Many of you have probably seen this already, but I thought it was a good thing to post for those who haven't. Incredible account and a reliable eye witness. I recommend watching the entire podcast or at least some of the other clips.

As a side note, I thought this guy looked familiar then I remembered where I've seen him before:

$20 says the female pilot he mentions is the same one from that ('Carrier') documentary.

Yes, I agree. If you're at all interested in UFOs the Joe Rogan discussion with Commander Fravor, with input from Jerry Corbell, is a must watch.
It's nearly two hours long but there's a lot of information in it and there's no substitute for hearing the accounts from the man himself. When you hear how experienced he is and what he and his colleagues saw....well, I'm still amazed by it.

It is all very interesting indeed.
I personally think this is man made technology (drones, possibly maned?)
What do you all think?
(Mods I would like to add/make a Poll about that?)
1) Man made (planed)
2) Other than man made (unplanned)
Maybe add a 3rd choice?

Given all the variables, I don't think about what it is. Well not too much. I can't confirm it's man made, alien made, or some sort of natural phenomenon.
It appeared to be observing something underwater. It's not the first that's been doing this. It has performance capabilities far beyond that which we have. If we were to say something like it's a craft powered in the manner Bob Lazar speaks of, well even he said we're 100 years beyond building something like it. This is ignoring the problem of not having the fuel source needed.
Oh and completely off topic but I love your username! I love breakfast food.

Yes Strat 'yummy' ;)
I think we do have the means.
I think it could be a lot simpler than we think.
A craft such as the 'Tick tack' might not even have an engine O.0
Put simply (very, very simply), if it is like a magnet that is controlled and directed by tuning it into the electromagnetic field of the earth, well just turn your variable resistor for vertical motion, then up or down you go, same for horizontal movement (I DID SAY 'PUT SIMPLY')
A craft like that might only work in earth magnetic field, maybe in space as well, if at all that is.
And that simple craft would be a remote controlled drone, unless the tuned in effect creates a mass less effect for a pilot.
Wonder if we will find out in our life time? HOPE we done ;)
