Just finished a wee binge view of London Spy https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4108134/
A BBC, SPY Drama with Ben Wishaw. Not quite your usual James Bond Stuff.
Crikey its very dark and very thought provoking. It pulls you in, gets you asking questions in your own mind and trying guestimate the lengths it would appear that MI6 and other agencies can and are able go. Including being able to monitor, infiltrate, intercept, influence and the extremes they are prepared to go to using existing legal frameworks, covert individuals, agencies, national institutions and the media to cover up, and ruin someone's life (as we all know on here) was staggering.
Albeit a BBC drama, you cant help but wonder a bit like the series HOMELAND that someone appears to have done their research and homework - be it pure fiction, misinformation or disinformation the whole plot and psychodrama stays with you long after it concludes leaving you with a sense of "knowing" and a thirst for answers that could probably well be answered in this forum. ;)
