"A Canadian court has dismissed a Bigfoot-believer's lawsuit claiming British Columbia failed in its duty to recognise that sasquatches exist.

Todd Standing tried to get the province to acknowledge that the giant, ape-like figure was "an indigenous mammal living within British Columbia".

He also claimed the province infringed on his fundamental rights regarding his concern for the creature."

Well he is obvious the official establishment isn't going to endorse something like this against the mainstream scientific establishment.

Sometimes applying to courts incorrectly or frivolously just derails future opportunities for the courts to take a matter seriously.

Why is the best Bigfoot evidence not being analyzed? There's seems to be irony in Bigfoot & UFO research & likely ghost/spirit research. Every really good case has a healthy dose of skeptics, which is fine but don't understand why scientist that are interested don't follow through? For example Mike Patterson of the Youtube channel Sasquatch Ontario, has possible language with sound emanating from a much larger diaphragm than humans, he has hair samples, foot tracks, and other evidence but don't see analyst doing their part to help prove some of the best cases? Another example is the lack of repeated field sampling in ufo hotspots or for Ghost hunting too... Look what happened to Dr Leir's research after he passed, crickets...

Anything that is "outside" the accepted ruling establishment, where peoples' paychecks depend upon it....don't expect "miracles" of "acceptance"! That just seems to be the way things are....that's why we can be thankful for Avalon! :clapping:
