From what I have found so far, the first page of your post is very misleading. Further research discloses that the actual defendants are Google L.L.C., Facebook Inc, DeepMind Inc, Alphabet Inc., Neuralink Inc., Tesla Inc., Larry Page, Sergeny Brin, sundar Pichai, Mark Zukerberg, Elon Musk, CISON PR NewsWire & John Doe's 1-29 (presumably parts of the human population affected). I have found no reference to Clinton, Obama (except that it affected the election), ect.

I believe we would indeed need sweeping changes in order to bring any guilty billionaires to justice. Could this be "happy porn" created as yet another distraction?

The case was originally filed in December of 2019. An amended complaint, the one shown in the post above, was filed in February 2020. I can tell by the Pacer docket that no defendant had filed an answer or motion in response to the original complaint. By rule, the plaintiff can amend the original complaint one time without having to get court permission.

Organ harvesting in China, of falun gong members, is proven bull****. I can try to find articles from legitimate sources debunking if you would like. The U.S. military is on a tear right now, trying to demonize China as much as possible. It deflects attention away from fundamentalist Christians waiting rather quietly in the wings, waiting to install an authoritarian government while they reduce China to economic rubble. I saw this in February or March, as someone on Avalon I believe? Posted it on another thread if I remember properly? I found some things about it that seemed a bit sketchy. And worthy of reflection, or at the very least, more examination. I just don't have the time personally to dive back into that rabbithole... I saw it as a waste of precious time, as I know what the outcome will be...

First, (And I no longer have my copy of the entire claim available).. I believe this is a lawsuit that pits corporation against corporation. Naming the individuals within said corporations as those guilty of perpetrating such actions under the title and responsibility of said "Corporations"... I do not believe it to be a criminal case.. I may be wrong, but even thn I do not believe it is going to have the same conclusions you believe it will...

In such cases? While those within such corporations may be held accountable to the corporation, and named individually? It is the corporation itself that is responsible for any damages occurring as a result of their actions... Restitution would be all that is required of involved parties... These people have found loophole after loophole protecting them from any criminal prosecution. In which they individually are liable to any kind of corrective measures "personally" in any way. They are acting as officers of a corporation.. Not in an individual capacity... That's why most politicians are also attorneys... And most if not all? Own a business of some sort, as their protection..

They know how to literally get away with murder. And as such, when one criminal enterprise goes down financially, they walk away wiping their hands clean, only to start or join another.

For example, while PG&E in America, may have been found negligent in many things involved in the recent fires? Those knowingly doing such things? Just "Step down" and join ANOTHER organization, trying to accomplish the same thing. People learn they stepped down, and "forgive" thinking that is their punishment, and that it has been addressed, and never know that these people haven't been punished at all. They walk away with huge bonuses, and just infiltrate another place. And the consumer pays for all damages and legal fees.. It is as corrupt as you could imagine. Aside from reputation damage? It harms them very little.

One need not become a scholar in everything to take note when a situation arises, and the after effects of such things. But we are busy people, and rarely follow something to a conclusion.. Or we believe we did, and are then surprised to learn someone is "Up to their old tricks".. Look at how many times things happened, and the end result was nothing at all like the ended consequence we had envisioned..

An "Impeachment" these days, equals being "written up for poor performance on the job, and public shaming". Bill Clinton having been impeached for crimes and perjury, still finished out his term.. He as an INDIVIDUAL remains free.. The "corporation" punishes him by making him admit he lied, end of story. THAT is what everyone saw.

Anyone else would be thrown in prison for such an offense..That is what your tax dollars paid for. A public shaming.

So be careful when posting such things, giving people hope that something big is coming for these people.. As this alone isn't enough, they literally have to be found to have been committing crimes "outside of their capacity as a representative of the people or their corporations.." To be held personally accountable for ANY of their actions.. And so long as they're elected, they're always acting in SOME capacity for th corporation... And they shield themselves very well... • Members of the US Embassy in Ukraine, including Marie Yovanovich, George Kent and FBI Supervisory Special Agent Karen Greenaway worked with President Petro Poroshenko to redistribute the stolen assets of the previous corrupt Yanukovych regime, laundering these funds through the purchase and sale of UMH Group Media Holding and various Ukrainian debt instruments.

• The people named above are doing everything possible to block the investigation of the Yanukovych regime and of returning these stolen assets to the Ukrainian treasury.

• As a result, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine contacted the US Department of Justice to create an international team to investigate the activities of this corrupt junta, consisting of allies of Yanukovych and Poroshenko and representatives of the US Democratic Party.

• The claims of the fake impeachment of October 2019, that Trump pressured incoming President Zelensky to initiate an investigation of Hunter Biden and Burisma Holdings are not only false but rendered moot by the fact that Burisma and its owner, Mykola Zlochevsky were served by Kulik in March 2019 with charges of money-laundering and of corruptly transferring $3.5 million to Hunter Biden’s account at Rosemont Seneca, a hedge fund that he owns with John Kerry’s stepson, Chris Heinz.

• After the unexpected May 2019 election of Volodymyr Zelensky as President of Ukraine, the obstacles in Kulik’s Burisma investigation were removed until August 2019, with the appointment of the corrupt Ruslan Riaboshapka as Prosecutor General.

• In coordination with the US Embassy and representatives of the US Democratic Party, Riaboshapka opposed the Burisma investigation. He stopped several high-profile proceedings and illegally fired prosecutors, including Kulik.

• Kulik had previously prosecuted the economic crimes of the Yanukovych regime, including Mykola Zlochevsky and Burisma and he’d successfully recovered $1.5 billion for the Ukraine government. In 2019, Kulik was scheduled to seize an additional $6 billion of stolen assets before he was stopped by Riaboshapka.

• On February 27, 2020, a week before Riaboshapka’s removal by a Parliamentary vote of no confidence, he transferred the criminal cases against Mykola Zlochevsky and Burisma to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), which is a totally corrupt, Soros-addled agency. These cases have languished there ever since.

Being that AG William Barr just said he didn’t expect the Durham investigation to result in charges against Joe Biden and Barack Obama, one wonders if Ukrainian officials may come after corrupt members of the US Government, instead?"
