The only things I can ever find on this topic lead back to a simple ending of a calendar cycle. This calendar was created up by a people who were (sadly) pretty much wiped out because they were waiting for the return of their God, only to find some greedy European invaders wanted to slaughter them all and install their religion (same with Africa/Asia, pretty much everywhere their parasitic empires wanted to spread). These people don't seem to be fully streetwise if you catch my drift, I'm perplexed why many seem to think they are all-knowing masters of time.

The world wide natural disasters are all very sad, but as records of such events only started very recently, how do you know these aren't all part of the natural Earth cycles? We can't be sure but many have jumped straight on the 2012 movie bandwagon and are now shouting "It's the end of the world!".

nothing will happen in 2012 either ... its all a big scam to keep you interested in things other then whats really happening. Pretty sure on that.

The smart thing to do would be put 2012 and anything related to it out of your mind ... because its a deliberate waste of your time.

I've also heard many times over that "apocalypse" was mistranslated and the original meaning of the whole 2012 prophecies was disclosure, not in our sense but just in its absolute meaning.

I'm in two minds about this, Annunaki8 - the earth changes are a natural occurences - whether it be by way of an approaching planet X or the earth's position in the galaxy - that the elitists are and have been fully aware of and are using to their advantage to be accepted as a religious apocolypse to bring in the new world order and it's accompanying religion.

History shows that each age brings with it it's new religion - and the age of Aquarius is fast approaching and it's to be out with the old and in with the new.

In ancient Egypt when a new age approached all that which represented the previous age had to be detroyed and that representing the new age brought in.
Judaism and Christianity are religions built upon this Egyptian star system worship, so 'they' are well aware of the nature of the cycle.

they are effecting it themselves using HAARP technology - for the same reason.

I'm more inclined to lean toward the first for the reason that there are records from all over the globe indicating that this is cyclical. When the sun rose on the other side of the earth. A pole reversal is no small feat and I'm not sure HAARP could accomplish it.

Now that you mentioned it - cyclone Tracy, the earthquake and tsunami that was so destructive to Indonesia and the bushfires a couple of years ago, and now the floods - were all around Christmas.
Maybe this is where HAARP comes in handy. Perhaps it's somehow ritualistic destruction.

i like this post,very much of diversty in opinions,this why i treasure avolon.......there is so much info out there on 2012that its hard to decipher what is real and what is false.....my opinion tes we are going to see some amazing things as well as bad things,be it weather,financial collapse,martial law ect.....i think we will make it thru the shift of paradigm just fine......im looking forward to it because its a time for accension and spiritual growth, and remembering are true selves..... love,light and abundane....thirdeye...

I agree with you thirdeye...we are headed for ascension and our planet as well as ourselves are all moving towards the 5th dimension..so yes, there will be earth and planet changes...for the better, as the dominant male energy will be replaced with a balance of feminine and male. The dominant ones in power dont like that, but they know their time is up soon. they will try many things on the way out, buit nothing can stop the ascension and the rays of energy and light from the center of the universe. It is a metter of seeing how it plays out. Should be very interesting for all. So stay in the now and be love, light, and be happy...keep your vibration high! :)

I too heard it was a big date astrologically - and a big spiritually affecting point in time...
