UK Poster/Bill Board Currently running in the UK - By Targeted Justice

Just thought you all would like to know about a Billboard / Poster that is currently on the M25, UK !!

The poster / billboard has been up for 1 week now, with 3 weeks still to run.

Location =
M25 (Motorway that circles London), also Near Junction of the M4, by Colnbrook and close to Heathrow Airport.

How strange it appearing alongside the M25 just like that. I don't know what to make of it. It seems somewhat bizarre, given most of the British public wouldn't even know what a targeted individual is.

And also billboard advertising on the M25 I do not think would come cheap. I am tempted to contact these guys for quote:

Update here's one site where they're giving quotes - approx £500 a week perhaps. Apparently another factor is location and how slow-moving the traffic is:
