We've already had them off the coast of Oregon.

Ben Davidson of Suspicious Observers predicted the one that just hit off of the Oregon coast a couple weeks ago. Actually, he predicted it the day before.

I think Pyrangello may have something there. It's just a feeling, but I don't think it's over for Oregon or the West Coast in general.
