It's nice to see someone actually verbalizing what is being done. I fear it might be a little late for that. I had never before considered the Social Credit System to be cultural genocide, I thought of it as a mega control system, but it really is a form of cultural genocide. The culture in China will now be exactly what the state wants it to be. You will buy and eat and consume what the state finds acceptable, in the amounts the state finds acceptable if you want to keep your score intact. You will behave the way the state finds acceptable. The culture of the future will be determined by the whims of the state. Coming to a country near you in a very short time. It is going to have to be disguised a little more in the US, but I'm sure it will be here before we know it.

I noticed that in the Cover Sheet the Plaintiffs handwriting is barely legible, and the Attorneys for the Plaintiff aren't listed at all, though the rest of the document is quite impressive.
I would say it remains to be seen if this is legit.

There are no attorneys listed because the plaintiff is his own lawyer acting pro se, or as he says In Pro Se. (He means In Pro Per.). The cover sheet is an administrative document for the court clerk to determine how to log in and process the complaint.

This complaint does not have a chance in the world of going anywhere. It will be dismissed--regardless of its merits, or perhaps because of its merits.
