I certainly hope so... Thank You for your reply. Any links you may have that would indicate such would be greatly appreciated.. I think HOPE would go a long way while people are sitting at home... asked to be sitting this one out...

If this is true, I certainly would be on board to help in those endeavors, as I am sure many others would as well. But the big guys have all the military might, so we can hope they use it well.
