It sounds like there's more to this story. The president of madagascar is apparently a doctor and he claims that the world health org tried to bribe him:

I am not sure if this story is true or not. It was reported by a Tanzanian tabloid, the "Tanzania Perspective" which is not online. The story is being recapped here by an Indian paper. Tanzania is in the midst of a very contested election and the COVID-19 story is providing a good distraction from the other issues going on. I could not find any detail information about how and by whom (from WHO) Madagascaran president Rajoelina was approached with a bribe. Rajoelina was interviewed recently and did not report that there was an attempt to bribe him. On the other hand, all the other details of the story seem correct.

In an interview with French media, President Rajoelina reportedly said he has noticed what he believes stems from usual condescension toward Africans.

“I think the problem is that (the drink) comes from Africa and they can’t admit… that a country like Madagascar… has come up with this formula to save the world.”

“What is the problem with Covid-Organics, really? Could it be that this product comes from Africa? Could it be that it’s not OK for a country like Madagascar, which is the 63rd poorest country in the world… to have come up with (this formula) that can help save the world?”

The remedy, COVID Organics, is made from Artemisia, a plant imported into Madagascar in the 1970s from China to treat malaria. Artemisia has had proven success against malaria and according to President Rajoelina it can cure COVID-19 patients within ten days.

However, the WHO has criticized such natural therapeutic measures against the coronavirus as blind faith. In response to the skepticism with which the WHO is treating the COVID Organics, Rajoelina said, “No country or organisation will keep us from going forward.”

A host of other African countries including, Tanzania, Guinea-Bissau, DR Congo and Niger, have imported the Madagascan made recipe.

Meanwhile, in yet another African nation Nigeria, Bill Gates has been caught bribing forced Coronavirus program. Based on an intercepted human intelligence report, a controversy has erupted in Nigeria whereby it is revealed that Bill Gates offered $10 million bribe for a forced vaccination program for Coronavirus to the Nigerian House of Representatives.

The opposition political parties rejected the “foreign-sponsored Bill” mandating the compulsory vaccination of all Nigerians even when the vaccines have not been discovered and demanded the Speaker be impeached if he forces the bill on members.

Reg Artemisia as a cure - it is true.
Artemisia Annua (Qing Hao) is a very common very cheap Chinese herb that has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for hundreds of years. It was introduced in West Africa some 8/10 years ago to combat Malaria, and the locals have been growing this plant and using it successfully. It has never been brought to the forefront by the media for obvious reasons.
As I mentioned in one of my previous posts, anything that combat malaria, combat corona.
I learned about Artemisia Annua 6 years ago when my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. We refused the conventional scam that the baboons in white coat tried hard to impose on us. AA was of the major protocols she followed. Today she has both breasts as healthy as they can be.

This is not how any agency operates. Only somebody with a turnip level of intelligence would approach the leader of a country in this way. It may be your opinion that the WHO are a bunch of evil villains. Nobody can prove or disprove what their collective goal or intent is. But the method to obtain these goals? Nobody is going to approach any leader anywhere and say, we offer you X number of dollars to poison these medicines. They would go about it in a very different way.

The story here riffs off a genuine tragedy-- Africans who were used in experiments, historically, and possibly still are. What it does is dilute the truth with the outlandish. If there is a conspiracy here, it involves disinformation.

It depends on which party is in power and who are opposing it and why are they opposing the party in power- This is a bigger game in India and they will go to any lengths to spread, lies, misinformation.
