After the 2011 earthquake offshore from northeastern Japan, Tokyo Electric introduced "planned outages" for Greater Tokyo area, rotating from district to district for a few hours every day, which were very annoying.
Every time there was an electric outage, there was a weird earthquake which the government described as "after shock."
Coincidence?

The generally accepted narrative is that a tsunami damaged the nuke plant at Fukushima Daiichi.
It is probably false.
Just like WTC in New York City, the Fukushima Daiichi was built to be "destroyed" in the future. It was all in the plan.
