Merkel Clone Malfunction?

I used to take Peter Beter's assertion that politicians are cloned with a pound of salt, but awhile ago I heard a very credible guy on Coast, a Canadian with high level connections, saying it's true. He said they can't make a good clone, that they overheat and malfunction the way Katy Perry did (see below). I can't remember his name. Here are some possible clone malfunctions.

God only knows how many other kinds of seizures are there.
Not ruling out any other explanation, but this kind of stuff has been happening for thousands of years that we know through history.

That video has no footage of someone having a seizure, and from what I've heard, they aren't anything like what we see in the "clone malfunction" videos.
