HAARPs punches massive holes in the open-air column Ozone, electronically. This is the basis for the Ozone Remediation/Mitigation Strategies found associated with HAARPs. However, "patching" the holes in the Ozone layer has become a standard practice for US Air Force and FAC flight operations. The US Air Force has recently, 2001-2002, resorted to the utilization of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's) technology. High-flying Stratospheric Robotic Platforms negate the manned operation factors. Robots don't complain and never talk and remain, forever, non-union. Welsbach Seeding and Ozone Hole Remediation sciences utilize chemistries that are toxic to Humans and the Environment.

Welsbach Refractory Agents use Aluminum, Thorium, Zirconium and other emissitivity-refractive metals and metals oxides. Thorium is elementally, 98% purity. Antimatter caught streaming from thunderstorms on Earth

A space telescope has accidentally spotted thunderstorms on Earth producing beams of antimatter.

Such storms have long been known to give rise to fleeting sparks of light called terrestrial gamma-ray flashes.

But results from the Fermi telescope show they also give out streams of electrons and their antimatter counterparts, positrons.

The surprise result was presented by researchers at the American Astronomical Society meeting in the US.

It deepens a mystery about terrestrial gamma-ray flashes, or TGFs - sparks of light that are estimated to occur 500 times a day in thunderstorms on Earth. They are a complex interplay of light and matter whose origin is poorly understood.

Thunderstorms are known to create tremendously high electric fields - evidenced by lightning strikes.

Electrons in storm regions are accelerated by the fields, reaching speeds near that of light and emitting high-energy light rays - gamma rays - as they are deflected by atoms and molecules they encounter.

These flashes are intense - for a thousandth of a second, they can produce as many charged particles from one flash as are passing through the entire Earth's atmosphere from all other processes.

For all we know CT's are an attempt (thats been going on a mass scale in most 1st world nations for more than 30 years) by ruling groups to spare the Earth from an imminent solar calamity involving solar flares and radiation. This could have been done without the publics knowledge, a large enough solar flare could produce, essentially, an EMP. This would cripple most of the worlds infrastructure for some time, that is unless, drastic measures were taken decades in advance...

Here's one more, if i may harp on it...

If 'the little people' were to individually tap into this energy, by use of Tesla styled EMR 'receivers' (and thereby consume the energy in small, decentralized locations, in small 'packets'). Then wouldn't the harmful levels of stored up charge become proportionately dissipated? Hence would it not proportionately become less available to cause mischief? Beat 'em at their own deceptions, so to speak? Head off the quakes and weather mongering, etc... It seems that Tesla originally had that "full-circuit objective" in mind. One of Tesla's very interesting, publicly-avilable works is "Nicola Tesla, Colorado Springs Notes 1899-1900". That was the year Tesla played with lightning near Pikes Peak.

Thorium is a natural occurring element found on earth, the moon, mars... essentially everywhere. It is a slightly radioactive metal and is about four times more abundant on Earth than uranium. Because of its fertility, it can be used as fuel in a nuclear power plant.

Why is thorium important if we already have uranium-fueled nuclear power plants? A thorium-fueled nuclear reactor generates the same power as a uranium or coal power plant but produces essentially no waste. The thorium power plant would produce much less than 1% of the waste that a uranium plant of equal magnitude produces and, of course, would produce no carbon dioxide. More importantly, while the waste of a uranium power plant is toxic for over 10,000 years, the little waste that is produced in a thorium plant is benign in under 200 years. Even more impressive, the thorium power plant can be used to burn our current stockpile of nuclear waste. And yet, the benefits continue. The thorium power plant cannot "melt down", thorium cannot be used to make nuclear weapons, there is enough thorium in the United States alone to power the country at its current energy level for over 1000 years, and the thorium power plant can be designed to be a plug and play module that could tap right in at the source of a current coal or uranium plant so there would be no need for laying a new grid.

Now, although it sounds like science fiction, the potential of thorium power has already been witnessed. Studies and experiments were conducted from the 1950's until the 70's and the true value of thorium was proven as a superlative energy source in the molten-salt reactor experiment (MSR) between 1964-1975. With all that said, we hear the same question from everyone who hears about thorium for the first time. "It almost sounds too good to be true, why isn't it already in use today?" Surf on if you are one of these people. You'll find that there isn't a good reason...

Do we know when HAARP gets turned on? Are there any 'white hats' monitoring their activity, to know when it is switched on? Or, maybe my question is naive, and maybe HAARP is always on - and possibly the focal 'point' and/or modulating the amplitude is the only thing they change.

A secondary question would be about whether the big HAARP in Alaska is capable of doing the the dirty work all by itself, or does some of the work require that additional HAARP stations around the world work in conjunction.

I really have not done due diligence, and I'm being a bit lazy, but just wondering if there are any whistleblowers that have actually said what HAARP was designed to do (as opposed to what the public is told.) Just seems like most folks in the alternative community (me included) are convinced that HAARP not only can but actually is being used to control weather (and maybe earthquake) events - but what proof, even anecdotal 'proof', do we have? What I have seen so far (like the link above) is conjecture, and when I mention any of the conjecture to some folks, they want me to cite a source.

Secondly, it sure seems like if anyone is monitoring, when that much energy gets switched on, it should create a strong signature. And, if someone is monitoring, then we outsiders might be able to attempt to correlate the weather events on Earth with the bursts.
