Foxie has set in place for a specific person on Avalon to let us know when she’s “crossed over”. (her description) For those that didn't know her heart health has declined over the last year.

I’ve had time to accept Foxie's failing health because she's kept us informed for the last year. I miss Lady Loxie and will miss her when it’s time for her to spread her wings.

I can't find the post but it was on the "Here and Now" thread when Foxie explained that her doctor diagnosed it as congestive heart failure. I could be wrong about the name, but it’s where her heart muscle has weakened. Shortly after, she posted a little bit about her condition on December 17, 2017. (post below)


Mike...that's why I never bothered to go back to a heart Dr. I KNEW my situation was due to the unbelievable stress I had lived through. You can believe I am going to try the Q10! And....THANK YOU!! :bearhug:

A few months ago on the “Here and Now”, she said she’s not able to go to church, so someone from the parish she use to attend came by to take measurements of the space for a new washing machine.

Foxie has also told us that a dear friend calls her twice a week to make sure she’s okay. I’m comforted by that thought.

A few other things that help me know Foxie is not alone and is cared for:

1) Meals on Wheels comes each day.
2) There’s a neighbor who comes over to shovel snow, so my guess is the neighbor is in contact with her year round.
3) She has seven children though I don’t know how many live close by.
4) Foxie is appreciative that there are so many on the forum that care for her. Avalon has filled her to the brim.

I've had this up on Alternative medicine for quite a while, the benefits of Taurine in helping possibly curing CFH, Macular degeneration.. from a published study, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/3888464 "Side effects did not occur in the patients during taurine. The results indicate that addition of taurine to conventional therapy is safe and effective for the treatment of patients with congestive heart failure."

About three weeks ago I noticed that Foxie had not been around for a few days and I went to the “Here and Now” thread to ask if I had perhaps missed something. And I had....

Although I have been on the forum for only a few month, I’ve become very fond of this lady, as she seemed always to be there with her friendly smile.

In her posts Foxie was able to “nail it” so often with wisdom, honesty and humor and that in only one or two sentences. Try that!
For me the most precious thing was the positive energy that she was radiating.

Foxie Loxie has been such a staple here since I came more actively back to the forum a couple years ago. She was so open about how her viewpoint opened up and changed as a result of the forum. She gave me a lot of hope that a more broad cross-section of humanity could be reached. I've gone through several years of not really reaching out to people very much because of so many experiences of logic and facts about the state of the world appearing to have zero effect on most people. Foxie Loxie made me feel like maybe discussion isn't pointless after all. What a lovely lady. Thank you for all you have done for us. While traveling into town with my son, yesterday, and listening to him passionately tell me about seeking equitable financial justice for the many months of collaborative music he is making, with no support from his fellow musicians.....I talked to him about Foxie and how much I appreciate her insights and openness, as well as the support she receives here on Avalon. It seemed a distraction to him until I told him about her and what I have learned from her sharing here.

She was obviously on my mind and even though he knows little beyond my appreciation for the humanity I find so vibrant and alive here in Avalon, especially with so much respectful challenging and prodding we do for each other, he knew that there existed for me a soulfull experience from this woman. I shared with my son how quickly Foxie seemed to grow into her awarenesses, though it all is the confirmation of the humanity and heart she always had in her.

It was easy to see and feel thru her sharing with us, just as others do here, the necessary balance between the passions we have and the need for conscious examination of the important choices we make.... A constant reminder to check into the infinite resources available to each of us when we Listen to our Hearts.


A reminder that there is no distance or time when a Heart is open, unfettered by all of the distractions that melt at the sight of a smile like hers, for the Heart that makes those smiles cannot be described, just enjoyed.

My brother suffered from Congestive Heart Disease ( among other things ) until his recent passing, so I know the effect it has on your stamina and the limitations it places on you on a daily basis as to what you are physically able to do.

Not since November 11th when I passed along the news about Sierra and her family. I’m respecting her privacy and limited energy. Over the course of a few emails, Foxie Loxie has let me know it’s time to move into this phase of here and now life. I keep my emails brief and without expectation of a return message.

Foxie is well and pacing herself. She's prepared for the New York winter.

Foxie participated on most of the threads including the heavily debated ones and kept pace with information on 5G, smart meters, chemtrails, GMO’s, the Q info, the Corey Goode types, ET’s, psychopaths, the targeted individuals and lost friends along the way like Shadowself/Brook. With the escalation of news and no viable solutions it takes an emotional toll. Like many, Lady Loxie reached the saturation point and it was time to move on.

I also shared some tips with Lady Loxie of what I do when I’m feeling overwhelmed by it all. I hang a gone fishin’ sign on my message board. It’s healthy to reevaluate the emotional investment, time commitment and which topics only offer diminishing returns.

I mostly stumble in the emotional department. It’s hard to know how much to engage. Everyone is different. Many are private. I try to follow their cues.

Brook helped us with how much emotional engagement she needed. She chose to share her journey; the medical wins and the hurdles. It was part of the legacy she left for us; that in turn, filled her.

We got to follow her son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, Finnegan move across country to be with her. A month before Brook’s passing, she got to hold her newest grandson, Zayden. What better way to finish out one’s life than to have the love of family there.

I had mixed feeling talking about Loxie because I wanted to respect her choice to quietly move on. I happen to piece things across threads about how she was doing. I’d PM her every now and again about the comments she posted. But now I see how it's been a healing experience for Lady Loxie. She's absolutely flawed by the love and how much folks care. Immeasurable.

Yes, emotional support is one of the many strengths of the forum. Sometimes, it’s found between the lines or as in the case of Foxie, bits of hints over time.
