John McAfee warns the U.S. government to leave him alone otherwise he would reveal the conspiracy pyramid in it. John McAfee, a crypto enthusiast and founder of the world-famous antivirus McAfee, posted a series of tweets where he showed his clear irritation of the actions of the U.S. government towards him. In particular, he warned them to leave him alone or he would ''bury them''

''I've collected files on corruption in governments. For the first time, I'm naming names and specifics. I'll begin with a corrupt CIA agent and two Bahamian officials. Coming today. If I'm arrested or disappear, 31+ terrabytes of incriminating data will be released to the press.''


John McAfee also clarified that if he got arrested or disappeared, more than 31 terabytes of oppo research would be given to the press.

McAfee claimed that the Department of Justice (DOJ) was compiling a new case against him for money-laundering, racketeering, murder. He found it ridiculous and “asked” the DOJ to stop doing anything otherwise he would reveal conspiracy information.

How on earth do you deliver 31 terabytes? For me that would be about 10 hard drives worth. Is he compressing it?
Anyway, when did that ever stop the governments from doing anything?
If he released it, wouldn't that stop them harassing him in the first place?
Also, what does it mean to deliver it to the press? Which press? The one's the governments control? Who on earth is left credible?
If "they" ever wanted him dead, he would be dead and it wouldn't take much money at all.
So what happens when he slips and falls in the shower, or gets some disease and dies?
If that data is real, and it would help the "people", why wouldn't some people kill him or temporarily force him to disappear so that info will force release.
He has been doing these things for many years now, and it is getting old.

The McAfee virus checker is the worst I have ever tried. It does more harm than good.

If we're nominating people to be like hollywood movie like then I nominate myself: I know martial arts in real life, I've been with beautiful women, without the assistance of money or drugs (cocaine makes pretty girls come out of the woodwork as I'm sure McAfee or any streetwise person would tell you), and not too long ago I was firing weapons that cost more than as a used car. When I called him a psycho that was a hyperbole. It's a fun word.

I'll admit that I can't make any conclusions about the man. All I know is I remember his anti virus from back in the day, I heard him on Joe Rogan's Podcast years ago and I watched 1 documentary. Definitely not enough info to determine his motives.

I try not to make conclusions on anything and I never ever believe anything anybody tells me right off the bat. I don't disbelieve either, I take the info, store it in my brain and compare it to more info I gather in the future. He triggers my bs alarm from time to time, hence why I tend to not believe his motives now.

There's a phrase called 'bull**** walks.' I see bull**** walking. If you've got this info just ****ing release it. Assuming he truly does have all this info and he could cause a lot of problems for the powers that be, then do it. He's holding it hostage. He's got 31+ terrabytes and he's threatening to release a floppy disk...

I get that the US does a lot wrong but folks don't seem to get the major powers ALL do. We're just the best at it. Read Confessions of an Economic Hitman. Not everything done by the DOJ is wrong.

Again, I could be wrong I know. I'm just a human. Time will tell.

Maybe. I think it depends on where you go. I've been meaning to post a thread on something similar. I have been trying to hang around a new crowd, meaning, get new friends. It's hard to do though. I make friends easily but I can't seem to find folks who share the same morals as me. I even tried hanging around a Christian crowd but that didn't go so well. It just seems so many folks are crabs in a bucket.

EDIT: 'Morals' is the wrong word, though that is an issue to a smaller extent. I'm just trying to live a more wholesome lifestyle.

Is "value system" the phrase you're looking for rather than morals. But I get exactly what you're getting at. Morals implies a somewhat rigid belief system. The polar opposite of crabs trapped in a bucket mentality is good while acknowledging our dependence on others to at least a very small degree
