naturally do. We must, as often as possible, visualize the world that we will have, by our thoughts, We must see the world returning to a status quo where a species such as ours creates at will all that is good. The reason we have yet to arrive there follows. We are not purposely seeing the world as we desire to see it. This goes for all that are not satisfied with how much money, status,desire to be left alone they have, being thwarted by intrusive government. The purpose of this article is single in thrust. WE CREATE. WE REAP WHAT WE CREATE WHETHER INDUCED BY FEAR, GREED OR RELIGION or OUR OWN DESIRES. WE MUST MAKE OURSELVES CREATE BY INTENTION. INTEND WHAT YOU WANT, WORLD PEACE, PROSPERITY, THE RV/GCR , MORE INCOME FOR YOUR FAMILY.

So you see, we are what we think about all day long. That requires that we think with PURPOSE all day long. We must adjust our thinking (thoughts) and our speech to only deliver what we are deliberately attempting to create. The time for bull**** talking is over. If you want to see the New Republic manifest for all of us whom have been waiting, then think about how you will feel when that is announced. Think, dream, visualize, and thus create what you need this instant and what you want in the short term, long term future. If you still don't see the connections to our being manipulated to think for the benefit of a race that is not human, then you are the ones that need this the most. Just thought I'd bring this thread up again after reading this on RMN....fits the bill perfectly...i often wonder how many of us know the rules of creation and if more of us had the knowledge of how this is done then this planet would be different today...the ptw know how this is done and use every trick to get what they have today...will the mass concouisness tip toward the light?...personally I don't know...a few years back I was almost broke after my focus was elsewhere for various reasons...not now.. .☺. Indeed, thoughts create reality.

As creative beings, humans have the potential to create infinite amount of positive energy.
It seems to me this is one of the major reasons why malevolent beings want to have control over humans so much, through mind programming and such, to have power over our creative energies of love and life.

Where ever there is love, life flourishes.
When there is lack of love, life demolishes.

Be in the light of love.

If one is to experience darkness at the moment, have faith in yourself and trust that it will soon pass,

Three different studies, done by different teams of scientists proved something really extraordinary. But when a new research connected these 3 discoveries, something shocking was realized, something hiding in plain sight.

Human emotion literally shapes the world around us. Not just our perception of the world, but reality itself.

Emotions Physically Shape Reality

In the first experiment, human DNA, isolated in a sealed container, was placed near a test subject. Scientists gave the donor emotional stimulus and fascinatingly enough, the emotions affected their DNA in the other room.

In the presence of negative emotions the DNA tightened. In the presence of positive emotions the coils of the DNA relaxed.

The scientists concluded that “Human emotion produces effects which defy conventional laws of physics.”

Emotions Have An Effect On Reality

In the second, similar but unrelated experiment, different group of scientists extracted Leukocytes (white blood cells) from donors and placed into chambers so they could measure electrical changes.

In this experiment, the donor was placed in one room and subjected to “emotional stimulation” consisting of video clips, which generated different emotions in the donor.

The DNA was placed in a different room in the same building. Both the donor and his DNA were monitored and as the donor exhibited emotional peaks or valleys (measured by electrical responses), the DNA exhibited the IDENTICAL RESPONSES AT THE EXACT SAME TIME.

DNA Responds To Our Emotions

There was no lag time, no transmission time. The DNA peaks and valleys EXACTLY MATCHED the peaks and valleys of the donor in time.

The scientists wanted to see how far away they could separate the donor from his DNA and still get this effect. They stopped testing after they separated the DNA and the donor by 50 miles and STILL had the SAME result. No lag time; no transmission time.

The DNA and the donor had the same identical responses in time. The conclusion was that the donor and the DNA can communicate beyond space and time.

The third experiment proved something pretty shocking!

Scientists observed the effect of DNA on our physical world.

Light photons, which make up the world around us, were observed inside a vacuum. Their natural locations were completely random.

Human DNA was then inserted into the vacuum. Shockingly the photons were no longer acting random. They precisely followed the geometry of the DNA.

Good morning and be at peace, my scribe, for all IS well! Master Hilarion present to continue where we left off at the end of last week's lesson. I come within the Light of Creator's magnificent and infinite spectral expression. I represent the Emerald Ray, as you would perceive same in the visible frequency range. You know me well.
We last spoke of the basics of preparation and following one's internal guidance system. We monitor the response from those of you who are taking in the information as given. We see the need to offer more upon the subject of connecting to your Higher Self.
You each are connected at all times to the higher energy of Source. However, when you are in a lower-frequency state, say due to emotional "stress", your ability to consciously connect is greatly diminished.
When you are feeling boredom, frustration, anger, or any of those states that debilitate, then you can know that your frequency has lowered and that the otherwise free-flowing connection has been diminished or choked off. These feelings are, for most of you, associated with the heart energy center.
Many of you have experiences in your life where you were extremely exited and happy, and had a feeling that there was nothing in the world that could stop you. This is when the heart is soaring and you are vibrating at a frequency that more closely matches who you REALLY are!
When the heart energy center (your Guidance center) is radiating the higher-frequency emotions of joy, excitement, and enthusiasm, you will cause the solar plexus energy center (just below the heart center) to respond in like manner. It begins to "rev-up" and thus you begin to radiate with greater and greater intensity. All of your energy centers are connected in a coordinated and complimentary manner. The heart center and the solar plexus are closely linked, and many will say that they have a "gut" feeling regarding a particular experience when, in fact, more of that "gut" feeling may be emanating from the heart.
There is a great amount of lower-frequency energy being radiated at this time on your planet. However, due to the nature of the energy associated with this lower-frequency state, it is such that ONE who is radiating in a joyous state puts out more energy than a million who are radiating in the lower-energy state! Therefore, a balance can be achieved and the process of turning around the "mess" on your planet is truly not as difficult as it may at first appear.
As has been stated many times prior: IT ONLY TAKES ONE TO RECOGNIZE THEIR TRUE POTENTIAL AND THE GAME IS OVER!
This means that, from the point of view of energy dynamics, if there is just ONE who functions in the physical from a position of being truly connected to Higher Source, then that ONE can so greatly tip the scales back into balanced Radiance that the dark Elite controllers of your planet would shrivel to a point of insignificance.
This is the reason for the mind control of the masses--especially as you ones spoon-feed yourselves by way of your news media and television programming. Even the seemingly harmless "comedy" shows give forth subliminal (programming) suggestions that can cause you to feel helpless or ineffectual or dispersed (from an energy perspective), and induce attitudes that may distract you from a focus that would allow you to connect more fully with your true Potential of Being.
Please do not take the above statement in the wrong way. Understand that laughter is a most wonderful frequency vibration and is beneficial to your well-being. However, the Elite controllers are utilizing your media for programming your minds, and through such means have corrupted the potentially good to achieve their ends. This corruption is centered around the power of suggestion.
Therefore, it is the subtle nature of suggestion that will get you, for instance, to a point that you will find humor in something that is truly twisted and not humorous at all. Moreover, when you find yourself all wrapped up in some of the modern "bad guy" movies, then you may want to ask yourself: "Is there truly joy in this sort of violence, or am I that desensitized to actual violence that I have become numb to it?"
Recognize that the "numbness" of mind keeps you off balance and in a mode of seeking something of even greater "shock" value in order to register the slightest charge of emotional stimulation. This desensitizing situation has been built-up to such a level in recent years that the movie producers are finding it more and more difficult to pack enough violence and/or sex into a film so that the public will even want to see it! Meanwhile, the desensitization causes you to lose touch with your Spiritual Center, your Guidance, your Source of Being.
We monitor many who say with the mouth that they want to feel more connected to the spiritual nourishment of Higher Self. Yet all the while these same ones sit in front of their television screens day after day, in ritualistic fashion, filling their heads with programming that will eventually lower their frequency to such a level that they will surely be among the first to "jump through the hoops" whenever the Elite controllers say to jump through the hoops.
Large companies like Pepsi Cola, Anheuser-Busch, Colgate-Palmolive or General Motors do not pay millions of dollars for 15-second spots of advertising (brainwashing) during events like the Super Bowl because they are ineffectual. Rather, the power of suggestion is most commanding over the largely brain-dead masses of vidiot-box junkies.
Many of you would be far wiser to spend more of your time focusing on strengthening your Inner Connection and Guidance System. And then, when you can truly FEEL your connection and KNOW that you can pull yourself out of the negativity of the world, THEN go back and watch the programming and monitor your response. It will be quite different--and instructive in its revelations!
Raising your frequency, and thus connecting more fully with your Higher Self, is as simple as visualizing a time when you were feeling really good and resonating again with that situation as if you were there. Now hold that feeling and begin to feel it radiating from within you, out to the whole universe.
Now, while maintaining this high-frequency vibration, focus your thoughts upon your desires, with that feeling of joy in your heart, and you will be a million times more powerful in manifesting your desires in the physical!
If you find it difficult to hold these higher emotional frequencies, then take a moment to look at what it is you are resisting and simply let go of it. Then, again, focus on those thoughts from times that bring forth joy you have known. Soon you will find that what you are radiating is the higher-frequency energies, and you are connecting with who you REALLY are--a Being of Light who has been endowed by God with INFINITE capabilities of creating!
Now, when you have done this, and you KNOW that you can feel this joy anytime you like, and that there is no situation wherein you cannot pull yourself out of the lower frequencies and into the higher frequencies, then it is time to focus your thoughts upon that which causes these creative energies to intensify. That is, FOCUS on the way you would like your life to be; FEEL what it will be like; RADIATE your heart's desire with the power of joy and enthusiasm--and you will be amazed at how fast change will manifest and the joy will flow into your experience like never before. Then you will know, with Inner Certainty that IS the God Source within, that you cannot be stopped or dragged down or contained within another person's drama--unless YOU so choose same!
A CAUTION: As I gave for background in last week's lesson, seek first a condition of balance--else you will find that you are actually more focused upon what you do NOT want, and you will miss a very fundamental dynamic of creation. If you do NOT want poverty, then don't dwell upon a perceived condition of poverty, but upon abundance!
The fundamental point here is that YOUR Higher Self connection is YOUR guidance system. And when you are properly focusing your desires, your Higher Self will offer HIGH-FREQUENCY emotional support, and well-being WILL manifest.
Always try to follow and sustain the high-frequency signals. When you encounter lower-frequency situations, look at what it is you are doing (or thinking) which has caused this encounter. Find a better way to meet the challenge. Often this means letting go of that which you are resisting (that is, change your focus). Be thankful for the experience, for you now know better where to focus your thoughts and energy.
Your Higher Self will naturally guide you through your challenges, and the resulting growth will enable you to more fully recognize your true potential. In this way, you will be doing your part to turn around the low-vibration condition on your planet. If not YOU, then who?
Stop waiting for another to do it for you and you will eventually come to understand that the reason you were so disconnected in the first place was because you were not following the guidance within that says: "TAKE ACTION!" In the larger perspective, there are no wrong actions, only better choices of action. If the result of an action taken leaves you feeling worse than you felt prior to the action, then change the focus (now that you are wiser) and TAKE MORE ACTION! This is why you are there on that third-dimensional playing field!
If you do not have a job, or you are unhappy with the one you now have, then get focused on what it is that you are wanting and go interview with as many companies as you can. Do it with enthusiasm radiating from your being, and you are likely to get the job you are not even qualified to do.
Worry and fear will only serve to lock you into a mundane existence with little about which to truly feel good. JOY and ENTHUSIASM are the signals from Higher Self that tell you that what you are focused on is in alignment with who you really are. If you are feeling otherwise, then you can know that your focus could be better.
There is no limit to the joy you can create; it is truly infinite. When you are connected and aligned in joy, your physical condition (whatever it is) will naturally return to complete balance and perfection, given enough time and persistence. Resist the alignment with Higher Self for any continued length of time, and your physical condition is likely to suffer. Why do you think that "stress" has been observed to cause so many physical illnesses?
You ones are entering a higher-frequency area of planetary travel (Photon Belt area of space) and as the upward frequency-shifting of your space continues, there will be less and less tolerance for out-of-balance, lower-frequency energies. Negative physical manifestations in the body will come more rapidly to you who have the tendency to dip down into the lower-energy emotions for any length of time.
Know that you can turn around your emotional state instantly by simply changing your focus of thought. When you are feeling down, take a moment to look at what you can be thankful for, and know that what you are experiencing is what you have created for yourself, and you can change it anytime you like by simply focusing the mind on those things that cause the HEART to soar.
There is more stated here than what words alone can convey. Go within and seek you own clarity. Resist not the simple answers, for many will find that the simple answers are the RIGHT ones--so much so that you may find yourselves slightly embarrassed for having missed these simple (NOT simplistic) points all these years.
There is great joy awaiting you all! Get clear; get focused, and carry out your Inspired actions with JOY! The dark ones cannot control you who live in this en-Lightened way.
