In the second video If I understood his español, the video on the left was taken in Ciudad de México and the video on the right was taken on Distrito Federal - Brazilia (capital of Brazil) on may 2009, both on daylight, there is a difference of 2 hours between the countries. very interesting thing.

Just driving home through Hampton, towards S London (12:15), when as I turned and there in front of me, quite low and not to far away was, a white squashed blob which had a tail coming out right to left.
I was turning off the road at the time so only had a few seconds to view.
It could quite easily be a blob spewing out orb's like in the vid.
It was quite big and not a turning, banking plane.
Wish I could have pulled over :(
