Honestly, this is horrific. And there are so many threads I could post this other video of hers on.

At 4:15 in this video, Katy explains she was kept alive due to her genetics/lineage, and the perception of that group (programming) that this made her a natural born 'leader'. But she didn't buy it. Whatever programming they put into Katy, well it seems to have backfired.

Here she is leading I would say, in an awesome way:

I recall reading a very long, detailed, report in 2006? of Hell Hall on level seven of one of the bases he was at. I never forgot his name. His interviews are quiet revealing and astonishing! His claims would be considered outragious to the general public. I have to say on some level the reasoning of not notifing the public due to inabilies to acknowledge and accept these concepts and actions as being real to be a real defense against release of information.
