Well that's what the media are calling it...

We'll see how this pans out. All over UK media.

Watching it live this morning, smallish black guy driver handcuffed and removed. Clarification on motive to drive down barriered lay-by at speed not clear. People get ill driving, people are upset, let’s wait to get a better picture.... all very sad. Are these folk pawns/useful idiots?

Um, well.

Gut instinct: not a terror attack at all. A great excuse for MSM to dine out on it and create a narrative though.

It does indeed look like some poor fellow having a pretty bad day, that just veered a little out of control.

Who amongst us, metaphorically as well, hasn't had the occasional day when we haven't, also, veered a little, just a little, out of control?

Nothing here to be terrorised about.

Well, it's not really a terror attack unless the (I. R. A., Basque Separatists, Daesh, or somebody) says "we did this for a reason".

A policeman pinning guilt on an (Irishman, Basque, Arab) who did something against some "other kind" of person he was angry at, even if he corresponded with, admired, or was a member of one of those sorts of clubs, has established an assault or murder.

My current estimate is that around three billion people would like to throw something big and dangerous at the U. K. Parliament, most of which would not be terrorism, even if they did it all at once.

I'm not sure what it means to be "treated" as a terror attack, but it's not one unless a non-state organization has done it together with an open demand of some kind.
