This story is slipping away into oblivion, yet it is a huge story everyone should be jumping up and down about.
It's got agency covert op' written all over it.

In this video, Jason Bermas brings you a short documentary about the very bizarre case in New Mexico regarding the compound raid and subsequent release of what many people believe are extremists. The case is far from over but some of the base facts are exposed here for the very first time.

Good grief, even more supplies of BS repellant required, this beggars’ belief. Trafficking strikes again....

I live in this state and see the local news.
My take: The compound is a primitive tarp city not even a tent city..... surrounded by used tires as walls...no agriculture to speak of.
.
Its a Religious Cult for sure that wouldn't last a hard NM winter. Not a safe place for children to develop but to each their own.
I think it's an affront to the Taos Pueblo tribe that have been there for over 6 hundred years.
I agree with the judge's ruling though on the legal standing of his ruling.

Way more important than continuous coverage of a dead senator's funeral.

Thanks, iching. That's why we need to share earth-wide here on Avalon. New Mexico is such a beautiful, mystical place.

There is a logical and non-conspiratorial explanation for what New Mexico is doing in the state court that does not involve bumbling or inept judges and prosecuting attorneys.
New Mexico has yielded jurisdiction to the federal government, which according to local Albuquerque news, has all five adults in custody on firearms charges and other things. The three year old was kidnapped and brought across state lines. More federal charges there, including homocide.
I'll bet a dollar to a hole in a donut that the state prosecutor allowed the ten days to lapse because he knew the Feds were taking over. Also, as stated in the video, the charges were dismissed without prejudice. That is important. That means the charges can be brought again. No double jeopardy or other constitutional implicated issues at all.

Who told them to bulldoze the site ?
Why was the public allowed to trample all over it ?
Since when, was the burial site of a dead child insignificant enough to allow such erasure ?
This is nuts.

Agreed. My remarks were directed to why the state of New Mexico did not prosecute, but rather stood down for the Feds. As you note, there are many unanswered questions concerning a number of aspects.
It is possible, but I don't know, that the investigation of the site was complete. The actual landowners, shown in the video, may have began the process of reclaiming their property. The first step being to make the site uninhabitable. Speculation on my part.
My sense of things in New Mexico is that people here want answers about this disturbing event. Time will tell if answers are provided or this gets swept under the rug.
