In 2015 many witnessed a prolific poster GoodETxSG aka Corey Goode, (aka Luke and other pseudonyms), craft himself out of the I.T. profession, (where he had just lost employment and was issued with a Violence Restraining Order), into a new career as a Global Ambassador to Earth for Blue Avian E.T.’s - to Saviour of the World - to off planet soldier – to mystical “something or other” - to Secret Space Program Insider - to fictional SciFi film and comic book producer.

What is remarkable is the cult following Corey Goode accumulated along the way. Many have woken up and abandoned Corey Goode. But that hasn’t completely stopped him yet as he has picked up his shtick and relocated into a new on-line audience via Edge of Wonder.

So job not quite over yet folks as we have a fresh group that need help in cult recovery. Thankfully we can relocate with Corey to alert his new flock – unlike pre-internet days.

This was an extremely difficult video for Yvonne Palermo aka Groovie Bean to make. She provides evidence on 2017 death threats made to her by Corey Goode which were supported by his associates.

Yvonne did work for the Sphere Being Alliance before leaving because she became disturbed about things that were going on behind the scenes. This is talked about in Part 1 and 2 of the Reality Checks.

Yvonne has been living in fear since 2017. Very recently she began making Reality Check videos with Jay Weidner on Corey Goode and his outrageous claims, deceptions and cult leader behaviour.

Corey then re-posts the 2017 “death threat” blog with the disclaimer “People should read this article VERY CLOSELY”.

To those who have come on board with Corey Goode over the past 18 months some of the stuff discussed in the videos may be confusing because there is an incredible back-story that goes as far back as 2015.

I was around at the time of Corey’s inception into the public eye so I am very familiar with the back story. I am very familiar with the uprising of critics who were waking up, breaking away from, and questioning Corey Goode’s intentions, motives and integrity; which included violent tendencies that Corey posted on Avalon, as well as public evidence of his Violent Restraining Order which Corey then spun into a counter narrative because he knew it could damage his rise to fame.

Anyone who even slightly questioned the authenticity of Corey’s stories were either vehemently attacked or labelled a negative hater. His back story is revealing, disturbing, and well documented, in depth, on Avalon.

I finally finished "The Cult of Corey Goode" video last night. It's ended with the question of whether or not CG has "ill intent". I personally think that, based on his history, CG was in a low period of his life - whether that's financially, emotionally, spiritually, ego-related - and devised this entire fraud as a means to 1) generate income, 2) gain attention and notoriety, and 3) become a guru.

I think that CG's ego is so inflated that he'd never admit to making all of this stuff up for money, power, and respect. He's gonna take this to the end of the line, whatever that means for him.

As for David Wilcock, I do think that Wilcock believed CG at the beginning, but eventually joined in on the charade after they started getting money, attention, and conference invites. I do think that eventually DW will fully break away from CG, but he won't ever admit to being in on the fraud.

Just my two cents.

…As far as in the world I have not really read a whole lot of this type of information. David Wilcock was pretty shocked that I had never read the Law-of-One. I had kinda scanned over it but I was never really able to absorb it, the words would hover above the page, or the screen, and I just wasn’t able to absorb it.

Finally I had one of my contact experiences and I heard a chanting over and over that “We are the messengers and facilitators of the one infinite creator”. It was like a chorus! But then in 2018 he says he only decided to read the Law of One because of the voices chanting in his head in one of his contact [channelled] experiences.

Just another one of Corey's blunders with "the truth".


Channelling became publicly prevalent in the 50’s onward significantly impacting the “New Age Movement”. In the above video:

@5:17 Corey refers to this time and says he is a “legitimate contactee” and his mission is in alignment with the messages that flooded the new age movement for years after. If you follow Corey’s timeline and story it is a carbon copy of the flood of Messiah’s channelling their messages for years in the New Age Movement.

@6:40 Corey says he was told he made the agreement for his mission but not being conscious of it he has to go on faith. Seems a major contradiction to being physically present with all those extraterrestrials. See the beginning of this post for example:

@13:05 Corey’s definition of channelling. He cleverly shifts the language to extraterrestrials and inserts “positive groups” into the narrative to convince the audience his group are “positive”.

@15:10 Corey talks about opening up portals where entities come in and attach themselves to him but he believes he has exorcised them.

@14:48 Corey tells Wilcock that Karee has been preparing him and there is nothing to worry about because she will be communicating through him.

Wilcock goes on to confirm that he gets channelled readings and the Nordics were communicating with him, as well as Ra. They also reveal here, (and in another Vlog Goode did with Wilcock), that they get messages independently from each other which confirm they are getting messages from the same entities.

Ironic how Goode warns about “trickster gods” yet can’t see, let alone extract himself, from the overarching cult of entities he is beholden to and worships and is promoting as gospel truth to the world.



Corey’s Blue Avian's, the Anshar, Karee, etc are re-branded names for the Ananada, Saints, etc, channelled entities from years past. Corey can maintain an audience because of the “love and light” messages. Mix that up with secret space program narratives and his audience are spellbound.

In 2015 Corey was well aware that Channelling had reached the point of being heavily scrutinized because of all the shenanigans going on with astral entities and their messages. He knew he would never be taken seriously if he started with “I am a Channeller and I am the chosen saviour of the world”.

MILAB Super Soldiers and Secret Space Programs were the current trend so Corey cleverly inserted himself into these groups on Project Avalon to gain trust and then emerged onto the stage as a MILAB Super Soldier in Secret Space Programs.

Corey then moved to the One Truth Forum (TOT) because Avalonians were wising up and questioning his integrity. At TOT he had secured a substantial following that gave him confidence to expose his belief that he was the “cookie cutter” special one; so he went on record publicly stating that he had been chosen by the Blue Avian’s to be the one and only Ambassador to the human race for extraterrestrials.

When questioned, Corey vehemently denied he was channelling by claiming he was physically seeing and/or being removed by extraterrestrials. TOTians eventually wisened up to Corey’s BS so he left TOT to partner up full time with Wilcock.


Corey had to come up with a new way to tell the world he was the special one so he re-branded I’m “Channelling Entities” to I’m having “Contact Experiences with Extraterrestrials”.

It was a clever move of camouflage and is why he infiltrated the Ufology scene with his narratives carved out of [proven] Ufology plagiarism coupled to his personal channellings. The Ufology and Conspiracy landscape had far greater credibility in 2015 than the Channelling landscape which had reached its peak and was dwindling.

Wilcock was already doing the same but focussed more on dreams instead of channellings, except for Ra of course; which is why it was a match made in “channelling heaven” where entities parading as gods and advanced beings could hold limelight by manipulating mere earthlings for years with the eternal carrot on a stick via the GoodeWilcock Bromance.



FOOTNOTE: And let’s not forget Corey and Stacey come from very religious families. Corey stated several times that it was going to be difficult to get his “new job” passed and accepted by his family without them locking him up to do exorcisms.

Substituting “entities” for “extraterrestrials” was the lesser evil. Add in the covert soldier narrative of being whisked away in white vans by the military when he was a kid and his and Stacey’s military background families could potentially be sold on the story. Corey only had to baffle and bash them with thousands of pages of Ufology research, conducted by real researchers, and his family would have to consider giving him the benefit of the doubt.

As at September 2019 Corey Goode is flooding his tweets with stories of an envelope he sent to New Jersey Courts Ethics Committee apparently complaining about C.W. Chanter - one of Corey's critics. He's blabbing that the justice department will be expediting his complaint. See the following link.

It’s easy to spot over the years when Corey Goode flips out and goes into panic mode over REAL EVIDENCE constantly being revealed about him.

Corey always launches into aggressive attack and threaten mode trying to convince his followers he’s a don’t f#@$ with me tough guy and ya all should be on my side because I have the law on my side. HE DOESN’T.

Here’s why:

Corey Goode has a prior RESTRAINING ORDER issued against him for his bizarre and hostile behaviour to past co-workers (evidence documented on PA). He is a self-claimed sufferer of PTSD and he tells stories claiming they are real because his Blue Avian’s tell him so.

Now there’s nothing actually wrong with channelling Blue Avian’s as your muse for writing FICTIONAL comics and movies. There is something wrong when you claim those stories to be true and are leading people up a golden path of exploitation. And that is what legal authorities are going to see!

For Corey to have any chance in hell of legal authorities investing time and reputation into any of his complaints the first thing they will do is look into whether he has a stable character. HE DOESN'T. He’s been character assassinating himself for years. His critics just keep pointing to this to try and protect people seduced into his con.

Corey knows this which is why he’s bluffing with his legal charade. And if he doesn’t know this then he’s so narcissistically deluded that his actions are a bluff by default.

But Corey isn’t bluffing his unstable behaviour. And this is where he can be dangerous.

I have come to view Corey Goode in the following way.

My attention zone is sometimes attracted to noticing "sick puppies" like Goode, et al. Far more in the past, but I would not be honest if I did not say sometimes still, I find myself emotionally entangled with, what I call, compromised individuals. And this, of course, engages my individualized intellect where, far more so in the past, I allow the generation of a feedback loop between my mind and my emotions.

Of late, and most likely due to two things - the first being a significant change within key elements of structure within the set of assumptions I had previously settled upon as the next set of assumptions beyond my primary metaphysical, cosmological world view (my primary assumption) - monistic idealism. The second being conclusions as to the nature and function of synchronicity...

I now view folks like Goode as an opportunity for growth.

Many benefits have arisen. I have more and more released my own savior complex. I have more and more experienced relief by placing more of my faith in that which I sometimes call, the timeless, formless eternal one life. I have experienced greater peace by applying the Serenity Prayer (though, as mentioned above, I am prone to proactive action by default... where it seems my discernment (wisdom?) has improved with regards to which is which - what I can change and what I cannot.

And all this has made me a better person with regards to how I impact those in my life, most specifically loved ones (family and friends as this circle expands outward) which has more and more become important - and "Thankfully," they say.

And so I can honestly say, "I am seeing the change."

As some know, I took off for most of the last two years from the alternative community. I read today that Corey Goode has been "blacklisted" and so I wanted to know if this was true and if so, by who and why. So I go the search engine, Google (on purpose) and type in - corey goode blacklisted.

Sammy- I think there's been a general and growing consensus among many different conference organizations, alternative media groups and specific people that they've been burned by CG in one way or another.

For some people (like Jimmy Church, for example) it may have been too much that Goode's "doxxing group" (documented by CW Chanter /Kelly Farmer and here at PA) sought to discredit established figures like Richard Dolan through false associations and insinuations.

For some conferences like MUFON and Contact in the Desert, it may have been that his story has been so discredited that it is now not even worth the cash he potentially brings in, because of the hoaxing associations. There have been rumors that he started demanding outlandish sums of money to appear. He and Jordan Sather also have a habit of "sh***ing where they eat" by claiming publicly that they've been mistreated or censored at various conventions, in ways that often seem trivial or a stretch (ie when conference video and audio is not uploaded fast enough for them).

His (and Wilcock's) fight with Gaia, who made him (for good or ill) the star that he was, has seemingly scared off many other alternative media from working with him -and that has likely even affected David Wilcock, as can be seen by his absence from recent Ancient Aliens /Prometheus Entertainment programming.

The current independent media operation willing to work with both CG and DW is called Edge of Wonder, which is funded by Epoch Times, a quasi-right-wing media group that is in turn funded/organized through the Chinese dissident spiritual group Falun Gong, who promote militaristic conspiracies like Q-Anon, seemingly in a long-form bid to exert political pressure on China by promoting American might/militarism, among other things. The potency of a fake (but interesting!) version of the all-powerful Secret Space Program and its superiority among our nations seems to fit with what can be done propaganda-wise by a well-funded dissident group (making Chinese and other tech look incredibly inferior), without actually pissing off our military/govt by promoting stories of real classified black-budget programs.
So basically the one main group willing to work with them anymore these days is known to be a spin/disinfo/propaganda arm of a well-funded Chinese dissident "cult" group.

It's almost as if they got what was coming to them karmically, maybe since DW disappeared for awhile with all his crowdfunded 2012 "Convergence" money back then, maybe since long before that.

I would guess that the reason you mainly found the word "blacklisted" from Goode's own groups is because he's been spinning it as a conspiracy against himself, so he uses lingo that makes it sound as if some single all-powerful source has banished him, rather than the reality, which seems to be that his (and DW's) career is dying by a thousand self-inflicted cuts.

1. THE LEADER IS THE ULTIMATE AUTHORITY
If you’re not allowed to criticize your leader, even if the criticism is true, you’re probably in a cult.

4. THE GROUP IS PARANOID ABOUT THE OUTSIDE WORLD
If your group insists the end of the world is near, you’re probably in a cult.

Cults position themselves as the sole refuge from an evil outside world that is intent on their destruction. Cults thrive on conspiracy theories, catastrophic thinking, and persecution complexes.

In an effort to draw in more paying members, cults are often very aggressive in their recruitment efforts which are usually justified as “saving” people from the evil world. Those who reject the cult’s message are unelect, prideful, evil, or stupid.

5. THE GROUP RELIES ON SHAME CYCLES
If you need your group in order to feel worthy, loved, or sufficient, you’re probably in a cult.

Cult leaders trap members in shame cycles by imposing abnormally strict codes of conduct (usually prescriptions about diet, appearance, sex, relationships, media, [LIVING UP TO BLUE AVIAN MESSAGE AND COREY'S HIGH VIBRATION DIET), guilting members for their shortcomings, and then positioning themselves as the unique remedy to the feelings of guilt which they themselves created.

Cult members are made to believe they are insufficient or unworthy on their own and that the only way to become worthy is to confess their shortcomings to the group or leader. The leader then becomes the meditiator of worthiness and the foundation of the member’s self esteem.

Leaders who can make followers feel bad about anything can use shame to manipulate followers into doing anything, even if it’s against their own self-interest or better judgment.

6. THE LEADER IS ABOVE THE LAW
If you’re held to a different moral standard, specifically in regard to sex, you’re probably in a cult.

A prevalent idea among cult leaders is that they are above the law, be it human or divine. This idea allows them to exploit their followers economically and sexually without repercussions.

When confronted, they do not confess, but create justifications for their impropriety. Sexual grooming of members is common. Loyal cult members will perform any amount of “mental gymnastics” to justify or ignore the leader’s behavior.

7. THE GROUP USES "THOUGHT REFORM" METHODS
If your serious questions are answered with cliches [E.G. US VS THEM], you’re probably in a cult.

Indoctrination or “brainwashing” is the process through which a cult slowly breaks down a person’s sense of identity and ability to think rationally. Behaviors like excessive fasting, prayer, hypnosis, scripture reading, chanting, meditation, or drug usage can all be used to increase a person’s vulnerability to the leader’s suggestions.

The hallmark of indoctrination is the use of thought-terminating cliches. Platitudes like “follow the leader” or “doubt your doubts” are regurgitated over and over so that members don’t have to critically analyze complex issues.

8. THE GROUP IS ELITIST
If your group is the solution for all the world’s problems, you’re probably in a cult.

Cults see themselves as the enlightened, chosen, and elect organization tasked with radically transforming individual lives and the entire world.

This elitism creates greater sense of group unity and responsibility centered on a united purpose. However, this sense of responsibility is often manipulated by cult leaders who coerce members into risky financial behavior, sexual favors, free manual labor, or heightened recruitment efforts in order to “further the cause.”

9. THERE IS NO FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY

A group that refuses to disclose its finances is a huge red flag. Ethical organizations have nothing to hide. Cult leaders tend to live opulently while their followers are required to make financial sacrifices. 10. THE GROUP PERFORMS SECRET RITES

I'm going to summarize the video down here for the sake of archiving.

First, on August 8, Jay Weidner was served with a C&D letter supposedly from Corey's attorneys. Like the one received by C.W. Chanter, it had no letterhead and was poorly written. Some parts were typed in all caps similarly to how Corey "yells" about his detractors on Twitter.

Then, on August 14, a sockpuppet account with the username "Chuck Norris" appeared and doxed Jay—revealing his full legal name, his home address, and his phone number. This put both him and his family in danger.

Jay reported this incident to the local sheriff's office, but all they could do was tell him to buy a gun since the nearest sheriff's office is so far away. He has also fitted his house with security cameras as another precaution.

On August 30, Jay woke up to more threats that Corey left on YouTube. He deleted them before anyone could have a chance to see them, but they remained in Jay's notifications.

There are a few things that need to be pointed out here:

The part about Sharon's inheritance was private information that only Jay and his family knew about. There is no way Corey could know about that unless he has friends in high places.
This is the third time he's said he would be "going after assets" of people in court, which is frivolous litigation that can be dismissed by the court.
Corey called Jay mentally-ill despite admitting he has "temporal dementia" twice on Cosmic Disclosure.
Corey never once filed a complaint against Jay at Gaia, despite how much he harps on about the "hostile work environment" he created.

Mike we are all well aware that liars, con artists, frauds, abusers, self-serving people who abuse other people for their own personal gains, tormentors, and the like, get away with their actions because people that are not in close proximity to them do not experience the same effects as those in close proximity!

Suggesting that people who have had their lives threatened by Corey Goode, and still are, should just get over it, move on, and forget about him, is a bit like telling a person with anxiety to get over the visceral effects of their anxiety episode, forget about it, and move on. It’s not that simple – when the episodes become recurring.

I made that devastating mistake with my teenage daughter because I didn’t know enough about anxiety to understand that she was experiencing more than just being a shy girl who wasn’t able to toughen up and deal with life’s challenges. My ignorance was a big mistake and even though I thought I was helping at the time, I did more harm than good.

Suggesting people should just get over Corey Goode, move on and forget about him, is also like saying to the world that even though we know those people are offenders we will relinquish our duty of care to others by ignoring them, and too bad about all the future people they are going to harm – until, perhaps, one of those future people becomes someone close to home where our personal sphere is affected.

Sadly, there are thousands of Corey Goode’s in the world and it is impossible for one person, or a small group of people, to keep the spotlight on them all. What a different world we would be living in if it were that easy. It is offensive though to devalue the efforts of those that choose to not turn a blind eye to offenders in attempts to help others from being harmed.

Ask yourself this: If Corey Goode told you to shut-up and stop revealing to the world all his dirty little secrets, and then threatened you when you wouldn’t, and then blatantly brought your loved one’s into his threats, and you knew he had a history of unstable behaviour, had been issued with a violence restraining order, and had the ability to rally individuals into doing his dirty work, what would you do? Would you just say meh then?

Or would you perhaps reach out to others experiencing same. Would it not make sense that part of the “Victim Olympians” safety protocols and protection is to stay visible?

There’s also been an attitude over time that people should be focussing their energy on bigger issues in the world that affect more people than the likes of Corey Goode. So, too bad about the individuals in our local communities who are being harmed by predators. Damn victims - they too should be focussing on bigger issues; as if those bigger issues will solve all the dilemmas in the world, including local predators.

This thinking is defective. It is grossly opinionated and is saying “collateral damage” is okay! Yes, bigger global issues need more people on board. But how are those in our local communities going to help with the bigger issues when they are suffering from abuse? Helping victims and engaging preventative measures for future victims, is helping the bigger issues by providing opportunities for more people to get on board with the bigger issues.

This thinking is also insulting as it implies those helping non-global issue victims are wasting their time and are not capable of contributing to bigger issues at the same time. Criticisms of this nature all boil down to one thing: Ignorance!

We are all guilty of ignorance. We should be learning from it though, to the best of our growth abilities, by reminding ourselves to refrain from ignorantly judging others before spending time trying to at least understand what it is like to walk in their shoes.

It is not enough to just arm ourselves with an infinite supply of information and then believe we must now be an authoritarian because we have more information than another. We need to continue applying human wisdom to information. Otherwise information is just information; baseless sets of data.

Ah but this is where “belief systems” have the power to disable unconditional compassion forcing people into apathy – unless of course it is a topic that serves their “victim/savior/persecutor triangle” because then it is deemed more important than another.

If we can try to remove our “belief system blinkers” when we come across circumstances affecting others we may find compassion only needs to be sent from our hearts without following through with judgment based on someone else’s idea on when, how, and why we should feel compassion and act on it.

Offering compassion only “for the sake of it” is compassion with condition and is not genuine. Not much solace, care or comfort in that, let alone protection, for people who are experiencing very real threats, abuse and trauma.

But hey, another belief system encourages people to believe victims deserve what they get because of another belief system called Karma which lets the self-appointed adjudicators off the hook in having to demonstrate basic, genuine, unconditional compassion to their fellow human beings. :facepalm:

Developing confidence, working out why a personality keeps choosing an abusive partner, etc, are very different circumstances to experiencing abuse from an individual in the community.

Compassion, as I relate to this particular subject - well, I must admit to feeling it on all sides. I feel great compassion for both the victims of this "war", but also for the perps.

Some of the perps, in my view, have been deluded greatly, and are likely feeling gullible, vulnerable, and foolish for having bought into this whole ego illusion. I feel sad for this shattering of their idealistic hopes and dreams, almost like I do for children discovering that there is no Santa.

For the major perps - CG in particular, I feel compassion watching his great grasping at his deluded agenda to acquire those things he appears to deem critical to his existence. (ie $$, fame, status, power, or whatever) I see it as a result of his own perceived lack of power, as in Power vs. Force as described by David Hawkins in his books. I feel sad watching the shattering of CG's strong ego/delusions, although I realize the shattering is necessary, and I see it as a cosmic/Tao/Source natural law that is inevitable. It is like watching a train wreck in the making.

I believe that by continuing to shine the light of truth/love we do our small part, and I hope to continue to see all the victims stand strong and love backed without anyone succumbing to the fear-based, war perpetuating frequencies.

Indeed. He may get his day in court, but that is not a certainty, and it does not mean he will prove his claims to the satisfaction of the judge or jury if it goes that far. And, if the case does go to trial, the defendants will get their day in court too. They may even have counterclaims against CG, and not just defenses, that the judge or jury will find more compelling than CG’s claims. This all remains to be seen.

Edit. I write to add that while a jury has been demanded in this case, the judge still has a lot of latitude to determine what, if any, claims go to trial. And, in a trial, the judge has latitude to decide if any claims go to the jury. Good pretrial motions by the defense could whittle this case down to nothing.

Corey Goode has recently filed two large lawsuits against his previous employer, his old manager/supervisor at that place of employement, 3 YouTube content creators, and 3 of his former business associates/collaborators. These three have worked closely with Mr. Goode making content within the disclosure field, and were seen as ‘family’ by Mr. Goode and his wife.

So… what happened? And why is this not being covered by any of the mutual associates of Mr. Goode and the defendants? Some mutual collaborators have since resigned or publicly denounced their working relationship with Mr. Goode since the filling of this lawsuit, but what about the other Prominent Public Figures and perceived LEADERS in this field (such as David Wilcock and Elizabeth Wilcock, Michael Salla, James Gilliland and Edge of Wonders Rob and Ben)? If these individuals were proven to be witness of events that were lied about in the lawsuit, why are they still aligned with Mr. Goode and his business?

I wanted to go over these lawsuits and provide you with just the firm, hard facts. Needless to say, I’m sure there is alot of hurt and emotion that is also involved with these lawsuits, as I cannot imagine how these individuals must feel if the evidence I found is in fact the whole truth. 

I plan to monitor this situation closely, and bring you more information as it develops. But for now, I wanted to just bring you up to speed on the situation as a whole.

In the future I will be updating this description box with all of the links and details that were involved with the making of this video, as its been a good month long research fest. Everything provided in this video is backed up with documentation, and I tried my best to keep my opinions and feelings out of this video.

I do want to go over the real implications of the evidence I found in this lawsuit, not from a court of law POV, but from a spiritual and leadership POV. The true implications of what this evidence says about Corey Goode as a man of integrity. As a man of honor. And as a man of truth. As someone who gets donations to sue his previous employers and content creators. As someone who is paid to bring forth the ways to better your life and prepare for ascension. Does his actions align with the man he says he is? And if they do not; what does this mean about his story as a whole?

In the post above (#58) Gaia has submitted their motion to dismiss Corey's lawsuit against them. Gaia does not represent other defendants Corey has added into the mix, but includes them, because Corey's claims are so muddled with regard to all defendants it is difficult to determine who he is accusing for what points.

The motion is very comprehensive. Gaia has lawyers at the top of their game and they've literally destroyed Corey's plead. It's poetry in motion to read how they prove Corey is full of sh!t.

But it isn't over until Judge decides. So we will have to wait and see.

Here is the Preliminary Statement:


PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

Gaia files this Motion to Dismiss to resolve, at the outset of this action, claims by Plaintiffs that have no basis in the law and are entirely inadequately pleaded.

Plaintiffs, whose activity in the “Conscious Community” focuses on Goode’s experiences in a secret space program and with alien beings, bring this action purportedly to protect themselves from a suspected conspiracy to misappropriate their intellectual property and defame Goode.

But Plaintiffs’ purported claims are simply not supported by the wild, disjointed, and vague allegations against various, apparently unconnected Defendants.

Indeed, each of Plaintiffs’ claims fails to state a cause of action as a matter of law and must be dismissed, certainly as to Gaia, if not against all Defendants.

Plaintiffs’ inability to plead legitimate, valid claims is indicative of Plaintiffs’ true intent in filing—which is evident upon even a cursory review of the Complaint—to attempt to garner attention and stir controversy.

Such a conclusion is confirmed by Plaintiffs’ actions both prior to and since filing, as Plaintiffs have made hundreds of internet and social media posts about their supposed crusade against Gaia and the other Defendants.

However, as this Memorandum explains, Plaintiffs’ claims are merely conclusory pronouncements that do not constitute plausible legal causes of action and are nothing more than baseless conspiracy theories and persecution fantasies.

The Complaint includes sixteen separate numbered claims, all of which are brought against all Defendants—some of whom Gaia has never had any contact with—in an undifferentiated fashion, and incorporate by reference all allegations of the Complaint.

This approach furthers the impression that Plaintiffs are not seeking redress for valid claims, but are merely trying to collectively smear the Defendants and gain publicity.

Likewise, the Complaint is rife with allegations that in no way relate to any asserted claim; Plaintiffs apparently believe that every perceived slight is evidence of a grand and far-reaching conspiracy, and have included reference to such slights in the Complaint, regardless of whether any such actions could plausibly constitute a legal claim.

Plaintiffs’ scattershot approach is not consistent with the pleading requirements of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and unfairly burdens both Defendants and the Court.

To the extent that anything can be gleaned from the Complaint, it is clear that Plaintiffs’ purported claims are deficient as a matter of law.

For example, Plaintiffs assert a RICO conspiracy against the Defendants, but fail to plausibly plead any necessary predicate offenses.

Likewise, Plaintiffs bring a claim for breach of oral contract against Gaia, but then admit that the parties subsequently entered into a written contract on the same subject—which contains a merger clause of all prior representations—that did not include the purported oral promises Plaintiffs now seek to enforce.

Plaintiffs also attempt to assert certain trademark claims, but fail to allege how and when the purported trademarks were violated by Gaia.

Beyond just failing to state cognizable claims, the Complaint violates procedural and ethical obligations.

Plaintiffs have brought claims where there can be no good faith basis for doing so, including claims barred by the applicable statute of limitations, a claim that completely ignores statutory prerequisites to filing, and claims that are not recognized as valid causes of action at all.

Plaintiffs have even alleged that the Court has diversity jurisdiction where it plainly does not, as both Plaintiffs and multiple Defendants are alleged to be citizens of Colorado.

The Complaint is an apparent attempt not to use the Court for the administration of justice but to provide fodder for Goode’s online community, a community apparently hungry for content and conflict.

What began as a carefully orchestrated attempt to elicit clicks must end with a complete dismissal of all purported claims, and an imposition of sanctions on Plaintiffs and their counsel.

For all of the foregoing reasons, Plaintiffs’ claims and the Complaint should be dismissed in their entirety with prejudice as to Gaia.

James Corey Goode Sues Kennedy, Richards, and Youngblood

Leon Kennedy, Roger Richards, and Adrienne Youngblood, were among the core contributors to the vision of the Full Disclosure Project, that morphed into the Sphere Being Alliance or, SBA. The initial mission; to spread disclosure information to the collective, inspiring an awakening in the hearts of humanity.

This grass roots activist movement became a huge influence in disseminating and exposing newly understood information concerning advanced technologies, secret government space programs, our galactic cousins, and many dark realties that have been hidden from humanity.

James Corey Goode was among the whistleblowers who came forward to speak of his experiences in these programs, including the Secret Space Program. He brought forth a message for humanity that he claimed was from off planet beings called the Blue Avians. The message was based on the familiar choice of being Service to Self or Service to Others, with the understanding that if enough people woke up and became more Service to Others, the collective consciousness would tip the scales from dark to light and those who made the cut would transform during the ascension process. Corey also claims to have continued relationships with inner earth beings called the Anchar, who speak to him directly. As a whistleblower, Corey also asserts he is a part of an "Earth Alliance"  that offers him galactic federation intel that he shares with his followers, and recently Mr. Goode has transitioned into a "motivational speaker" in the "consciousness community" citing himself as the Enoch of our modern times.

During the birth of the original movement, many creations were orchestrated by the many volunteers who heard the call.  Content was produced, several movies were made and many events were created. Matthew Mournian, who is no researcher of any kind, couldn't spell Steven Greer or Duncan O'Finioan, and didn't feature the Dark Journalist's name (Daniel Liszt). Joe from the Carolinas really should have been there, too.... a serious omission. (And also, of course, Jay Weidner, Clif High, CW Chanter, and Alyssa Montalbano.)

And David Wilcock "attacked and abused" by Corey?? He was the slam-dunk culpable driving force behind the entire thing. But he's barely been mentioned.

Sure was. This episode is full of the juicy details.

Through direct experience Leon confirms what was determined about Corey Goode 6 years ago through experience and research from the first wave of critics. 

Leon describes Corey's inhumane behaviour of witholding funds from Roger so he could not pay for his family's basic necessities, and then suing him in a crisis where no-one can work, as typical of what a gangster would do to someone.

Leon cannot understand how Corey's legal team could not caution him not to do this during a pandemic and holds them equally responsible for their inhumane actions.

Leon confirms that Corey acts like a Mafia Gangster in the community and is a spiritual conman.

@17:55 Leon details how a donation to Corey ($70,000) had been spent quickly.  The donor did not want to give Corey anymore money so whilst waiting for Above Majestic funds Leon guaranteed business loans from the donor to Corey ($50,000 and $35,000 for kids education).

To date Corey has received $900,000 and has not paid back all of the $50,000 loan.

Corey only owns 16% of Cosmic Secret but eventually commandeered all payments from the distributor and started, promoting the film as his.  The other 84% have no idea how much revenue is coming in.

@24:30 Leon talks about David Wilcock and how David cried when his best friend Corey turned on him.  Wilcock had also secured $150,000 for Corey with three fundraisers because he was always desperate for money.  This was on top of the $900,000 that came after from films, online courses, etc.

Corey did the classic sociopath trait by telling Leon that Wilcock was not a team player; his popularity was low until Corey came along; David was lazy, unmotivated and arrogant; and he had not done enough real work to deserve any percentage.

@29:00 Leon talks about Jordan Sather and how Corey didn't want to give him his percentage for Cosmic Secret then finally said only 5% and give Liz Lorie 5% too, even though she had only given 4 months work to Sathers 2 years.

Leon then explains Brandon Graham and Dave Evart's, (not sure if spelling correct), contributions, (post production, sound, special effects, editing, etc), over 2 1/2 years who were only begrudgingly offered 5% from Corey.

Roger, Brandon and Dave contributed hundreds of hours on the documentary.  Corey contributed 5 hours which was on his script and then demanded directing rights.

@41:00 Leon describes and reads the bully letter from Corey's lawyer.  He then shares how he used his A-list contacts to get Corey into Hollywood.  Jim Hart was prepared to go ahead but Corey wanted to wait months until Roger's contact ran out.  Hollywood big guns weren't prepared to sit around and wait.

A bit of justice there, thank god, with Corey losing the deal. But wait there's more . . . Corey  then goes to Jim Hart and asks him to work directly with him because Leon is crooked.  And that's where he took his arrogance one step too far.

Suffice to say Corey will never, ever work in Hollywood.  His reputation was no match for Leon's respected 50 years.

My lawyers have been granted permission to file an anti-SLAPP dismissal against Corey Goode. SLAPP stands for Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation. Essentially a SLAPP is a way to weaponize the court system to shut up and shut down your critics.

I am told that Judges do not like SLAPPs. I have also heard that the Judge granting this dismissal is super important because it re-characterizes the lawsuit from its phoney RICO status to that of a violation of the First Amendment.

Which is what I have been saying since the lawsuit first happened.

Corey good wants to have his cake and eat it too. He wants a world where he can tell his followers that there is a unverse with real Blue Avians, real Anchar beings, a real Secret Space Program and a real "Twenty and Back" program, etc. and, at the same time, profitting from this story as if it were a fictional creation he made..

At long last, we have Corey in his own words, letting us know what is truth and what is fiction. But he doesn't call it fiction, it is his "IP" (intellectual property), his creation, his source of revenue. You can listen to him, in his own words from this website:

I don't think Corey thought this deposition from September 26, 2022 would go public. He was trying to make the case that people who discussed the Blue Avians, Anchar, Twenty and Back program, etc. were all damaging his intellectual property. Here he talks about the stories he has related for the last 6 years as his "IP" that he can make money from, and other's can't. In order to protect his "property", he makes a number of frank admissions to the lawyer questioning him here.

Here are a few points I noted from the video:

"The Anchar" is a creation by Corey. Anyone else who is "in contact" with the Anchar is delusional because it is Corey's creations.
"Twenty and Back" is a "dramatazataion on top of the story". In other words parts of his story were real (his trips to Carswel Airforce Base as a child) but the "Twenty and Back" part is a fictional story that he added to his biography. When asked if "Twenty and Back" is real, he said that it was part of his own "dream or delusion". When the lawyer referred again to Corey's "dreams and delusions" Corey replies that he prefers to think of it as his intellectual property that he created.
(22:45) Corey says that, presenting a fictional story as being absolutely true is just part of good public relations to help promote your story.
(24:00) Corey presented his fake stories because is was helping people. (People at conferences told him his stories helped them heal from physical ailments, therefore Corey was telling a noble lie.)
(25:45) "Blue Avians" are something he sees in meditations (letting his imagination wander) but they come from higher beings. (I guess higher beings are focused on helping Corey increase his portfolio of intellectual properties and revenue stream. :bigsmile:)
(43:15) Anyone who has similar experiences to the ones he claims is lying and violating his intellectual property. He sent a "cease and desist" letter to Jason Rice for this reason.
(46:00) He never went into space "with his physical body." He only traveled their astrally.


Pretty sure that when Corey was deposed, he didn't think that this video would have been made public. His concern here isn't that he is getting out any truth there in the world. This is all about his intellectual property, from which he makes a lot of money.

We all owe a lot of gratitude to the people who got this story out there - but I think many of them are maintaining a low profile, including a few Project Avalon members. (Given the number of people Corey sued, I can not blame them.) So thanks to all those members, lurking in the shadows, that wish to remain anonymous. :highfive: One person I can name, who did much for this cause is Leon Kennedy, who brought a camera crew to the deposition, partly with the intention of getting this video out there to the public, so that the truth about Corey Goode is absolutely clear for everyone to see.
