Alien Abduction Documentary: What do they want?

Some experiences have been taken, beginning in childhood and continuing through life. Some report a joint session of greys working with the military and have Milab experiences. An agreement was once hammered out between the ETs and our government which restricted or capped the number of people who could be experimented on. It appears that they have broken this agreement and the military has lost control. As if they really ever had control.
