N.B. Apart from all the alleged financial mismanagements Corey is suing for he is also trying to prevent Ramsaur from going public with revelations about Corey that will harm his reputation. Resolution attempts have obviously failed so Ramsaur has apparently threatened Corey in writing saying he will go public with certain "truths" if Corey doesn't agree to their proposal . . . whatever that is.

PAGE 19 of the Court PDF gives a clue to the unresolved resolution. And we can't forget that everything we read is not the truth.

101. This extortion demands hundreds of thousands of dollars from Mr. Goode. If he
does not comply, Kennedy and Richards have threatened to testify falsely against him for Gaia in
an ongoing business dispute between Goode and Gaia. Additionally, they have threatened to give
information and misinformation to Vice Magazine in an attempt to tarnish his name and harm
Mr. Goode’s business, reputation and relationships with his family, friends and followers.

hi Jad, I was thinking the same thing. I was just asking in the 'truth about corey goode' thread if anyone had an update on Emery Smith's assertion that Goode had actually sued Wilcock already

Wow, look at all those spiritual people suing each other. Fortunately the wise intergalactic species of blue chickens chose for their ambassador somebody who would not get dragged down into pretty Earthly squabbles, eh?

Related to the main topic of this thread, maybe one day David Wilcock, who clearly does have some spiritual gifts, will come to terms with what he has done and actually provide a full accounting of his behaviour. But I'm not holding my breath.

The only "Truth" from Corey is his "20 and Back" and not in regards to his "escapades" !! - only in relation to knocking back ufology 20 years !
He's a side show performer squabbling about his ring time, his trade marked act and his performance paychecks.

At the end of the day he's just another clown face painted on a blue chickens egg. A registered performer.

All complaints attempt to portray the plaintiff(s) as the victim. That is why it is called a complaint. The plaintiff is complaining. However, there is very frequently a huge gap between what is alleged in a compliant and what can be and is proved to be true, especially in cases like this.

Like my mother used to say: “You say that now, but can you prove it in court?”

This case is not about whether the light was red or green and who had the right of way. There are multiple and myriad moving parts, issues of fact, issues of law, and credibility issues in this lawsuit. This is by no means an easy case for CG. Far from it.

LEON ISAAC KENNEDY's website has been taken down ??? so I can't link a video and it won't embed from his facebook page. But it does play on his FACEBOOK PAGE.

If you scroll to 15 MAY 2019 Post title: PART 3 OF 5 there is a video link titled THEN WHAT???.

In the video Kennedy is being interviewed and explains how he helps people who create films get them made and distributed. This is pretty much his professional career and is exactly what he did for Corey.

He says he wants to help filmakers from being robbed and raped.

So getting sued by Corey for alleged embezzlement of funds, etc is not going to be taken lightly. Corey could even find himself in very hot water from a counter sue for harming Kennedy's professional reputation.

Yes thank you Clear Light

Starts @3:20 to 4:15

So Corey is actually accusing Kennedy of what Kennedy says he is trying to protect artists from

72. Additionally, Kennedy used his connection (that was established through Goode via his
somewhat self-delegated duty) to manage funds and finances with the Orchard to swindle funds
from Goode and the investors to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

73. Kennedy has never been licensed to be a manager in California.

Corey gives a brief legal case update @3:35.
"Lots of division from his old team. A rough time. People's distortions are coming out and they can either deal with them or succumb to them.  He was in rough shape a few months back but due to an Anshar intervention in Maui he's been through another transformation and believes his PTSD is healed.

This is of course a plug for his online Accelerating Ascension course @2:35 where he says:

You can listen to him for 10 weeks discussing karma, trauma, insecurities, and all those fun things, which, by the way, he reckons is what ascension really is.

Of course he had to ditch the PTSD coz ya can't be a teacher of "dealing with trauma", if ya "dealing with trauma".
But we won't forget that one Corey so no, no, no, you can't ever cry poor me with that gig anymore.

Looks like Corey is reinventing himself again by going more into the life coaching and wellness market. We can no doubt expect him to start pumping out lots of stuff like Bentinho Massaro's crap.

He's also set himself up with a live studio at home, just like David's, so his fans can expect lots more video content of him.

There's a viewing at the end of the video of his home studio and it makes a lot more sense now as to why Corey has dumped his team with a lawsuit for rights to everything.

Now that he's got experience under his belt from Gaia, McCarthy, etc studios, and filming, he's going solo at home with Q&A's, interviews, etc.  Corey's always been a greedy little bastard who always wants the limelight to himself.  But time will tell if he can really make it on his own.

Losing his legal battles will likely sink him though.

ROGER RICHARDS RAMSAUR, LEON ISAAC KENNEDY AND ALL THOSE WHO CONTRIBUTED SWEAT EQUITY TO THE “CONSCIOUSNESS RENAISSANCE” HAVE BEEN DUPED AND EXPLOITED BY COREY GOODE.

Corey Goode claims Roger Ramsaur and Leon Isaac Kennedy deliberately deceived him for their own personal and financial benefit.

77. In every aforementioned occasion, Ramsaur and Kennedy deceived Goode until the last possible minute.Goode claims he naively trusted Ramsaur and Kennedy.

14. The above-described messages and belief in love and light are qualities that Defendants sought to take advantage of, and banked on Mr. Goode’s easygoing and trusting nature in order to capitalize on the business, following and brand that he built.QUITE THE OPPOSITE. RAMSAUR AND KENNEDY NAIVELY TRUSTED COREY GOODE!

Goode now wants sole rights over the successful media venture that was a JOINT VISION collaboratively created and developed by Goode, Ramsaur, at least 33 other team members, and Kennedy at a later date.

To do this Goode has to get rid of the strongest in the team so he’s crafted a narrative claiming three partners are really bad people who all plotted to rob him and he should be the sole owner of all the Intellectual Property because he’s the biggest star. But…

@4:40 Goode confirms that he was COLLABORATIVELY building a media empire with top notch professionals and over 33 team members early 2017.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQ9sqTVpBt8

There is no WE in Goode’s litigation statements. It’s all ME, ME, ME. Goode counters his own argument though in the above interview.

WE are forming a publishing company and a media company and we are going to be doing all sorts of events.

WE are going to call it something along the lines of Consciousness Renaissance.

WE plan on helping people publish lots of different types of books, release documentaries and a video series for Netflix and the History Channel.

WE have got a lot in the works.

WE have over 33 people on our team now, and they’re all top-notch in their field.

WE are looking to move our group to Boulder, Colorado and start a corporation. Not once does Goode say I AM creating a media empire and have professionals working for me. On the contrary. Goode clearly expresses it is a joint venture between entrepreneurs.

@6:00 “Right now, humanity is poised for a CONSCIOUSNESS RENAISSANCE, and it’s going to take all of the different entrepreneurs out there who are in the esoteric community to help plant those seeds in different ways. In ways that their talents reflect, to help the super-consciousness raise the vibration. That’s what is the most thing needed on the planet right now. If we did that, everything else would fall in place.”
And let’s not forget what a CORPORATION is: “a large company or group of companies authorized to act as a single entity and recognized as such in law.”

@7:10 GOODE CLEARLY SAYS HE IS COLLABORATING WITH A GROUP OF PROFESSIONALS AND THEIR VISION IS TO CREATE A CORPORATION.

Many artists were supposed to benefit from this joint vision – how did it get to being only Goode benefiting off everyone else.

Class Action Lawsuit Anyone?

BUT WAIT . . . THERE’S MORE!

Goode claims his “business advisors and other engaged associates and investors” tried to liaise with Ramsaur and Kennedy over protecting their interests.

It is not a suit brought lightly, but after much attempted engagement on the side of Plaintiffs and their counsel with the aim of resolving unanswered questions posed by Mr. Goode and his business advisors that were asked in an attempt to protect other-engaged business associates and investors as well as his brand and name. These questions were unfortunately met with threats of extortion and personal and business-related counterattacks by the Defendants on multiple levels.Who are these other advisors and investors?
Are Goode’s claims of ignorance and naivety really true?
And how did Goode grow balls big enough to sue Leon Isaac Kennedy?

ENTER: SPIRITUAL ENTREPRENEUR HEAVY WEIGHTS THAT COULD EAT KENNEDY FOR BREAKFAST.
DANIEL PAPE AND WIFE KIMBERLY MASKA AND BENTINHO MASSARO.

DANIEL PAPE, KIMBERLY MASKA AND BENTINHO MASSARO are highly successful in the Spiritual Life Coaching arena. Not because they are special. Because they are very, very talented corporate marketing professionals.

They call themselves SPIRITUAL ENTREPRENEURS and have carved out an extremely lucrative gig travelling the world speaking to people, doing courses, mentoring, etc all whilst charging exorbitant amounts of money and living the high life.

For Goode’s intimate connection to Bentinho Massaro see this thread:

NOW, onto Daniel Pape and Kimberly Maska. Bio’s and what they do can be found on their website:
https://spiritualbizmagazine.com/

DANIEL PAPE
https://spiritualbizmagazine.com/cover-story-daniel-pape/

In 2012, I went through a challenging transition where I found myself selling most of my prized possessions; which included my dream house in the Hollywood Hills. Not only was I losing my home, but my profession and intimate relationship as well. These changes, though difficult, made me realize it was time to reinvent myself. With the money I’d made from the sale of my house I decided to do some soul searching and travel back to where I was born, Long Island, New York.
[…]
Interestingly enough, around this same time, I met my future wife, Kimberly Maska, who was also going through a vulnerable period in her life. On our first date, I invited her to hear me sing at the House of Blues in Los Angeles where I took her backstage to meet the band. I don’t think she was overly impressed with my rock ’n’ roll antics nor the bevy of female friends who were always within arm’s reach, but from what I understand she was somewhat impressed with my knowledge of ancient wisdom teachings such as Gnosticism and Hermeticism. You’d have to ask her but being that she married me, I think it’s safe to say that she was impressed with something I had.

Anyway, after the gig, we sat and talked for hours, and during our conversation, we both came to the astonishing realization that we’d attracted each other using our understanding of the mechanics behind The Law of Attraction. Kimberly wanted to attract a man who possessed a rare combination of qualities, such as esoteric knowledge, good physical condition, a healthy appetite for french food, an artist, and the ability to make a dry martini. Basically, she wanted a reformed bad boy. If you ask me, I think she scored.

I, on the other hand, was looking to attract a woman who had beautiful eyes, was kind-hearted, intelligent, liked to cook, was world-traveled, and had a background in marketing authors and spiritual entrepreneurs. Well, let’s just say I hit the jackpot, no doubt we both did because now our business is also our pleasure.
...
One of my favorite success stories is my work with a former first-round draft pick, Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver, Dwayne Bowe. ... He is a living example of what a strong mindset can accomplish; not only did it allow him to become a leader at his position, but it earned him a $56-million-dollar contract as well. Of course, he went on to go to the Pro-Bowl in Hawaii that year and invited me to go as his guest. He is a true inspiration, and it was an honor to aid him in his transformation.
...
I have lived an eclectic life with an array of professions: from rock ’n’ roll singer, songwriter, erotic film star, and multi-million dollar venture capitalist, and now to mindset coach and spiritual entrepreneur. I recount my experiences and show how every piece, no matter how wild or tame, has played a role in my spiritual growth.

http://projectavalon.net/Daniel_Pape.jpg

KIMBERLEY MASKA promotes BUSINESS MENTORING FOR SPIRITUAL ENTREPRENEURS. This sounds great in theory except for the part where fraudulent con artists get elevated and sustained in living a life of luxury by exploiting innocents.

https://spiritualbizmagazine.com/work-with-kimberly/
After 20 years in the banking world, including 8 years on Wall Street, making millions for other people, I finally had my “ah-ha” moment (or as I like to say…I was finally open enough to receive information from Source).
It was time for me to put my business knowledge and expertise in the right place. To show Spiritual Entrepreneurs that the create a business around their gifts and have an abundant life. One of the main arguments of Goode’s litigation is that his ignorance, good nature, and naivety was exploited by Ramsaur and Kennedy. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Not only had Goode established a relationship with Massaro, who said he was happy to help Goode, Goode was intimately connected to Pape and Maska.

HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL CORPORATE PROFESSIONALS WERE ADVISING AND MENTORING GOODE FROM AS FAR BACK AS 2016.
GOODE'S BUSINESS PLANNING IS FAR FROM NAIVE.

Goode claims Ramsaur and Kennedy are trying to extort hundreds of thousands of dollars from him.

99. In retaliation to Mr. Goode asking for things such as accounting of the herein-described projects, Youngblood, Kennedy and Ramsaur have engaged in defaming activities against Goode
and his associates.

100. Additionally, Kennedy and Ramsaur have sent emails containing threats that amount to extortion to Goode, his associates and counsel.

101. This extortion demands hundreds of thousands of dollars from Mr. Goode. If he does not comply, Kennedy and Ramsaur have threatened to testify falsely against him for Gaia in an ongoing business dispute between Goode and Gaia. Additionally, they have threatened to give information and misinformation to Vice Magazine in an attempt to tarnish his name and harm Mr. Goode’s business, reputation and relationships with his family, friends and followers.Where is Goode getting so much money from?

Pape, Maska (and Massaro) have the expertise and contacts to establish Goode on the International Spiritual Speaker platform. This has already been established as Goode has presented in Spain a few times and it appears he has quite an international following. Not hard to dupe foreigners when language barriers obscure debunking information.

Did Ramsaur and Kennedy discover that since 2016 Goode has been deceptively plotting and planning his SOLO EMPIRE with the help of Pape and Maska behind their backs?

Did Ramsaur and Kennedy discover that Goode was only using the start-up crew labour of love for Level 1 because they were never going to be allowed to move into the next level of financial reward?

Let's see that again!

43434

Did Ramsaur and Kennedy receive notification from Goode and his Business Advisors that they no longer had equity in their JOINT “CONSCIOUSNESS RENAISSANCE” PROJECT?

That’s where I’d be looking!

I don’t think the judge wants to recuse himself (or herself), but rather did what a judge should do when the judge feels circumstances exist which may provide grounds for a party to feel the judge may not be impartial. The judge disclosed to the parties a possible basis for asking the judge to step aside, ie recuse.

To me the real question is why did Gaia, who is also a defendant, take the judge up on the offer to recuse? The judge’s daughter works at a law firm representing a different defendant. It is likely that the defendants talked about this, agreed that they want the judge out, and agreed that Gaia would be the defendant to ask the judge to recuse. But what is it about this judge that gave them pause?

I don’t mean to rain on anyone’s parade, but these docket entries do not mean anything regarding the merits, or not, of Goode’s “operative complaint”. But the notice of noncompliance does show that Goode’s lawyer failed to comply with applicable rules of procedure. That’s sloppy. But if she cures the defect and stops ignoring rules it will not count for much against Goode.

The case is still in its early stage. What will matter, and what will determine whether Goode’s case continues, is what the judge does with the defendants’ pending motions to dismiss.

John MacKenzie from "Points on the Curve" Youtube Channel just gave defendants in Corey Goode's legal cases a wonderful comparison point.

MacKenzie filmed himself close to Wilcock's residence saying he drove up to take a look to see if anyone was home.  That is stalking.

By comparison Corey's critics are legitimate internet researchers doing the hard yards proving he is fraudulently conning people for money whilst causing untold mental health issues to his subscribers.

Might wanna save this one.

⚠️ Sometimes made up stories has many elements that is partly (very) similar within reality THAT is why they get so many (blind?) followers! ... Then when it is "exposed" as "just stories" even dumber people assume NOTHING or ANY of that can not be happening ... That is in my opinion the real PSYOP (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychological_warfare) tactic ... Where even more people get fooled! ... I do NOT think Wilcock is a bad person but he invested so much in his "psychic abilities" to 100% support Corey Goode (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMephqF3VP4) he has severe issues to admit he was wrong (blindly) trusting Goode. His main excuse could or may be that Goode is victim of a very sophisticated mind control and he wants to "forgive" him for not being clean on so many things ... I also sense that due to many attacks from all sides towards David Wilcock ABOUT Goode made him go LESS "spiritual" and he may know that too but has a (spiritual?) blind spot there! ... Maybe it is all Karma to be (ego) tested that way, a "spiritual self-cleansing" opportunity.

🌐 Forgiving a liar & deceiver may be a "spiritual act" but does not help others if they become victim due to endorsement of someone they (highly) respect, eventually BOTH are held to be (spiritual/ethical) accountable for all deceptions, even if it was all done with "good intentions".

cheers,

⚠️ To understand David Wilcock better ... he based most of his insights (when he started) with: "The Law of One", also known as the "The Ra Material", is a series of five philosophical monographs published between 1982 and 1998 by Schiffer Books. The books purportedly were authored by a non-human intelligence named Ra through the process of channeling, in which Don Elkins acted as the questioner, Jim McCarty as the scribe and Carla L. Rueckert as the channel for Ra.[1] The 5 book series presents both commentary and full transcripts of the dialogue between the questioner and Ra, who is described as an entity composed of an entire civilization of extraterrestrial beings that are fused into one unified consciousness. The introduction to the first book explains that the questioner is Don Elkins and that Ra is a higher density being. A sixth density lifeform of pure energy (spirit), speaking through the body of channeler Carla L. Rueckert. Carla L. Rueckert transmitted the material by entering into a non-conscious state (which the authors call an “unconscious trance”) where she became a communication channel or “instrument” for Ra to utilize in order for them to communicate to our level of reality and answer the questions posed by Don Elkins. The answers were interpreted to be direct communications with Ra, which is in line with standard views on channeling. The books are written in a question and answer format. The dialogue between Don Elkins and Ra was recorded, transcribed, and edited by Jim McCarty to produce the 5 books. The material in the books conveys an elaborate and grand reality. Ultimately described as being called The Law of One or the basic principle that “all is One”, that all “things” that exist are ultimately the same “essence” within many forms and configurations. The philosophy of The Law of One describes the big questions of life: why, how and where everything that exists comes from. As well as its place within the manifest Creation. The five books explore this premise in relation to many aspects of life including: philosophy, religion, spirituality, cosmology, anthropology, history, politics, physics, biology, geology, and the “paranormal”. Are they real or was this the imaginings of the channeler's mind. In either case this is either a grand science fiction opera or a profound description of the universe and the way it works. I wanted to give a brief synopsis of what the law of one is so that we can add it to our vocabulary on the reality revolution. This describes the very nature of the reality revolution that we are going on right now. RRLF7rbodgI

The only "Truth" from Corey is his "20 and Back" and not in regards to his "escapades" !! - only in relation to knocking back ufology 20 years! Are you saying "20 and back" is real? That in itself is a fantastic story which stretches the imagination. I'm not saying it's absolutely not real though.

NO NO NO ! - The only thing CG has done is put ufology back 20 years !

I think people are getting confused about what is disclosure and ufology, and what is ascension, and personal growth and development. CG and DW used the ufo audience to peddle their ascension wares, with fantastic tales of the two being intertwined, yet they rarely speak of anything other than rogue et, essentially glass bordered ipads, (Which makes the glass pad seem plausible), and rhetoric which has been written throughout time.

All one researcher need do who wants to become the next Corey Goode, is read The Coming Race, and a few other storybooks about inner Earth dwellers, read a site such as this, and then engage true experiencers, and find someone like Wilcock, whose career was on a downward spiral, having not appeared on Ancient Aliens in quite some time if (I remember properly...) I am sure some of their claims touched true experiencers, and they were then happy to engage them and give them details of their own experiences, and many are claiming just that.

They have only tainted the scene if we allow them to taint it, we must not take the victim stance on this, but remind people they never were a part of the true disclosure movement, where craft and images of them, and actual proof was shown.. Bill and Kerry showed images of tunnels on Mars, Corey has shown none of that. If I had to guess, I would say that DW was placed within their inner circle to do just what he has done, and then he slithered away from it just as quickly. And reinvented himself. The house he shows online in his videos, surely doesn't show a man hurting in any way financially! The fact that hi8s newly "Bethrothed" is now a star on stage beside him is laughable... Does Corey's wife have a crystal selling shop online yet? Asking for a friend...

I Applaud those that are still trying to let the others know of their frauds. But please remind others they never were part of the true ufology core... They sold the illusion they were.. DW by touting that he went to the Disclosure hearing Greer staged, and CG by stating he knew everything, and gullible people believing it. Neither having truly any true link to such things, other than being bystanders, and watching the work of others and somehow placing themselves in a more important role within the narrative which was those true efforts.

They have taken the tools of politicians, and language manipulation and used it to their advantage. For example I once heard a politician claim they "Built you guys a bridge when you needed it".. That politician never once took part in either truly funding the building of that bridge, nor the actual construction of it, but they were elected because of that supposed "Generousity". We do not need to tear CG and DW down we merely need to educate others to the deceptions they're using so they're never fooled again... That's really what we need to be doing here...

I believe Wilcock started out as a channeler. Claiming to be Edgar Casey.. While I do not doubt someone may have been speaking to him? I do doubt he is as important in the field of both ufology and ascension as he claims to be.. For every Wilcock, or Goode, there are thousands of real experiencers shutting down, as they see this circus roll out. Jason Rice, well, we will never know if he was a true super soldier will we? He saw the truck careening off the road, and baled out wisely.

I would rather those others in the ufology scene that claim they're sitting on file cabinets full of proofs actually SHOW some of it, and preserve it... Or move aside at this point and THAT is what we should be demanding, or we should just move on to someone else. Sadly this includes LMH who claims this and that, yet shows nothing.

Hopefully all these lawsuits bear fruit as far as exposing the frauds.. I hope many are still looking for the real truth about where we are with tech, and traveling among the stars. I know that's where I look.. Because I doubt many on the ufo scene have much of the truth aside from personal experiences. There is a reason I think the et only have limited interactions with any one person, and that is because no one person can become the voice for an entire existence. When they claim they are, that is the first red flag! Special hand signals, passwords, etc.. RUN

Great work exposing them guys, Thank You, your efforts are helping...

eeee me, CG and DW - what a bizarre spiritual message and mantra they appear to offer their followers.....

It seems that - "If at first you don't succeed, sue the other party and blame them" ????

But then I was reminded of Cherie Carter Scott's "10 rules of being human" and how some key fundamental spiritual wisdom appear to have become skewed, lost or rehashed in the current climate of law suits...

Rule One:
You will receive a body. You may love it or hate it, but it will be yours for the duration of your life on Earth.

Blue Chicken Wisdom #1:
You will return to your body in 20 years. Love it or hate it, you could always sue if you don't like the result ;)

Rule Two:
You will be presented with lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called 'life.' Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons. You may like the lessons or hate them, but you have designed them as part of your curriculum.

Blue Chicken Wisdom #2:
You will pay for my lessons. You are embroiled in a full-time law suit called "Strife". Each day you will have the opportunity to earn me damages. Like them or hate them, I will either earn from my damages or learn from my mistakes.

Rule Three:
There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of experimentation, a series of trials, errors, and occasional victories. The failed experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that work.

Blue Chicken Wisdom #3:
There are no equals, only 1 ego. A process of joining forces, milk the public, withdraw the cash then sue fellow partners. Failed partnerships are as much of the spiritual process as the lack of self reflection & corrective action.

Rule Four:
A lesson is repeated until learned. Lessons will be repeated to you in various forms until you have learned them. When you have learned them, you can then go on to the next lesson.

Blue Chicken Wisdom #4:
New partnerships are created until dissolved by legal proceedings. Lawsuits will be repeated for various amounts until the perception of being a great spiritual person can be perfected before going on the next star galaxy alliance mission.

Rule Five:
Learning does not end. There is no part of life that does not contain lessons. If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned.

Blue Chicken Wisdom #5:
Earning cannot end. There is no part of the legal fees that do not contain financial demands. If you can present yourself as a plaintiff, there are damages to be earned.

Rule Six:
'There' is no better than 'here'. When your 'there' has become a 'here,' you will simply obtain a 'there' that will look better to you than your present 'here'.

Blue Chicken Wisdom #6:
Here is no better than there, after 20 years and back, you're here now and still none the wiser for you have either had your memory wiped or made it all up.

Rule Seven:
Others are only mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects something you love or hate about yourself.

Blue Chicken Wisdom #7:
You hate everyone who earns more than you unless their funds are tied up in defending against lawsuits initiated by yourself.

Rule Eight:
What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you.

Blue Chicken Wisdom #8:
What you make of your court papers is up to you. You have all the creative and channelled narrative you have acquired, borrowed or found. What you do with all this spiritual wisdom and whether you apply it - is up to you.

Rule Nine:
Your answers lie inside of you. All you need to do is look, listen, and trust.

Blue Chicken Wisdom #9:
Your lies are the answers you cite in your court papers. All you need to do is sell someone's truth or go bust.

Rule Ten:
You will forget all of this at birth. You can remember it if you want by unravelling the double helix of inner knowing.

Blue Chicken Wisdom #10:
You will forget all of this after your training and completing 20 and back. You remember it if you want after drinking a double elixir of gin or JD.

ROGER RICHARDS, ADRIENNE YOUNGBLOOD AND LEON ISAAC KENNEDY COMING FORWARD WITH THE REAL TRUTH. Check Adrienne's recently uploaded website for their individual testimonies.

https://www.cosmicjustice.org/about

James Corey Goode Sues Kennedy, Richards, and Youngblood

Leon Kennedy, Roger Richards, and Adrienne Youngblood, were among the core contributors to the vision of the Full Disclosure Project, that morphed into the Sphere Being Alliance or, SBA. The initial mission; to spread disclosure information to the collective, inspiring an awakening in the hearts of humanity.

This grass roots activist movement became a huge influence in disseminating and exposing newly understood information concerning advanced technologies, secret government space programs, our galactic cousins, and many dark realties that have been hidden from humanity.

James Corey Goode was among the whistleblowers who came forward to speak of his experiences in these programs, including the Secret Space Program. He brought forth a message for humanity that he claimed was from off planet beings called the Blue Avians. The message was based on the familiar choice of being Service to Self or Service to Others, with the understanding that if enough people woke up and became more Service to Others, the collective consciousness would tip the scales from dark to light and those who made the cut would transform during the ascension process. Corey also claims to have continued relationships with inner earth beings called the Anchar, who speak to him directly. As a whistleblower, Corey also asserts he is a part of an "Earth Alliance"  that offers him galactic federation intel that he shares with his followers, and recently Mr. Goode has transitioned into a "motivational speaker" in the "consciousness community" citing himself as the Enoch of our modern times.

During the birth of the original movement, many creations were orchestrated by the many volunteers who heard the call.  Content was produced, several movies were made and many events were created. It was the intention of most to spread the seeds of awakening and help to reveal the truth around the many dimensions of disclosure. But along the way, the mission turned into a business where 3rd density practices were initiated.  Trademarks, Intellectual Property, branding, points and profits and who-gets-what became a focus for Corey Goode.

At a time when the rest of the world was concerned with the consequences of a rigged election, COVID19, unemployment, race riots, economic disaster and a world in crisis; with minimal conversation Mr. Goode filed lawsuits against those involved in the production of said Disclosure vehicles.  Most allegations completely false. This would be Mr. Goodes 5th, 6th, and 7th lawsuit, aimed at those who worked with him, the very people dedicated to the Full Disclosure movement.

Most every allegation made by Mr. Goode is a false allegation and that will be shown in the court of law and in the court of public opinion where Cosmic Justice is most valued.

It is within the pages of this website that the 3 defendants give their own testimony and offer the opportunity for those interested to follow the case. Evidence admitted to the courts as well as that evidence not admitted, will be posted here on a weekly basis. Contributors and content creators that feel they have something to add to these proceedings are welcome and can submit their offering on the contact page, and we will get back to you on how to submit your contribution.

Considering this, within this Cosmic Justice forum with the community as witnesses, we invite Corey Goode to meet us, with his evidence in the court of public opinion for a Cosmic Tribunal mediated by a mutually agreed upon community team. All 3 defendants will provide their evidence as to the "inaccuracies" of the accusations Mr. Goode has implicated. Whatever the Tribunal decides, we will honor. We can then invite community members to satisfy their own inquiries and come to their own reconciliation about this situation, allowing them to expand their own view on many things.

While the world is in a much more dire condition that warrants our full attention on this, it becomes important because it determines how we bridge our differences, misunderstandings, intentions and allows reconciliation of our own individual truths. Above all else, the truth and understanding will offer healing to the community as well as to those directly involved. In the world of Disclosure activists, this kind of transparency should be the standard if we are to evolve and truly walk our talk. We are bracing ourselves for an uncertain future. Upcoming world events require UNITY and the division being created by these laws suits creates confusion.

Matthew Mournian, who is no researcher of any kind, couldn't spell Steven Greer or Duncan O'Finioan, and didn't feature the Dark Journalist's name (Daniel Liszt). Joe from the Carolinas really should have been there, too.... a serious omission. (And also, of course, Jay Weidner, Clif High, CW Chanter, and Alyssa Montalbano.)

And David Wilcock "attacked and abused" by Corey?? He was the slam-dunk culpable driving force behind the entire thing. But he's barely been mentioned.

There's still a lot of cognitive-dissonance doublethink going on in this series of videos. But just maybe, in stumbling steps, they're starting to get there after all this time. Considering Avalon members knew all about this 6 years ago, it's interesting to watch!

PART 2 LEON ISAAC KENNEDY TESTIMONY RE COREY GOODE

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=etei6pU-KCgI can't recommend this one highly enough. It was a smoldering, white hot, blistering indictment, the best I've ever heard about Corey from anybody.

Sure was. This episode is full of the juicy details.

Through direct experience Leon confirms what was determined about Corey Goode 6 years ago through experience and research from the first wave of critics.

Leon describes Corey's inhumane behaviour of witholding funds from Roger so he could not pay for his family's basic necessities, and then suing him in a crisis where no-one can work, as typical of what a gangster would do to someone.

Leon cannot understand how Corey's legal team could not caution him not to do this during a pandemic and holds them equally responsible for their inhumane actions.

Leon confirms that Corey acts like a Mafia Gangster in the community and is a spiritual conman.

@17:55 Leon details how a donation to Corey ($70,000) had been spent quickly.  The donor did not want to give Corey anymore money so whilst waiting for Above Majestic funds Leon guaranteed business loans from the donor to Corey ($50,000 and $35,000 for kids education).

To date Corey has received $900,000 and has not paid back all of the $50,000 loan.

Corey only owns 16% of Cosmic Secret but eventually commandeered all payments from the distributor and started, promoting the film as his.  The other 84% have no idea how much revenue is coming in.

@24:30 Leon talks about David Wilcock and how David cried when his best friend Corey turned on him.  Wilcock had also secured $150,000 for Corey with three fundraisers because he was always desperate for money.  This was on top of the $900,000 that came after from films, online courses, etc.

Corey did the classic sociopath trait by telling Leon that Wilcock was not a team player; his popularity was low until Corey came along; David was lazy, unmotivated and arrogant; and he had not done enough real work to deserve any percentage.

@29:00 Leon talks about Jordan Sather and how Corey didn't want to give him his percentage for Cosmic Secret then finally said only 5% and give Liz Lorie 5% too, even though she had only given 4 months work to Sathers 2 years.

Leon then explains Brandon Graham and Dave Evart's, (not sure if spelling correct), contributions, (post production, sound, special effects, editing, etc), over 2 1/2 years who were only begrudgingly offered 5% from Corey.

Roger, Brandon and Dave contributed hundreds of hours on the documentary.  Corey contributed 5 hours which was on his script and then demanded directing rights.

@41:00 Leon describes and reads the bully letter from Corey's lawyer.  He then shares how he used his A-list contacts to get Corey into Hollywood.  Jim Hart was prepared to go ahead but Corey wanted to wait months until Roger's contact ran out.  Hollywood big guns weren't prepared to sit around and wait.

A bit of justice there, thank god, with Corey losing the deal. But wait there's more . . . Corey  then goes to Jim Hart and asks him to work directly with him because Leon is crooked.  And that's where he took his arrogance one step too far.

Suffice to say Corey will never, ever work in Hollywood.  His reputation was no match for Leon's respected 50 years.

To be continued in Part 3.

Mike
23rd December 2020, 05:51
Wilcock talked Kennedy into doing business with Goode; what a shocker.

And Kennedy still did him a solid and made sure he got paid. Good man.

Wilcock is a colossal hunk of sh!t. If he didn't know from the very beginning - which he should have - then we know now that he's known for a long time exactly what kind of person Goode is. Hasn't said a word about it publicly. He's a narcissistic coward, and that's putting it politely. Weeping like a bitch when Goode double crossed him. Pathetic. Those were purely selfish tears, of course. A weak, despicable man.

And Jimmy Church: this clown has the balls to call Kennedy with an attitude because he was working with Goode? Because Goode caused his wife emotional stress? Look in the mirror Jimmy Church. You helped create the monster. You knew better but you did it anyway. You're a bum. You made your bed. Shame on you.

As far as I'm concerned they should all be exposed as a triumvirate. Church said he would talk when "the time was right". Since then he hasn't made a peep. His lawyer told him to stay quiet no doubt. Ditto Wilcock. Well Leon's lawyer told him to stay quiet, but he did what was right anyway. I hope all these other selfish bums are taking notes. Because that's how you operate with dignity and integrity and honor.

Applauding loudly from the cheap seats here.

The whole thing is such a train wreck. It's a little hard to watch all this knowing that Avalon members had Corey figured out 6 (six!) full years ago, in December 2014.

We did our best — especially when I posted the The Truth About Corey Goode (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?97313-The-Truth-about-Corey-Goode) thread in April 2017, which was just a summary of what we'd all known way before.

And as many are aware, I'd tried to alert David Wilcock and Michael Salla to Corey back in 2015. David stopped communicating with me, and Michael Salla (very courteously, as always) blew me off, saying he was "already committed". (Go figure!)

That major summary was picked up by Daniel Liszt and others, but (as some members in the video chats correctly point out) other influencers were very, very slow to realize what was happening — notably Jimmy Church (who definitely owes a lot of people an apology), and — I have to say it — Jay Weidner, who should always have known better. They join Wilcock and Salla in carrying a lot of the responsibility.

Jay has apologized, and credit to him. But Jimmy Church I suspect is too arrogant to do anything other than continue to inflate himself.

The host of the series of videos, Michael Mournian, is painful to listen to. Immature, self-important, naive and verbose. But many will see all that clearly. We just have to continue to watch it all.

It's like a Shakespearean morality play, with only the audience able to see what the characters on stage couldn't quite grasp for so long.

And Liz Lorie — Jeez. It seems uncharitable, but I have to say she totally got what she deserved. She has a very nasty side to her. That's simply more karma at work.

I'm waiting to see if anyone in these videos will also point fingers directly at Wilcock, Church and Salla. So far, there's really quite a lot of cognitive dissonance and doublespeak. Many good people were hurt (and some very badly), but in many cases their naiveté has been considerable: all the information was out there a very long time ago. Corey is far from the only person to be criticized here.

Part 3 with LEON ISAAC KENNEDY

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2jeZyc-MWU

In the video above MORE CONFIRMATION FROM LEON ISAAC KENNEDY OF COREY GOODE'S TYRANNICAL ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR.

- Leon would never have got involved with Corey if he had vetted him, but admits he never did because he trusted David Wilcock.

THAT'S AN IMPORTANT AND HELPFUL ADMISSION AS A REMINDER THAT WE MUST ALWAYS CHECK SOURCES FOR OURSELVES WITH AN UNBIASED ANALYSIS.

- Corey threatened to sue any platform that promoted Adrienne Youngbloods work.

- People need to start connecting the dots about Corey.  It isn't hard with everything out there.  And then shun Corey from the community because of his tyrannical abuse of people in the community and his anti-love and anti-disclosure, behaviour.

- Leon was forced to waste months and months of precious time helping people through his ministry cope with pandemic burdens because he had to legally address Corey's ridiculous and frivolous claims.

-  Corey's legal cases are costing upward of $150,000.

- The emotional toll on everyone in the community is staggering.

- Corey goes into military action to DESTROY every person (and group) who ever disagrees or challenges him.  He deliberately tries to strip them of all assets to make them and their families destitute.

-  Corey blocks disclosure by smothering everyone who doesn't run with his story and narrative because he wants the spotlight shone on him, and only him.  Corey calls his critics the dark alliance, larpers, cabal workers, etc.

-  Corey demanded Gaia TV and Jimmy Church not to air anyone else so he could keep being the star attraction.  Corey has been the only whistleblower who refused the lie detector.  All the other whistleblowers wilingly did and passed the lie dectector test.

- Because not enough people stood up to Corey publically he was given a free pass to wreak havoc in his reign of terror.

[My comment: Avalon tried and tried and tried - even when people would keep telling us to give it up, shut up about it, and move on. But then others came on board at different times over Corey's 6 year reign.  So all good now, as better late than never! ]

@24:00 Leon discusses Roger's letter.  Corey has a drug problem which could be why he's always broke.

- Leon urges the community to purge Corey to protect the tribe.  Corey is a cancer that has to be removed.  How many more victims are to come if everyone doesn't take a stand and say NO MORE!

- Leon and Co have started their own legal fund to support all those past, present and future who are abused by Corey.

- @29:30  There is also a legal fund set up for WOMEN WHO HAVE BEEN SEXUALLY HARASSED BY COREY GOODE.  Leon elaborates on the abuse. Leon knows human rights activist and lawyer GLORIA ALLWOOD and will personally make sure you're complaints are heard by Gloria.

-  Leon will be returning to address Corey's lawyer(s).

The following link provides the First Amended Complaint legal document of Corey Goode seeking $11 million dollars from Youngblood, Richards and Kennedy.

https://www.cosmicjustice.org/the-lawsuit

POINT 13 under the heading ALLEGATIONS COMMON TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION claims/infers that:

"Goode's charisma and positivity" are defining qualities that draw his supporters, and

POINT 14 claims defendants banked on Goode's easy going and trusting nature to capitalize on his business.

It appears the main argument for Goode, that frames all the allegations that follow, is reliance on his personality being the drawcard for his followers coupled to claims that he has a trusting personality.

These points are very easy to debunk.

To use his "charisma" as a major point for his success is ridiculous.  Goode developed charisma over the years after he was coached in public speaking but it has always been the stories and insider updates that the crowd were frothing at the bit for.

If Goode was convinced it was his charm that created his success he would have had no issue with others coming forward with similar stories as this would have been viewed as "good for business".  But Goode's greed was not going to let that happen so he sent out cease and desist letters because he knew it was the story, not his so called charisma, that drew the crowds.

Goode's falling numbers are not only because of his critics.  He loses followers when he cannot conjure up new tales because people move onto the next best thing.

It's only Goode's diehard fans, many comprising his army of trolls, that stay.  Which is why he had to reinvent himself into the consciousness circuit, (to keep the cash flowing), after he betrayed his disclosure team.

Further, Goode has also demonstrated consistently that he does not have a trusting nature because, (ad naseum), anyone who challenges him belongs to a dark alliance that is out to get him and stop him from saving humanity; and he employs bodyguards to try prove his point.

Goode's paranoia would never have allowed him to ever trust those he met and worked with over the years.  Quite the opposite.  So much so he conjures up betrayal to feed his paranoia. Goode demonstrates this repeatedly by convincing his followers, and team members, that he is always the target of someone or something.

His claims of being duped because of his innocent, trusting nature are not only flawed, they are completely fabricated to provide the illusion of a vulnerable character.

Goode's alleged harm in business is calculated spin in an attempt to cover his greed and hostility; which is the true nature of his personality.

Paranoia and calculated greed can be easily proven vs vulnerable victim.

Hopefully defendants lawyers will debunk Goode's fabricated personality claims at the outset so his following allegations can be viewed from a true perspective.

Because if Goode can lie at the beginning of his legal claim how can anything else following be taken in good faith.

Especially when POINT 15 claims it was Goode's goodwill that was the success for the business ventures.  The success was because of the hard work from Goode's team, not because Goode was ever "a genuine nice fella".

ADDED:

In 2018 Goode even went as far as creating his own (non-spiritual) meme befitting his true personality; much to the disgust of many of his followers: "Zen ends where butt kicking begins".

Cross posting for all Corey Goode critics - who will immediately recognize the parallels :)

Great article by Greenwald ripping into, (and rightly so), woke culture and its "toxic tactic" to delegitimize criticisms by screaming harrasment and abuse.

Criticizing Public Figures, Including Influential Journalists, is Not Harassment or Abuse

As social media empowers uncredentialed people to be heard, society's most powerful actors seek to cast themselves as victims and delegitimize all critiques.

Glenn Greenwald, 11 March 2021

The most powerful and influential newspaper in the U.S., arguably the West, is The New York Times. Journalists who write for it, especially those whose work is featured on its front page or in its op-ed section, wield immense power to shape public discourse, influence thought, set the political agenda for the planet’s most powerful nation, expose injustices, or ruin the lives of public figures and private citizens alike. That is an enormous amount of power in the hands of one media institution and its employees. That’s why it calls itself the Paper of Record.

One of the Paper of Record’s star reporters, Taylor Lorenz, has been much discussed of late. That is so for three reasons. The first is that the thirty-six-year-old tech and culture reporter has helped innovate a new kind of reportorial beat that seems to have a couple of purposes. She publishes articles exploring in great detail the online culture of teenagers and very young adults, which, as a father of two young Tik-Tok-using children, I have found occasionally and mildly interesting. She also seeks to catch famous and non-famous people alike using bad words or being in close digital proximity to bad people so that she can alert the rest of the world to these important findings. It is natural that journalists who pioneer a new form of reporting this way are going to be discussed.

The second reason Lorenz is the topic of recent discussion is that she has been repeatedly caught fabricating claims about influential people, and attempting to ruin the reputations and lives of decidedly non-famous people. In the last six weeks alone, she twice publicly lied about Netscape founder Marc Andreessen: once claiming he used the word “retarded” in a Clubhouse room in which she was lurking (he had not) and then accusing him of plotting with a white nationalist in a different Clubhouse room to attack her (he, in fact, had said nothing).

She also often uses her large, powerful public platform to malign private citizens without any power or public standing by accusing them of harboring bad beliefs and/or associating with others who do. (She is currently being sued by a citizen named Arya Toufanian, who claims Lorenz has used her private Twitter account to destroy her reputation and business, particularly with a tweet that Lorenz kept pinned at the top of her Twitter page for eight months, while several other non-public figures complain that Lorenz has “reported” on their non-public activities). It is to be expected that a New York Times journalist who gets caught lying as she did against Andreessen and trying to destroy the reputations of non-public figures will be a topic of conversation.

The third reason this New York Times reporter is receiving attention is because she has become a leading advocate and symbol for a toxic tactic now frequently used by wealthy and influential public figures (like her) to delegitimize criticisms and even render off-limits any attempt to hold them accountable. Specifically, she and her media allies constantly conflate criticisms of people like them with “harassment,” “abuse” and even “violence.”

That is what Lorenz did on Tuesday when she co-opted International Women’s Day to announce that “it is not an exaggeration to say that the harassment and smear campaign I have had to endure over the past year has destroyed my life.” She began her story by proclaiming: “For international women’s day please consider supporting women enduring online harassment.” She finished it with this: “No one should have to go through this.” Notably, there was no mention, by her or her many media defenders, of the lives she has harmed or otherwise deleteriously affected with her massive journalistic platform.

That is deliberate.

Under this formulation, if you criticize the ways Lorenz uses her very influential media perch — including by pointing out that she probably should stop fabricating accusations against people and monitoring the private acts of non-public people — then you are guilty of harassing a “young woman” and inflicting emotional pain and violence on her (it’s quite a bizarre dynamic, best left to psychologists, how her supporters insist on infantilizing this fully grown, close-to-middle-aged successful journalist by talking about her as if she’s a fragile high school junior; it’s particularly creepy when her good male Allies speak of her this way).

This is worth focusing on precisely because it is now so common among the nation’s political and media elite. By no means is this tactic unique to Lorenz. She did not pioneer it. She is just latching onto it, exploiting it, in order to immunize herself from criticisms of her destructive journalistic misconduct and to depict her critics as violent harassers and abusers. With this framework implanted, there is no way to express criticisms of Taylor Lorenz’s work and the use and abuse of her journalistic platform without standing widely accused of maliciously inciting a mob of violent misogynists to ruin her life — that’s quite a potent shield from accountability for someone this influential in public life.

But this is now a commonplace tactic among the society’s richest, most powerful and most influential public figures. The advent of the internet has empowered the riff-raff, the peasants, the unlicensed and the uncredentialed — those who in the past were blissfully silent and invisible — to be heard, often with irreverence and even contempt for those who wield the greatest societal privileges, such as a star New York Times reporter.

By recasting themselves as oppressed, abused and powerless rather than what they are (powerful oppressors who sometimes abuse their power), elite political and media luminaries seek to completely reverse the dynamic.

During Hillary Clinton’s ill-fated 2016 presidential campaign, one of the most common tactics used by her political and media supporters was to cast criticisms of her (largely from supporters of Bernie Sanders) not as ideological or political but as misogynistic, thus converting one of the world’s richest and most powerful political figures into some kind of a victim, exactly when she was seeking to obtain for herself the planet’s most powerful political office. There was no way to criticize Hillary Clinton — there still is not — without being branded a misogynist.

A very similar tactic was used four years later to vilify anyone criticizing Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) — also one of the world’s richest and most powerful figures — as she sought the power of the Oval Office. A major media theme was that she was being brutally assaulted by Sanders supporters who were using snake emojis to express dissatisfaction with what they believed was her less-than-scrupulous campaign, such as relying on millions of dollars in dark money from an anonymous Silicon Valley billionaire to stay in the race long after the immense failure of her campaign was manifest, and attempting to depict Sanders as a woman-hating cretin. When Warren finally withdrew from the race after having placed no better than third in any state including her own, Rachel Maddow devoted a good chunk of her interview with the Senator and best-selling author to exploring the deep trauma she experienced from the snake emojis.

When Joe Biden announced his choice of Janet Yellen as Treasury Secretary and various news outlets reported that she had spent the last several years collecting many millions of dollars in speaking fees from the very Wall Street banks over whom she would now exercise immense power, the reporters who disclosed these facts and those expressing concern about them were accused of sexism. Somehow, a narrative was peddled under which one of the multi-millionaire titans of the global neoliberal order was reduced to a helpless victim, while the far less powerful people questioning the ethics and integrity of her conduct became her persecutors.

One of the many ironies of these tawdry attempts to shield the world’s most powerful people from criticism is that they fundamentally rely upon the exact stereotypes which, in prior generations, had been deployed to deny women, racial minorities and LGBTs fair and equal opportunities to ascend to powerful positions.

Those who purport to be supporters of Lorenz speak of her not as what she is — a successful and wealthy professional woman in her mid-30s who has amassed a large amount of influence and chose a career whose purpose is supposed to be confronting powerful people — but instead as a delicate, young flower, incapable of withstanding criticisms:

In the paradigm peddled by Maddow, Elizabeth Warren was instantly transformed from an outspoken, intrepid Harvard Law Professor, consumer advocate, and influential lawmaker into a vulnerable abuse victim. Anonymous Sanders supporters were the ones wielding the real power and strength in this warped and self-serving framework. In order to shield themselves from the same scrutiny and accountability every other powerful public figure receives, they’re resuscitating the most discredited and antiquated myths about who is strong and weak, who requires protection and special considerations and who does not.

No discussion of this tactic would be complete without noting its strong ideological component: its weaponization for partisan aims. Say whatever you’d like about journalists like Laura Ingraham or Mollie Hemingway or Briahna Joy Gray or political figures such as Kellyanne Conway, Susan Collins or Kirstjen Nielsen. Have at it: the sky’s the limit. Let it all fly without the slightest concern for accusations of misogyny, which, rest easy, will not be forthcoming no matter how crude or misogynistic the attacks are.

One also need not worry about accusations of anti-Semitism if one opposes the landmark quest of Bernie Sanders to become the first Jewish president or even expresses bitter contempt for him. No bigotry allegations will be applied to critics of Clarence Thomas, Tim Scott, Nikki Haley, Richard Grenell, or Ben Carson.

This transparent tactic is part-and-parcel of the increasingly ideological exploitation of identity politics to shield the neoliberal order and its guardians from popular critique.

Step lightly if you want to criticize the bombing of Syria because the Pentagon is now led by an African-American Defense Secretary and Biden just promoted two female generals. No objecting to the closeness between the Treasury Secretary and Wall Street banks because doing so is a misogynistic attempt to limit how women can be paid. Transportation policy should be questioned only in the most polite tones lest one stand accused of harboring anti-gay animus for the department’s Secretary.

The CIA and FBI celebrate its diverse workforce in the same way and for the same reason that gigantic corporations do: to place a pretty but very thin veneer on the harmful role they play in the world. The beneficiaries of this tactic are virtually always the powerful, while the villains are their critics, especially when those critics are marginalized. It is a majestic reversal of the power dynamic.

Those who invoke this shield on their own behalf do so by claiming that they receive abusive and bigoted messages and even threats online. I have no doubt that they are telling the truth. In the age of social media, anyone with a significant public platform will inevitably be subjected to ugly vitriol. Often the verbal assaults are designed for the person’s gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity and other aspects of their demographic identity in order to be as hurtful as possible.

In response to Lorenz’s use of International Women’s Day to elevate her suffering to center stage, Guardian reporter Julia Carrie Wong described her own personal experience to argue that verbal condemnations from angry readers can cause “serious mental anguish and made me fear for my own safety and that of my family.” She acknowledged that “it’s not physical or material harm” and is “not legal persecution,” but, she said, it is nonetheless “a very real, constant, negative force in my life, something I have to think about all the time, and that sucks.”

It is hard to dispute Wong’s claims. Not only do studies demonstrate that a barrage of online criticism can adversely affect one’s mental health, I can speak from personal experience — vast, sustained, and intense personal experience — about what it is like to be the target of coordinated, bigoted and threatening attacks because of one’s reporting.

When Jair Bolsonaro was in the middle of his successful presidential candidate in 2017, he hurled an anti-gay slur at me using his Twitter account to his millions of followers. In 2019, he publicly claimed my marriage to my husband and our adoption of two Brazilian children were fraudulent, done only to prevent my deportation. Does it take any imagination to envision what my email inbox and online messages were like for months after each of those episodes?

From the time my colleagues and I at The Intercept Brazil began our multi-part exposé about corruption on the part of high-level Bolsonaro officials in mid-2019, my name trended on Brazilian Twitter on a virtually daily basis for weeks if not longer, accompanied by demands for my deportation and arrest. Much of the vitriol was anti-gay in theme, to put that mildly. My husband, one of the only openly gay members of Congress in the history of Brazil, and I have received a non-stop deluge of very specific death threats aimed at our family and our children. As a result of that, none of us — him, me or our two children — have left our home in almost two years without armed security and an armored vehicle. And it all culminated in the attempt to criminally prosecute me last year on over 100 felony counts.

That is most definitely not the first time I’ve encountered such criticisms and attacks, nor, I say with confidence, will it be the last. I was unable to leave Brazil for almost a year after returning from Hong Kong where I met Edward Snowden and published our first reports on the NSA due to publicly and privately expressed threats from U.S. officials of criminal prosecution.

I’m so far from unique in any of this. These kinds of recriminations are inherent to journalism (when done well), to confronting those in power, to insinuating yourself into controversial and polarizing political debates and controversies. Journalists love to laud themselves for “speaking truth to power” but rarely think about what that actually means.

If you do journalism well, then you’re going to make people angry, and if you’re making people angry, then they are going to say unpleasant and hurtful things about you. If you’re lucky, that is all that will happen. The bigger your platform, the more angry people there will be, and the angrier they will be. The more powerful the people angered by your work, the more intense the retaliation. That is what it means to call someone “powerful”: they have the capacity to inflict punishment on those who impede them.

Death threats like this one arrive in my inbox every week at least. When a news event related to our work transpires that angers large numbers of people — such as this week’s news that the criminal convictions of former President Lula da Silva have been invalidated and his political rights restored, thus rendering him eligible to run against Bolsonaro in 2022 — those threats and vituperative messages intensify greatly and we are forced to enhance our security measures.

Anyone who cannot endure that, or who does not want to, is well-advised not to seek out a public platform and try to become an influential figure who helps shape discourse, debate and political outcomes, and especially not to become a reporter devoted to exposing secret corruption by powerful factions. It would obviously be better if all of that did not happen, but wishing that it would stop is like hoping it never rains again: not only is it futile, but — like rain — there are cleansing and healthy aspects to having those who wield influence and power have to hear from those they affect, and anger.

But with that cost, which can be substantial, comes an enormous benefit. It is an immense privilege to have a large platform that you can utilize to shape the society around you, reach large numbers of people, and highlight injustices you believe are being neglected. Those who have that, and who earn a living by pursuing their passion to use it, are incredibly fortunate. Journalists who are murdered or imprisoned or prosecuted for their work are victims of real persecution. Journalists who are maligned with words are not, especially when those words come not from powerful state officials but from random people on the internet.

And even when such criticisms do emanate from powerful officials, it still does not rise to the level of persecution: when Jair Bolsonaro hurled an anti-gay slur at me online and then maligned our family at a press conference, it was not even in the same universe of difficulty as being threatened with prosecution by the U.S. or Brazil governments or receiving credible death threats. I’ve said plenty of critical things about him as well.

That is why I always found it so preposterous to treat Trump’s mean tweets about Chuck Todd or Jim Acosta like some grave threat to press freedom. Imprisoning Julian Assange for publishing documents is a dangerous press freedom attack; mocking Wolf Blitzer’s intellect is not. And if the U.S. President’s mean words about journalists do not constitute an attack on press freedom — and they do not — then surely the same is true of random, powerless people online.

That is why I do not consider myself remotely victimized: I chose to do this work knowing what it would entail if I did it well, and I continue to do it, rather than do something else, because it is a price worth paying. It is fulfilling and gratifying work to me, and I see the recriminations as proof of its efficacy. Not everyone will have that same calculus, which is why different people make different choices for their lives based on their assessments of the costs and benefits inherent in them, but the framework is essentially the same for everyone.

What I ultimately find most repellent and offensive about this incessant self-victimization from society’s most powerful and privileged actors is the conceit that they are somehow unique or special in the treatment they receive, as if it only happens to people like them.

That is the exact opposite of reality: everyone with a public platform receives abuse and ugly attacks, and there are members of every faction who launch them. If you have any doubts about that, go criticize Kamala Harris and see what kind of staggeringly bigoted and hateful abuse you get back in return.

Whenever this tactic is hauled out in defense of neoliberal leaders — to claim that Sanders supporters are uniquely abusive, or that Corbyn supporters are, or that Trump supporters are: basically that everyone is guilty of abusive behavior except neoliberals and their loyal followers — the real purpose of it becomes clear. It is a crowd-control technique, one designed to build a gigantic moat and drawbridge to protect those inside the royal court from the angry hordes outside of it.

Last week, I participated in a debate on Al Jazeera about online censorship with the liberal British journalist Yasmin Alibhai-Brown. She was quite a reasonable and candid advocate of the need for online censorship and I found the discussion consequently illuminating, particularly because she was so blunt about what she believes is the real problem that online censorship needs to solve. Listen to what she said:

Precisely. “It’s not like it used to be.” The problem is that “this is not civilized discourse” to them because “it’s often coming from some of the least educated and most angry.” That’s why online censorship is needed.

That’s why media figures need to unite to demonize and discredit their critics. It is because people like Taylor Lorenz — raised in Greenwich, Connecticut, educated in a Swiss boarding school, writing on the front page of The New York Times — now hears from “the least educated and most angry.” This is the societal crisis — one of caste — that they are determined to stop.

Taylor Lorenz and her media allies know that she is more privileged and influential than you are. That is precisely why they feel justified in creating paradigms that make it illegitimate to criticize her. They think only themselves and those like them deserve to participate in the public discourse.

Since they cannot fully control the technology that allows everyone to be heard (they partially control it by pressuring tech monopolies to censor their adversaries), they need to create storylines and scripts designed to coerce their critics into silence.

Knowing that you will be vilified as some kind of brute abuser if you criticize a New York Times reporter is, for many people, too high of a price to pay for doing it. So people instead refrain, stay quiet, and that is the obvious objective of this lowly strategy.

What baffles me is the sheer amount of dollars we are hearing being thrown around here. And a man who is asking his "Followers" for gifts for his wife's birthday as if he is destitute? That volume of money could have built a spaceship... Could have been used to help many people that really are in need.. Most giving it, have far less than those receiving it.. Not only that, the vast amounts these people are paid to appear. They're not donating their time as a gesture of kindness... They're being paid heavily...

I am of the mindset that "Where attention goes, energy flows".. And it is almost as if we are spending so much time and effort devoting to the unfolding drama, that real important issues are being overlooked... Everyone loves a good drama, but when you start realizing these frauds are becoming millionaires at the expense of our community, both by deception and nativity, it is disheartening. I can only imagine what kind of progress we would make if we pooled our efforts alone, kept our wallets closed, and moved forward, forgetting these clowns ever existed. The truth about them is out there if someone really wants to know the truth about them. They reinvent themselves monthly, as the market dictates.

It reminds me of others in the scene, whose "Accent" changes based upon who they interview, who are suddenly "clairvoint", "contactees", suddenly, as if overnight, are now receiving "downloads"... or whatever their guests are claiming.. They're community "Chameleons..." Just playing to what others want to believe, or perhaps themselves want to believe. One must be able to recognize such things when tuning in.

Those with little to give need to realize that their "Donations" aren't going to be appreciated, it will not help disclosure, integrity and honor will. It costs nothing to share truth, aside from perhaps your personal identity being known, some not believing... etc. You do not owe anyone a house, a living, or personal riches.

I have to say it makes me nauseous to even click on the Wilcock videos these days, seeing the beautiful home this community has bought David. And it baffles my mind to see the HOURS of time he spends when making just one video, just babbling on and on about who knows what, as it rarely ever means anything. All the while, people in his chat throwing thousands upon thousands of dollars at him. Has no one learned anything throughout all of this?

The books will come, The videos, the productions, the market dictates what they do... Not the truth...

So funny, I was just thinking: 'I wonder what Gorey Coode & the few friends he has left, are gonna come with next?', when my eye fell on this thread.

Isn't nature wonderful?!

And what about Forward Action Committee - A Council for Truth? It seems 'A global force for Galactic Justice and the Frequency of Truth in Disclosure. Our mission to REVEAL, FORGIVE, AND REALIGN this timeline toward TRUE ASCENSION.' as they, who is a he, Matthew Aaron Mournian, has stated, isn't as fanatical as he once was anymore. His last YT video is from 3 months ago.

Hi Richter, http://paula.avalonlibrary.net/smilies/wave-hi.gif

Between the non-stop lawsuits & the donations from their cult, they and their families are living comfortable lives. That is until the followers finally wake up. It appears they are. Check out the two post with stats @ David Wilcock & Corey Goode cult exposed (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?110977-David-Wilcock-Corey-Goode-cult-exposed--VICE-article-published-&p=1425858&viewfull=1#post1425858).

The one that got me was when Corey announced on Facebook that it was his wife's birthday. He asked for donations. And in return, he'd consider their input as to how they'd celebrate her day. That's all kinds of wrong. His sense of entitlement is off the charts.

This article appeared in the Daily Beast a couple days ago, on 16 May. It was listed under "US News". It's a fun read. (But Gaia may not be very pleased with the article. :) )

Inside the War Between a UFO Influencer and Alien-Friendly Streaming Company

The UFO community has exploded in lawsuit drama invoking ‘Luciferianism,’ deep state villains and benevolent blue aliens.

https://img.thedailybeast.com/image/upload/c_crop,d_placeholder_euli9k,h_1688,w_3000,x_0,y_0/dpr_1.5/c_limit,w_1044/fl_lossy,q_auto/v1621119652/210515-ufo-tease_fyall2

The world of UFO (https://www.thedailybeast.com/these-men-in-black-think-aliens-made-your-iphone) conspiracy theorists has been torn apart by dueling lawsuits, pitting a prominent UFO influencer against a conspiracy-minded streaming video company valued at more than $200 million over who has the right to discuss their experiences with a benevolent species of blue alien.

The battle taking place in a federal courthouse in Colorado centers on Corey Goode, a UFO promoter and self-proclaimed deep-space traveler who consorts with benevolent aliens, and his former employer, Gaia, a publicly traded streaming platform whose videos blend yoga instruction with stories about “deep state” villains and benevolent aliens.

After leaving his Gaia show in 2018, Goode engaged in a long-running feud with the company. In March 2020, Goode sued Gaia, alleging that the company had engaged in an elaborate conspiracy against him. On Monday, Gaia filed a countersuit, accusing Goode of defamation and concocting various schemes to sabotage the company.

Attorneys for Goode and Gaia declined to comment.

Much of the lawsuit centers on who has the right to talk about a bird-like species of alien (https://www.thedailybeast.com/how-will-we-make-first-contact-with-alien-life) called “Blue Avians,” as well as a covert space agency that are, in Goode’s telling, both supposed to be real things.

That’s because Goode doesn’t just talk about aliens—he claims to have met them. In his telling, Goode was hired as an “empath” when he was 6 years old to join a group called the “Secret Space Program” on a 20-year contract dubbed “20 and Back,” in which he met friendly Blue Avians.

Indeed, Goode claims that he has a close connection with the aliens, saying on his website he’s a member of the “Blue Avian soul group” brought to Earth to “help with planetary ascension.”

Goode joined Gaia in 2015, shortly before mysterious Gaia founder Jirka Rysavy spun off his hugely successful yoga equipment business, now called Gaiam, to focus exclusively on his conspiracy theory-heavy streaming channel.Goode’s Blue Avian stories made him a popular figure in the “disclosure community,” a group of UFO enthusiasts named after their desire to see the “disclosure” of the truth about aliens.

Goode co-hosted a Gaia show called Cosmic Disclosure, earned tens of thousands of dollars in speaking fees at alien-themed conferences, and has nearly 70,000 Twitter followers.Goode also filed for trademarks on some of his key phrases, like “Secret Space Program,” “20 & Back,” and “Blue Avians”—an odd move if they actually do exist, and aren’t his own creations.

Gaia as a company was also becoming interested (https://www.businessinsider.com/inside-gaia-video-streaming-website-conspiracy-theories-2021-1?r=price-inside) in the Blue Avians to a bizarre degree, according to a Business Insider report. Gaia employees working on a “documentary” about the Blue Avians claimed they were told that the extraterrestrial Blue Avians themselves would have to be involved in approving part of the film’s publicity plan, according to the report. Gaia has denied the claim.

Goode’s relationship with Gaia turned sour over what he describes in his lawsuit as abuse from a top Gaia employee he claims threatened him with a gun and pressured him to make 26 episodes of his show in a single week. Gaia, for its part, counters that Goode was getting anxious because he was running out of things to talk about.

Gaia’s lawyers claim that, after quitting, Goode owes the streaming company for a $25,000 advance to appear at a conference, as well as a hefty relocation payment meant to help Goode move for his job.

Two months after Goode quit Gaia, the company replaced him with a “new insider” for viewers. UFO enthusiast Jason Rice started appearing on Gaia and claiming that he, too, had been an empath on “20 and Back” missions for the “Secret Space Program” to meet with “Blue Avians.”

Through his attorney, an incensed Goode sent Gaia a letter telling them to stop using his trademarked terms like “Blue Avian,” and essentially saying Rice did a poor job describing the aliens with “a lackluster counterfeit of Mr. Goode’s story.”

“Mr. Rice’s testimony is lacking drastically the quality and authenticity of Mr. Goode’s testimony,” Goode’s lawyer wrote in one letter to Gaia.

But according to Matthew Remski, a freelance journalist who reports on the intersection between New Age wellness culture and conspiratorial thinking, Goode should have been thrilled that someone else was confirming his alien stories—if they’re actually real.

“He should be happy that somebody else is validating the Blue Avians,” Remski, who co-hosts a podcast called “Conspirituality (https://conspirituality.net/),” told The Daily Beast.

Gaia alleges that Goode attempted to get back at the company with a series of defamatory allegations, claiming he posed as a group of disgruntled former Gaia employees to attack the company.

They also allege that Goode was involved in a scheme to accuse Gaia’s top brass of practicing “Luciferianism”—in other words, of being Satan-worshipping cannibal-pedophiles of the sort imagined in the Pizzagate conspiracy theory.

In July 2018, Goode’s Cosmic Disclosure co-host David Wilcock (https://www.vice.com/en/article/4ayyqw/david-wilcock-ufo-conspiracy-theorist-covid-19-deep-state-ascension) quit the program. In a resignation letter that was quickly leaked to UFO-themed blogs, Wilcock claimed he was furious that his show was forced to promote a Gaia program called Ancient Civilization, which he wrote was involved in “Luciferian” activities.

Wilcock wrote in his letter that the connections to “Luciferianism” meant that he could be targeted by Pizzagate conspiracy theorists (https://www.thedailybeast.com/pizzagate-is-the-satanic-panic-of-our-agebut-this-time-the-presidents-men-believe-it).

“How would this look if it all got dragged into the public eye, especially in light of the overwhelming online movement called Pizzagate?” he wrote. “Millions of people are now working to identify Luciferian elements in our society, and they are murderously angry about it.”

Gaia claims that Goode helped produce and distribute Wilcock’s letter, in an attempt to smear Gaia executives as Satan-worshippers.

“In short, Wilcock accused Gaia and/or its employees of being Luciferians engaged in or promoting ‘pedophilia, human sacrifice, cannibalism and genocidal aspirations,’” the attorneys write in the counter-suit.

Goode had fallen prey to a phenomenon in the New Age conspiracy theory landscape that Remski calls “charismatic collapse”—the idea that a UFO influencer is only as good as the story they can tell about their experiences with aliens and similar otherworldly forces. Now that Gaia had another veteran of the “Secret Space Program,” they could move on.

“There’s so many of them,” Remski said, referring to UFO influencers. “It seems like they’d be expendable.”

I believe Gaia has the proper attorney, and counter arguements for what is going on. I do hope that they recover any losses they incurred. Sadly disclosure has become a circus, and no one should be profiting from it, but this is ridiculous. Hmmmm Pot calling Kettle Black.

"Montalbano’s self-serving motives are apparent from her pleadings and she should not be allowed to manipulate an already over-burdened system and harass individuals in order to further her imaginary narrative.

Montalbano has burdened this court with a multitude of completely baseless claims and alleged“facts” and “evidence” that have no basis in reality."

uHXPB5cFEisN

If the basis for recommending that the complaint against Clif be dismissed is lack of personal jurisdiction, then he should look very closely at whether he should ask the court for attorneys’ fees. He may end up submitting to the jurisdiction of the court if he does that and turn his victory (so far) into a defeat.

Typically, if you claim the court lacks personal jurisdiction over you, your appearance in court and your motion to dismiss must only ask to be dismissed and not ask for any other relief. If you ask the court for any other relief you may end up submitting to jurisdiction for all purposes.

So, Clif needs to research that under federal law and the local rules of the federal court where his case is.

Don't even want to go there... thinking about what this f#cker is capable of.  When is someone with bigger balls than Corey gonna actually stand in front of the smug bully and threaten to knock him outta the park if he doesn't stop his abuse.  Throwing rainbow emojis at him ain't cutting it.

Willcock stupidly bragged about his genitals on stage, so we know he ain't got what it takes.

I mean seriously, does this lawyer actually need help... or not.  We know Corey played the blackmail card for future manipulations by recording everyone along the way - he revealed this a long time ago in one of his threats.

So how bad is it for Valerie.  Could she get disbarred with what he has on her? Is he orchestrating hit and runs to get more time because he knows his case is sh!t? Isn't there something that allows a lawyer to get around confidentiality if he's acting unlawfully?  Where's Valerie's protection in all this? Or is she just being a lawyer believing everyone has their right to a defense?
Beats me!

Come on people out there... you know you got supporting evidence to sink this f#ucker.  Muscle up and send it in.  Door is always open here.

Fight to protect free speech for Everyone (2:28)
nDpWMYGz7Pc

As many of you know I, Jay Weidner is being sued for $ 5 million because I criticized Corey Goode on my Reality Check You Tube show. Corey Goode has included me and others, including my former employer, Gaia TV, in this lawsuit. In May 2019 I created my show Reality Check in order to apologize to the community concerning my involvement in the creation of the Corey Goode character. I was only going to do the one show but Corey Goode’s reaction to my apology was so over the top, and so disingenuous, that I had to respond with more shows. Groovie Bean, my co-host at the time, and I, did a deep dive into the entire cult like atmosphere around Corey Goode. He was a public figure and deserved examination. The shows are all still up on You Tube. Corey Goode responded to our 9 shows with an email to me saying he was going to take everything from me because I dared to criticize him. In March 2020 he filed his lawsuit against me and others. I have to defend myself. No one is helping me. At least until now. I have a right to free speech and his lawsuit is designed to stop me from speaking out. I have spent a lot of money, so far, defending myself, but I now realize that I am in this for the long haul. And I need funds to keep this struggle going. I am in this fight to not only protect my free speech but all of our free speech. If we cannot have an open discussion within the consciousness community than we no longer have a community, we have a dictatorship with everyone afraid to speak out.

So any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. These funds will not just be used to help Jay Weidner with his own legal fees, but will be dispersed to members of the consciousness community who are also being sued and harassed for using their First Amendnent right to Free Speech.

In this new video, Clif High further describes how he dismissed Corey Goode's lawsuit. It's pretty impressive. :muscle:

The truth will set you free...

Corey good wants to have his cake and eat it too. He wants a world where he can tell his followers that there is a unverse with real Blue Avians, real Anchar beings, a real Secret Space Program and a real "Twenty and Back" program, etc. and, at the same time, profitting from this story as if it were a fictional creation he made..

At long last, we have Corey in his own words, letting us know what is truth and what is fiction. But he doesn't call it fiction, it is his "IP" (intellectual property), his creation, his source of revenue. You can listen to him, in his own words from this website:

http://www.cosmicjustice.info/

I don't think Corey thought this deposition from September 26, 2022 would go public. He was trying to make the case that people who discussed the Blue Avians, Anchar, Twenty and Back program, etc. were all damaging his intellectual property. Here he talks about the stories he has related for the last 6 years as his "IP" that he can make money from, and other's can't. In order to protect his "property", he makes a number of frank admissions to the lawyer questioning him here.

Here are a few points I noted from the video:

"The Anchar" is a creation by Corey. Anyone else who is "in contact" with the Anchar is delusional because it is Corey's creations.
"Twenty and Back" is a "dramatazataion on top of the story". In other words parts of his story were real (his trips to Carswel Airforce Base as a child) but the "Twenty and Back" part is a fictional story that he added to his biography. When asked if "Twenty and Back" is real, he said that it was part of his own "dream or delusion". When the lawyer referred again to Corey's "dreams and delusions" Corey replies that he prefers to think of it as his intellectual property that he created.
(22:45) Corey says that, presenting a fictional story as being absolutely true is just part of good public relations to help promote your story.
(24:00) Corey presented his fake stories because is was helping people. (People at conferences told him his stories helped them heal from physical ailments, therefore Corey was telling a noble lie.)
(25:45) "Blue Avians" are something he sees in meditations (letting his imagination wander) but they come from higher beings. (I guess higher beings are focused on helping Corey increase his portfolio of intellectual properties and revenue stream.)
(43:15) Anyone who has similar experiences to the ones he claims is lying and violating his intellectual property. He sent a "cease and desist" letter to Jason Rice for this reason.
(46:00) He never went into space "with his physical body." He only traveled their astrally.

Pretty sure that when Corey was deposed, he didn't think that this video would have been made public. His concern here isn't that he is getting out any truth there in the world. This is all about his intellectual property, from which he makes a lot of money.

We all owe a lot of gratitude to the people who got this story out there - but I think many of them are maintaining a low profile, including a few Project Avalon members. (Given the number of people Corey sued, I can not blame them.) So thanks to all those members, lurking in the shadows, that wish to remain anonymous. :highfive: One person I can name, who did much for this cause is Leon Kennedy, who brought a camera crew to the deposition, partly with the intention of getting this video out there to the public, so that the truth about Corey Goode is absolutely clear for everyone to see.

Also, if you want some background on the long, long story that resulted in this admission from Corey, check out this thread:
