This thread is an ongoing observation of and commentary on the mass migration agendas being funded by wealthy social engineers such as George Soros, operating on an international scale and out of the jurisdiction of any one nation being involved.

In both Europe and North America, there is growing public sentiment that we have had plenty enough mass migration for a while and there is in fact such a thing as too much. Italy's new government is now turning away refugee ships, telling them to go to Malta or Spain or France instead. Merkel and Macron are still actively promoting the same international mass migration agenda, but they are caught between the pressures of both increasing dissent at home (Merkel has only been barely clinging to power since the last elections, while the AfD is polling at an all-time high) and increased push-back from a growing number of other member states of the European Union. And while there is still a tremendous amount of illegal migration on the US border, efforts are ongoing to reduce that as well.

So I think this whole mass migration political fad has reached its high water mark for the self-proclaimed "social progressive" cause (progressing towards what, is the question), and even though there is still big money behind it and still tens of thousands of migrants being moved around to this day, I think it's time to start deconstructing and taking a hard look on exactly what has been pushed on us here.

There is more to this agenda than just changing the demographics of the future. The "social justice" demanded today calls for group justice, which is an intellectual framework for assigning guilt for various actions to a group collectively, applied to all regardless of individual behavior. This is the framework used by the left when they talk about "social justice."

Again, what "social justice" ultimately means is best illustrated through the Mockingbird-type mouthpieces themselves. The UK gives many of the greatest examples in the English language.

It's uncomfortable to talk about, in fact it's totally inappropriate on just about every level. But this toxic stuff is entering the mainstream of Western culture through radical activists and ideologies and deserves to be openly discussed and debated, and not have all serious conversation shouted down with insults and threats of violence. It's not a coincidence that free speech has to be stifled in order for this agenda to be moved forward.

This undercurrent in society has become so prevalent that I see examples of it every day. Things that would have been shocking to hear coming out of professors' mouths in the 1990's or 2000's are suddenly encouraged and praised. That's why I feel this thread is needed, to document what is happening to our culture.

In the end, through all of the above as well as what I'll continue documenting below, the ongoing deconstruction of the West through the impotent anger of media, entertainment, and established academia, seems to amount to this expression:

I'm a bit curious about what kind of encouragement or advertising is done in the countries that people are coming from.

It's very obvious that many if not most of the migrants are not really escaping war or devastating famine.

I once heard that there were bill boards in Africa advertising Scandinavia as a place to go to find predatory sexual opportunities. I kid you not. I've never actually seen a picture of such a bill board though.

I know the internet is a kind of advert in itself. If people in very basic societies get to have a look at the madness of western decadence at a school or community computer, it's going to cause many of the most impressionable people to want to get up and head for the places they've seen people being so stupidly easy to emulate.

Then there's the so called NGOs running a marine taxi service across the water barriers.

I was actually going to post about that later. The types of organizations affiliated with Soros' cause are spending money sending people to densely-populated parts of Africa and telling everyone there about how wonderful and welcoming Europe is. That's why people are suddenly pouring out of Africa.

However, far-right Italian interior minister Matteo Salvini has already dismissed the plan.

He said: 'If they want to give money to someone else let them do so, Italy doesn't need charity.

'We want to stop the inflows in order to clear the backlog of hundreds of thousands of people.

'We are not asking for money but for dignity and we are recovering it with our own hands.'

A 2001 UN strategy document is getting fresh attention in light of the migrant crisis because it outlines the need to flood America and Europe with hundreds of millions of migrants in order to maintain population levels.



Entitled Replacement Migration: Is It a Solution to Declining and Ageing Populations? (http://www.un.org/esa/population/publications/migration/migration.htm), the plan seeks to “offset population decline and population ageing resulting from low fertility and mortality rates.”



It contends that mass migration to the west is needed for governments to maintain “many established economic, social and political policies and programmes”.



The strategy document sets out six potential scenarios for each country or region of the world necessary to meet this goal.

Under the most severe scenario, large numbers of migrants will be required to “maintain the potential support ratio” (of a population) at the highest level.



In the case of the United States (http://www.un.org/esa/population/publications/ReplMigED/USA.pdf), under the most extreme scenario, the report states, “It would be necessary to have 593 million immigrants from 1995 to 2050, an average of 10.8 million per year.”

“By 2050, out of a United States total population of 1.1 billion, 775 million, or 73 per cent, would be post 1995 immigrants or their descendants,” adds the report.

In Europe’s case, the document asserts that at least 159 million migrant workers will need to enter by 2025 in order, “to maintain the current balance of 4 to 5 workers for a pensioner.”



Under the worst case scenario, 1.4 billion migrants would be needed by 2050, an average of 25.2 million a year. This means that by 2050, Europe’s population would be 2.3 billion, of which 1.7 billion, almost three quarters, would be migrants or their descendents.



Given that Europe is already having huge problems integrating significantly fewer numbers of migrants, the numbers in this report are obviously fantastical, yet the document does indicate that mass migration to “replace” the host population of America and European countries has been on the UN’s agenda for decades.



It also echoes a plan French President Macron announced recently (https://www.breitbart.com/london/2018/04/17/macron-europe-migration-destiny-africa/) wherein he argued that mass migration was Europe’s “destiny and that that hundreds of million of Africans will continue to flood into the continent “for many years to come.”



The document is receiving fresh attention in light of the migrant crisis in Europe, which has seen over 2 million migrants enter the continent over the last few years.



As we highlight in the video below, the argument that millions of migrant workers are needed to pay tax and fund pension liabilities is a complete misnomer because large numbers of migrants do not find employment and only end up on government welfare.

Canada has seen some increasing violence problems in recent years related to its growing "diversity," though not nearly as bad as what is seen in Europe. After the latest shooting in Canada, Canadian authorities say there's no evidence of the shooting being related to Islamic terrorism. However, ISIS has now claimed the attack, which was carried out by a man named Faisal Hussain. Canadian authorities believe the man's Islamic name and background are simply an unfortunate coincidence.


'No evidence to support' ISIS was behind Toronto attack: Police

Toronto police said Wednesday there's "no evidence to support" ISIS's claim of responsibility for this weekend's deadly attack in the Canadian city.

“Since Sunday evening, all areas of the Toronto Police Service have been involved in this investigation," Toronto police said in a statement. "We have received assistance from law enforcement partners at every level and I have been updated regularly. At this stage, we have no evidence to support these claims."

ISIS had claimed credit for the Sunday night attack which killed an 18-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl. Police said the attack was not linked to terrorism.

A statement from the group's Amaq agency, translated from Arabic, reads in part:

"The person who carried out the attack on the city of Toronto in south-east Canada on Sunday evening is one of the soldiers of the Islamic State and he carried out the attack in response to calls for targeting citizens of the coalition countries."

Really I think these shooters are not only affiliated with ISIS, but are being handled by CIA "doctors" (the CIA being one of the creators of ISIS in the first place), and they tend to have histories of mental illness just like most modern mass shooters in general. Five men have been arrested in the UK for throwing acid in a 3 year old boy's face, but nobody knows who the suspects are, because police are withholding their names for "legal reasons." I'd never heard of people having acid thrown into their faces in the West until fairly recently. I'd heard of it happening before in countries like Iran and Pakistan, but this is a new form of diversity for the West, and we all know that "diversity is our strength."

UK police have charged five men over an apparent acid attack on a 3-year-old boy outside a store in Worcester. Previously, the authorities said they believed the attack to be "deliberate."

A group of men aged between 22 and 41 were due to appear before a UK court on Wednesday to face charges of conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm, West Mercia Police said.

The authorities believe the men were involved in a suspected acid attack on a 3-year-old child in a shopping mall in Worcester on Saturday. The boy suffered "serious burns to his arm and face" and was hospitalized, police said after the attack.

The child has since been released "but the long-term implications of his injuries are unknown at this time" according to the authorities.

Well the UK police are saying it's deliberate so at least they are able to admit that much. It's possible they could have chalked it up to an accident or a "cultural misunderstanding." I'm sure the boy will grow up to better understand why this happened to him when he's older.

Police believe she was targeted by a person on a moped or pushbike, who launched the substance at her as they made their way past.

Police say a 47-year-old woman has suffered "serious injuries" after a corrosive substance was thrown in her face in Birmingham.

The incident took place in the Ladywood district at about 10.30am on Tuesday, and the victim was able to stumble away from the scene before an ambulance was called.

Officers believe she was attacked by a person on a moped or pushbike, who launched the acid towards her as they made their way past.

West Midlands Ambulance Service said the woman was given pain relief to help ease her discomfort while her face was cleaned with water to help remove the unknown substance.

She was then taken to hospital for further specialist burns treatment.

It came on the same day that a fifth man was arrested over what West Mercia Police believe was a targeted acid attack on a young boy in Worcester.

The three-year-old had a substance sprayed or thrown towards him as he sat in a pushchair with his family at a Home Bargains store on Saturday.

Some of them were cut with barbed wire while trying to climb the border fence, and others sustained broken bones. The scuffles also led to 15 border agents receiving injuries. Some agents were burnt as the migrants attacked them with homemade flamethrowers while trying to avoid arrest.

MEXICO CITY—Homicides in Mexico rose by 16 per cent in the first half of 2018, as the country again broke its own records for violence.

The Interior Department said over the weekend there were 15,973 homicides in the first six months of the year, compared to 13,751 killings in the same period of 2017.

The number is the highest since comparable records began being kept in 1997, including the peak year of Mexico’s drug war in 2011.

At current levels, the department’s measure would put national homicides at 22 per 100,000 population by the end of the year — near the levels of Brazil and Colombia at 27 per 100,000.

Security analyst Alejandro Hope noted “the figures are horrible, but there are some signs that are halfway encouraging.”

For example, the growth in homicides seems to be flattening out; murders were up only about 4 per cent compared to the second half of 2017. “The curve may be flattening out,” Hope noted, though he cautioned it is too early to tell.

Some areas, like the northern border state of Baja California, showed big jumps in murder rates, which others saw sharp drops.

Baja California, home to the border city of Tijuana, saw 1,463 homicides in the first half of the year, a 44 per cent increase over the same period of 2017.

Authorities have attributed the spate of killings to battles between the Jalisco and Sinaloa drug cartels for control of trafficking routes in Baja California. The state is now Mexico’s second most violent, with a homicide rate for the first six months of the year equivalent to 71 murders per 100,000 inhabitants.

The Undeclared War Against Canadians

As Canadians watch terrorism escalate within their country, it is beginning to become clear just how far (and fast) this country has slipped. It is also beginning to become clear just how much of a lie diversity, multiculturalism, and tolerance have been. Simply put, these have been tools of the radical left to erode the pillars that make any country great: unity, identity, and discipline.

Many who formerly bought into this progressive lie, have seen the error of their ways and re-adopted a more traditionalist political mindset. Many as well however, have held the intention of destroying our country all along. One such person is our very own Prime Minister, who has launched an undeclared war against Canadians. His intention is to destroy the Canadian people and everything that our beautiful country once stood for.

He describes Canada as the world’s first “post-national” country, erases our borders, and diverts our tax dollars to Islamic organizations with demonstrable ties to terrorism.

I daresay a government who intends to destroy the people who elected it is a government without grounds of authority.

One of the preventative measures that our enemies have employed to ensure this is a one-sided affair, is to make it exceedingly difficult for us to mount any sort of opposition. Indeed, creating a platform where we can engage in the official political process and communicate our beliefs to our fellow countrymen has continued to elude us, mostly due to the recent increased hurdles to register a new federal political party.

In addition, a campaign promise of electoral reform (made by the Liberals) has suddenly been dropped after agreeing that a proportional representation system of government would make a grassroots, nationalist type of uprising easier.

These changes have been subtle but devastating. They have also been pervasive.

Asylum Rules Would Allow Migrating Foreign Populations to Fill Half of Midwest

New asylum rules approved by the GOP majority and Democrat minority House Appropriations Committee would give the right to migrate to the United States to a foreign population at least half the size of the American Midwest.

Two asylum rules pushed by Rep. David Price (D-NC) as well as Rep. Kevin Yoder (R-KS) and approved by the GOP-majority House Appropriations Committee would allow foreign nationals seeking refuge in the U.S. to migrate based on claims that they are fleeing domestic abuse or gang violence.

The asylum standards would be a direct rebuke of Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ efforts to strengthen the country’s lax asylum system. He made clear in a memo that claiming to be fleeing domestic abuse or gang violence are not legitimate claims for asylum in the U.S.

The Republican establishment and Democrats’ reversal of Sessions’ memo would give the full populations of Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras the right to migrate and seek asylum in the U.S., as all three Central American countries have been crippled for years by gangs.

As Breitbart News noted, this translates to about 32 million Central Americans being given the right to migrate. This would mean a foreign population about half the size of the American Midwest — where 67 million Americans live — would have the right to come to the country and permanently resettle.

That foreign population given the right to migrate to the U.S. would at least be 12 times the population of Chicago, Illinois, and more than 35 times the population of Columbus, Ohio.

Or is a "global society" a way of saying mixing together all races on all continents until they can no longer be genetically or culturally distinguished? What exactly is meant by that if we haven't connected the global community already?

I think it would help if we defined terms very specifically here, because in practice what all of this ends up amounting to, for globalists, is flooding predominantly white countries with predominantly uneducated third-worlders. And that is what is meant by the Orwellian slogan, "diversity is our strength." You don't see them calling for more white people in Asia or Africa, do you? The very idea sounds ridiculous, does it not? Or more Asians in the US, or more Latinos in Africa. Who is actively campaigning for any of that? No one that I can see. The more unconscious a group / society is, the more laws are needed. The more consciously aware, the less laws are to be needed. A personal sense of responsibility grows with growth in self-awareness. The level of responsibility of the group is dependent on the numbers within that said group / society that have more personal awareness.

At present, the notion that societies today are "civilized" is a misnomer, rather they are so-called "civilized". Really, civilization has yet to really become manifest. And so, what does it really mean for "human society on this planet to evolve naturally?" What does evolving 'naturally' actually mean?

Somehow, that meaning lacks any affiliation with having any sense of being consciously aware attached to it.

So, the difficulty lies in proper education. And then, there's the distinction between what is a proper education vs what is programmed brain washing. A proper education needs to include a de-programming element within it.

I have the same problem with the word "natural" and you put it very succinctly, Turiya. We have to learn to overcome our animal natures, rather than indulge them.

The US military-industrial complex came to worldwide power only after WW2. If you look at the GDP chart I posted on the previous page, the UK and US were dominating the rest of the world in productivity by the late 1700s/early 1800s, way before our military-industrial complex took over. We abandoned feudalism before much of the rest of the world. Russia had feudalism, for example, almost until their revolution.

In many ways I believe we're going to have to return to the pre-WW2 order, because what's happened since then has not been all that positive, at least politically.

I was going to post this article today from zerohedge re the NYT/sarah jeong above and decided not to. Glad someone else did.

The philanthropist George Soros recently published a letter in the Wall Street Journal entitled, 'Why I'm Investing 500 million USD in Migrants'. In this article, I will be looking at that letter and separating what it means from what it appears to say.

"The world has been unsettled by a surge in forced migration. Tens of millions of people are on the move, fleeing their home countries in search of a better life abroad. Some are escaping civil war or an oppressive regime; others are forced out by extreme poverty, lured by the possibility of economic advancement for themselves and their families." This is quite true. And Soros should know since his think tank (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3743479/Left-wing-billionaire-group-s-plan-use-migrant-crisis-influence-immigration-policies-worldwide-Plans-George-Soros-s-think-tank-revealed-leaked-memo.html)is fully on board with that "forced migration". He has either initiated it or facilitated it and, according to Viktor Orban, Prime Minister of Hungary (which is presently holding a referendum on whether to accept migrant quotas as demanded by the EU), as quoted (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-10-30/orban-accuses-soros-of-stoking-refugee-wave-to-weaken-europe)by Bloomberg:
"His name is perhaps the strongest example of those who support anything that weakens nation states, they support everything that changes the traditional European lifestyle [...] These activists who support immigrants inadvertently become part of this international human-smuggling network." Soros continues:

Migrants are often forced into lives of idle despair, while host countries fail to reap the proven benefit that greater integration could bring." I have touched on Soros' psychological peculiarities elsewhere; his narcissistic traits notwithstanding, I shall assume he is not using the royal "we". That granted, about whom is he speaking when he talks of "Our collective failure to develop and implement effective policies"? If about governments, we should remember that he is elected to no nation's government, nor has he ever been.

That does not prevent him, however, from meddling in their internal affairs and supporting insurrections such as so-called Color Revolutions, including in Georgia (https://www.opendemocracy.net/globalization-institutions_government/colour_revolutions_3196.jsp) and Ukraine (https://www.theguardian.com/world/2004/nov/26/ukraine.usa), and whipping up chaos via BLM (http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/aug/16/black-lives-matter-cashes-100-million-liberal-foun/) in the US.

He also famously attacked (http://www.businessinsider.com/how-george-soros-shorted-the-pound-etching-his-name-into-financial-history-forever-2010-6?IR=T) the British pound, making himself a billion dollars.

He wishes the reader to assume inclusion by his use of "our". But we are not included; we are simply being told what is to happen.

He then writes of "the proven benefit that greater integration could bring". This is almost a rhetorical conundrum; he and his lawyers expect - not without reason - that most people will provide their own color to what the words on the page say. He claims proof but provides none - and that is a major omission given that we are expected to entrust our entire cultural and economic future to his assertions.

Many countries, including Japan, China, UAE, Israel and Singapore, are extremely careful to whom they grant citizenship. If the benefits Soros claims were proven, surely they would be on board, too.

To continue:
"Governments must play the leading role in addressing this crisis by creating and sustaining adequate physical and social infrastructure for migrants and refugees. But harnessing the power of the private sector is also critical.

Recognizing this, the Obama administration recently launched a "Call to Action" asking U.S. companies to play a bigger role in meeting the challenges posed by forced migration. Today, private-sector leaders are assembling at the United Nations to make concrete commitments to help solve the problem." Soros, naturally, does not blush at telling us what our governments "must" do.

The term "forced migration" is clever mind hook. You may be sure that it was worked on for hours and many alternatives discarded. Its power lies in the fact that it implies both helplessness in the face of an unstoppable external force and inevitability of result - while at the same time disregarding causes.

If anyone still cares, the causes include: attacks by the US and NATO on countries which have done them no harm; Angela Merkel's open invitation (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/germany/angela-merkel/12193876/Angela-Merkels-historic-error-on-immigration.html) to the third world to move to Europe; material and informational support (http://www.theeventchronicle.com/study/george-soros-funded-organizations/) from Soros-funded organizations.

Soros continues:
"In response, I have decided to earmark $500 million for investments that specifically address the needs of migrants, refugees and host communities. I will invest in startups, established companies, social-impact initiatives and businesses founded by migrants and refugees themselves. Although my main concern is to help migrants and refugees arriving in Europe, I will be looking for good investment ideas that will benefit migrants all over the world." I will translate:
"Now that the inflow of immigrants has been set up, I am going to invest $500 million to make the process unstoppable, endless and self-funding, and make a lot of money for myself at the same time. And since this is dressed in the language of compassion, there is nothing you can say against it." Back to Soros' letter:
"This commitment of investment equity will complement the philanthropic contributions my foundations have made to address forced migration, a problem we have been working on globally for decades and to which we have dedicated significant financial resources." Just remove the words 'philanthropic' (which does not mean at the elite level what you think it means) and realize that 'address' means 'facilitate' to Soros, and you will understand this sentence correctly; this is a carefully crafted statement of policy.

He continues:
"We will seek investments in a variety of sectors, among them emerging digital technology, which seems especially promising as a way to provide solutions to the particular problems that dislocated people often face. Advances in this sector can help people gain access more efficiently to government, legal, financial and health services. Private businesses are already investing billions of dollars to develop such services for non-migrant communities.

This is why money now moves instantaneously from one mobile wallet to another, drivers find customers by using only a cellphone, and how a doctor in North America can see a patient in Africa in real time. Customizing and extending these innovations to serve migrants will help improve the quality of life for millions around the world.

All of the investments we make will be owned by my nonprofit organization. They are intended to be successful - because I want to show how private capital can play a constructive role helping migrants - and any profits will go to fund programs at the Open Society Foundations, including programs that benefit migrants and refugees." Thus, anyone who wishes to will be able to plug into the system you and your families have been paying into all your lives and access its main arteries with nothing more than a mobile phone. Soros, meanwhile, makes a load more money which he can then plough into the very organizations which will make sure the inflow of migrants never stops.

Soros goes on to claim:
"As longtime champions of civil society, we will be focused on ensuring that our investments lead to products and services that truly benefit migrants and host communities." Leaving what Soros may mean by 'civil society', I turn to his use of 'benefit'; benefit according to whom? According to George Soros - a man who destabilizes sovereign states as part of his modus operandi.

Soros concludes:
"We will also work closely with organizations such as the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Rescue Committee to establish principles to guide our investments. Our goal is to harness, for public good, the innovations that only the private sector can provide.

I hope my commitment will inspire other investors to pursue the same mission." What this means in English is:
"The fix is in, and now all you smaller fish further down the food chain can make a nice buck off the gravy train of selling your countries out because if this weren't a sure thing, I wouldn't be in it." This is cultural- and ethnic-cleansing in a business suit; it is the de facto usurpation of the nation state as a social construct for the peoples of Europe as part of a multi-purpose war - one designed to destroy oil-rich states and any state with no central bank, while simultaneously collapsing sovereign states.

As a German, I really dislike the muslim-migration issue. Former President Obama has been caught red handed in a serious crime.

The 44th president illegally funneled taxpayer funds to help illegal immigrants in violation of the law, a press release from the Immigration Reform Law Institute announced.

An investigation by the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) has revealed that the Obama-era U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), in apparent violation of federal immigration law, awarded multiple high-value contracts, worth over $310 million, to a single nonprofit group in 2015 and 2016.

All of these contracts were awarded for the purpose of providing legal representation to unaccompanied alien children (UACs). UACs are defined as aliens under 18 years of age who have no lawful immigration status in the United States and, supposedly, no parent or legal guardian in the United States available to provide care and physical custody. A significant percentage of UACs (the vast majority of whom are from Central America) have ties to MS-13 or other gangs.

The funds went to the Vera Institute of Justice (Vera), a nonprofit group that provides immigrants with access to legal services. (One of Vera’s former directors, Christopher Stone, also served as president of George Soros’ Open Society Foundations from 2012-2017.) The contracts require Vera to provide “direct legal representation” to UACs, recruit and train pro bono attorneys, and facilitate continued legal representation once a UAC is released to a sponsor – frequently an illegal alien. So far, the federal grants have paid for legal representation of UACs in removal proceedings and removal appeals throughout the nation.

Section 292 of The Immigration and Nationality Act specifically forbids such action.

Sec. 292. [8 U.S.C. 1362] In any removal proceedings before an immigration judge and in any appeal proceedings before the Attorney General from any such removal proceedings, the person concerned shall have the privilege of being represented (at no expense to the Government) by such counsel, authorized to practice in such proceedings, as he shall choose.

"The Obama administration approved $310 million in free legal advice to young illegal immigrants despite federal law barring charging taxpayers for helping immigrants avoid deportation, according to a new report.

The Immigration Reform Law Institute said that the funding was provided to a top legal defense group to help unaccompanied alien children under the age of 18 land with a sponsor in the U.S.

In 2015 and 2016, contracts reviewed by IRLI showed that several worth $310 million went to one nonprofit legal group, the Vera Institute of Justice. A top director has ties to liberal philanthropist George Soros.

“When the federal government pays for illegal alien minors to receive direct legal representation, it does more than flout the law,” said Dale L. Wilcox, executive director and general counsel of IRLI, in a statement.

He added, “These unauthorized payments have undoubtedly speeded-up UACs’ release from detention facilities to join their families, relatives, or fellow gang members — or help them reconnect with and pay ‘pandillas,’ the criminal cartels that make enormous profits from controlling human trafficking over the southern border. My guess is that average voters would not be pleased to know that such vast amounts of their tax dollars are being spent in aid of this giant criminal enterprise.”

All that is needed is the customary taking of the Census and publishing of the Census data. Westerners will make informed, educated, and sensible decisions for themselves. Westerners have been making informed judgments on how many children to have by taking land availability, economics, and environmental sustainability into account for ages. Fluctuations in population have happened in the past, and sensible people read about and hear about the statistics of their country, and make adjustments accordingly. Sometimes it is helpful and wonderful to have more children, whereas at other times it is selfish, depending upon current conditions and foresight.

But when a country's people have been having fewer children deliberately and sensibly so that they will not exceed various sustainability factors, it is not right for a neighboring country's people-group to exploit the reduction. Thus, I see the mass influx of migration into Europe as an enemy invasion, and feel that the Western governments and citizens should see it as such as well, and deal with the enemy combatants accordingly. It is not a stretch for me to reach this conclusion, as we see that the influx of migrants are causing extreme crimes, in the form of rapes to women and children.

Australians do not want any more migrants: ANU poll

Support among Australians for a growing population is crumbling amid fears of overcrowded cities and homes priced out of the reach of ordinary people, a new survey by the Australian National University has revealed.

As both the Morrison government and Shorten opposition consider their own approaches to population policy in the run-up to this year's election, the ANU poll found just three out of 10 Australians believe the nation needs more people.

A similar poll conducted in 2010 found support for a growing population at 45 per cent.

The 15 percentage point fall was driven by a huge drop in support among male voters who in 2010 showed majority support for a bigger Australia. Male support has now fallen to 38.4 per cent.

In 2010, 38.5 per cent of female voters backed a growing population but this has now fallen to 28.2 per cent.

Over the past year, the nation's population has grown by 390,500 of which 61 per cent or 283,200 was from net overseas migration.

But with growing public concern about Australia's immigration intake, the government is considering a reduction in the current cap of 190,000. The planned intake for the 2019-20 financial year, to be set in the April budget, is expected to be closer to 160,000.

Already, Prime Minister Scott Morrison has signalled a reduction in the number of migrants brought into the country, saying he had heard "loud and clear" that city roads were clogged, "the buses and trains are full".
