I can't help but believe that this is just one more step towards transhumanism..The history of man is riddled with wars and bloodshed, why do we need to be superhuman when we have all of the other technology that past generations never had to amp up our war games? I guess we do it because we can.

Having said all that, the technology is really interesting.
