I am looking for psychic help to find out why my dog, Frodo, an 11yr old Yellow Lab, often barks and whines. It keeps me awake when trying to sleep but it can happen any time. He is loud. The Vet has not discovered anything in two visits. I've also connected with one animal communicator. I would like to know if the problem was physical, emotional, maybe seeing energies in the house that I do not see, or something else. He does not look like he is in pain, but he may be. He is usually smiling and wagging his tail during these sessions.
Any suggestions of where to go for intuitive help?

I think he is seeing things you can't see and suggest you cleanse your house.
He loves you and is very protective of you.

I have 3 black tuxedo cats.....2 of which are very vocal with me. They always greet me at the door with a head-butt after a long day at work and when I talk to either of them, they always answer back. It's the coolest thing for a cat have a conversation with you.
I like your new avi/pic, Valerie.

I think it's very possible (even probable) that animals can see things that we humans can't. Call it different frequencies or vibrations or whatever. They can certainly hear more sounds than we can, so it stands to reason.

They see things we can't see. They feel things we can't feel. They are angels in our lives. They are special. They are gifts.
Avatar changed because Lady Godiva (previous avatar) was traumatizing to someone. My pic was changed on the fly. On the fly. By the seat of one's pants.
I hope we all fly.
My dog, a german shepherd, Doucette, totally took some hits for me back in 2013. I am completely indebted to her. Our animals are very special.
Ron, your dog is alerting and protecting you. Tell him thank you.

I totally agree with Valerie. Trust your animals.
I saw a show on the discovery channel a few years back. Took a pet owner from their house - split the screen so you could see both the owner (who was being driven around in a car) and the pet back at the house. The owner was out for a couple hours without knowing where they were going. Suddenly, the driver said "Ok, I will take you home now." At the same time that you could see the passenger settle into their seat knowing that they were finally going home, the owner's pet got up from what it was doing and settled near the door or the window - but you could see it was preparing for the person's arrival back home. Amazing - so when you are out and about, know that your pet knows when you are coming home.

Ron, do you notice any patterns of Frodo's barking? He is looking to you and maybe trying to get you to check something out?
Or is it totally random? Having a relationship with a dog, you usually know when your dog wants something from the kitchen, or wants to go outside etc.

Hi Ron. Is this behavior new? I was just thinking, on a more mundane level, that if your sweet dog's vision or hearing has changed at all recently, he may be barking and whining because he's confused by it. I've heard of this happening with dogs that are getting a bit older. Any loss of hearing or vision might make them a little anxious.
But I expect your vet has already checked into that. Thought I would mention it, though, just in case.
What a great companion you are to him, to want to understand what he's trying to tell you!

Frodo has a dog door to a fenced in area. He goes out and comes in whenever he chooses.
It does not seem as if he is looking for me when I observe him as I silently move to put him in view.
This is a new behavior, totally different from when he wants food.
There have been psychic attacks before. This, I feel, is related.
Maybe this is another opportunity to play and learn. Although I prefer to get my sleep and support the energies of freedom, well being, joy, love, truth and harmony without dealing with uninvited guests.

Just "think" [your intentions/love] to him, Ron - he'll "hear" you - some would say, "thoughts are universal" ;)

I would have to agree, the veil is thin and there are being here that we cannot see... Sounds like he is protecting yu to me as well...

Dose it only happen while your asleep?
Might be separation issue?
Could have joint/back pains can be hard to tell with animals they hide pain and try carrying on as normal.
Try putting a camera on him while your asleep, see his reaction and habits.
OR
he might be seeing things o.0
Good luck

I have had one of my dogs start barking while he was clearly looking up at something towards the ceiling. I could see nothing unusual. After I quieted him he began looking in the same place and started barking again. This occurred during a very quiet time when both dogs were resting and I was laying on the couch.

Sunny, I think the idea of putting a camera where he does this behavior is an excellent idea. It would help determine if he see something or if he is having discomfort. Ron, do you think you could do that?

Our pets keep an eye on the house when we are not home...they are aware and know when something is happening in our surroundings in a material way or "another". Every time I get home from work, my two dogs always welcome me and if there is something different or strange in the backyard they start "knocking" the door with their paws and want me to go check out. During my sky watching sessions they stay at my side until we're done for the night.
Ron, as someone mentioned before, talk to Frodo ( as if you were talking to another person), they understand.
Best of wishes!

Ron, how was Frodo last night?
Ron Mauer Sr

Last night, Frodo had one episode that I remember. I asked a psychic about Frodo. This was her response.
"I see that his circadian rhythm is very different than yours. He often wants attention from you when you are sleeping. I would say that he's a bit needy. And, not from anything that you are doing or not doing. I would say that he's very healthy; mentally; physically; emotionally. Mostly, he just wants your attention. I do also see that he's attune to energies that you are not and that he feels it is his duty (as your protector) to alert you to them. These energies are not bad or evil... just around your property, his domain, or more accurately, your shared domain. Just what I see off the cuff so to speak. Hope this helps."
Maybe this will correlate with other intuitive information.
I may be able to set up a trail camera tonight to watch part of a room. Recording starts whenever motion is detected.

That is so sweet and touched my heart. It's pretty much what I said. Good ole Frodo. What an angel. Tell him I said hello.

These are two well-known animal communicators:
Penelope Smith (who is on YouTube and has also written books about it) -- https://www.animaltalk.net/
Sharon Callahan (who also created a line of flower essences for animals) -- http://anaflora.com/communication/i-commun.html

Two of my dogs, Bubba (1994-2007) a black Lab, and Fuzzy (1994-2006), loved to chase the neighbors cows. Fuzzy's mother was a hybrid wolf and his dad was a Rottweiler. If the farmer were to see a chase both dogs would have been shot.
My former wife arranged to have an animal communicator, Patty Summers (http://www.psanimal.com/), come to the farm and talk with the dogs. As they walked the property line, Patty explained to the dogs the danger of chasing cows, and pointed out there were many wild animals on our side of fence to chase instead.
I never witnessed the dogs chasing the cows again.
Animal communicator Patty Summers told my former wife "Fuzzy likes to challenge your husband." Patty was correct. Fuzzy would always challeng me to a tug of war when he returned the Frisbee. But Fuzzy would eagerly give up the Frisbee to any female, even a female he did not know.
I do not remember loving anyone more than I loved Bubba and Fuzzy.

I thought this was fun, Ron, from Jacquelyne Ellis's blog:
Animal Communication Basics
This week I’ve done readings with 13 dogs, 7 cats and 3 horses and a bird. So this newsletter is a lot about animals, and I thought I’d share a few basic Animal Communication tidbits with you.
First off, it’s important to understand that animals and humans communicate differently. Humans use a lot of words. Animals are certainly vocal, and they use lots of body language (ears, tails, mouths and posture) – but we don’t share a common language set with them. So, when animals communicate intuitively with people they do so primarily by using pictures and feelings.
When you ask how they feel or what they like, they’re likely to respond with a body sensation, a picture, or perhaps a scent or taste – so you have to tune in to subtle inputs in all your senses. That’s because they will send you body sensations instead of words. If you are expecting only thoughts and words you will miss it.
Animals express their feelings physically – they’re more sensual and sensory based than we are. They’re also very instinctual by nature. They’re more at one with the physical world than we are. (They don’t spend hours a day in their heads analyzing everything.) They’re more in the moment. They’re feeling beings certainly capable of humor, worry, grief, fear and guilt – but they’re not highly emotional the way many people tend to be.
Sometimes we might hear an animal “talk” to us in our own language, but they’re not actually speaking our native tongue. Somewhere in our brains we are converting their feelings and pictures into words like voice to text conversion software. So if you think you hear Fido say “Yes, that’s the spot!” you know the communication conversion system in your brain is working.
Begin with obvious external observations, then move inward. What’s the first thing you see or hear? Name it… What else are you aware of?
Next pay attention to your physical body. Do you smell or taste anything? Feel anything? Name it
What’s entering your mind? Name it… and continue on.
Maybe you can you sense gender, age, or recent activities. Notice any inputs, name them, then keep going.
Get playful. Yes, play with your intuition – that will help jump start your true intuitive receptivity.
One final thought… Sometimes when we communicate with animals, they offer no outward indication that any connection is happening. They may appear completely distracted and unaware of you – but communication can still be taking place. You just have to go with your gut and trust your impressions.
