Low flying object captured in NY

This is not a new sighting, it is from 2016 but I haven't seen it before.I thought you will like it

Just off the cuff, looking at the closeup of the object, there appears to be a flat area protruding perpendicularly from its underbelly, which looks a bit like a wing. Then there appears to be a white light sort of flashing on the underbelly, as well. The object appears to have an aerodynamic rounded shape. With these features it appears to resemble something that could be manmade.

Upper (northern) New York state has been a location where numerous 'ufo' sightings have been made. I believe that Richard Dolan ascribed many of these being sourced from a secret space program base and/or test facility in the area. I would speculate that this object quite likely is one of theirs.
