Is this US Spy Plane laying chemtrails?

This video of a US spy plane was captured from the cockpit of a Russian SU-27 near the Russian border. Can anyone tell if it is spraying chemtrails or are they (in this case) massive contrails?

The plane is clearly in the stratosphere where spraying occurs, but that doesn't mean these are chemtrails. I can't tell. Can you?

Builder, your logic fails me. Are you implying that contrails or chemtrails give away a plane's position? Radar does not need a trail behind an aircraft to locate it. What are you trying to say? Doesn't make sense to me.

Chemtrails are emitted from nozzles located on the wing in short spurts which when they are spreading out long after the aircraft has disappeared look like little nipples descending vertically from the horizontal trail. If you look carefully at this video, the emissions are bumpy, not smooth. I would say this is a chemtrail.
