I’ve not heard anything about this in particular but I have heard some other disturbing claims recently.

Apparently, World War 3 was intended by the elite to only last 13 weeks.

They wanted to provoke war with Iran, so that Iran would retaliate by shutting down the straight of Hormuz. Since a high proportion of the worlds oil supply flows through the straights, the big oil companies would use it as a pretext to cut off our oil supply, causing much of the infrastructure that we take for granted and rely on in the Western world, to grind to a halt.

Eric Dollard warned in this years ‘energy, science and technology forum (http://ericpdollard.com/2018/07/19/history-theory-practice-of-the-electrical-utility-system-by-eric-dollard/)’ presentation that America’s energy grid is being sabotaged—either through ignorance or willfull conspiracy—to make it highly susceptible to an EMP attack, to a degree he describes as “a national security concern with high priority”.

I’ve read elsewhere that a lot of the migrants, who are currently pouring into Europe, are being taken into bases, and equipped and armed in preparation for a surprise attack. Which, initially I’d written off as being fear porn, but, there was an article in a local newspaper several weeks ago, where a teenage migrant was being sentenced (I can’t remember his crime) but as he was escorted off to the prison, he just laughed at the judge and jury and said “you’ll all be dead soon anyway”, as though he knew some form of major attack was imminent.

I still think much of it is fear porn. Although, it always pays to be vigilant and prepared, just incase their is an element of truth to the hearsay.

“Expect the best, plan for the worst” has always been a wise motto to live by, make sure all angles are covered.

Covert Intelligence Sources on the ground in Syria confirm to me directly these aircraft are bringing in brand new Russian S-300 Anti-Aircraft Defense Systems supplied by Russia, with all the latest upgrades.

Normally certain vehicle components of these systems make them almost impossible to transport by cargo aircraft. But today, those components are arriving DIS-ASSEMBLED, i.e. the rocket tubes normally mounted to the top of launcher trucks, have now been detached to fit in the planes. Similarly, radar components normally attached to trucks, have also been detached to allow all of it to fit inside planes. Upon arrival, these planes are being swiftly unloaded with the cargo carefully obscured from public view.

It is estimated that within the past few hours, at least HALF A DOZEN model S-300 systems have already arrived inside Syria. These are said to be complete systems: Vehicles, Launch Tubes, Rockets, Radar, and Communications. More are already confirmed to be on the way.

The modern version of the S-300 air defense missile system is extraordinarily capable. It has much farther effective range than the old Syrian S-200, and once installed, will be able to track and shoot down planes INSIDE the entire sovereign territory of Israel.

This was long-ago declared by Israel to be one of their "Red Lines"; A cause for them to immediately attack or even go to war.

But after Israel used a Russian Electronics Intelligence plane as radar cover earlier this week, in order for Israel to launch a sneak attack with missiles upon Syria, resulting in the old Syrian S-200 erroneously locking-on to the Russian plane and shooting it down, Russia is now ready to face off with the Israelis.

The supplying of these completely updated S-300 systems to Syria is a "game changer." Said one of my former colleagues in the Intelligence community "Nothing good is going to come out of this. This takes the troubles to a whole new level."

Yes, you read that correctly! Tactical nuclear warheads mountable on Kalibr missiles, some of which are ground-based already in Syria, and many more of which are ship-based in the Mediterranean Sea, were flown into Syria this morning aboard one of the planes in the photo above.

The Intel people on the ground know this to be the case from BOTH sources in the Russian military AND the level of security around the one particular plane. The security around the cargo coming off that plane was such that NOTHING could get near the cargo. Sources tell me directly there was a "Gauntlet" of troops, heavy weapons, helicopters and heavily armed fighter air patrols circling above. The source I spoke to told me "There is no doubt whatsoever what was being brought in."

This is an escalation of unimaginable proportion and the talk in Intelligence Community circles is that Russia now EXPECTS to be directly attacked, by Israeli forces, and that the attack may actually be a small nuclear first-strike! Russia is now prepared to respond to any such eventuality and all sources confirm that Russia "absolutely positively will respond if directly attacked in such a fashion."

Folks, this is real. It is actually happening. In an actual war zone. It doesn't get more real than this.

Keep your eyes PEELED on Syria.

No one expected the turn of events which have taken place starting with the shoot-down of a Russian IL-20 Plane. And NO ONE anticipated the things that have come since. The world is actually on the cusp of seeing an real nuclear exchange in the Middle East.

I've experienced personally such an attack in the early 1990's. Came back to my workshop to find all the computers, electronics, hard drives "neutralized" one afternoon. Awfully annoying to find that happen.. Took a look around and my timing was pretty good.. Right over the hill pointed right at my workshop was a black helicopter with some sort of "array" antenna on the nose pointed right at me. Could have been a gun from a "gunship" but I know what a dielectric rod antenna looks like. Seems some jerkwad thought zapping my workshop would cause 'a rise' I suppose, or if I had counter-measures operative what damage could they induce.. Shortly there-after, I was contacted by an ex-air-farce-lt.Col wanting to know if I could assist Eglin AFB in locating hidden UXO's (unexploded ordinance).. long story, but that apparently was the 'tap on the shoulder' that 'we wuv you..' sorta like how a mountain lion will bite - one's a kitten in "play".. a love bite.. (and a kitten should know how to respond you see..)

The HMEP (High power electromagnetic pulse) weapon can induce a high voltage pulse (i.e. a "shock") in anything that absorbs it. Something that can penetrate wood and glass, brick, but bounces off for the most part a totally shielded (metallic) structure.. (It would get through the front grill of a car, or the windows of a car, through the dash and into the computer system).. A portable nuclear weapon in a box with the output in a beam is a rather gross analogy, but that is what is considered 'ideal' from the weapons producers..

One can experience a momentary "scalar" effect from a HMEP microwave signal if it bounces around a bit, and at that point the signal becomes highly bio-active, scrambling or shorting out nervous systems. 'They' don't want that talked about; so what we see in the 5G threads talking about dangers, the dangers come from when the signal's multi-path, or go "scalar".. A million watt pulse of HPEM going multi-path scalar is one of the OMG weapons. It isn't the lower powered 450 megahertz and up stuff that doesn't heat up anything that is worrisome.. That is the distraction being perpetrated.. It isn't the direct RF (radio frequency signals) from your cellphone or router or modem.. Nor the DIRECT low powered signals from cellphone towers, or that which leaks from your microwave oven (if you have one).. It is when those microwave short-wavelength signals bounce around in TISSUE (or anything that will absorb such) that bioactivity, and damage of DNA can happen. Again, its the multi-path bouncing that is bioactive.. (THAT is what they are pushing so hard to distract us all from)..

My guess would be if the nose specifically got burned on the inside, due to the "cavity size" of the nose, the microwave field was based on a frequency of about 10-30 gigahertz. Which could also be from a weather radar system that one may have been in the beam of, or possibly a ground mapping radar system for navigation. In either situation, that shouldn't happen normally with proper "safe" power levels.. If it were a weapons test tho.. testing weapons on civilians it seems to me would be of a grave concern. One other point though with a report of the outside of the nose and eye were "burned" that seems like an infra-red laser beam was used, and one was either accidentally attacked, if that laser system was being used for surveillance or ground terrain mapping. (there are current articles on the Military being very concerned by laser weapons use and are looking for countermeasures for such).

But, on topic, I believe what took out Hal's electronics most likely would be describable as a HPEM weapon, and most likely mounted on a stealthy helicopter. Now who would be rogue enough to do that to a civilian is the question I feel one should ask, and who'd fly such a thing around and "get away with it"... ?

Believe it or not, I actually understood everything you said. However, it started with a small "hole" on the outside of my nose which grew into the worst rash the dermatologist had ever seen, which grew and then the damage migrated into my left eye and I actually had a small hole in the cornea. That didn't heal until someone prescribed some antibiotic eye drops.

But, whatever I had made me weak as a puppy and sick for weeks.

As for the scalar aspect, my I.Q. was off the charts during this time (not anymore) and I knew I had been hit with it. Prior to this, I didn't even know the phrase scalar.

WaPo Journalist Kashoggi was CIA Asset!

Word from my former colleagues in the Intelligence Community (I won't reveal from which country) say that (apparently murdered) Washington Post contributing journalist Jamal Kashoggi was, in fact, a CIA asset.

Oh, and get this: . . . the ALLEGATIONS are that he - and other CIA assets in the Saudi Royal Court -- were allegedly "outed" by . . . Jared Kushner!

According to well placed intelligence sources, the CIA threw a fit after Kushner returned from Saudi Arabia and accused Kushner of "Treason" as CIA assets started being arrested in the Kingdom. Most were detained in the Ritz-Carlton and either beaten, tortured, or forced to fork-over BILLIONS to regain their freedom.

On October 2nd, 2018, Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi was allegedly killed inside Saudi Arabia’s embassy in Turkey. The sequence of events seems to show that the murder was premeditated. T

.wo days before his death, Khashoggi went to the Saudi embassy in Istanbul to obtain documents pertaining to his divorce in preparation to remarry in the United States. The Saudi embassy instructed him to return on October 2nd to collect the documents, which he duly did. He entered the embassy around 1pm on October 2nd but never exited. Khashoggi’s fiancée, after waiting several hours, raised the alarm as Khashoggi had instructed her to do should he not reemerge after two hours.

It is from here that we should start to reconstruct this story that resembles a science-fiction novel even by Saudi standards, a country that does not hesitate to kidnap heads of state, as was the case with the Lebanese prime minister, Saad Hariri, about a year ago.

Jamal Khashoggi is a controversial figure, a representative of the shadowy world of collaboration that sometimes exists between journalism and the intelligence agencies, in this case involving the intelligence agencies of Saudi Arabia and the United States. It has been virtually confirmed by official circles within the Al Saud family that Khashoggi was an agent in the employ of Riyadh and the CIA during the Soviet presence in Afghanistan.

From 1991 to 1999, he continued to serve in several countries like Afghanistan, Algeria, Sudan, Kuwait and other parts of the Middle East, often maintaining an ambiguous role in the service of his friend Turki Faisal Al-Saud, the future Saudi ambassador to Washington and London and later supreme head of Saudi intelligence for 24 years.

Khashoggi was named editor of the leading English-language magazine in Saudi Arabia, Arab News, from 1999 to 2003. In late 2003, he transferred to Al Watan, one of the most liberal, Western and pro-reform newspapers in the country. His job lasted only 52 days, with him being removed strongly criticizing the Wahhabi clerical extremist Ibn Taymiyyah. Khashoggi had turned into a critical voice of the Saudi regime following the internal struggles between King Abdullah and Turki Faisal Al-Saud.

One of the main criticisms of Khashoggi coming from factions loyal to Abdullah was that he had recruited and paid several journalists on behalf of the CIA during his time as an editor. Such an accusation would conform with the widespread practice of the CIA seeking to influence the media, and therefore public opinion, and to put pressure on leaders failing to do what Washington wants.

To fully understand what has led to the disappearance of Khashoggi, it is important to dissect the career of Turki bin Faisal Al-Saud, Khashoggi’s political protector.

During the reign of King Khalid (1975-1982), Turki bin Faisal Al-Saud was at the center of relations between Washington and Saudi Arabia, committed to inflicting as much damage as possible on the USSR while it was in Afghanistan, with the help of foreign fighters (those who later became known as Al Qaeda) armed by Pakistan and financed by the Saudis. Following the end of the war in Afghanistan in 1982, Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud became king until 2005. During this period, Faisal became a respected man within Saudi intelligence, leading to him becoming the undisputed leader. He was removed from his post on May 24, 2001, a few months before September 11, 2001. The connections he had with Osama bin Laden, following the attacks of September 11, 2001, continued to hound the Turki bin Faisal in subsequent years, even being sued by relatives of 9/11 victims in a multimillion-dollar lawsuit directed at him and other Saudi operatives. From 2003 to 2005, Turki bin Faisal served as ambassador to the UK, emphasizing his role as a leading Saudi in the international community, and came across Khashoggi, taking him under his wing as a personal advisor.

In the ensuing years there was an explosive internal fracture within the Kingdom, accentuated by the death in 2005 of King Abdulaziz Al Saud, who was succeeded by King Abdullah until 2015.

In 2005, Turki bin Faisal was appointed Saudi ambassador to the US during the Bush administration, with Khashoggi accompanying him as a media advisor. During this period, Khashoggi became one of the strongest supporters of the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, invoking diplomatic discussions between Riyadh and Tehran and travelling to over 37 American states to explain his point of view. While advancing the interests of the Saudi regime bent on Wahhabism, while at the same time being a friend to Israeli Zionism and the American neocons, Turki bin Faisal took a less extremist position, one more directed towards dialogue. For these reasons, he was not often received at the White House during his reign as ambassador, with the US administration openly preferring the extremist Bandar bin Sultan (a great friend of the Bush family) to the apparently moderate Turki bin Faisal.

The natural result was that King Abdullah excluded him more and more from the main meetings that occurred between the Saudis and the Americans. Finally, bin Faisal resigned in protest. He was succeeded by Bandar bin Sultan.

Back to Khashoggi. It is important to note that after his departure from Al Watan he moved to London and became a senior advisor in Turki bin Faisal’s team. During Turki bin Faisal’s ambassadorship in Washington, Khashoggi assumed the position of head of press relations, coming into direct contact with major national and international organs of US media.

In the years following Turki bin Faisal’s ambassadorship in Washington, Khashoggi became a new publisher of the liberal Saudi newspaper Al Watan, publishing an article that was highly critical of the Saudi clerics and of Salafism in general. A few days later, he was again forced to resign and left the newspaper. It was after this event that Khashoggi came into direct contact with Al-Waleed bin Talal, one of the richest men in Saudi Arabia, who had been appointed director of the Al Arab news channel based in Bahrain. The news channel sought to offer an impartial and objective view of events in the Middle East and in Saudi Arabia. As director of Al Arab, he often released statements and interviews for international organs like the BBC, ABC News, Al Jazeera and Dubai TV. In recent years, he became a recurring guest on Al Jazeera and had a weekly column in The Washington Post.

What happened to Khashoggi is the story not so much of a dissident as of a struggle within the highly complicated Zionist-Saudi-Neoconservative nexus that is intertwined with the struggle against the neoliberal component of US imperialism. It is a story that deserves to be fully explored to understand the behind-the-scenes struggles that afflict US politics, the hypocrisy of the media when it comes to the Saudi dictatorship, and the ambiguous role of Turkey.

Returning to Khashoggi, it was during the Obama presidency that the journalist played a primary role in encouraging important reforms in Saudi Arabia as being essential to the survival of the Kingdom. During this time, relations between Riyadh and Washington steadily worsened for many reasons, primarily in regard to diverging policies on Egypt and Syria as well as on human rights in Saudi Arabia.

Many in the Saudi royal family suspected that Obama was willing to use the Arab springs to get rid of the Al Saud family in Saudi Arabia. The relationship between Riyadh and Washington subsequently sunk to an all-time low. Khashoggi was the spearhead of this media and political strategy against Riyadh. An intimate friend of the royal family who ends up publicly criticizing them causes quite a stir, selling copies and drawing attention to what he writes.

Keep in mind that we are splitting the atom of the Saudi universe. But it should never be forgotten that we are talking about a regime that tortures and kills its fellow citizens as well foreigners. It is a regime that creates terrorism as a weapon used to further its own political goals. These are not people burdened by moral scruples.

Yet in spite of this, no country is monolithic in terms of those who hold the reigns of power, especially when it comes to foreign affairs. It is the competing views and internal struggles that determine the course of events, as with the case of Khashoggi’s death.

During the Obama administration, the former Saudi intelligence man and intimate of the royals continued to work as a house organ linked to the US world of soft power (color revolutions, Arab Spring), the form of power that was particularly favored by the Obama administration as a new strategy to extend US imperialist domination following the disasters of Iraq and Afghanistan. The criticism of the Saudi royal family was constant, even though the journalist appreciated the role Riyadh played in the region, especially with regard to the aggression against Syria.

In the following years, with the rise to power of King Salman, and especially after the victory of Donald Trump, everything changed for the worse in the region and for the “dissident” journalist. Bin Salman became the strongman holding power in Saudi Arabia, triggering, with a nod from Trump, a near war with Qatar, especially over the role of Al Jazeera, which often hosted Khashoggi and was increasingly critical of bin Salman and his vision for the Kingdom’s future (Vision 2030).

During bin Salman’s campaign of repression, the King’s nephew took the opportunity to attack all his opponents, with many people close to Khashoggi being arrested, tortured and killed. His old acquaintance in particular, Al-Waleed bin Talal, was arrested and tortured, much to the displeasure of the West, given that he was one of the most famous Saudis abroad, being involved with companies like Twitter. In a climax of repression, even the Lebanese prime minister, Saad Hariri, was kidnapped and spirited to Riyadh to be re-educated over a number of days. Khashoggi sensed the looming danger, and in 2017 escaped from Saudi Arabia to settle in the United States.

Khashoggi continued with his columns criticizing the Saudi regime, attacking its campaign in Yemen on Al Jazeera, and accusing bin Salman of being anything but a positive revolutionary for the Kingdom. Khashoggi’s criticism pointed to the lack of democracy as well as the sclerosis at the top in the Saudi kingdom, accusations that bin Salman chafed at, finally deciding to be rid of the journalist.

The events in Istanbul are the culmination of a grotesque situation whereby Donald Trump has granted a free hand to his two close allies in the region, Israel and Saudi Arabia. Analyzing the actions of these two countries over the last 24 months, the extent of Washington’s carte blanche has become clear.

We could venture into fanciful speculation about Khashoggi’s death, citing anonymous Saudi sources; or we could simply come to the most obvious conclusion. Khashoggi was arrested in the embassy before being tortured, killed and dismembered by about 15 Saudi operatives who arrived in Istanbul on a day flight from Riyadh and departed a few hours after Khashoggi’s killing.

It is hard to believe that the Turkish services, which have always played the double- and triple-crossing game, did not know what was happening. Khashoggi himself had probably received assurances that the Saudi embassy in Istanbul was a safe place to collect the documents. He was obviously betrayed by someone in whom he had strong trust.

Turkey is a strong ally of Qatar and plays a major role in the region. Relations between Riyadh and Ankara have not been the best in recent years, but their common interests in the region are so high that it is not surprising that Turkey’s National Intelligence Organization has closed more than one eye to allow Khashoggi’s assassination and the exit of the 15 operatives. Besides, Erdogan was well aware of the problems that this story would have created between the United States and Saudi Arabia, especially within the ranks of the liberal media of the US establishment.

The problems flowing from this settling of internal accounts are manifold. They range from the indignation of such mainstream media as The Washington Post, CNN and ABC News that are beginning to reveal grisly details about Khashoggi’s death, even if they treat the news with detachment, not openly attributing blame to Riyadh. Saudi money from various lobbies dampens the effect of such media attention, succeeding in dissuading direct accusations of Saudi involvement in Khashoggi’s disappearance.

The more time that passes the more obvious it becomes how Khashoggi was killed in the Saudi consulate on the orders of bin Salman as a critic of the Kingdom. At some point, the mainstream media will no longer be able to cover up for the Saudis. It all comes down to the possibility of plausible deniability or legitimate justification. Both these elements are difficult for the US to employ in this case.

The upshot is an explosive situation that threatens to further isolate Israel, Saudi Arabia and the United States from the rest of the world. Thus the White House had to even express in an official note confusion and concern, asking the Saudis to provide real evidence of Khashoggi’s exit from the Saudi consulate. We must also consider that Riyadh planned to blame Turkey for the disappearance of the journalist, stating that, having come out from the embassy, ​​the disappearance was the fault of Turkey.

It is not surprising, therefore, that Erdogan has insisted that “the burden of demonstrating how Khashoggi is still alive belongs to Saudi Arabia.” Even the tour of the consulate offered to foreign journalists has failed to silence what seems too obvious. In an series of reckless actions, the last 12 months have seen all sorts of provocations from Israel, the US and Saudi Arabia. There was the downing of a Russian Il-20 through the intentionally reckless maneuvers of Israeli pilots, the more than 200 bombings on the sovereign state of Syria, cooperation with Riyadh in the war in Yemen, the threats to Hezbollah and Iran that Netanyahu even proclaimed in front of the United Nations General Assembly. Saudi Arabia even managed to do worse, with the abduction of the Lebanese prime minister, the continued funding of extremists like Daesh and al Qaeda, the nefarious actions against Qatar and Iran, the bombing of Yemen, and recently the killing of a journalist in a Saudi embassy. For its part, the US in recent days has made two unthinkable declarations, namely, threatening a first strike against Moscow to eliminate some military weaponry, as well as a naval blockade to prevent energy exports.

With the Khashoggi incident and the ensuing media outcry, the ideological hatred of the mainstream media against Trump and the increasingly precarious situation of Netanyahu (accused of corruption, with his wife also being investigated), it should not be surprising if this latest incident only serves as ammunition in the political war amongst the elite that shows no signs of subsiding and is instead growing in intensity by the day.

One of the last alliances that the United States has available to influence events in the Middle East risks falling apart as a result of bin Salman’s ill-advised actions. Erdogan has already challenged the Saudis by asking them to prove that the journalist is alive. There is open speculation in the Kingdom about the implications of the clash between Ankara and Riyadh and between bin Salman and Erdogan. There are those who are willing to bet that this latest reckless action could prove fatal for the ruler who, after just a year and a half, seems to have exhausted his whole store of experience as the Kingdom’s young despot.

My sources also ALLEGE that Saudi Crown Prince MBS "is absolutely desperate to buy-off Turk President Erdogan." According to the Turkish Ambassador to Lebanon, Hakan Cakil, MBS “has offered to pay $5 billion in bribes to President Erdogan to drop the investigation into Khashoggi’s fate.”

So now you know how the "joint Turkish-Saudi" team will "investigate" what really happened. Or not.

This is an offer Erdogan CAN refuse. He may ask for a MUCH bigger pound of flesh."

Russia has explicitly reminded Israel that attacks against targets in Syria are no longer being tolerated and also reminded Israel that the S-300 air defense systems delivered to Syria are operational.

The US military forces have retreated towards two energy-rich fields in Eastern Deir Ezzor after a number of American soldiers and the Washington-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) militants were kidnapped by ISIS, an Intelligence Source is reporting Tuesday.

The US army and other foreign forces deployed in Eastern Deir Ezzor, have limited their presence in Konico and al-Umer oilfields.

The Source further said that the move came after ISIS ambushed the US forces and their allies near al-Umer and in an SDF attack in al-Bahrah region and managed to capture four US soldiers and a number of SDF militias.

The Intel Source further said that ISIS has recaptured the regions they lost to the SDF in Southeastern Deir Ezzor in the last few days.

The Israeli Security Cabinet met Wednesday for many hours and when the meeting ended, even my former colleagues who provide me with Covert Intelligence could not get information. That has now changed.

The Israeli Cabinet has approved a change in the "Rules of Engagement" for the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) pertaining to the weekly riots and arson/missile attacks emanating from Gaza. The new policy: ZERO TOLERANCE.

In support of the planned response, Israel is deploying Tanks and Armored Personnel Carriers (APC's) to the area surrounding the Gaza Strip. A photographer reports seeing at least 60 IDF tanks and APC’s gathered at one location on the Gaza border
The video below shows to extent to which heavy armor has been built-up. One does not move this type of equipment into the field unless one intends to use it IMMINENTLY.

The area around the Gaza Strip has now been declared a "Closed Military Zone" and is being sealed-off with large cement blocks.

There is widespread expectation by the civilian population of vast missile barrages coming from Gaza WITHIN HOURS of the publication of this story.

Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman presented a plan to initiate a harsh response against Hamas. At the same time, the IDF, with the encouragement of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, presented another plan whereby response would be according to what was happening on the ground and only if the terrorist organizations tried to attack Israel.
Either way, events involving Israel and the Gaza Strip are believed to be "going hot" within HOURS.

All Egyptian Flags flown by homes or businesses inside Gaza, have suddenly been taken down. Not known why.

Arab media in Gaza is publicly calling for all Gazans to participate in protests Friday.
Israel is 7 hours ahead of the US east coast, and events are expected to kick-off after daily prayers later today.

Young people inside Gaza have been conducting what they call "night diversion" by burning tires, firing lasers in an effort to blind Israeli troops from seeing anything taking place inside Gaza.

This Saudi situation is rather pivotal.

After all these years of multiple killings, now, over one person and they have brought it on themselves. This may sound ugly, but chances are, whatever they are saying is a total story used to frame someone else they want to get rid of.

Trump will probably "fix the relations" for "jobs" which is a populist translation for corporate bottom line.

But internally to Saud and/or with the rest of the world, things may not go so smoothly.

As for the "dialogue" what seems to have happened is the U. S. got stuck at al-Tanf because they tried to remove the proxies to Idlib. Turkey refused to let them in. So the U. S. is enhancing Kurdish factions with 500 trucks of stuff. France is in there pretty solidly. There is not dialogue or cooperation from Turkey to U. S./France, just Russia trying to handle both sides.

Planning is now being IMPLEMENTED to have FORTY THOUSAND MEXICANS join the "migrant caravan" as it nears the US Border, and to STORM THE BORDER with upwards of 50,000 people, just before election day.

The goal is to provoke an armed / use-of-force response by the Trump Administration in order to obtain "optics' that "will make the public sick to their stomach, and cause them to vote the Republicans out."

This entire caravan is a pre-planned operation specifically designed to cause political trouble.

If Trump confronts the invaders by force, his opponents will use the video against the Republicans.

If Trump fails to confront the invaders, he loses his support base.

What these political people have not factored-in to their thought processes is the following: "Paying foreigners to invade the United States is an overt act of war."

We may see this situation escalate into a U.S. military invasion of Mexico.

If the entities funding this are a foreign sovereign power, their action is a casus belli.

If the entities funding this are Americans, they are funding an invasion of our country which is "an overt act of war" and they will be charged under the treason Statute!

This is an update to the original coverage of the so-called "Migrant Caravan" (a.k.a. Foreign invasion force) approaching the US Border at Mexico. That original story is HERE.

The 72 hour "ready-standby" order was given to the 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss, TX. This story mistakenly reported the base as Fort Campbell, KY. The story has been corrected.

The White House is under a virtual onslaught of politico types from Congress and various Executive Branch Departments (State Dept / Homeland Security et. al.) who are screeching "Posse-Comitatus" and saying the US military cannot be used for civilian law enforcement concerning the approaching migrant caravan.

The position of the White House is that the military is being deployed on US soil "to protect America from a known, approaching, foreign invasion." The White House points to Article 4, Section 4 of the US Constitution as its authority; specifically the provision requiring the United States to "protect (each state) from invasion."

The politicos and various left-wing groups are now threatening to seek a restraining order via the federal courts to prevent the President from using the military in this border situation.

The position of the Administration is that the Constitution makes the President Commander-in-Chief of the military and his authority over the military is plenary, (absolute) which the courts have no say over.

The administration also points out that the War Powers Act empowers a President to use the US military in defense of the nation for up to 90 days. without Congressional involvement.

Internal Administration documents are ALL referring to this "migrant caravan" as a "foreign invasion force" with zero mention of immigration/refugees or migrants. It is being treated as a direct threat to our national security, to our territorial integrity, and to our sovereignty, REQUIRING a military deployment.

The President is being harassed to use the National Guard instead of the military, but he flatly refuses to do so "because that will involve Governors who have interfered in the past. We won't allow that this time."

INTELLIGENCE
The original Caravan is now documented over 12,000 people and two additional "caravans" are being organized in Guatemala and in Honduras right now.

If the first "caravan" gets through, the others will be right behind demanding to get in as well.

More than 40,000 MEXICANS are now beginning to "stage" to join the original "caravan" so that there will be over 50,000 people trying to storm the border at the same time.

The original "caravan" is being aided and abetted by VEHICLES being supplied by unknown entities, so they can arrive at the southern border BEFORE ELECTION DAY. The goal is to cause a massive incident before election day - either forcing the President to use military force against "unarmed civilians" to make Americans sick to their stomach - and presumably cause them to vote for Democrats, or for President Trump to cave-in, allow the migrants into the country, thereby wrecking his own political base. Put simply, the Democrats view this as Trump being "damned if he does, and damned if he doesn't."

As of this morning, one DUAL CITIZEN (America/Mexico) was taken under arrest inside Mexico in connection with this "migrant caravan" and he is presently being held by Mexican authorities.

Word through my back-channel sources says this guy was a sort of "point man" for PAYING people to join the "caravan" and that the US feds plan to prosecute him for funding an invasion against the US.

Soldiers in Fort Hood (Killeen, TX) are being issued full RIOT GEAR and numerous Charter Buses are being seen entering the South Gate of the military base.

Preparations are now in full swing for the United States military to confront and halt the "migrant Caravan" heading toward the U.S. southern border from inside Mexico.

As of this afternoon, the DOCUMENTED number of so-called "migrants" in the so-called "Caravan -- which I refer to as a foreign invasion force -- is verified to have reached ~24,000 and continues to grow.

In addition, immigration groups are already starting to muster what they plan on being forty thousand (40,000) Mexicans in areas of northern Mexico, planned to join-up with the "migrant caravan" as it approaches the U.S.

COVERT INTELLIGENCE has confirmed that communication intercepts between Mexico and elements inside the United States, are planning for existing ILLEGAL ALIENS already in the U.S., to be supplied with weapons, and to take up positions BEHIND any troops or police sent to secure the U.S. Border.

The plan allegedly includes a full scale attempt to "storm" the border by the ~24,000 migrants plus 40,000 Mexicans, and while they do a mass bum-rush at the Border from the south, the armed ILLEGAL ALIENS are supposedly to begin shooting US Troops and cops, from behind!

The goal is to successfully breach "Trump's Border" to make a fool of him, to embarrass the "great and powerful United States" and to show that any effort to prevent unfettered migration is doomed to failure.
and they are aggressively planning to video record such events, to use as psychological warfare against the American voting public. They want to ai video of wounded or killed "unarmed migrants" to "turn the stomachs of the American electorate so they go to the voting booths and vote out Republicans."

This entire situation is not some spontaneous, grass-roots effort by desperate people to seek a better life. It is, in fact, a well planned political effort.

Israel has refused Russian demands that it give the Russian military additional warning before carrying out airstrikes in Syria, Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman claimed on October 25.

“We will not accept any restrictions on our freedom of operation, and when it comes to national security, we will take action,” the defense minister told Army Radio in an interview.

In an attempt to save the face in the media, Liberman stated that the Israeli military has carried out more airstrikes on targets in Syria than have been attributed to it by media.

“Just because the media did not report on Syria strikes does not mean there were none,” Liberman said. “I don’t think it’s our duty to report what the army must do. An army needs to act.”

There have been no Israeli airstrikes on Syria since the delivery of Russian-made S-300 systems to the Syrian Air Defense Forces in late September. There was, however, a launch of six Israeli missiles against Syria last week, and five of the six missiles were outright shot down by Syrian air defenses, while the sixth missile was critically damaged and impacted harmlessly in an empty field.

On October 24, Hadashot news reported that Russia was seeking to re-shape the Israeli-Russian military contacts on the situation in Syria overhauling the existing coordination system.

According to these reports, Russia wanted to increase advance warning of Israeli strikes, though the report did not say by how much. In the framework of the existing hot line, Israel is set to inform Russia some time ahead of an airstrike.

Nonetheless, the incident with the Russian IL-20 military plane showed that Tel Aviv is violating the existing terms and conditions; providing false and untimely info on its actions.

The Russia Ministry of Defense says they will not allow unauthorized strikes against Syria and any attacking aircraft or missiles deemed "unauthorized" by Russia "are likely to be intercepted and downed by the recently improved air defenses supplied to Syria."

ISRAEL NOW BLAMES ASSAD FOR GAZA ESCALATION
The exchange of strikes between the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine (IJMP) and the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), which started in the Gaza Strip late on October 26, continued on October 27.

According to the IDF, another barrage of projectiles was launched from Gaza at the Eshkol Regional Council. There were no confirmed reports about casualties or damage caused by this strike. However, the IDF announced that its forces are attacking “terror” targets within the Gaza Strip.

Israel is now accusing the “Assad regime” and Iran’s Quds Force of being behind the recent escalation in Gaza.

While the Quds Force is indeed a special forces unit of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps responsible for extraterritorial operations, it still remains unclear how the Damascus government deeply involved in counter-terrorism operations across its own country could be behind any tensions in Gaza.

Furthermore, Israeli “forgot” to mention that this round of escalation started after dozens of Palestinians were killed or injured by the IDF during a weekly protests at the Gaza separation fence. These weekly protests have already ongoing for a few months since the US administration recognized Jerusalem as the Israeli capital and declared its full support for all Israeli actions in the long-standing Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The increased US support to Israel contributed to the escalation in the region because it allowed the Tel Aviv leadership to employ force more freely in order to crack down on the Palestinian resistance to its actions.

About 72 hours ago, Subscribers to this web site were given COVERT INTELLIGENCE from the meeting (just days earlier) between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US National Security Adviser John Bolton. That story (HERE) reported that Putin delivered an actual WARNING to Bolton about certain things taking place inside Syria, involving the US. Those certain things had to stop or else Russia would begin doing certain other things.

Putin also informed Bolton that the warning would be personally delivered from President Putin to President Trump when the two world leaders meet in Paris on November 11. Once the Russians know that President Trump has actually been told, "this will be the final warning."

Bolton responded that if Russia undertakes the actions they threatened, "it would mean war between the US and Russia" to which Putin allegedly responded "It looks like things are heading in that direction anyway."

On Friday at the United Nations, Russian Diplomat Andrey Belousov, deputy director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Department of Nonproliferation and Arms Control, stated it plainly: "Yes, Russia is preparing for war, I can confirm it", Belousov said adding that "We are preparing to defend our homeland, our territorial integrity, our principles, our values, our people."

Russia's military build-up and large-scale drills, which have often been painted in the Western media as preparations for all-out war, are a defensive necessity, he said.

Russia doesn't seek a confrontation, he said, unlike the US. "Why else would the United States pull out of the [INF] Treaty, increase their nuclear potential, adopt a new nuclear doctrine that lowers the threshold for nuclear weapons use – that's the question for us all."

Belousov's words came after a Russian draft resolution to reinforce the INF Treaty, which bans intermediate-range nuclear weapons, was overwhelmingly rejected at the UN First Committee.

"Most of those who voted against were supporters of the INF Treaty. I don't understand their position," Belousov said. Among those who voted down the draft were the UK, Germany, France, and, of course, the US.

Trump's decision to scrap the Cold War-era agreement has alarmed both Europe and Moscow, which warned it would "make the world a more dangerous place" and vowed retaliation.

Washington has accused Russia of building missiles prohibited by the INF, while Moscow argued that American missile defense complexes in Europe can be easily turned into offensive weapons. Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that if the US moves to deploy intermediate-range nuclear missiles in Europe, it will put the whole of Europe at risk of a retaliatory strike. Europe will become a battlefield.

While the INF Treaty is the now-discussed big deal of the day, it is NOT the INF Treaty that will kick things off to war; it is what's happening in Syria that will START it. Likely on or shortly after November 11.

WORSE - President Putin, speaking about ongoing activities in Europe by the US and NATO, said forthrightly that Europe will become a battleground!

Turns out he was exactly right.

The United States Air Force has shipped about 100 munition containers into its Europe and Africa headquarters in Ramstein, Germany, making it the biggest shipment since the 1999 NATO bombing campaign in Yugoslavia, according to an official Air Force statement.

Ramstein base 86th Munitions Operations chief Sgt. David Head said the record October shipment “will be used for future theater operations and the evolving US European Command presence,” adding that the move aims to "support NATO’s European Deterrence Initiative (EDI) and augment the Air Force’s War Reserve Materiel in Europe".

The statement elaborated that the EDI is a plan seeking to "increase responsiveness and readiness by pre-positioning ammunition, fuel and equipment to enhance the U.S. Department of Defense’s ability to provide a rapid response against threats made by aggressive actors."

The Ramstein base is located in south western Germany and has been operating since 1953 as an American and NATO air force headquarters. It has been known to have been previously housing some of the US’s Europe-based nuclear arsenal and is also reportedly a vital drone operation and air transportation center for the US Air Force across the globe.

No official response has yet been made by any European or Russian official concerning the large shipment. Russian analysts, however, see it as a clear indication of adding tension in the continent.

"This is an indicator, a sign that Americans seriously consider the possibility of war in Europe. Consequently, they have started building up military arsenals...There is only one opponent here - the Russian Federation," explained editor-in-chief of the "National Defense" magazine Igor Korotchenko speaking to the Russia TASS News Agency.

Editor-in-chief of the Arsenal of the Fatherland magazine Viktor Murakhovsky believes the move is part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a wide range of activities seeking to modernize NATO military infrastructure, specifically in Eastern Europe in response to what is described as "Russian action" in Ukraine.

"The plan envisages deploying 30 land battalions, 30 air fighter squadrons and 30 ships at NATO's 'eastern flank' within 30 days. Thus, they are creating not only infrastructure, but also stocking up ammunition, fuel and so on. This what they are doing now," he added.

Tensions have been recently heightening between the US, NATO and Russia as the North Atlantic Alliance has deployed tens of thousands of troops on Russia's western border in Norway as part of ongoing military drills.

Furthermore, US President Donald Trump announced last week that Washington plans to withdraw from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF) with Russia, a move that has been severely denounced by Moscow.

Trainloads of Tanks
The situation is growing so dire that back on September 15, Russia began shipping trainloads of TANKS to their western border areas. Hundreds of (very old) T-62 tanks were shipped on a total of three trains, toward Europe, just short of the Ukraine border.

The T-62 is old, out of date, and easily defeated by our modern M1-A1 and M1-A2 tanks, but we don't have a lot of those in Europe, and Europe doesn't have a lot of their own, either. So while the T-62's can be defeated IF our tanks engage them, those same T-62's can make a lot of trouble before they're destroyed.

It's a tactic - send equipment they know cannot survive, and use that old equipment to "swarm" certain targets, smashing large segments of the battle area before they get wiped out.

It is known that trains with T-62 tanks were first seen in the Volgograd region of Russia, near the border with Rostov, and eventually in Rostov, near the border with uncontrolled Ukrainian government in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

Even Russians on Social media began talking about what's taking place.

After the trainloads of T-62's, then images began surfacing of flatbed tractor trailers carrying the much more advanced T-72 main battle tanks in suburbs outside St. Petersburg, Russia. Here are photos of the far more advanced tanks, on flatbeds.

The US and NATO then began drills in Norway and now, in Finland, and just a week ago, the US sent an aircraft carrier battle group into the Arctic Circle for the first time in about 30 years. They sent the USS Harry Truman to be within striking range of Russia's Northern Fleet HQ!

For the first time in nearly 30 years, a U.S. aircraft carrier entered the Arctic Circle Oct. 19 to conduct operations in the Norwegian Sea.

Accompanied by select ships from Carrier Strike Group Eight (CSG-8), the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) traveled north to demonstrate the flexibility and toughness of U.S. naval forces through high-end warfare training with regional allies and partners. USS America (CV 66) was the last ship to operate in the area, participating in NATO exercise North Star in September 1991.

“We are unbelievably excited to be operating in the Norwegian Sea,” said Harry S. Truman Commanding Officer, Capt. Nick Dienna. “It has been over three decades since carrier aviation has been tested by this environment, and, despite the arduous weather and sea conditions, these men and women are demonstrating this ship can bring a full-spectrum of capabilities to bear anywhere in the world.”

The Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group (HSTCSG) will expand its compliment of capabilities off the coast of Norway, performing air, surface and subsurface operations while being confronted by the trio of freezing temperatures, fierce winds, and unpredictable seas. After honing its skills independently, HSTCSG will join 30 NATO allies and partner nations to participate in Trident Juncture 2018.

Meanwhile, Britain announced they were adopting a military posture for Arctic Warfare.

Step-by-Step, the US and NATO are moving equipment and men toward a confrontation with Russia. It's been going on for months, very slowly and very quietly.

First, they surrounded Russia with new NATO bases, then they built missile defense systems in Poland and Romania to first-strike Russia's nuclear arsenal.

Then, under Obama, they spent $5 BILLION to foment revolution inside Ukraine, to overthrow its government and install one favorable to the West.

Next, they outright LIED and blamed Russia for interfering in the US election, and used that LIE as the basis for enacting economic sanctions against Russia worse than those enacted upon Japan in the 1940'2 (which drove Japan to attack us.)

Now, we see the results. . . Clearly Russia is now preparing for war. It could start on or shortly after, November 11.

Several callers to the Hal Turner Radio Show over the past two weeks have noted the existence of numerous war ships off the coast of Grenada, near Venezuela, and asked me to find out if those ships are American and what they're doing down there. Now, we seem to know!

"If President-elect Jair Bolsonaro helps overthrow Maduro with a military intervention, he will have the support of Colombia," said a senior government official.

On Monday evening, the Colombian Foreign Ministry denied that the country intends to support a Brazilian military intervention in Venezuela.

According to a Ministry official, Colombia would not have signed the document of the Lima Group that said "no" to military intervention because Colombian President Duque does not rule it out, although he does not want to be the first to engage in it.

"If the president of the United States, Donald Trump, or Bolsonaro, are the first to set foot in Venezuela to overthrow Maduro, Colombia will go without hesitation." According to him, that is what President Duque and his political godfather, Alvaro Uribe, thinks.

The same source said talks at the consular level with Chile and Argentina were occurring, but that these countries were more resistant to this option. "Duque is confident that as this operation is underway, with Brazil, Colombia and perhaps the US involved, they will participate in some way. The region can no longer bear a worsening conditions of the Venezuelan people."

It is now a pretty safe bet that we know why US military vessels seem to be congregating off the coast of Grenada; they're staying close to Venezuela . . . for a reason.

Venezuela has announced and EMERGENCY CLOSURE of its border with Colombia, alleging a sudden outbreak of Hoof and Mouth Disease. This is a very minor infection, easily treated with antibiotics, so why close the border? Unless the Socialist Paradise of Venezuela is trying to prevent its people from fleeing the starvation they're encountering, or is it something else? Are they trying to prevent word leaking out of other things going on there?

Brazil is said to be moving seventeen-thousand troops to its border with Venezuela!

According to deep cover intelligence sources with whom I personally worked during my now-well-known FBI trips to Brazil in 2005, nearby countries have detected what they say is a "massive build-up of Chinese and Russian troops inside Venezuela.

MORE: US Secretary of Defense is now on his way to Brazil for a sudden and unscheduled visit. My Intel sources tell me "something is up . . . and it's big."

The people of Venezuela are starving and hate Maduro.

Maduro is not ready for war with the US. He might think he is; until a carrier parks off shore and starts launching 400 strikes a day.

Then marines land while army Rangers and Colombian troops pour in through the jungle under cover of C130 gunships and A10 warthogs.

Then Maduro will likely be executed by his own people, a US friendly regime will be installed. Venezuelan oil fields will be partnered with cash rich US oil companies. The UK (and all the commonwealth) will support the whole thing and in return BP will get half an oilfield too.

What's China gonna do? Launch their fledgling blue water navy all the way across the pacific and defeat the entire US Pacific fleet in South American waters within range of every B1 and B2 bomber in CONUS while running out of fuel for lack of regional naval bases? Not likely.

Yet, if the initial reports of China and Russia massing troops inside Venezuela are correct, then one has to ask why? Given that Venezuela has the largest PROVEN oil reserves on earth, and that China needs oil, it may be nothing more than securing that oil for China. But Russia has all the oil it could want, so why would Russia be moving troops there?

Maybe because Venezuela could be a staging area for an invasion of the USA via central america.

The US military will deploy 5,000 troops to the southern border - up from initial estimates of 800 -- I am now able to confirm.

I am also able to confirm ALL of my earlier coverage on this topic as this morning, the President of the United States personally (and publicly) called this "migrant caravan . . . . . "AN INVASION."

The troops will be sent to Texas, Arizona and California as Central American migrant caravan makes its way north through Mexico. The reason for this INITIAL deployment to several states is that communications intercepts involving the so-called "migrant caravan" in Mexico suggest they will break-up and attempt to enter the U.S.A. ILLEGALLY, at several different points.

Defense Secretary Jim Mattis told reporters Sunday that the military has already started to deploy countermeasures to the southern border, following weekend reports that Mexican police had abandoned their own blockades as a massive Central American migrant caravan continues their march north, reports.

The Pentagon is installing jersey barriers ahead of the troop deployment because Intelligence information also suggests massive protests are now being organized here inside the USA, with potentially tens-of-thousands of protesters possibly converging upon the Pentagon.

The additional troops will provide logistical and other support to the Border Patrol, and will bolster the efforts of the approximately 2,000 National Guard forces already there. The new forces are expected to provide logistical assistance such as air support and equipment, including vehicles and tents.
National Guard troops routinely perform those same functions, so it is not clear why active duty forces are being used. Mattis said.
Mattis' comments come amid a vow by Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen that the caravan "is not getting in."

"My general message to this caravan is: Do not come," Nielsen said. "You will not be allowed in. There is a right way to immigrate to the United States," she continued, "and this is not it."

China's President Xi Jinping ordered the military region responsible for monitoring the South China Sea and Taiwan to "assess the situation it is facing and boost its capabilities so it can strengthen the mission … and concentrate preparations for fighting a war" as tensions continue to mount over the future of the South China Sea and Taiwan, while diplomatic relations between Washington and Beijing hit rock bottom.

The Southern Theatre Command has had to bear a “heavy military responsibility” in recent years, state broadcaster CCTV quoted Xi as saying during an inspection tour made on Thursday as part of his visit to Guangdong province.

“We need to take all complex situations into consideration and make plans accordingly. We have to step up combat readiness exercises, joint exercises and confrontational exercises to enhance servicemen’s capabilities and preparation for war” the president-for-life added.

According to the South China Morning Post, Xi’s visit to the military command was one of several he made during a four-day trip to the south China province aimed at bolstering confidence amid an economic slowdown, and growing trade and strategic disputes with the United States.

Xinhua reports President Xi “stressed the need to focus on combat research and commanding, to advance work in all areas and accelerate developing strong and efficient joint-operation commanding institutions for theater commands to comprehensively boost the military’s battle-winning ability.”

The president instructed the military to ramp-up opposition to ‘freedom of navigation’ exercises being undertaken by the US, Australia, France, the UK, Japan and others through the waterway through which arterial shipping lanes have grown since the end of World War II.

“He ordered the troops to keep a close watch for changes in the situations and to strengthen analysis to firmly protect border stability and safety of the people’s life and property,” Xinhua reported Xi as saying.

“After hearing a report on their work, he underlined the importance of preparing for war and combat, while taking consideration of various complex situations, improving response plans and focusing on real-combat training.”

Xi’s words represent a significant ramp-up in the rhetoric between Beijing and Washington. China has been angered by US sanctions on its military for buying weapons from Russia, and by what Beijing sees as renewed Washington support for democratic Taiwan. Earlier this month, US Vice-President Mike Pence took the tensions between Washington and Beijing to a new level: “Using that stolen technology, the Chinese Communist Party is turning ploughshares into swords on a massive scale,” he said.

Meanwhile, the US recently sailed two warships through the Taiwan strait, claiming "freedom of navigation", and further angering China.

According to Australia's News.com.au, President Xi was not the only ruling Communist Party member to up the ant last week. State Counselor General and Defense Minister Wei Fenghe said that Beijing would never give up “one single piece” of its territory. He warned that “repeated challenges” to China’s sovereignty over Taiwan would lead to military action.

As for Xi's surprisingly sharp warning, the SCMP quoted military observers as saying President Xi’s words were likely aimed at an internal audience, boosting morale in the face of growing economic and international pressures.

“It’s likely intended as a signal to the US in particular and any parties that Beijing perceives to be causing provocation,” Collin Koh, a research fellow at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, said.
That said, the Beijing-based military analyst said he expected further clashes to come in the South China Sea.

“The United States is expected to conduct more freedom of navigation exercises in the South China Sea region, and because it does not recognize (Beijing’s) rights to artificial islands, like Mischief Reef, there will probably be more military friction between the two countries there,” the Post quoted him as saying.
Earlier this month a Chinese destroyer almost rammed a US warship in an effort to force it to leave disputed waters. Shortly after the event, the Chinese defense ministry criticized the US for “gravely threatening China’s sovereignty and security, severely damaging relations between the two militaries and significantly undermining regional peace and stability”.

Last week, China’s Foreign Ministry said it had ‘expressed concern’ at the recent passage of two US warships through the narrow water way between China and Taiwan.

“China has closely followed the passing of US warships through the Taiwan Strait and monitored the whole process,” Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said. “We urge the US to strictly abide by the three China-US joint communiques and properly handle Taiwan-related issues so as to avoid impairing bilateral relations as well as peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait."

So far any and all Chinese warnings and threats have fallen on deaf ears.

BRINKMANSHIP: RUSSIA ANNOUNCES LIVE-FIRE MISSILE DRILLS IN SAME WATERS AS NATO "TRIDENT JUNCTURE" DRILLS

Russia is going to test-fire naval missiles in the sea outside of central Norway, at the same time as the NATO exercise Trident Juncture, and in the same waters.

What could go wrong?

"Russia plans to carry out a military exercise right outside Norwegian territorial waters. The exercise will involve missile shooting - and is scheduled in the midst of the ongoing NATO exercise Trident Juncture."

The Russian exercise will take place in the sea just outside the Møre Coast, a short distance from the Norwegian cities Kristiansund, Molde and Ålesund, and in an area with several Norwegian offshore installations.

The Norwegian Armed Forces Operational Headquarters (FOH) confirms this information.

Norway received a message from Russian authorities Friday. The message from the Russian Central Air Traffic Authority states:

"This is to inform you that the Russian Navy is planning a pilot shooting of missiles in the Norwegian Sea, 1, 2 and 3 November 2018. Daily from 0700 to 1400".



ANALYSIS
There's a big war coming and it is OUR fault in the USA.

The U.S. and many of its NATO partners - along with others - have been trying to forcibly overthrow the government of Russian ally Syria, for years. They've done this via proxy armies of terrorists and mercenaries whom they fund, train, arm, equip and pay. Russia stepped-in and put a stop to these activities, and the US/NATO/allies are going bonkers over it.

The Israelis had been bombing Syria weekly for two years. Russia put a stop to that when it supplied the S-300 air defense system to Syria last month. Israel and the US are going nuts over that, too.

The U.S. and NATO have been moving troops, planes, tanks, artillery, missiles, ammunition, and fuel toward the Russian border for months. The Russians are not impressed; or intimidated.

At the same time, the west has been accusing Russia of anything it can, from the phony "Novichok nerve agent" claims by Britain, to the totally false "Russian Collusion" claims by US Democrats over their failed 2016 presidential election bid.

Worse, the US imposed severe economic sanctions upon Russia based solely and exclusively on the utterly false "Russia Collusion" lies; and these economic sanctions are worse than those applied to Japan before World War 2, which caused Japan to attack us.

Criminal charges filed against individual Russians by US Special Counsel Robert Mueller are not only fraudulent on their face, they accuse persons of doing things which are NOT A CRIME, so they call it "defrauding the United States." Except the "United States" -- defined in the federal rules of Civil Procedure as "a federal corporation" -- does not conduct elections! States conduct elections.

So to the thinking of many in the legal profession, Mueller lacks legal standing to bring such a charge because the federal government he represents does not hold, host, or operate elections!

Now, the US and NATO are holding massive military exercises off the coast of Norway, right in Russia's backyard and have even sent the USS Harry Truman aircraft carrier battle group to the Arctic, within range of Russia's Northern Fleet headquarters, to conduct an "exercise" they call Trident Juncture. Russia is clearly not backing down; they're now holding their own exercise in the same waters at the same time.

The west has been trying to CAUSE a war with Russia for this entire year. Now, they may get one.

Here's Why:
The reason the US and NATO are doing this is because the government of the USA is BANKRUPT from over-spending. It is rapidly approaching a point where it cannot even service interest on its debt, never mind pay it down. SO the US needs DEBT FORGIVENESS.

The only way they can achieve that is to cause a massive war, get vast portions of the USA itself smashed to hell and a whole slew of our people killed, so they can throw up their hands and tell creditors "Our country is smashed to hell, our people are dead, we have no way to pay back the $21 TRILLION we owe, the debt is void."

By doing this via war, the US Government also achieves another needed goal: Reduction in social spending which caused them to go Bankrupt in the first place.

In any MAJOR war, what will be the first targets? The major cities.

Where are most of the "needy" who are on welfare, food stamps, rent subsidies, medicare and medicaid, located? In those cities.

So by getting the cities smashed to hell by major war, the government also KILLS OFF the "useless eaters" whom they've been paying welfare to.

The feds look at war as a WIN-WIN situation . . . . for them.

Then they get to remain in power, and start the whole process all over again, so that in another fifty to seventy-five years, they can do it all again.

THAT is why the US and NATO are doing what they're doing to cause a war with Russia. The US and most NATO countries are broke and they need to weasel their way out of it. War is the method they've chosen.

NOW THAT MEMBERS OF CONGRESS ARE HOME CAMPAIGNING FOR RE-ELECTION, IT WOULD BE A GOOD TIME TO CONFRONT THEM IN PUBLIC ABOUT WHAT THEY'RE DOING BEFORE THEY GET US ALL KILLED.

A trainload of M1A2 Abrams Tanks, self-propelled artillery and other military hardware was captured on video twice since October 29; once moving near the Tehachapi Depot Museum outside of Bakersfield, CA and then today, moving south in the Sonoran Desert, southwest of Tucson, AZ.

Initially, the entity which sent us this video thought it had to do with the so-called "migrant caravans" heading toward the US Border from Mexico. But this struck us as highly unlikely; one does not use tanks and artillery on migrants. Turns out, it is something FAR worse . . .

Last night The Hal Turner Radio Show published a story about Venezuela closing its border with Colombia, after the President of Colombia told Brazil's new President he would support a military action to oust President Maduro in failed Venezuela.

After publishing that story, I was alerted by my former colleagues from my years doing national security intelligence with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, that Brazil was already moving 17,000 troops to its border with Venezuela . . . . BECAUSE China and Russia have begun seriously massing troops inside Venezuela.

It now appears that Venezuela has agreed to become a defacto military base for Russian and Chinese troops, and the reason they are massing troops there is now speculated to be for an invasion of the continental United States.

Yes, you just read those words.

Neither Russia nor China have anywhere near the amount of military "lift" needed to wage a war against a far-distant nation like ours. It would take both of them about thirty years to develop the type of blue water Navy needed to achieve that.

China does, however, have enormous COMMERCIAL ocean lift capacity with hundreds of large ocean freighters, not to mention enormous troop reserves. China actually has the ability to field a two-hundred-million man army. They just have no viable MILITARY capacity to move it anywhere or to supply it far from home. At least not without a far-distant base of operations to put it in advance; a place like . . . Venezuela.

Russia has amazing airlift capabilities; they are the only nation on earth with ANTONOV cargo planes, and the largest, heaviest cargo capacity plane in the world, the 225. Antonov or AN-225 is the world’s heaviest and largest jet ever built with the landing gear system of 32 wheels and a wing span of 291 feet. It was designed for the Soviet space program in 1988 and able to airlift the Energia rocket’s boosters, Buran space shuttle or ultra-heavy and oversize freight, up to 250,000 kg (550,000 lb) internally or 200,000 kg (440,000 lb) on the upper fuselage. Cargo on the upper fuselage can be 70 m long.

Russia also has amazing military technology with fighter jets and bombers very capable against even our top line F-35's.

Between China's commercial ocean lift, enormous troop reserves combined with Russia's incredible airlift capacities and air force technology, between the two of them, they could do remarkable and frightening things militarily.

There is now ongoing and serious discussion in the Intelligence Community as to the feasibility of Russia and China joining together in Venezuela to stage a massive military build-up, with the purpose of launching a ground invasion of the continental United States, to settle their disagreements with us once and for all.



Even Japan Declined to Invade
In World War 2, after Japan destroyed the US Navy Pacific Fleet at Pearl Harbor, there was little to nothing at sea to prevent Japan from mounting an invasion of the US via the west coast.

At the end of World War 2, one of the things historians asked the Japanese was WHY they didn't invade?

The response was simple: Because every other house in America is armed with guns.

That remains true to this very day.

So would China and Russia DARE to even think of invading the continental USA?

It doesn't seem as though any rational country would think such a thing possible. Sadly, we live in irrational times.

Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) are strangely claiming - almost boasting - they have continued attacks on targets in Syria even after the downing of the Russian Il-20 military plane on September 17, which resulted in Russia sending the S-300 Air Defense System to Syria. A system completely capable of downing all Israeli war planes. The trouble is, there is not one shred of evidence to support Israeli claims!

“The IDF have attacked in Syria, including after the downing of the Russian plane. Military coordination with the Russians continues as before,” Reuters quoted “the senior official, who could not be named” as saying. No further details were provided.

This report, by REUTERS, gained wide attention in mainstream media outlets, including Israeli ones, which even developed the story further. According to Israeli media, IDF warplanes carried out a strike on an Iranian weapons shipment to Hezbollah after the S-300 air defense system delivery to the Syrian military, which took place on October 1. Israeli sources went even further claiming that there were multiple airstrikes, which were mysteriously ignored not only by the IDF official media wing, but also by Israeli and Syrian media outlets and activists.

While these reports seem fascinating for supporters of Israeli actions in Syria, the problem is that no evidence exists to confirm such claims. Syrian military and local sources describe the Israeli claims as an example of fake news designed to save the face of the IDF.

It is interesting to note that the comment of the “anonymous source” to Reuters came less than an hour after the Russian news agency Sputnik had released a short interview with former Israeli deputy chief of staff and ex-head of the National Security Council Gen. Uzi Dayan. The general said that the Israeli Air Force would feel no difference even if Syria employs Russia-supplied S-300 systems and claimed Israeli warplanes would eliminate the air-defense systems stating “these weapons do not have any immunity”. This is another sign of the pre-planned PR trick.

It’s clear that the Israeli military is not going to cease its strikes on targets in the war-torn country and is likely fiercely preparing to continue them despite the S-300 delivery to the Syrian Air Defense Forces. However, pro-Israeli media as well as Israeli political and military officials probably consider every delay of such actions a major media and diplomatic setback revealing the decrease of Israeli influence on the conflict.

Russian deputy envoy to the UN Vladimir Safronkov stated during a meeting of the UN Security Council on October 29 that the White Helmets and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra) are still capable of carrying out provocations involving chemical weapons in the Idlib de-escalation zone. He recalled “suspicious” movements of chemical weapons across the area and stated that Idlib de-escalation agreements have always been a temporary measure and nobody has dropped the goal of eliminating terrorists from this part of Syria. So, if provocations continue, Russia is ready to assist the Syrian military in eliminating the terrorist threat.

Today is October 31, 2018. Six days ago, on October 25, I reported "BREAKING NEWS -- URGENT : BOLTON MET PUTIN. IT DID NOT GO WELL . . ." which revealed (to my SUBSCRIBERS) that the United States has been using local militant drones - controlled by nearby US military aircraft -- to launch attacks against the Russian air base at Heymemim, Syria. I also revealed that Russian President Putin WARNED U.S. National Security Adviser John Bolton that if such attacks continue, Russia will begin shooting down U.S. planes in Syria.

There are numerous other examples of me being literally DAYS ahead of other media. For instance, my reports about the US deploying TROOPS to the southern border.

On October 22, I reported "*** PRESIDENT ORDERS MILITARY DEPLOYMENT TO SOUTHERN BORDER ***", a story which was viewed by 311,917 unique visitors. It was so influential, that three days later, on October 25, left-wing web site "SNOPES.com" dared to do a story claiming my report was "FALSE" . . . only to see the rest of the media confirm my report Here, Here, and Here, a mere 24 hours after the disreputable SNOPES.com article.

In the case of Troops to the Border, MY subscribers got the news three full days before the rest of the media reported it.

Of course, this type of cutting-edge reporting cannot happen each and every day, or on every story. But it happens very frequently and on stories THAT MATTER. Stories involving world events. Stories with serious implications for our country and the world.

I am able to get this info faster and more accurately than many media outlets because, for 15 years, I worked with the FBI, with my final five years (2003-2008) as a National Security Intelligence Asset for the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force.

In December, 2009, in US Federal Court in Brooklyn, NY, my role with FBI was revealed. Assistant Special Agent in Charge of FBI New York City, Amy Pickett, testified in court under oath that folks like me handled "National Security Intelligence, Terrorism and Foreign Counter-Intelligence."

Most importantly, in that role, I was granted "full Extra-Territorial operational authority" by the Office of Intelligence at FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC. That meant I worked both inside and outside the USA. When I was tasked to travel overseas, I got to meet, work with, and develop relationships with other Intelligence professionals from various governments and various military entities around the world. I maintain many of those relationships to this very day.

I have been receiving intelligence information relevant to the upcoming election and some rather bizarre information is recurring.

As strange as this may sound, the recurring claims go like this:

Nov. 6. US Mid-Term Elections

Nov. 8 - If Globalists lose in US, they begin intentional banking/financial chaos because they know their decades of plans are wrecked

Nov 12th - INTENTIONAL ECONOMIC COLLAPSE

NOV 28th - WW3 CHINA, RUSSA, USA

The BANKS/GLOBALISTS are allegedly going to do this on PURPOSE and they chose this date if they lose the upcoming election -- and they now know they will lose.

A particular source that is feeding me this information has 2 jobs, one with the Department of Defense (DOD) and one as a part time remote computer technical operations staffer with a major bank.

In both positions he is an ISD "Instructional Systems Designer." He developed e-learning and curriculum and holds a "secret" clearance.

On November 1, he says he was instructed BY THE TOP EXECUTIVES IN THE BANK to activate already completed training modules in an LMS " Learning Management System" that detail the procedures for the ***PLANNED COLLAPSE*** of which he didn't even know existed.

It's not just this bank, according to this source, ALL of them have these contingency training modules and they told him to have them ready to release the 11th.

He reviewed them on November 1 and tells me "they are for TOTAL COLLAPSE, shutting down the Bank branches and moving assets."

War is the end goal because the Bankers will no longer allow citizens and elected leaders to interfere with their DECADES-LONG-PLANS for one world government. He says they have planned for this for a long time.

Another source is repeatedly reporting that on November 8th they activate some plan to commence financial chaos, causing fear to build for a few days, then "collapse."

A THIRD source said that a "cyber attack" is what they plan to do. TO THEMSELVES . . . AND BLAME CHINA AND RUSSIA!

War with both China and Russia would then allegedly follow by Nov. 28.

ANALYSIS
If it weren't for the fact that this seeming nonsense is now RECURRING in the Intelligence Community, I would write this off as some bizarre Conspiracy Theory. But this information is recurring. Now, frequently.

I don't know what to make of it. It sounds so conspiratorial and paranoid to me, that it sometimes looks ridiculous. But it's coming out again and again through Intelligence Channels! THAT is what bothers me.

INTEL sifts through the **** information. INTEL filters-out **** information. But this stuff keeps coming through active INTEL channels.

I cannot lend my voice - or my credibility -- to those making these claims; at least not yet.

But I simply could not live with myself if I knew the info was out there, and I failed to pass it along, then God-forbid it actually happened.

On Monday, Nov. 6, Ze’ev Elkin, minister for Jerusalem affairs and the environment said that Israel will attack Syria’s new Russian S-300 air defense systems if they are used against Israeli jets, Addressing Russian media in a rare briefing, Elkin, who is co-chair of the Russia-Israel Intergovernmental Commission, criticized Moscow, saying: “We consider the very fact of shipping S-300 to Syria a big mistake. The Syrian military are not always capable of correctly using the hardware transferred to them. In case of improper operation, civilian aircrafts may be harmed,” he said.

The minister, a member of Israel’s security cabinet, made these remarks after a month during which Israel refrained from air strikes over Syria and Russia had begun installing the first S-300s with Syrian operational teams.

“The Syrians, if they ever want to, might use [these systems] to down an Israeli military or commercial plane over Israeli territory,” Elkin said: “Considering the mess that is going on in the Syrian Army, shipping S-300s might lead to destabilization of the situation.” Pointing again at Moscow, the Israeli minister went on to say: “By shipping these kinds of weapons to Syrians, Russia bears partial responsibility for their use,” Elkin went on to warn: “Usually, Israel reacts to attacks on its territory and its aircraft not through international demarches, but with practical actions. Actions would undoubtedly take place, should [an attack] occur, against the launchers used to attack Israeli territory or Israeli planes.”

“I hope greatly that there would be no Russian military specialists [at S-300 sites],” he continued. “Israel has for all these years been doing everything it can to make sure Russian military personnel are not harmed. The Iranians have repeatedly used the Russian military as a living shield and conducted arms relocation operations under the cover of the Russian military presence.”

Elkin claimed that, according to Israeli intelligence, the Iranian military has attempted to use Russian military bases for arms shipment operations. “We have good enough intelligence regarding Iranian actions, and we know how to warn our Russian colleagues about such attempts in time.”

A response from Moscow will no doubt be coming for the first direct criticism by an Israeli minister of Russian actions in Syria.

The Russian Navy has been amassing a large number of ships off the coast of Syria as the Sochi Agreement continues to fall apart.

According to media reports, Russia has sent their Admiral Makarov frigate with long-range Kalibr cruise missiles to the Mediterranean; it will join the Admiral Grigorovich, Admiral Essen and Pytlivy frigates, landing ship Nikolai Filchenkov and the Vishny Volochek missile corvette.

This move by the Russian Navy appears to be in response to the constant ceasefire violations committed by the jihadist rebels inside the Idlib buffer zone.

A military source in Damascus told The Hal Turner Radio Show this afternoon that the Russian naval buildup was conducted in response to the ceasefire violations and refusal of armed groups to leave the buffer zone.

Readers may recall that earlier this year, most of Syria had been cleared-out of so-called "Rebels" and other Terrorists, most of whom fled to the Idlib Province. As Syria and Russia made clear Idlib "would be cleared" of such people, the US, UK, France and others began screeching about a "humanitarian disaster" if Idlib was attacked.

In response, Syria, Russia, Turkey and other entities made an agreement (The Sochi Agreement) about how things were to be handled with the Idlib province. THAT AGREEMENT is falling apart because the rebels and terrorists inside Idlib refuse to comply with agreement provisions.

Given this reality, Syria and Russia now clearly understand they will, in fact, have to militarily clear Idlib, and both are moving forces into position to do so.

In the past, France/UK/US (a.k.a. "FUKUS") made known they would militarily attack Syria if military attacks were undertaken inside Idlib.

Now, however, Syria is equipped with the latest S-300 Air Defense System, and Russia is moving upwards of a dozen naval vessels just offshore. That means FUKUS will not be able to militarily intervene or attack Syria once a Russian/Syrian cleansing of Idlib begins, without tremendous peril of losing all the military aircraft engaged in such an endeavor.

Losses, however, might be a desirable outcome, and FUKUS might undertake such an attack anyway because it would result in both Syria and Russia opening fire upon FUKUS forces, resulting in immediate war; a war that the west seems to be trying very hard to start.

The situation is ripe to go wrong.

Readers should pay close attention over the next week to see how this shakes out.

November 29 is a significant date in Jewish history. Hard to tell where this currency play will end up, but the long-term trend seems to be technology as a tool for centralizing control over the human collective. The current financial system is hopelessly corrupt. I know someone from NC that somehow setup a currency/loan pyramid scheme like the Bush family structured for funding their election campaigns. The guy down in NC managed to convert $50 million to physical gold, took delivery, and vanished. Losses like that are simply absorbed and distributed/repackaged within the global financial system. France Deploys SIGINT Ship To Syria; New Gear to JAM S-300 System for attack

Dupuy de Lome, a French signal intelligence (SIGINT) ship designed to conduct electronic surveillance and intelligence collection, has entered the Eastern Mediterranean and is headed toward Syria.

The ship, equipped with a wide assortment of antennae and communications equipment, is accompanied by a Lafayette-class general-purpose frigate.

Dupuy de Lome — weighing some 3600 tons and 334 feet long — is used for signals intelligence by the Directorate of Military Intelligence of France (DRM).

Launched in 2004, little is known about the ship. Sources suggest that installed equipment includes various radio-intelligence systems, a radar/radiation warning system, satellite communications systems and two navigational radar locators. The ship's hardware allows for the discovery, pinpointing and analyzation of various radar systems radiation, as well as the ability to intercept, pinpoint and eavesdrop on communication systems, including low Earth orbit satellites.

New Intel indicates the ship has a very new ability - one that makes is perfect -- and essential -- for a near-future FUKUS attack upon Syria.

The ship is known to have been rushed into upgrades over the past two months and word is these upgrades are specifically designed to jam and counter Russian S-300 and S-400 air defense systems. The _only_ reason to rush such upgrades and now deploy this ship to Syria is if France, UK and US (FUKUS) intend to attack Syria despite the recently upgraded s-300 air defense systems.

Some reports suggest the ship is capable of intercepting email and cell phone conversations.

In 2014, during the Ukrainian crisis, the ship entered the Black Sea several times. Since the Montreux Convention, non-Black Sea states' military ships may not stay in the maritime region for more than 21 days.

Recently, US intelligence ramped up its activities near Syria, reportedly conducting surveillance over Eastern Mediterranean regions near Syria, as well as on Syrian soil. Two US intelligence airplanes conducted flights in the proximity of Russian ship locations, as well as near the Hmeymim air force base and the Tartus naval facility.

All this intel activity is clearly aimed at finding weaknesses in Syria's new S-300 air defense system; and perhaps also to find weaknesses in the more sophisticated S-400 system protecting Russian bases in Syria.

It seems clear FUKUS does not intend to leave Syria with Assad in charge, no matter what their public statements.

Now Ukraine and Russia are at war.

Ukraine is calling the closure of the Kerch Straight a "Blockade" and saying it is "an act of war." Ukraine is sending additional warships, "at full speed" to the area. Russia is now also sending additional military assets to the area.

Whatever is going to happen, is likely to happen within hours. We could see a full scale naval battle between Ukraine and Russia today.

People have forgotten that right after that coup in the Ukraine that toppled their government and replaced it with a western (USA) friendly government, the Crimea region VOTED to break away from Ukraine and join Russia.

In eastern Ukraine, the Ukrainian Armed Forces opened a massive artillery barrage on villages and towns controlled by the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) at 21:48 local time. That "Republic" is a breakaway region of Ukraine, seeking autonomy from Kiev which they view as a west-installed, puppet government.

The suburbs of the DPR capital of Donetsk is also under fire.

This could indicate that the Ukraine President Poroshenko regime is intentionally fueling military tensions in the region in order to start a new conflict.

Many in the world are wondering why Russia used such force against Ukrainian vessels near the Kerch Strait Bridge between the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov the other day. It seemed a level of force far in excess of the seemingly harmless situation. Turns out, the situation was anything BUT harmless.

COVERT INTEL is buzzing with word that a NATO Special Atomic Demolition Munition (SADM), a Diver deployable device, was being transported by Ukrainian and British Special Forces to the Kerch Strait to be used against the Crimean bridge.

The Special Atomic Demolition Munition (SADM) was a family of man-portable nuclear weapons fielded by the US military in the 1960s, but never used in combat.

The US Army planned to use the weapons in Europe in the event of a Soviet invasion.

US Army Green Light Teams or Engineer Atomic Demolition Munitions Specialists, would use the weapon to destroy, irradiate and deny key routes of transport through limited terrain such as the Fulda Gap.

Troops were trained to parachute into Soviet-occupied western Europe with the SADM and destroy power plants, bridges, and dams.

As of late Tuesday evening (Eastern U.S. Time) about 500 tactical aircraft, combat aircraft, and up to 340 helicopters of the Russian Army have been massed along the border of Ukraine.

Yesterday, Ukraine implemented Martial Law in its provinces bordering Russia, claiming they have intel that Russia plans an invasion. Ukraine MAY be correct.

UPDATE 7:19 PM EST -- Panic buying has begun in local supermarkets near Kherson as martial law comes into full effect. Buckwheat, matches, and salt are purchased in large quantities, with some shortages reported. LIVE UPDATES AT BOTTOM OF ARTICLE.

After a naval battle between Ukraine and Russia in the Kerch Strait on Sunday, which resulted in numerous exchanges of weapons fire, and the capture of three Ukraine vessels by Russia, things are heating-up fast in Ukraine.

On Monday, Ukraine President Porochencko blamed Russia for "aggression" but later, Intelligence reports surfaced that the Ukrainian vessels may have been delivering a NATO device to attack and destroy the Kerch Bridge between Crimea and the Russian mainland.

Also on Monday, Ukraine's Rada (Their Parliament/Congress) approved MARTIAL LAW in Ukrainian provinces bordering Russia, called-up Military Reserves, and began deploying those Reserve Troops to areas which border Russia.

Earlier today, the Russian Foreign Ministry confirmed they have adopted greater security around the Kerch Bridge amid threats to destroy it.

Late today, Ukraine instructed its railroads to make ready for military use of all rail facilities.

Now, we have these new developments . . .

About 500 tactical aircraft, combat aircraft, and up to 340 helicopters of the Russian Army have been massed along the border of Ukraine as of Tuesday evening, eastern US time.

This was stated at a briefing titled "Military and strategic assessment of the threat of invasion of Ukraine by the armed forces of Russia", said the representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Vadym Skibitsky

"Special attention is being paid to the increase of the grouping of aircraft of the airborne forces of the Russian Federation near the state border of Ukraine, and since 2013, the Russian Federation (RF) has been upgrading the entire airdrome network along the Ukrainian border, upgrading the fleet of combat aircraft, and expanding the capabilities of the military aircraft. Currently about 500 tactical aircraft combat aircraft are concentrated along the Ukrainian border. and up to 340 helicopters of the Army Aviation, "said Skibitsky.

He specified that the crews both combat helicopters and tactical aircraft took and participate in hostilities in Syria. "This means that crews have enough experience to use bombs, high-precision weapons on civilian populations," said Skibicki.

He added that the combat radius of aircraft that deployed Russia along the border with Ukraine covers the entire territory of Ukraine.

Sudden Military "Exercise"
Russia has made a rather sudden announcement of a "Military Exercise" in its Southern Military District, which borders Ukraine.

To check the readiness of more than 40 formations and military units of the Southern Military District (YuVO) to the beginning of the new school year, complex commissions started from the directorates and services of the district headquarters appointed by the commander of the Southern Military District Colonel-General Alexander Dvornikov.

The closing of the Bosphorus Strait for Russian ships could be an adequate response to Russia's violation of international maritime law in the Sea of ​​Azov, Ukraine's Naval Forces Commander Ihor Voronchenko has said.

"In September, at NATO's office in Naples, I asked the commander of the Turkish Navy: if there is Russian aggression against Ukraine, will you close the Bosphorus for the aggressor country. The commander replied: we will comply with the convention," Voronchenko said.

According to Turkish media, Turkish President Erdogan on Wednesday expressed willingness to act as a mediator to resolve the situation in the Azov-Black Sea basin in connection with Russia's shelling and the seizure of Ukrainian warships.

Voronchenko earlier said Ukraine intends to ask for the closure of the Bosphorus Strait for passage by Russian ships in connection with the Russian aggression against the Ukrainian military vessels in the Kerch Strait area.

The Bosporus Strait
Below is a scalable map showing the Bosporus Strait. The strait allows vessels to travel to/from the Black Sea from the Mediterranean Sea and the Aegean Sea.

The Bosphorus (and the Dardanelles) are two straits leading to/from the Black Sea from the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas. They are absolutely vital access points for ocean-going shipping. They are so important, they are governed by an International Treaty.

The CONVENTION REGARDING THE REGIME OF THE STRAITS SIGNED AT MONTREUX, JULY 20 TH, 1936, is the Treaty governing the Bosphorous Straits. Article 19 of that Treaty is what Ukraine is looking to invoke:

Article 19. In time of war, Turkey not being belligerent, warships shall enjoy complete freedom of transit and navigation through the Straits under the same conditions as those laid down in Article 10 to 18.

Vessels of war belonging to belligerent Powers shall not however, pass through the Straits except in cases arising out of the application of Article 25 of the present Convention, and in cases of assistance rendered to a State victim of aggression in virtue of a treaty of mutual assistance binding-Turkey, concluded within the framework of the Covenant of the League of Nations, and registered and published in accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Covenant.

In the exceptional cases provided for in the preceding paragraph, the limitations laid down in Article 10 to 18 of the present Convention shall not be applicable.

Notwithstanding the prohibition of passage laid down in paragraph 2 above, vessels of war belonging to belligerent Powers, whether they are Black Sea Powers or not, which have become separated from their bases, may return thereto.

Vessels of war belonging to belligerent Powers shall not make any capture, exercise the right of visit and search, or carry out any hostile act in the Straits.

The highlighted portion above shows the apparent ERROR of Ukraine's Naval Forces Commander Ihor Voronchenko. The Commander says ". . . if a conflict occurs between two countries, and one of them is the aggressor, then the Bosphorus automatically closes for ships flying its flag, . . ." This is incorrect. As shown above, the specific wording of the Treaty says ". . . vessels of war . . ." So at best, any closure of the Bosporus would be applicable to Russian WARSHIPS; not commercial vessels.

This war has begun on the exact day it was supposed to start...I was actually hoping to be wrong about the November 29th numerology part of the equation, as being wrong about the date would have translated into a more positive timeline for the human collective. Good news is the attack failed!

Late Thursday night, Israel – without warning or provocation – launched missiles into Syria. According to Syrian military sources, the attack was entirely defeated by Buk-M systems and not Syria’s much newer (and greatly publicized) S-300 systems. However, there are now signs emerging that certain parts of the advanced S-300 system may have been used to repel the attack.

Specifically, hints dropped by sources say that while no S-300 missiles were fired to intercept the Israeli projectiles, S-300 early warning and primary fire control radar units may have been used in detecting, tracking and guiding interception fire.

The Israeli missiles, which were ground-launched instead of air-launched, were in fact detected several minutes earlier than has been the case historically due to presence of advanced Syrian early warning radars atop Tal al-Hara (near the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights) which allows for detection and tracking of very small air objects as far away as eastern Israel.

To clarify, the interception missiles fired by Syrian air defense were from the Buk-M system; the use of expensive S-300 missiles to down an artillery launched projectile is wasteful in terms of cost and is also simply unnecessary.

The Syrian military was able to reinstall advanced early warning radars (their type undisclosed) atop Tal al-Hara only in recent months after a major offensive against rebel forces and ISIS which lead to the complete liberation of southwest Syria.

There are suspicions that Russia may have assisted in the re-installation of such radar units atop the strategic mountain. The previous early warning radar system (prior to its decommissioning in 2014) was known as “Center-S.”

The final result of the Israeli attack: All Israeli projectiles were intercepted; NONE hit their intended target.

According to a source from the Syrian military, their air defense units managed to shoot down all enemy missiles before they could reach their intended targets in rural Damascus.

In particular, the enemy missiles were targeting the Damascus Governorate town of Al-Kisweh, which has several warehouses and research centers.

A number of missiles were also shot down over the Al-Quneitra Governorate, the source added.
