500+ Soldiers Take Government To Court Over Vaccine That 'Should Never Have Been Administered':

More than 500 US military personnel have filed a lawsuit (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/05/exclusive-500-military-service-members-sue-government-mandating-vaccine-not-fda-approved-not-administered/) against the government. They argue that the vaccine made mandatory for them has not been approved and should therefore never have been administered. The corona vaccines are used with an emergency permit.

The 520 military argues that mandatory vaccination is illegal because there is no approved vaccine available in the United States. This means that an estimated 55 percent of US military personnel have been illegally and forcibly vaccinated.

The officer, Bill Moseley, did not want to take the shot because the corona vaccines offered by the military have not been approved by the US drug authority FDA. His lawyer spoke of 'an important victory'.

The vaccination requirement for the 1.3 million American soldiers went into effect in September last year. President Biden said the move is "necessary to keep troops operating around the world as safely as possible." He called on everyone to get vaccinated 'immediately'.

I was listening to the latest Neal Oliver vlog and I was stunned how some subjects are now mainstream. This is so far away from what would have happened in 2019. Neal Oliver asks the sort of questions that Russell Brand misdirects with opinions of certainty; Neal asks the Socratic questions, there is no doubt he is informing us not asking questions.

According to ABC News (https://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/uruguay-suspends-covid-vaccination-children-13-86409875), the judge received answers to 18 questions about the safety and chemical composition of COVID-19 vaccines, signed by Health Minister Daniel Salinas, but did not turn over the contracts.

It is unknown whether the answers provided by government officials adequately addressed the questions posed by the judge, who ultimately ordered an injunction based on what was provided.

Salinas, after the court's ruling, strongly defended the government's vaccination plan and criticized the judge for questioning the safety of vaccines.

Alvaro Delgado, the secretary of the presidency, said the halt is a threat to public health.

"We're convinced that it's crazy to suspend voluntary vaccination because it has a strong scientific backing," Delgado said at a news conference.

Vaccinations for those older than 13 will continue, the Health Ministry said in a statement.

The judge is seeking, among other things, to know whether there are clauses in the contracts that promised pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer civil and criminal immunity for adverse effects caused by their vaccines.

Judge Recarey posed a series of questions to government officials and Pfizer regarding the chemical composition, efficacy and safety of COVID-19 vaccines, and required Pfizer to state whether it has "admitted, in any area, internal or external to it and its partners, the verification of adverse effects" of its COVID-19 vaccines in children.

From laws prohibiting discriminatory practices based upon immunization status to those seeking to preserve parental rights and the ability to opt out of state vaccine registries, the great State of New Hampshire has passed 10 bills protecting individual health freedoms.

HB 1466 allows medical practitioners to prescribe medicines for reasons other than their indication and would prohibit the state from punishing pharmacists for filling such prescriptions.

HB 1439 allows a designated family member to be present with a patient in a medical facility to serve as a patient advocate.

HB 1003 prohibits health care providers from refusing to provide care or services based on patient vaccination status.

HB 1488, prohibits schools, child care agencies, and government health agencies from discriminating against any person who is not included in the state’s immunization registry.

HB 1608 requires the state to inform citizens of their right to withdraw their COVID vaccination status from the state’s vaccine registry.

HB 1606 gives patients the choice to participate in the state’s vaccine registry.

HB 1280 prohibits a parent’s refusal to vaccinate a child from being used as evidence in any proceeding to terminating parental rights.

HB 1604 requires state hospitals and medical facilities to grant religious and medical exemptions from vaccination requirements.

HB 1455 prohibits state enforcement of any federal law, order, or rule that requires an individual to either provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or test for the virus more than once per month to keep their job or participate in any other activity.

There has been NO NEW government strategy to combat COVID-19 since the virus landed on American shores in early 2020. So the protracted war on doctors slogs on and on and on—to the detriment of patients.

The Twitter censors were working overtime this week. Dr. Kory was put in Twitter lock-up, but got a suspended sentence by deleting the offensive tweet. (See image below.) Dr. Kory was trying to make the point that young, healthy people who received boosters are continuing to drop dead at an alarming rate. Just putting it out there: Isn’t that something that should make us all sit up and pay attention?

Censorship of that tweet is the same as silencing meteorologists trying to issue CAT-5 hurricane warnings to those in the direct path of a killer storm. If people are not warned of imminent danger, guess what happens?

"Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., chairman and chief legal counsel for Children’s Health Defense, today told the superintendent of schools for the District of Columbia that CHD will sue the school district unless it rescinds its recently announced COVID-19 vaccine mandate for students ages 12 and up.

Schools in Washington, D.C., will require all students ages 12 and older to get the COVID-19 vaccine before they can attend school in the fall, despite warnings from legal experts who say the mandate violates federal law.

The Office of the State Superintendent of Education announced on July 19 that student immunization requirements for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year will include the COVID-19 vaccine for all students who are of an age for which there is a vaccine fully approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

“On July 8, 2022, the FDA fully approved the COVID-19 vaccine commonly known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine for individuals 12 to 15 years old,” said State Superintendent of Education Christina Grant in a press release.

“The approval of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for individuals 12 to 15 means that, unless exempted, any student age 12-15 at the start of the 2022-23 school year must have received the primary COVID-19 vaccine series or have started receiving the shot by Sept. 16, 2022,” she said.

“We want to make sure that all of our students have everything they need for a healthy start to the school year,” Grant added. “This means making sure children see their primary medical provider for a well-child visit and receive all needed immunizations.”

D.C. law requires students in all area schools, including private, parochial and independent schools, to be fully compliant with mandated vaccinations, unless they have an approved exemption. The law also requires schools to verify immunization certification for all students.

The requirement was detailed in a law the D.C. Council approved last year and is the first legislation of its kind in the region.

CHD demands D.C. Schools rescind mandate

In a letter sent today to Grant, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., chairman and chief legal counsel for Children’s Health Defense (CHD), asked Grant to rescind the program or CHD would sue to overturn the mandate.

Kennedy said Grant’s press release was incorrect because the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine was never fully approved and still remains under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).

The FDA earlier this month granted full approval to Pfizer’s Comirnaty COVID-19 vaccine for adolescents 12 through 15 years old, without convening its vaccine advisory panel.

In August 2021, the agency granted full licensing of the Comirnaty vaccine for ages 16 and older.

However, there are no Comirnaty-labeled vaccines available in the U.S., for any age group.

Although courts have upheld many childhood vaccination requirements for licensed and approved vaccines, no court has ever upheld a mandate for schoolchildren for an EUA vaccine, according to Kennedy.

Kennedy wrote:

“In fact, a District of Columbia United States District Court held that EUA vaccines cannot be mandated to soldiers in the U.S. military, who enjoy far fewer rights than civilians. Doe #1 v. Rumsfeld, 297 F.Supp.2d 119 (2003). That court held: ‘… the United States cannot demand that members of the armed forces also serve as guinea pigs for experimental drugs.’ Id. at 135.

“Federal law 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) requires that the person to whom an EUA vaccine is administered be advised, ‘of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.’

“The reason for the right of refusal stems from the fact that EUA products are by definition experimental.

“Under the Nuremberg Code, a universal legal norm, no one may be coerced to participate in a medical experiment. Consent of the individual is ‘absolutely essential.’ The liability for forced participation in a medical experiment, not to mention liability for injury from such coerced medical intervention, may be incalculable.”

Commenting on the D.C. mandate, CHD President Mary Holland said, “It violates fundamental human rights and international law to force people, and especially children, to take experimental medical products.”

“We sincerely hope the District will reconsider its misguided policy for schoolchildren,” Holland added.

Another organization — Liberty Counsel — said it may also challenge the District of Columbia’s vaccine mandate.

“There is no FDA-approved COVID shot available and therefore, individuals have a right under the emergency use authorization to refuse these shots,” Matthew Staver, founder and chairman of Liberty Counsel, told The Epoch Times.

Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, people receiving an EUA product must be advised that some benefits and risks “are unknown” and given the “option to accept or refuse administration of the product.”

“It is your choice to receive or not receive [the vaccine],” Staver said. “Should you decide not to receive it, it will not change your standard medical care,” according to FDA fact sheets on EUA COVID-19 vaccines.

Several other school systems have attempted, so far unsuccessfully, to implement a COVID-19 vaccine mandate:

• Louisiana: The Louisiana Department of Health in May said it would no longer seek to make COVID-19 vaccines mandatory for the upcoming school year because the shot had not received full FDA approval for people under the age of 16.

The decision came after CHD and thousands of concerned parents on March 16 filed an amicus brief in a lawsuit seeking to stop the Louisana Department of Health from adding COVID-19 vaccines to the state’s school immunization schedule.

The joint lawsuit was filed in December 2021, by Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry and state Rep. Raymond Crews against Gov. John Bel Edwards after he announced COVID-19 vaccines would be mandatory for all children age 5 and over at public or private schools.

• Los Angeles: Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Superintendent Alberto Carvalho on April 28 recommended the district postpone its COVID-19 student vaccination mandate until at least July 2023 because the FDA had not fully approved the COVID-19 vaccine for all ages covering grades 7 through 12.

LAUSD officials announced last fall students 12 and older would be required to be vaccinated by the start of the 2022-2023 school year but delayed the mandate because tens of thousands of students still had not complied with the requirement.

• Washington: The Washington State Board of Health in April voted unanimously against adding COVID-19 vaccines to the requirements for students to attend K-12 schools this fall after its advisory group recommended against the requirement. The board said more data was needed about vaccines for ages 5 to 11 and raised concerns that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine has yet to be fully approved for ages 5 to 15.

The 11-page CCCA letter contains 117 references and six pages of figures and graphs to support the group’s argument that “the data shows that, in the Omicron era, when population-based immunity is widespread, the risks associated with COVID-19 mRNA vaccines far outweigh the benefits in children.”

The authors of the CCCA letter criticized the FDA, stating, “no gold standard, placebo-controlled disease endpoint trials, large enough [with at least 800,000 participants] to categorically establish the clinical safety and long-term efficacy of the Pfizer COVID-19 mRNA vaccinations in children 12- to 15-years-old, 5- to 11-years-old, 2- to 4-years-old, and 6-months-old to 23-months-old have been undertaken.”

The CCCA letter presented data from the Canadian province of Ontario, which “reported a negative dose-response effect for the COVID-19 vaccinations [original emphasis].”

‘Huge gap’ in Pfizer’s vaccine trial documentation

“The protocol was changed mid-trial. The original two-dose schedule exhibited poor immunogenicity with efficacy far below the required standard. A third dose was added by which time many of the original placebo recipients had been vaccinated.”

Here is a quick summary of some of the things they said:

They are afraid to come out publicly due to intimidation tactics such as loss of job and/or license to practice medicine.

Unvaccinated healthcare workers are extremely upset with the medical community. They feel they have been treated unfairly.

It is the vaccinated workers who are getting sick with COVID, but it is the unvaccinated who are punished with constant testing, restrictions, and threats of losing their jobs.

The COVID shots are a disaster. Even for the elderly which is supposed to be the most compelling use case, death rates in elderly homes went up by a factor of 5 after the shots rolled out. Each time the shots are given, the deaths spike. Nobody is talking publicly about this. It’s not allowed.

“I have a patient who owns an adult care home that gave vaccinations to their six adult clients. They all died within a week.”

Doctors are seeing rates of injury and death increase dramatically in all ages of people. The injuries are only happening to the vaccinated. There is no doubt that this is happening but many doctors have so much cognitive dissonance that they don’t see it.

One nurse with 23 years of experience says she’s never heard of anyone under 20 dying from cardiac issues until the vaccines rolled out. Now she knows of around 30 deaths.

“I have been a nurse for 36 years. I have NEVER witnessed people in their 20s and 30s having strokes, atrial fibrillation, or cardiomyopathies until the Covid vaccines. I work in cardiology. When I mention that someone should look at the vaccines as a possible reason, I am immediately silenced and told, “It is NOT from the vaccine.””

Doctors aren’t recording vaccination status in the medical records so that all the deaths are attributed to the unvaccinated.

Doctors are deliberately ignoring the possibility that the vaccines could be the cause of all the elevated events. The events are simply all unexplained.

Many doctors have either quit or will quit.

Some doctors and nurses at top institutions such as Mass General Hospital have falsified vaccine cards. They publicly toe the line and encourage their patients to take the shot knowing full well it is deadly. They value their job more than the lives of their patients. The important thing is they are risking 10 years in jail for doing this. These highly respected medical workers are telling the world that these COVID shots are so dangerous that they are willing to risk 10 years in prison to avoid taking the shot. That’s the message America needs to hear. And if Biden were an honest President, he would call for full amnesty and protection from retaliation for all these cases if people admitted publicly they did this. He’d be amazed at the number of responses he’d get. But he won’t do that because it would be too embarrassing for his administration.

Things don’t seem to be getting any better.

The medical examiners all over the world are not doing the proper tests during an autopsy to detect a vaccine-related death. Without doing the necessary tests, it is very hard to make an association. There isn’t a single “guidance” document from any medical authority anywhere in the world to do these tests on people who die within 3 months of their last COVID vaccination. This is why no associations are found: they aren’t looking and it is deliberate. The mainstream press doesn’t call them out on this either.

Doctors are being forced to take other vaccines so the hospital can meet their quota. This was admitted to them.

I've just seen this on twitter: a New York judge has ordered that fired unvaccinated workers are reinstated with salary back payments. I don't know the scope of the order or who the pursuant is. One of the twitter comments said "this may only apply to New York City and New York State government workers, and not to those New York workers terminated from private companies.". It seems too good to be true so I'm dubiously wondering if this is still subject to appeal or something like that or if it could be blocked in some way... but anyway, too good to be true or not here it is.

Czech Republic’s support for Ukraine, sanctions against Russia fuel protests

Since the beginning of Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine, the Czech Republic has emerged as one of Kyiv’s main partners, along with other countries in the EU like Poland and the Baltic States (Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia).

Fiala’s government signed up with the rest of the EU’s sanctions against Russia almost immediately and has taken a tough stance over the conflict.

According to data from the Czech Ministry of Defense, Prague has provided Ukraine with around 1.9 billion euros ($1.89 billion) worth of military equipment – everything from tanks to ammunition (https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2022-10-28/czechs-protest-over-cost-of-living-crisis-with-ukraine-in-focus?sref=jB82HHlm). And I am a fan of plagiarism if its good... this is how I corrected back the person I copied it from (echoed it from).

Devastatingly I have to share I've learnt the letter was really written by a Spanish biologist and film maker named Fernando López-Mirones, "A Message to the Unvaccinated", about 2 months earlier and it wasn't even a letter to a newspaper. Still a good message though 😉👍

I feel sad they are put to death. The Nuremberg trials ended with the execution of a few token people yet plenty more got away. Obviously everyone was convinced it was over with the brutal display of public executions but was it over? The convincingness of the brutality was misleading, and we see the legacy of those that lost WWII now in our modern times; the vaccine digital passport comes to mind but throw in NASA too, ...and A LOT of medical research - that we still use. One thing the brutal display of public executions did achieve was seal was our own belief that it was over, done and dusted, and we had stopped the problem. But I don't think so. But it was convincing. Perhaps killing as a solution is human nature? And then we're surprised that we elect and cheer on psychopaths, always a surprise, and always all their fault. I'm not convinced of killing as a solution.

The TTC says 367 workers in total were fired under the mandatory vaccine policy but the return offer does not extend to those whose contract has expired.

“The TTC will lift its mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy on Nov. 27,” a statement issued Thursday says. “While COVID-19 vaccinations will no longer be required for TTC employees, the TTC is updating its Conditions of Employment Policy to include compliance with policies of this nature in the future if required.”

Having listened to about one and a half hours of Delingpole in the past, I wasn't in a hurry to listen to him again.

This podcast with outspoken quackcine harms Conservative MP Andrew Bridgen was absolutely worth an hour of my time. Credit to both of them, especially Bridgen. He's stuck his head high above the parapet and seems prepared to fight the good fight.

It's possible he's in on some kind of controlled reveal I suppose, but I genuinely don't get that vibe from him. Let's see how this all ages and what comes out in the wash.

There are several minutes of warming up and Bridgen starts to really hit his stride after five or ten minutes. His work is potentially the best lifting key we've had in living memory to remove the lid on the fetid sewer that is UK politics.

Bridgen claims to be quackcine harmed himself. I was surprised by the number of truth bombs he dropped and how he added greater insight to what we know already.

I've always said if the parasites could cover up 9/11, then they could cover up anything. Yet hope springs eternal.

Photos of the London rally yesterday, in support of the vaccine injured. People were asked to bring flowers and the plan was to throw them over the gates of Downing Street in honour of the vaccine injured.

Andrew Bridgen opened the speeches, then a series of vaccine injured people spoke from the film Safe and Effective including Alex Mitchell with a finale by John Watt. Also included a quick appearance from Mark Sharman and John Bowe.

Piers Corbyn was there as usual, he didn't give any speech. He's ALWAYS at the medical protest rallies :thumbsup: He showed some Bridgen some respect when he passed him, mentioning he wished his brother was doing the same (first hand anecdote). David Kurten from the Heritage Party was in the audience and I'm sure my friends said he was wondering round with Bridgen. Are you thinking what I'm thinking? Anyway I don't care about politics because if I stay cynical I'm never wrong.

After the speeches the crowd walked to Downing Street and threw flowers over the gate of Downing Street.

It has also been brought to my attention by a whistleblower from a very reliable source that one of these institutions is covering up clear data that reveals that the mRNA vaccine increases inflammation of the heart arteries. Instead, governments will start by cracking down on places like international airports, ports of entry, border crossings, on social systems like the healthcare system in Canada, and big-box food and department stores. 'Messed Up'

Mr. Musk's meme on waning vaccine efficacy drew a number of comments, including one by political journalist Ed Krassenstein, who raised objections.

"I think efficacy changes are a result of new strains and the vaccine immunity wearing off. It’s stupid anyone ever claimed it was 100% effective. No vaccine is 100% full-proof," he wrote (https://x.com/EdKrassen/status/1706677610049052715?s=20).

Mr. Musk replied by saying that he's not against vaccines in principle, but that he opposes mandates forcing people to get the shot.

A senior European Union official on Sept. 26 accused X of being the top purveyor of disinformation and issued a veiled threat, prompting Mr. Musk to push back by posting the meme highlighting waning vaccine effectiveness and sparking online debate.

At a press conference on Tuesday, the EU’s top commissar on disinformation—European Commission (EC) Vice President Vera Jourova—singled out (https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/SPEECH_23_4645) X as being “the platform with the largest ratio of mis- or disinformation posts.”

Unlike competitors like Facebook and Google, Mr. Musk’s X has refused to participate in the European Union’s (EU) voluntary anti-disinformation effort called the 2022 Code of Practice on Disinformation.

While X quite the voluntary code in May, it counts as a "very large online platform" under the mandatory Digital Services Act (DSA) and so is subject to stricter content rules.

Ms. Jourova reminded Mr. Musk of the fact that the EU has enforcement tools to pressure the platform into compliance with its content laws.

She made the remarks while providing an update on the 27-nation EU's 2022 Code of Practice on Disinformation (https://disinfocode.eu/), which companies like Google, TikTok, and Facebook parent Meta signed up for—but which Mr. Musk's X has snubbed.

Some examples from the reports include Google indicating that it prevented around $33 million in advertising dollars from going to "disinformation actors" and Meta slapped over 40 million pieces of content with factchecking labels.

The new Digital Services Act rules apply to 19 "very large" digital platforms (such as social media networks, websites, and online retailers) with at least 45 million active users in the EU.

Elon has his moments, but he lost me with that last part with him still being an advocate for vaccines in general and thinking there's "great potential" for cures with synthetic mRNA GENE MODIFYING technology. "Potential" he says! (Does he mean when it's not being used as a bio-weapon against humanity?!) That coming right after what has likely been the greatest crime committed against humanity (note continuing rise in disease and death toll outcomes globally) thanks to what was likely just one version of the mRNA "vaccine".
