How long before the more unhinged connect this incident with the phoney video of the UFO over the Pentagon and regale us with warnings that the Invasion has commenced ( Mantids or Nordics? ) and/or we are in the End of Times ?

Hi Norman,
Do you think there's a connection between the solar storm last night and the transformer exploding?

Doubtful -- with the Earth now entering a stream of fast-moving solar wind that could spark minor G1-class geomagnetic storms today , Dec. 28th. These are forecast only to produce weak power grid fluctuations .

While the still image looks 'quite' something....these are a couple of mp4 vids, only 17 sec and 12 sec

Personally I think if you had been at that location when this occurred....You would have seen a naked Arnold Schwarzenegger, who then would have demanded your clothes???

More likely something covert going on nationally, and even internationally, because similar problems have occurred in Louisiana, Washington state, Idaho, and even Mexico.
Not only transformers exploding but 911 emergency centers going offline in various places across the country.
Here's transformers exploding in Louisiana the other day:

I much prefer this explanation ,Mountain Voice .I love reading their ( !! ) almost daily reports on the real world which otherwise seem to elude me --- all of the happenings and all of the time . And , let's face it , here is another world exclusive from you surely know who .
But suppose they are right ? Don't bother your head about the inconvenient fact of similar incidents occurring in several other locations .Too much detail can ruin a story !!
QUOTE
"Try as you like (and I encourage you all to do so), no record exists of a transformer “explosion” ever having caused such an incident like this to occur in any major city the world over where its entire sky was bathed in electric blue light—but anyone knowing of Tesla’s works and inventions, wouldn’t have been surprised in the least at what occurred—as Tesla was notorious for experimenting with his inventions in disregard of the public—such as when he brought out of his pocket one day his “earthquake machine” and almost toppled a New York City building
As I subscribe to the scientific principal of “If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and flies like duck—It’s a duck”, and the scientific rule of Occam’s Razor that says “the simplest of competing theories is preferred to the more complex”—and when combined with knowledge of British scientist Rupert Sheldrake, Ph.D. and his groundbreaking research into Morphic Resonance and Morphic Fields—what occurred in New York City last night when its skies were bathed in electric blue, has Nikola Tesla written all over it—and is a belief supported by tens-of-thousands of New Yorkers whose first instinctive reaction to seeing this mysterious event was their believing it involved aliens. I believe it was just a level 5 on the KP index. It wasn't a very large solar storm, but seems to have done more damage than usual. Perhaps this is due to the direct hit on the USA?
Ben Davidson of suspicious observers strongly believes that the Transformer was taken out by the solar storm. He talks about the other transformer in Louisiana that exploded, but wasn't heavily publicized. All starts at the one minute mark. I recommend watching the video from the beginning where the story starts.

We had a transformer blow here and a power outage the same night only I live in NE OK pop. 40,000 plus or minus so no write up about it. Transformers blew in other smaller towns also and in Louisiana also I hear. Coincidentally I had my Android die, and the battery won't recharge, just went from 80% to zip and never came back on. Same time my watch battery died, and my firestick remote batteries went out. I had all with me out on the deck the night of the transformer going out for what that is worth. So how many other people out there I wonder had battery changes soon after?

We live about 63 miles north east of the exploding transformers in Kenner/New Orleans, in the country. The same evening, night before last, the lightning and rain was intense. Then, amidst all the incredible lightning, there was a brilliant blue flash very near. I could feel it in the house.
Yesterday I had to replace about three hundred dollars of electrical equipment that got fried. It's an interesting thing that all those places had problems on the same night.

As with anything there are conspiracy theories, the best one that I've heard is: The Tesla Tower was buried on Islands of The Undesirables across the river from con-Edison which are actually Randall’s Island and Wards Island in the East River of New York City. The area from 20th Avenue and 31st Street where begins the property line for a massive Con Edison electrical facility that stretches to the East River—and is right across the river from the “Islands of the Undesirables”.
Tesla's tower being dug up and tested ? ........As good as any I guess

This video from IPOT ( also posted in the Q thread ) has some amazing footage and also goes on to cover the coutrywide phenomenon of power outages.
Start at 3 minutes point.

That almost makes it sound like a localized EMP.

I thought the same thing. Got new batteries in the Firestick remote. Had to get a new phone so went with an LG this time using Android still though. And put a new watch battery in last night so hopefully this one will last more than three months! I didn't know it until I went to start my Chevy truck last night to go load up more firewood but it's battery was so low it barely turned the engine and I have it on charger now. It may or may not be related but it's the longest string of battery changes and charge ups in some time. We did have a hint of a blue flash but it subsided quickly after the transformer exploded.

Joseph Farrell's High Octane speculation on the incident
"I don't know about you, but I can believe one exploding transformer, and even strange electrical power line fires, and even a 9-1-1 emergency call center outage, but not all on the same day.
So what is going on? I'm not about to rule out the UFO connection, for there are other stories - as far as I can tell, not yet very well verified - that a large semi-tractor trailer bed was seen rolling out of the ConEd substation with a big "something" under a tarpaulin. Of course, speculation abounds that "they" were busily removing evidence of a UFO. But "they" could just have easily been removing the burned out transformer.
But I suspect -- strongly, in spite of any corroborating evidence -- that we may be looking at something profoundly different, and herewith my two cents' worth of end-of-the-twig high octane speculation: I strongly suspect this story (for I do believe these incidents are parts of one story) is related to the California fires, and the clues that have recently emerged there that the fires are (1) not natural nor typical "forest" fires, and (2) that the electrical grid itself, and specifically, electrical meters on homes, may have been utilized to trigger if not all then at least some of the fires, and (3) that other exotic energy technologies/weapons may have been used to start some of those fires. As I have pointed out in regard to the electrical meter theory, it might be possible to use the electrical grid as a broadcast antenna system (perhaps coupled with the other alleged involved technology, the exotic energy weapons theory) to initiate fires. Overload the circuits sufficiently, and one sees the results in arcing electricity (as at the ConEdison substation) and burning power lines (as at Kenner, Louisiana). Further, pulsing the system, i.e., using it as a broadcast circuit, could conceivably result in communications malfunctions (though it is, admittedly, a very sketchy hypothesis, since other communications systems appear not to have been affected, but only the 9-1-1 system in certain states).
On this view, the UFO versions of the story might be a bit of deliberate misdirection, a kind of cover story to prevent people from looking at or entertaining the type of speculation I am advancing. But if my speculation is to be entertained, the important question is why would anyone do this? One answer is that the "California fires template and playbook" might be being viewed as a playbook for use "elsewhere." Even better if one can have a gigantic "UFO" show up to provide the convenient blame. And no, folks, I am not one of those who thinks humans are incapable of building and levitating such large things. There is no logical nor compelling argument that says "large = extraterrestrial or non-human." Fill a large collapsible dirigible with an inert gas, have some high capacity capacitors or dialectrics on board, create charge differentials on various surfaces of the craft, and voila, you have a simple field propulsion "airship" potentially capable of sharp turns, great speeds, and which would probably like to hang out over bodies of water and electrical substations to "recharge" the batteries (airship mystery, anyone?).
So, as the story stands now, that's my best guess. If we boil it down to a country simple statement, it appears someone might be beta testing the California fires playbook on a much larger basis, one where it might be necessary, for whatever reason, to take down any communications system that is relatively robust - like the 9-1-1 emergency call center system - to prevent any sort of coordinated civilian response."

Reading your reply Ba-ba-Ra I am reminded of an article and movie or video clips of stories of air ships as you describe from way back like in the 20s or something? It maybe is the 1800s but before we were flying ourselves. Interesting take! I'll be dwelling on that a while now!
