Hello Avalonians,
I've had a great idea about the evolution of life from the very beginning until 66 million years ago, I've just went through hours of research about the dates and events recorded by scientists, and I'm very sure about what I'm about to explain and how dinosaurs went extinct (in blue my addition to the story)(in red the addition to the story of Monadic Media who's video gave me the idea) :
- 13,8 to 13,7 billion years ago : Beginning of the universe
- 3,8 billion years ago : First microbial life on earth
- 2,4 to 2,1 billion years ago : First ice age - Multicellular life appears not long before, the planet becomes a big ice ball
- 2,1 billion years ago : Pluricellular life appears
- 720 to 635 million years ago : Second ice age, we're not sure if the planet goes all frozen or if some water remains liquid at the equator
- 550 million years ago : "Cambrian explosion" -> more complex life starts to develop and spread, the first fish with fish bones appear, which are at the origin of all vertebrate life. Thanks to the oxygen, the ozone layer forms and life becomes possible on the grounds, protected from radiation
- 550 to 450 million years ago : Fish start to evolve mostly to reptile life in its natural environment in hot water and starts to evolve to mammal life on the margin in cold water
- 445 million years ago : Third ice age - Ordovician-Silurian extinction
- 440 million years ago : Vegetal life gets out of water and starts to spread on the grounds
- 435 million years ago : Insects get out of water and start to spread on the grounds
- 420 million years ago : Fish gets out of water, becomes amphibian and starts to spread on the grounds
- 420 to 360 million years ago : Amphibians adapt to full ground life and become reptiles
- 360 to 260 million years ago : Fourth ice age, the planet doesn't go all frozen - Some reptile species start to adapt to cold climate and become "Amniotes" and later "mammalian reptiles"
- 252 million years ago : Permian-Trias extinction (great extinction) - 95% of water species and 70% of ground species disappear (vegetal, animal and insects)
- 250 million years ago : The big reptile era begins, the dinosaurs' era, the dinosaurs spread and grow bigger and bigger in the oceans, on the grounds and in the air, some ground reptiles start to climb up trees and jump from tree to tree, until they develop a skin between the arms and the body to hover further and further, and finally grow real wings, the planet becomes crowded with reptiles/dinosaurs everywhere
- 160 to 66 million years ago : Mammalian reptiles evolve to fully mammalian species by continuing adapting to cold climats, flying reptiles as well, the mammals evolve from reptiles by adapting their skins, growing hairs and feathers, by adapting their reproduction system, hatching eggs inside the body for the new born to survive the cold, and their brains start to evolve further than just a reptilian brain, reflex and instinct being not enough to survive in cold environments, the flying mammals don't need to adapt their reproduction system, being able to brood their eggs in hardly accessible places or fly rapidly to hotter places
- 150 million years ago : The "Polar" appears, which is our oldest mammal ancestor, evolved from the reptiles to a fully mammalian species in the colder environments
- 79 million years ago : The "Polar" evolves to "Hyperborean"
- 66 million years ago : Fifth ice age, less intense than the previous ones, the planet doesn't go frozen, but becomes globally colder, most reptiles/dinosaurs can't handle the cold, nor hatch their eggs anymore, most reptiles go extinct, in the water, on the grounds, and in the air, and their mammal evolution takes all the place, in the water, on the grounds, and in the air, and keep on evolving
- 38 million years ago : The "Hyperborean" evolves to "Lemurian"
- 18,5 million years ago : The "Lemurian" evolves to "Atlantean"
- 4 million years ago : The "Atlantean" evolves to Human ("Aryan")
